Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Dealmaker to shape and lead AI partnerships for Walrus, Mysten Labs’ decentralized storage network, across the ecosystem.
As AI agents take on more complex work, they need infrastructure that helps them retain context, handle sensitive information, and maintain a trustworthy record of their actions. With Walrus as the foundation for decentralized storage and persistent memory, we’re building toward that future with a broader stack that includes confidential compute—supporting product reliability and compliance as agents operate in the real world.
Your job is to determine where Walrus and these complementary capabilities can create the greatest value, build relationships with the right partners, and structure agreements that lead to meaningful integrations and adoption. You’ll focus on foundation model companies, AI platforms, data platforms, and adjacent infrastructure providers.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Walrus product and engineering leadership, you’ll help set partnership priorities and independently lead complex opportunities from initial thesis through implementation. This is a senior individual contributor role with substantial ownership, requiring strategic judgment, commercial creativity, and hands-on execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Shape our AI partnership strategy. Develop a clear perspective on where Walrus can become essential infrastructure for AI applications and agents. Identify the partners, use cases, and market developments that should guide our investment of time and resources.
- Originate consequential partnerships. Build relationships with founders, executives, and technical decision-makers at foundation model companies, AI platforms, agent frameworks, data platforms, and adjacent infrastructure providers. Create opportunities before there is an established partnership motion.
- Define the opportunity alongside the partner. Understand how partners build, what their customers need, and where our technology can solve a meaningful problem. Work with product and engineering leadership to shape joint offerings, integration proposals, and commercial models.
- Structure and close complex deals. Lead negotiations involving technical integrations, joint product development, distribution, and commercial agreements. Navigate competing priorities and create structures that give both organizations a compelling reason to commit.
- Deliver integrations and adoption. Own relationships beyond signing. Align teams on scope, resources, and milestones; resolve obstacles; and keep partnerships moving toward implementation, launch, and sustained usage.
- Influence across the organization. Bring partner and market insights into product, engineering, marketing, and leadership discussions. Make clear recommendations, surface tradeoffs, and build alignment around opportunities that require investment across teams.
- Establish a repeatable approach. Turn early wins into sharper partner selection criteria, stronger deal structures, and more effective execution. Raise the quality of partnership work through sound judgment, shared learning, and mentorship.
WHAT YOU’LL HAVE
- Substantial experience in strategic partnerships or business development, typically 10–15+ years, with demonstrated ownership of strategically significant relationships in AI, data infrastructure, or developer platforms.
- Deep engagement in the AI ecosystem, including strong relationships with founders, executives, and product and technical leaders at relevant companies.
- A proven record of independently originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships that produced meaningful integrations, joint offerings, distribution, or adoption.
- The judgment to identify which opportunities deserve investment, articulate a compelling partnership thesis, and walk away when the strategic or commercial fit is weak.
- Strong product instincts and technical fluency. You can engage engineers on architectures and agentic workflows, uncover a partner’s underlying needs, and connect technical capabilities to business value.
- Credibility in the startup community and firsthand experience building with limited structure, resources, or established processes. You can point to opportunities you personally created and brought to market.
- The ability to think at enterprise scale while executing with startup urgency. You’re comfortable navigating executive stakeholders and handling the details needed to get an integration live.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning product, engineering, legal, and commercial teams without relying on formal authority.
- Creative commercial judgment, a bias for action, and accountability for outcomes through implementation and adoption.
- Curiosity about decentralized infrastructure and the ability to become fluent quickly. Prior Web3 experience is welcome; substantial AI ecosystem experience is essential.
- High ethical standards, direct communication, and comfort adapting as the product and market evolve.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, including internationally.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred. We may consider exceptional candidates elsewhere who are deeply embedded in the AI ecosystem.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first ecommerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Search Quality team, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by building the systems that power relevance for global retailers - from fashion and grocery to electronics and hardware.
The mission is to measure search quality, push it higher, and catch degradations before the user does. You will achieve this through a blend of fine-tuned LLMs for relevance judgment, real-time models, and deep offline analysis of query logs.
ABOUT THE JOB
Your primary focus will be relevance evaluation and quality improvements:
- LLM-based evaluation. We fine-tune our own models to assess relevance. This involves teaching the model to understand query intent, represent items from messy catalog data, and align model judgments with real user behavior.
- Real-time quality in production. Reranking, filtering, signal computation. Latency is a strict requirement, so quality vs speed tradeoff is constant.
- Automated quality monitoring and agentic insights. Pipelines to detect degradations and find underperforming patterns. Agent-based systems that generate actionable recommendations for the product data and search configurations.
WHAT MAKES THIS INTERESTING
- Multi-domain, multi-language, at scale - 40+ languages, 20+ domains. The models need to generalize across all of them - without per-customer rules or overrides.
- No universal ground truth. A grocery retailer and a fashion retailer may have different perceptions on what "relevant" means.
- Efficiency at scale. Optimizing and scaling LLM inference across our entire customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years shipping production ML systems
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments
- Strong Python and PyTorch. Fluency in SQL and data orchestration tools (Spark, Airflow)
- Experience designing and running A/B tests to validate model impact
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (ranking, product, data engineering)
BENEFITS
- 🧠 Work with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
- 🎉 Regular team offsite events to connect and collaborate.
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live.
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year.
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees.
- 💵 Base salary: $80k–$120K USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary

ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
ABOUT YOU
You're a product designer who owns problems, not screens. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can partner with PMs to shape direction, and know how to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces, working closely with engineers. You ship work that matters.
THE TEAM
Our AI Agent Tools team is building a new category of e-commerce experience: intelligent agents that guide shoppers, learn from merchandiser expertise, and drive real business outcomes. This is one of the most consequential design problems in retail right now, and it's wide open.
REQUIREMENTS
The Role
You'll be designing the future of product discovery: the moment a shopper goes from intent to purchase, reimagined through AI.
- You'll define what agentic shopping looks like — Not just chatbots bolted onto search, but genuinely new interaction patterns where AI understands what a shopper wants and helps them get there. There's no established playbook here. The patterns you set will shape how the rest of the industry approaches it.
- You'll shape how merchandisers control it — You will collaborate with Agent Orchestrators—professionals blending data analysis, design, and shopper psychology—to design the dashboard tools that allow them to configure, train, and optimize new shopping journeys without engineering support.
- You'll prove it works in the real world — From running UI experiments on live retailer sites to validating new shopping experiences with actual shopper data, your designs ship and get measured.
What You'll Own
- Research & validation — Conducting shopper research and running experiments alongside product and data teams to validate hypotheses with real input.
- Interaction design for agentic experiences — Mapping novel user flows where AI/LLMs drive the shopping journey, for both shoppers and the merchandisers who orchestrate them.
- Visual strategy — Defining a bold design direction that represents what product discovery looks like in 2027.
- High-fidelity delivery — Producing final mockups and assets across key surfaces: homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration.
- UX patterns — Ensuring designs scale within Constructor's evolving design system and component library.
What We Value Beyond Craft
Beyond being a thoughtful designer, user advocate, and strong collaborator, here are a few things we really value:
- A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly.
- Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts.
- Systems thinking — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
THE ROLE
Clipboard https://www.clipboardworks.com/ is a Sequoia-backed marketplace connecting nurses and healthcare professionals with long-term care facilities, facilitating over 3 million shifts per year. We're hiring Senior Product Managers to own core domains of the marketplace. Think pricing, matching, reliability, facility onboarding; all the systems the business runs on!
THE WORK
You'll be running a domain where the right answer changes as the marketplace changes, and where your mental model and prioritization are the single most valuable artifact your team has. You will:
- Build the mental model. Grounded in customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and our own data.
- Pick the metrics. The ones that tell you and the org whether you're serving that customer well. When the right metric doesn't exist, you say so and propose the best proxy, limitations stated.
- Steward the improvements. Research, experiments, core flow changes, technical investments. An excellent PM here doesn’t just move metrics, they make prioritization calls that compound.
All of this gets written down and shared constantly. A one-page mental model your team can reference without you in the room. A monthly check-in. Enough visibility that engineers make autonomous decisions and leadership can push back at "is this the right bet" rather than "what's the bet." You'll work alongside an Applied Science https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/clipboard?departmentId=b0a8f86a-7e03-4cd1-a204-deafbabf7893 team that owns the quantitative infrastructure your domain depends on: pricing algorithms, causal models, experiment frameworks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of product management, with experience in marketplaces preferred
- You can query data yourself (SQL or equivalent)
- You've shipped meaningful features on a small, fast-moving team
- You write clearly and often
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week out of either our NYC or San Francisco office
WHO THRIVES HERE
- Extreme ownership: the buck stops with you regardless of what anyone else did or didn't do.
- Extreme curiosity: you ask "why" five times on the same problem before you're satisfied.
- You hold a clear point of view and update it visibly when the data disagrees.
- Background in marketplace product, ops research, or operating roles at fast-scaling startups is a strong signal.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
1. Case Study via MeritFirst
2. Case Study Interview
3. Cross-functional Interview
4. CPO Interview

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Wrike’s Core unit — the product area at the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike.
In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, customer empathy, and strategic prioritization. You will help shape the foundation of Wrike’s product experience while developing a team of PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.
Your Impact:
Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.
Prioritize ferociously: Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets — with a clear view of what matters most.
Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.
Your Qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.
Our Work Style:
Core product impact: You will shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers every day to manage work at scale.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing power, simplicity, customer demand, technical depth, and AI-readiness in one of Wrike’s most important product areas.
People leadership scope: You will directly develop a team of five PMs and influence the product culture of a larger R&D unit.
AI-native transformation: You will help define how Core Wrike evolves for a future where AI changes how teams create, structure, and manage work.
