Задачи:
- Принимать участие в проработке архитектуры: создавать прототипы, референсные реализации, задавать стандарты кода
- Работать с базами данных: проектировать схемы, писать сложные запросы, оптимизировать производительность под высокой нагрузкой
- Руководить и контролировать качество
- Распределять текущие задачи в спринте с учётом загрузки
- Формировать технический бэклог
Требования:
- Опыт работы в роли Java Developer от 3 лет
- Опыт управления командой разработки (4 человека и более) в роли Tech Lead от 1 года
- Опыт работы в финтехе
- Опыт проведения архитектурных сессий и принятия инженерных решений в условиях ограниченного времени
- Отличное понимание Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Знание паттернов и антипаттернов, паттернов для распределённых систем
- Знание логирования и мониторинга
- Экспертное написание SQL
- Понимание многопоточности и асинхронного программирования
- Опыт рефакторинга монолитных или легаси-приложений
- Умение читать чужой код и быстро погружаться в работу сервисов в промышленной эксплуатации
