About the Company
Born from groundbreaking research at Columbia University and Yale University, CertiK is a leading Web3 security company focused on securing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications through cutting-edge security research, formal verification, and AI-powered technology. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, CertiK provides end-to-end security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services for some of the largest projects in the digital asset ecosystem. Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
CertiK has spent years building security, risk, monitoring, and blockchain expertise across thousands of digital asset companies and institutional customers. As digital assets increasingly become part of mainstream financial infrastructure, security, financial crime risk, and regulatory compliance are converging. We believe there is an opportunity to build a new generation of institutional digital asset risk and compliance products at that intersection. This role will have significant influence over what that product becomes. We are looking for someone who wants to build it.
About the Role
CertiK is building the next generation of risk and compliance products for financial institutions and digital asset businesses. We are looking for a product leader to own this product area from customer discovery and product strategy through delivery, go to market, adoption, and expansion. This is not an internal compliance role. You are here to build the products that compliance, AML, financial crime, and risk teams use. You will work directly with financial institutions, exchanges, VASPs, fintechs, and other digital asset businesses to understand how their compliance teams operate, identify the problems that matter most, and turn those problems into scalable products. The product space may include areas such as blockchain and entity risk, transaction and wallet monitoring, sanctions and KYT, risk scoring, investigation and case management workflows, continuous monitoring, and compliance evidence and reporting. A core part of your job will be deciding which problems CertiK should solve first and which ones we should not. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Business Development, and company leadership to build this product line.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CertiK's AML and digital asset compliance products.
Spend significant time with customers and prospective customers, including CCOs, MLROs, AML teams, investigators, and risk leaders, to deeply understand their workflows and unmet needs.
Identify repeatable market problems behind individual customer requests and determine which problems should become scalable products.
Translate customer and market insights into product concepts, prototypes, requirements, and clear engineering priorities.
Drive products from discovery through design, development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define the key workflows, risk models, decision systems, and user experiences required by institutional compliance teams.
Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to make appropriate product and technical trade offs.
Partner with Business Development and customer facing teams during strategic sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, and design partnerships.
Work with Compliance and regulatory experts to translate evolving AML, sanctions, and digital asset requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Measure success through customer adoption, product usage, enterprise wins, expansion, and other measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Significant product management experience building B2B software in fintech, regtech, financial services, risk, compliance, or digital assets.
A track record of owning meaningful products or product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.
Deep understanding of AML, financial crime, transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB, investigations, or related compliance workflows.
Experience building or working closely with products such as transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, wallet screening, risk engines, case management, investigation platforms, or compliance workflow systems.
Strong customer discovery skills. You can speak credibly with senior compliance leaders and frontline analysts, understand both what they say and what they actually need, and translate those insights into product decisions.
Strong product judgment. You know the difference between a one off customer request and a repeatable market need, and you are comfortable making hard prioritization decisions.
Commercial instincts. You understand that a successful enterprise product must not only work, customers must adopt it, pay for it, and expand their usage.
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, early stage product environment and personally drive work forward rather than simply coordinate across teams.
Bonus Points
Experience building AML or compliance products at a blockchain analytics, fintech, regtech, exchange, bank, or financial infrastructure company.
Experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, on chain investigations, or digital asset risk.
Previous experience as an AML practitioner, compliance officer, MLRO, investigator, or financial crime professional.
Experience working with regulated financial institutions and understanding how compliance products are evaluated, procured, implemented, and operated.
Experience with regulatory examinations, VASP licensing, or financial crime remediation.
CAMS or another relevant professional qualification.
Relationships with compliance and risk leaders across banks, fintechs, exchanges, VASPs, regulators, or law enforcement.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.

SENIOR LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER
ABOUT WISTIA
Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a critical role in helping our users discover, adopt and realize ongoing value with our product and features. This role will combine strategic thinking with analytical rigor and exceptional execution to serve a wide range of customers with unique needs, delivering the right message at the right moment.
This role will identify opportunities through customer insights and product data, design sophisticated lifecycle programs, lead customer engagement strategies for new products and features, and continuously evolve the user experience through experimentation. You’ll partner closely with Growth Product, Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation, Customer Success and more to shape what content gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs, connect what happens next when someone clicks an email and lands in the product, and build customer delight programs that turn satisfied users into advocates for the brand.
Who You'll Work With: This role reports to our Senior Director of Demand Generation, and partners closely with the Growth Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Growth Product, Demand Generation and Customer Success teams.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, high-ownership IC role that will own the strategy and the execution. You'll be the person in the room asking whether something is actually right for the person receiving it, not just convenient for an upcoming initiative, and you'll proactively mine the database for what's missing: which segments are underserved, which lifecycle moments have no coverage, where we're leaving user potential on the table. While your primary, initial execution is email, your thinking extends beyond that, asking what happens after the click and flagging when a complementary channel, in-product moment, or webinar should be running alongside it.
This role will leverage AI to meaningfully scale what they are able to do — accelerate experimentation, sharpen segmentation, find patterns in the database faster than any manual process could — and bring what you learn back as a resource for the broader marketing team, not just apply it to your own work. You will regularly translate what you are seeing in customer behavior into input that shapes what the rest of marketing invests in next.
- Why is this role exciting? The lifecycle program has strong foundations ready for a dynamic and more personalized approach that’s connected to how users actually grow with Wistia. You will not be executing someone else's playbook; you will be building the next one. You’ll partner with Product Growth and other marketing teams to create key touchpoints with our user base and have ownership of one of marketing's highest-leverage channels at a company with a loyal, engaged customer base and a product that delivers real value.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. This role will help users realize that value by discovering what the product can do, deepening how they use it, and understanding what Wistia can mean for their business long-term. You will be building and influencing the engine that makes those connections happen.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? Evolving a maturing email program toward trigger-based, behavior-driven lifecycle marketing takes real craft and cross-functional reach. You will shape what content gets created, work with product and growth teams on the infrastructure that enables personalization at scale, and use AI to do things that were not previously possible with a lean team. The challenge is not just technical — it is also about building the internal relationships and trust that let you influence how the whole organization thinks about engaging its users.
Work Environment: Remote — open to candidates anywhere in the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deeply understand our users and our product to help them succeed and grow
- Own the strategy and execution of 1:many and 1:few lifecycle programs, primarily through email, focused on driving product adoption, feature awareness, and cross-sell/purchase readiness across trial and customer audiences — setting users up for the expansion moments that matter, upstream of the transactional triggers.
- Build and evolve a trigger-based, behavior-driven email program that supports what users are actually doing in the product.
- Proactively mine and analyze our existing database for opportunities: identify underserved segments, under-engaged users, and untapped lifecycle moments that email can address, and build programs around what you find.
- Develop a customer delight program to reward and celebrate our customers for their success, turning them into advocates for our brand.
- Partner closely with Content to identify gaps and shape what gets created based on what the lifecycle program needs to drive adoption and awareness. Yes, you’ll use existing assets, but also actively influence the content roadmap.
- Partner with Events, Webinar, and Product Marketing stakeholders to ensure lifecycle email is integrated with launches, live programming, and feature releases and vice versa. When a feature ships or a webinar goes live, this person should already have a lifecycle angle ready.
- Work alongside Marketing Ops as a partner on HubSpot strategy and architecture, having input into how the platform is structured and maintained to support lifecycle goals.
- Leverage AI tools to scale the sophistication and output of the email program in the short term while also planning ahead for what will be needed in the future.
- Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and cross-sell readiness. Translate those signals into input for the broader marketing team by surfacing what the data tells us about user behavior, content needs, and where we are leaving value on the table.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth Marketing, Growth Product, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success to ensure the email program is working in concert with the broader GTM motion and that your insights about the customer lifecycle are actively shaping how the team operates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 9+ years of email and lifecycle marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a consistent track record of owning strategy and program outcomes — not just execution.
- You may have managed a team at some point in your career, and you are choosing to stay hands-on. You know your leverage is in your craft, your systems, and your ability to scale through smart use of AI — not headcount — and you have built your career around that.
- You are already using AI tools in meaningful, practical ways to scale output and program sophistication — from content generation to segmentation logic to experimentation velocity. You bring that muscle into this role and keep pushing it forward.
- Deep HubSpot expertise: you can architect segmentation, automation workflows, and dynamic content at a program level, and you are comfortable co-owning the platform with an Ops partner rather than operating within someone else's setup.
- A strong cross-functional influencer, particularly with Content, Events, Webinars, Product Marketing, and Growth Product teams that produce things the lifecycle program should be amplifying and integrating.
- You know how to identify what the lifecycle program needs, build alignment with partners who have their own priorities, and get results without direct authority.
- A genuine user advocate — you think about what is right for the person receiving the email, not just what is useful for the business sending it, and that instinct makes the programs you build more effective.
- Analytically sharp: you can look at funnel and engagement data, identify where email can move the needle, and build a compelling case for what to prioritize next.
- Experience with adoption and engagement-focused programs — you think about email beyond acquisition and conversion and understand how to use it to build product habits and deepen customer relationships over time.
- Experience with PLG or product-led growth motions — trial activation, feature adoption signals, self-serve upgrade behavior — is a meaningful plus.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Role
As a Technical Program Manager in Token Factory, your primary focus will be coordinating complex cross-functional projects, including new model launches, bringing new GPU platforms into production serving, engineering quality and platform-wide improvement projects, and the end-to-end delivery pipeline for new AI models. Coordinating model onboarding and production delivery, from infrastructure readiness to successful customer availability.
Running the Applied AI / Customer Delivery sync — driving open issues to resolution and unblocking teams between meetings.
Coordinating the bring-up of new GPU platforms for serving — engine and kernel readiness, benchmarking against current hardware, and template migration once validated.
Partnering with Token Factory Product on the serverless launch path — ensuring validated templates hand off cleanly into catalogue, model card, and public availability.
Building and maintaining execution plans, identifying risks early, and ensuring blockers are resolved before they impact delivery.
Working closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product managers, SRE, infrastructure, networking, security, and other platform teams.
Facilitating technical decision-making and ensuring ownership and accountability across complex cross-team projects.
Continuously improving engineering delivery processes
within Applied AI's delivery chain
to make execution more predictable while maintaining a sustainable pace for engineering teams.
Requirements
Excellent project management and delivery skills with the ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into executable plans
Ability to identify critical paths, manage complex dependency graphs, and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams
Strong risk management and prioritization skills, with the ability to make progress in fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable leading incident coordination, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up actions
Strong technical background that allows you to understand engineering discussions, infrastructure dependencies, and architectural trade-offs without being the primary implementer
It will be
an added bonus
if you have
Experience working with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale inference systems
Experience delivering cloud infrastructure or data center deployment projects
Familiarity with capacity planning, production operations, and reliability engineering

- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives

HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Transportation Logistics Specialist to manage the full scope of IT hardware logistics across the APAC region — including racks, servers, GPUs, and other data center equipment. The role focuses on air freight and road transport across APAC, with a primary emphasis on shipments originating from or transiting through Taiwan, and deliveries into key APAC markets including Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and additional destinations as the business expands.
You will be responsible for day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound shipments, RMA and RMS flows, cross-border customs coordination, and inter-facility transfers within the region. This is a hands-on, operationally focused role requiring deep knowledge of APAC freight markets, strong carrier and forwarder relationships, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations
Manage end-to-end transport of IT hardware — rack systems, servers, GPUs, and other data center equipment — across all APAC lanes, including inbound shipments from Taiwan, inter-regional moves, and outbound flows as required.
Coordinate air freight and road transport scheduling, carrier and freight forwarder selection, and delivery execution to ensure on-time, damage-free arrival at APAC data center sites.
Handle all RMA and RMS shipments within the APAC region, including coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Manage equipment transfers between company warehouses and data center facilities across the region, optimising routes and minimising handling risk.
Maintain full visibility over active shipments across all APAC lanes and proactively resolve transit issues, delays, or exceptions.
Develop contingency plans and alternative routing strategies to ensure business continuity.
Manage time-critical air freight shipments where required, including carrier selection, booking, and end-to-end tracking to ensure expedited delivery of hardware.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate closely with data center operations teams across APAC to support staging, buffering, and just-in-time hardware deployment.
Maintain accurate in-transit inventory records and ensure proper chain-of-custody documentation for all shipments.
Manage all shipment-related documentation in relevant systems (Jira, TMS, or equivalent), ensuring records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Manage customs documentation and clearance processes for all cross-border shipments within APAC, including imports into Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia.
Process and reconcile logistics invoices; manage payments for transportation operations, including ZIP payments to the appropriate vendors and partners.
Work with the security team to establish and maintain secure shipment protocols for high-value hardware across the region.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable regulations across APAC jurisdictions, including country-specific import/export requirements, customs procedures, and trade compliance obligations.
Manage duties, taxes, and customs declarations for inbound and outbound shipments across the region, ensuring correct classification and valuation of high-value IT hardware.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all logistics activities, supporting internal (SOX) and external compliance requirements.
Establish and enforce SLAs and KPIs with freight carriers, forwarders, and 3PL partners; drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
Identify and escalate compliance gaps or process deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with hardware engineering, procurement, finance, and data center operations to align APAC logistics execution with deployment timelines and business priorities.
Collaborate with OEM suppliers based in Taiwan to coordinate international shipping windows, batch tracking, customs documentation, and inbound scheduling into APAC facilities.
Act as the primary escalation point for transport-related issues across the APAC region.
Work closely with the global transport team to ensure regional operations align with global standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and process standardisation.
Planning & Cost Management
Forecast transportation demand across APAC based on data center expansion plans, hardware deployment schedules, and capacity needs.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities through carrier consolidation, routing improvements, and smarter scheduling across APAC lanes.
Track and report on regional logistics costs, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions.
Support data-driven decision-making through regular reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management, with a strong focus on international shipping within the APAC region.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of APAC freight markets, air freight lanes, and road transport operations — particularly routes involving Taiwan, Singapore, India, South Korea, Japan, and Malaysia.
Proven experience managing high-value, time-critical IT hardware shipments — server racks, GPUs, data center equipment, or similar cargo.
Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
Experience managing and negotiating with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners across the APAC region.
Hands-on experience with RMA/RMS shipment processes and reverse logistics flows.
Familiarity with TMS platforms, Jira, or similar systems used for shipment tracking and documentation.
Excellent organisational and documentation skills with a high standard for accuracy and completeness.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams in a global environment.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Based in the APAC region; Singapore, India, or South Korea preferred. Must be eligible to work in the country of residence.
Fluency in English required; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Hindi, or similar) are a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience in a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or large-scale data center build-out environment.
Familiarity with ATA Carnet processes and temporary import/export mechanisms for repair and return shipments.
Experience with Taiwan-origin shipments and familiarity with Taiwanese export procedures and OEM supplier logistics coordination.
Background in supply chain analytics, reporting, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with physical security protocols for high-value hardware shipments.
Experience supporting logistics operations across emerging APAC markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand.
