Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join Webflow's Commercial Legal team. This is a hands-on, high-variety role. One day you're closing an enterprise MSA at quarter-end. Next you're negotiating a reseller agreement, structuring terms for a new technology partner with our BD team, tightening our API and marketplace terms, or updating a playbook after closing a complex deal. You'll own a steady flow of deals from start to finish and be the main POC to our impactful and growing Corporate GTM team, and you'll be the person the team counts on to jump in wherever the business needs it most.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Procurement, Finance, Product, Security, and Privacy to get deals done and counsel our internal stakeholders with sound, risk-balanced judgment. You'll also help scale Webflow's partner ecosystem and keep our contracting frameworks current as Webflow builds out agentic and AI-powered capabilities. This role suits a commercially pragmatic lawyer who knows which points matter, trades the rest well, and is energized by the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth, sales-led company.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $183,300 - $220,000
- Zone B: $171,700 - $206,000
- Zone C: $161,700 - $194,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the AGC, Head of Commercial Legal
As a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions you’ll:
- Independently negotiate and close a high volume of customer agreements across SMB, mid-market, regulated, and large enterprise segments, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and AI addenda.
- Support Webflow's partner ecosystem end to end: draft and negotiate agreements with agency and solution partners, technology and integration partners, resellers and channel partners, and referral partners, including program terms, co-selling and co-marketing, revenue share, and referral fees.
- Work with Partnerships and BD teams to structure, launch, and scale partner programs, keeping partner-facing templates, flow-downs, and program terms aligned with our customer paper.
- Advise on API, developer, and marketplace terms (including terms for app developers and template creators), working with Product so our terms match how our platform and AI features actually work.
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, AI-enabled tools, and services, in partnership with Procurement, Security, and Privacy.
- Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and enablement materials so deal teams can handle routine issues themselves.
- Serve as a go-to escalation point and provide hands-on training and enablement for Sales, Partnerships, and Deal Desk, with clear, practical guidance that weighs revenue impact, risk, and precedent.
- Pinch-hit across the team: cover colleagues' deals, get in the trenches with our Trust & Safety team on Security and Privacy issues, and roll up your sleeves as the business evolves.
- Use AI tools and our contracting stack to speed up your end to end work product, with proper guardrails for accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including a combination of law firm training and at least 2 years in-house supporting revenue-generating teams in a hyper-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- A demonstrated track record of independently drafting, negotiating, and closing B2B SaaS/PaaS agreements, including DPAs and privacy terms, as well as vendor and partnership agreements, in close partnership with Sales, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience supporting a partner ecosystem, such as channel/reseller, referral, technology/integration, agency, or marketplace programs.
You’ll thrive as a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions if you:
- Are a low-ego team player that likes to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, whatever the scope or visibility of the work.
- Are commercially pragmatic: you can secure the best overall deal for Webflow without winning every point, prioritizing what matters and trading the rest.
- Understand how partner economics and incentives work, and can design terms that scale across a program rather than one-off deals.
- Bring growth-enabling, risk-balanced judgment and know when to escalate.
- Are comfortable being uncomfortable: you make sound calls with incomplete information and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Are AI-fluent and systems-savvy, with hands-on experience in a CLM (Ironclad or similar), DocuSign, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Communicate plainly and can coach sales reps, partner managers, and other stakeholders to handle routine issues on their own.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

THE ROLE
Kit's content team is producing more video than ever — creator interviews, webinars, product demos, and a steady stream of organic social — and we need an editor and videographer who can keep pace without sacrificing quality. This is a part-time contract role, not full-time, but you'll sit on the content team, working directly from our raw footage and briefs rather than a detailed spec sheet.
Short-form is the priority, but you'll flex between quick social cuts and longer editorial pieces depending on what the week calls for. You should feel comfortable filming and editing for both
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to Cait Miller https://www.linkedin.com/in/caitlin-miller-38869432/, Team Lead, Content Marketing, and work closely with our social and creator education content marketers, who you will partner with for filming, briefs, and priorities week to week. Your other main collaborators are: our Growth marketing lead on paid ad social cutdowns and our in-house Brand team to understand the brand standards of Kit.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Film
- Join us in studio or on set as needed for original Kit content
- Feel comfortable both with on-the-ground filming as well as set and event filming
- Experience working with creators a plus
- Short-form
- Cut organic social content — Reels, talking-head videos, product clips, UGC, and more
- Turn longer creator interviews and webinars into paid ad creative
- Long-form
- Edit case study and creator interview videos
- Produce quick YouTube product and feature tutorials
- Edit evergreen webinar recordings into polished, on-demand videos
- Slice webinars, interviews, and existing footage into 2–5 minute mini-course lessons for YouTube or other platforms
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Strong command of a professional filming and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred; familiarity with CapCut, Opus Clip, or Descript as needed)
- Fast, clean editing on talking-head and interview footage — pacing, captions, and audio cleanup that doesn't need a re-do
- An eye for turning long-form footage (interviews, webinars) into engaging short-form social cuts
- Comfort applying brand guidelines — fonts, captions, colors — consistently across a high volume of videos
- Strong eye for quality and polish — Has a high bar for craft and can catch small details in cuts, pacing, transitions, audio, and endings that can make a video feel unfinished or sloppy.
- Ability to work within a brand system — Comfortable interpreting and consistently applying brand guidelines across typography, color, composition, motion, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Strong design fundamentals — Understands core principles like hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, and visual storytelling, and can apply them naturally in video.
- Collaborative with Brand/Design — Comfortable partnering closely with designers and creative leadership, receiving feedback, and incorporating brand considerations throughout the editing process.
Experiences
- 4+ years editing social-first video content, ideally for a brand, creator, or agency
- Experience editing both short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and longer-form (YouTube, webinar, interview) content
- Hands-on experience with recorded interviews, webinars, or talking-head footage — not just b-roll or UGC-only editing
- Nice to have: experience editing course-style or educational video content
Traits
- You're fast without cutting corners — this team is high-volume and needs an editor who won't become the bottleneck
- You can take a rough idea or raw footage and make it genuinely engaging, without leaning on clickbait
- You take feedback well and don't need heavy oversight once you know the brand
- You're comfortable juggling several projects across short- and long-form at once
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a detailed shot list or heavy direction before you can start cutting
- Discomfort with fast turnarounds — some weeks call for same-week social turnaround
- Preferring to specialize in only one format — this role moves between short- and long-form regularly
- A style that leans on clickbait hooks or gimmicks over substance
GEOGRAPHIC CONSIDERATIONS
While Kit operates as a fully remote organization, certain deliverables require on-location support, including filming original content, supporting studio and on-set productions, and capturing footage at in-person events. These activities will primarily take place in New York City, so we will give preference to candidates based in the NYC area who can provide on-site support as needed.
COMPENSATION
This is a 6-month part-time contract (25 hours/month), with the possibility of extension. The monthly retainer is $3,000–$5,000, based on experience.
HOW TO APPLY

1. Hiring manager interview
2. Panel Interview
We’ll keep you informed through every step. To get started, complete this application, including a cover letter and answers to the questions on the next page. We read every single application, and your cover letter and responses help put your experience into context.
Kit is an equal opportunity employer
We value diversity in all of its forms. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply.
We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
OKX is hiring a Head of Tax Information Reporting to build and run our global tax information reporting function. The function covers the OECD Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), the EU's DAC8 directive, the amended Common Reporting Standard (CRS 2.0), FATCA, and US Form 1099-DA across multiple reporting entities and a large global user base, with annual reporting across the EU, Brazil, and other CARF jurisdictions.
Most of the work is data: getting the right user, transaction, and balance data out of our platform, reconciling it, and turning it into accurate filings. You will own the relationship with our reporting vendor, the data specification that feeds it, and the quality checks that decide whether a file goes out.
You will run a central function that owns policy, data, vendor, QA, and submission for every entity in scope. Each reporting entity names an accountable signatory. Local compliance and entity leads are consulted on local requirements and support registration where the law requires a local filer. You will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, Finance Operations, Group Tax, Legal, Data Privacy, and the local entity leads.
Location: remote available, with a strong preference for the US or EU. Some travel to OKX offices.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycle for every OKX entity in scope: population definition, self-certification coverage, data extraction and reconciliation, file production, QA, filing, corrections, and tax authority queries.
Define and own the data specification that feeds the tax platform vendor: which users, which transactions, which balances, how they are aggregated by user and jurisdiction, and how they reconcile to the ledger. Work with Product and Data Engineering to build and test the pipeline.
Build and run the QA framework. Reconcile every file to source, validate it against the OECD XML schema and local variants, sample-test self-certification reasonableness checks, and run cross-entity consistency checks for users who hold accounts with more than one OKX entity. Nothing files without your release.
Manage the tax platform vendor: contract scope, delivery calendar, test cycles, output validation, issue resolution, and the annual renewal decision.
Set the group reporting policy and interpret the regimes for OKX: reportable crypto-assets, transfers to unhosted wallets, staking and reward income, retail payment thresholds, residency tie-breakers, and TIN rules, exercising independent technical judgment, supported by Legal and external tax advisers.
Own the global tax self-certification design in onboarding, including validation rules, refresh triggers, and the backlog remediation program for existing users, working with Compliance and Product.
Define the process for restricting undocumented accounts under DAC8 and CARF, including reason codes and customer communications, with restrictions applied automatically in Product and monitored by the central team.
Maintain the entity-by-entity readiness tracker covering domestic enactment, registration, self-certification coverage, and deadlines. Report weekly to the CCO and monthly to the CARF steering committee.
Hands-on leader. Build a small, senior team, scaled through the reporting vendor and outside advisers. Coordinate with and train local compliance and entity leads.
Support independent testing by Compliance Monitoring, Risk, and Internal Audit, and support tax authority examinations with complete, reproducible records.
What We Look For In You
7+ years in tax information reporting, tax operations, or regulatory data reporting at a global exchange, broker, bank, fintech, or digital asset platform, including at least 3 years leading a team.
Hands-on experience in a global, distributed digital asset business: you have worked with exchange or wallet transaction data, multiple legal entities, and users spread across many jurisdictions. This is required.
Strong data skills. You can write SQL, define data specifications for engineers, reconcile large transaction datasets to a ledger, and find the gap when the numbers do not tie. You have built or run data quality controls on reporting output.
Working knowledge of CARF, DAC8, CRS, and FATCA, including due diligence rules, self-certification requirements, reportable transaction categories, and the XML schemas used for exchange. Direct CARF or DAC8 implementation experience is strongly preferred given live DAC8 obligations and upcoming CARF reporting.
Experience managing a tax reporting vendor or reporting platform, including scoping, testing, and holding the vendor to a delivery calendar. the tax platform vendor experience is a plus.
Experience building a function from a small base: writing the policy, designing the controls, hiring the team, and running the first cycle.
Ability to explain data and tax issues plainly to executives, engineers, and local compliance officers, and to run a steering committee.
Judgment on when to escalate, comfort working across US, EU, and Asia time zones, and a record of meeting hard filing deadlines.
Nice to Haves
Experience with US Form 1099-DA or 1099-B production, backup withholding, or Qualified Intermediary reporting.
Experience with the DAC8 60-day account restriction process or equivalent undocumented account remediation at scale.
Familiarity with GDPR requirements for sharing customer data with tax authorities, including data protection impact assessments.
Python or similar scripting for data validation, and experience with data warehouse tools such as Databricks.
Experience working inside a Three Lines Model, including supporting second-line monitoring and Internal Audit.
A CPA, chartered tax adviser, or equivalent; or a degree in data science, computer science, or accounting.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Team The SysAdmin team owns ClickHouse Cloud's internal operations ecosystem: the web application, backend admin APIs, and CLI tooling used by SRE, Support, Billing, Sales Ops, and Engineering to inspect and operate on customer fleets. Our mission is to make high-stakes operational actions safe, audited, and frictionless.
What You Will Do
- Architect and scale the internal SysAdmin console, admin APIs, and Go-based CLI plugins used across the company.
- Enforce safety mechanisms on high-impact actions: fine-grained permissions, staff SSO enforcement, scoped service tokens, guardrails, and immutable audit logging.
- Build unified integrations across third-party platforms (Salesforce, Pylon, billing platforms, feature flags) to surface holistic customer state in one pane.
- Partner directly with internal stakeholders (Support, SREs, Sales Ops) to eliminate operational toil and streamline crisis response workflows.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in full-stack software engineering, specifically building back-office tooling, admin consoles, or internal developer platforms.
- Core Stack: Strong TypeScript/Node.js and React for dense, data-heavy UIs. Experience or willingness to write Go for CLI tooling is a major plus.
- Safety & Auth Infrastructure: Deep understanding of internal authorization, staff access policies, rate-limiting, and audit trail design.
- Integration Expertise: Comfortable connecting external APIs, managing authentication contracts, handling rate limits, and ensuring data freshness.
Ideal Backgrounds: Internal tools, trust & safety, fintech ops platforms, or developer productivity teams at cloud platforms (e.g., Stripe Ops, Shopify, Atlassian, Datadog, Cloudflare).

Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are passionate about their craft. Each person is one of the best in the world at what they do. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives is a requirement for building great products.
Join us on our mission and shape the future!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans - by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting text output, you will improve Large Language Model’s performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere’s tech.
Cohere seeks dynamic and dedicated Data Annotators with exceptional Modern Standard German Writing, Translation, and Data Manipulation skill.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada. We seek candidates who are able to commit to 16 hours per week minimum at a 30 CAD/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 - Bring Your Own Device (laptop). Remote work within Canada. 12 months contract. Performance incentives included!
As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Label and Rank: Accurately label and rank machine learning data with advanced proficiency in German, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Audit and Correct: Scrutinize and rectify any inaccuracies in language data (may include text, image, JSON, TSV/CSV, Markdown), maintaining the highest standard of data accuracy.
- Reading and Text-Based Tasks: Efficiently complete reading and text-based assignments, with high attention to detail.
- Preference-Based Tasks: Evaluate and complete tasks, assessing which responses in German best conform to project guidelines.
- Recommend Optimizations: Identify and suggest opportunities for improving data quality and model performance in German language tasks.
- Provide Feedback: Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing feedback to cross-functional team members, particularly on German language-related matters.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive and precise tasks, particularly when working with language data.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in German; excellent command over English.
- Expert reading and writing skills - which you are ready to prove on our written test.
- Basic familiarity with JSON/TSV/CSV/Markdown data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - you’re the type to proofread all of your emails!
- High tolerance for repetitive and monotonous work.
- Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity and work independently.
- Superb sense of urgency and time management.
- Curiosity about technology and a knack for tackling problems in creative ways.
- A reliable laptop.
The Candidate Journey:
Initial Screening - Once you have submitted your application our Talent Team will review your resume and writing samples.
Virtual Annotation Test - This assignment will test your written skill through various language-based tasks, such as a a writing sample, interacting with a chat bot, and more.
Video Screen - If selected to move forward, you will have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team!
Offer - Independent Contractor Agreement
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and therefore compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human generated and model generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Great Forward Deployed Engineers make deployments succeed. The Forward Deployed Engineering Team Manager makes the whole team succeed. In this role you will lead a team of FDEs and own delivery outcomes across your book: clean builds, on-time milestones, and healthy, growing accounts. You set the quality bar for everything the pod ships and turn what works into standard practice
This is a management seat with real autonomy. You decide how the pod runs and own the results. You will work closely with Account Partners, Implementation Engineers, and Product, so your focus stays on your whole book of business, the development of the people delivering it, and the systems that make your team run. The role reports to the VP of Solutions and is the proving ground for delivery leadership at Tennr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own your team’s key metrics: time to first outcome from go-live, delivery predictability on key milestones, and adoption and health across all accounts.
- Hold the quality bar: review scoping and architectures before they are built, require dry runs for high-stakes moments (architecture reviews, demos, UAT), and sample live customer calls to coach execution.
- Hire and develop every FDE in the pod through weekly 1:1s, evidence-based reviews, clear 30/60/90 ramp expectations, and documented growth plans.
- Act as first line of defense on escalations: diagnose root causes, set direction, and coordinate the fix through the team, then coach so it does not recur.
- Serve as the technical solutioning partner for FDEs working through hard architecture and workflow problems.
- Act as the final scoping gate on pre-sales engagements, catching post-sale risk before contracts close.
- Turn patterns across the pod’s accounts into a clear signal for Product, and close the loop with the team on what ships.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading and developing a team of implementation, solutions, or technical delivery professionals
- Track record of successfully delivering complex customer implementations, healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred
- Strong technical judgment on architecture and workflow design, with the ability to guide a build without taking it over
- Comfort inspecting work and holding a high bar, including when the work looks fine
- Clear communication with customers and executives, and the ability to surface risk and trends upward early
- Experience partnering with Product to turn recurring field patterns into roadmap priorities
- High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave
