Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Legal Specialist (Law Enforcement) to join our Litigation, Regulatory & Policy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key player in building out our legal function and running how Anthropic responds to law enforcement and government requests for user data, while navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of the AI industry. We expect this role to flex beyond the law enforcement queue into legal operations to support the broader litigation, regulatory, and policy team. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to build positive relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively toward shared goals.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end response to law enforcement and government requests for user data, from intake and validation through production and closeout, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests from domestic and foreign authorities

Partner with Trust and Safety, Security, Privacy, and Engineering on requests that touch user accounts, investigations, or safety escalations
Coordinate with outside counsel, alongside in-house counsel, on objections, challenges, and narrowing
Produce recurring reporting on request volume, deadlines, and queue health, and support Anthropic's periodic transparency reporting on government requests
Monitor legal developments in government access to user data and advise the team on their operational impact
Support litigation and regulatory matters and stretch beyond core responsibilities as needed to support the legal team's objectives
Minimum qualifications
Experience in a legal operations, business/operations manager, or paralegal role in an in-house legal department, or similar experience
Direct, front-line experience handling law enforcement or government requests for user data, including subpoenas, court orders, warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests
Working knowledge of the legal framework for law enforcement access to user data, including the Stored Communications Act and the mechanics of foreign and cross-border requests such as MLATs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive legal matters, including under time pressure
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience owning an intake, queue, or docketing process end to end, including deciding what gets escalated and maintaining rigorous tracking
Comfort operating and improving the tooling a legal process runs on (trackers, spreadsheets, forms, aliases, and simple automations), with a willingness to make changes directly rather than route every change to someone else
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements within the legal department
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations, business/operations management, or a paralegal role in an in-house legal department
2+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company, with exposure to the legal challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies

Experience managing legal intake process within a growing company

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

An overview of this role
As Director of Recruiting, Engineering and Information Technology, you’ll lead GitLab’s India-based recruiting efforts for Engineering and IT while helping shape technical hiring across the broader Asia-Pacific region. You’ll lead recruiting managers and their teams, set the regional talent strategy, and maintain direct ownership of senior and executive-level searches. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition or an equivalent senior Talent Acquisition leader, you’ll help GitLab build exceptional technical teams in high-growth markets and create a scalable, well-documented recruiting model.
You’ll serve as a trusted talent advisor to Engineering and IT leaders, using market intelligence and hiring data to guide workforce planning, organization design, and recruiting priorities. You’ll also strengthen recruiting leadership, candidate experience, and GitLab’s employer presence while supporting an all-remote, globally distributed team.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization, including recruiting managers and individual contributors, supporting 100 to 200 or more Engineering and IT requisitions across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Build recruiting management capability through coaching, clear expectations, structured operating cadences, and development plans for managers and individual contributors.

Advise senior Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, compensation considerations, talent availability, and hiring priorities.
Define regional hiring metrics and reporting, surface risks and bottlenecks to senior leaders, and recommend practical solutions that support predictable, high-quality hiring.
Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and other recruiting leaders on headcount strategy, process improvements, tooling decisions, and company-wide talent priorities.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging, strengthen candidate and hiring team experiences, and build an effective operating model for all-remote collaboration across regions and time zones.
What you'll bring
Experience leading recruiting in high-growth technology companies, including enterprise-scale or similarly complex hiring environments.
Experience managing recruiting managers or leading a multi-layered recruiting organization with accountability for team performance and development.
Deep experience recruiting Engineering and IT talent, from individual contributor roles through senior and executive leadership positions.
A record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for senior technical and leadership roles in competitive markets.
Deep knowledge of India’s technology talent market and experience setting hiring strategy across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior leaders through growth and organizational change.
Clear written and verbal communication when advising senior leaders on recruiting strategy and priorities.
A data-informed approach to recruiting, including experience with hiring metrics, dashboards, market intelligence, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Experience with Greenhouse is helpful.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you’re excited about this role, please apply even if your experience doesn’t match every item listed.

Provectus is a Premier AWS Partner and an Anthropic partner, featured in Forrester's AI Technical Services Landscape. We are roughly 420 engineers building production AI for enterprise clients in Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, and Entertainment. We build custom systems on live client data, not off the shelf products and not demos.
We are opening a Solution Owner seat on our Delivery team in Colombia and Costa Rica. This is an early career seat, but it is not a training seat. You will sit between the client and the engineering team on a real engagement, own a slice of scope, and be expected to figure out the next step yourself.
The profile we are looking for is specific: you started technical, as a software, data, or ML engineer, and you have already moved toward the business side of building products, or you are ready to make that move now. You are the person on the team who automates their own work with AI tools before anyone asks.
What You Will Do:
Own a defined slice of a client engagement, from use case framing through backlog, release, and result
Run discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders, and turn what you hear into written scope engineers can build against
Translate technical constraints into business language, and business goals into technical requirements
Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories, and drive sprint planning and release cadence
Prototype rapidly on live client data using our delivery stack, including Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills
Work alongside GenAI and agentic AI builds, including RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations, closely enough to judge quality and explain trade offs
Define success metrics for your slice of scope and report progress honestly, including when something is not working
Build reusable artifacts, demos, and documentation so the next engagement starts faster than yours did
Partner with Principal Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and account teams across US and LATAM time zones
What You Will Bring:
2 to 4 years of total professional experience, including hands on engineering time as a software, data, or ML engineer
At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client facing role such as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or equivalent
Daily use of GenAI tools in your own workflow, Claude and Claude Code preferred, with concrete examples of workflows you redesigned
Ability to read code and technical documentation well enough to hold a real conversation with senior engineers
Practical Agile and Scrum experience: backlog, sprints, planning, retrospectives
Written and spoken English at B2 or above, comfortable leading a client call without a manager in the room
Self direction as a default. You are given a goal and ambiguity, not a task list, and you move anyway
Based in Colombia or Costa Rica
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Financial Services and Insurance or Healthcare and Life Sciences clients
Working understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agentic patterns
Familiarity with AWS, especially Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or S3
Experience shipping an LLM or RAG feature that reached real users
Experience building your own automations, scripts, MCP integrations, or internal tools
Consulting or professional services background
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
What We Offer:
Real client delivery on frontier AI from month one, not shadowing
Direct access to Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers as your working peers
Anthropic and AWS partnership work, with early access to tooling and premium AI subscriptions
Internal training programs and full support for AWS and Claude certifications
A clear growth path toward Senior Solution Owner or Solutions Architecture
Remote work with flexible hours across US and LATAM overlap
Long term B2B collaboration
Equipment budget and all the tooling you need

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be the technical partner to Matter Labs' institutional sales team. Your work turns customer requirements into credible Prividium architectures and moves opportunities from discovery through evaluation into a deployment plan the customer trusts. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, evaluations and proofs of concept, and the technical response to security and due-diligence reviews. It is a hands-on presales role at the intersection of enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead technical discovery. Map customer architecture, data privacy, identity and permissions, interoperability, performance, resilience, custody, and compliance constraints.
- Design solutions. Translate customer workflows into target architectures for Prividium, including integration boundaries, APIs, deployment models, and the route from pilot to production.
- Deliver demos and workshops. Build and run tailored demonstrations and technical workshops for audiences from engineering teams to senior business leaders.
- Run evaluations. Define success criteria, scope proofs of concept, coordinate internal specialists, and keep pilots tied to a commercial decision.
- Own technical diligence. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments, with support from Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.
- Prepare implementation. Produce solution documentation with explicit assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria, and hand over cleanly into delivery.
- Feed the roadmap. Bring structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering, and separate repeatable market needs from one-off requests.
Over time, the reference architectures and playbooks you build become the foundation of the solutions-engineering function.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
- Working with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions.
- Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
- Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions.
- Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management.
- Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs. Deep enterprise and financial-services experience can compensate for a lighter crypto background.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

As part of the Design team, the Brand designer plays a large role in cementing our brand, creates visually compelling assets to support our messaging, and uses their experience to grow a strong brand design practice.
Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentoring:
- You lead through influence by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around well-reasoned proposals and trade-offs, and proactively communicating progress and plans.
- You raise the bar for others by coaching and mentoring designers and non-designers, and helping Alaners grow through thoughtful feedback and technical or creative leadership.
OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.
To succeed in this mission, we currently:
- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.
- Extending brand identity into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT 👯♀️
- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are an experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere is a plus).
- Comfortable with generative AI tools, and keen to experiment with new approaches as you push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.
- Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while keeping quality and brand consistency intact.
- Understands business objectives and audiences, and can turn a brief into impactful visuals autonomously.
- Experienced designing for online platforms: websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.
- A portfolio showing real product/company work (not just agency spec work), illustration capability, and range across formats.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Paris (preferred), or Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona.
Nice to have:
- You are familiar with concepts like target audience, branding, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
- You possess great 3D skills
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D+ level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary.
- Flexible Office. Amazing office space at our HQ, sponsored co-working hubs or a full-remote experience with home office equipment sponsorship, we want you to live where you’re the happiest.

Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.

- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.

The role combines infrastructure and software development, with an approximate 65/35 split. You’ll work on cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, CI/CD, and internal tooling. The goal is to make development and releases more reliable, efficient, and straightforward.
What you’ll do
- Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows that make it easier for engineers to develop, test, and ship software.
- Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
- Improve the reliability and performance of our CI/CD workflows.
- Find the causes of slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests.
- Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features.
- Improve observability across our infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry, ELK.
- Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices.
Our tech stack
AWS, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, ELK, ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Ruby-on-Rails.
What we’re looking for
- Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows.
- Software development experience, such as building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
- Telemetry and monitoring experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
- Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle.
You don’t need to know every technology in our stack. We value strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to work on different types of engineering problems.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right.
Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products.
Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why.
Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order.
Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest:
Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant.
You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them.
You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now.
You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions.
You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own.
You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all).
You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype.
Next steps
The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us!
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount
Wistia provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
We believe in being transparent about compensation, which is why we share salary ranges in our job postings. We also recognize that every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and expectations. If you're excited about this opportunity but the range gives you pause, we'd still love to hear from you.
