About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic trains and serves Claude across multiple cloud providers and accelerator platforms. The Platform Portability team owns the abstractions, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that make this possible without every engineering and research team needing to become experts in different clouds.
As an engineer on Platform Portability, you'll design and build the systems that let us bring up new capacity, ship our platform to cloud provider platforms & marketplaces, and move workloads between providers with confidence. You'll work closely with our cloud partners on capabilities we need that don't exist yet, and with internal Compute, Inference, and Security teams to make "which cloud is this running on?" a question most engineers at Anthropic never have to ask. Your work directly determines how quickly and reliably we can put safe, frontier AI in front of users — wherever they are.
What you'll do
Our work splits into two workstreams, and we need your help across both.
Portable infrastructure.
We build the provider-agnostic abstractions for storage, messaging, and connectivity that let Anthropic's systems run on any cloud, and they have to hold up at the scale of frontier model inference. You'll design and build those abstractions, plus the tooling that lets internal teams provision, configure, and operate services across clouds through one consistent interface. You'll also hunt down the provider-specific assumptions hiding in our codebase and set the patterns that keep new ones from creeping in.
Claude on partner clouds.
We ship Claude onto third-party cloud platforms, and every launch has to be repeatable. You'll own that delivery end to end, including the build, release, and validation pipelines behind it. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our cloud partners and internal infrastructure stakeholders to land the features we need, debug platform issues, and influence their roadmaps. Expect to go deep on native integrations with each provider, and to do the cross-cutting work that keeps our platform consistent across all of them.
Across both, you'll shape how the rest of Anthropic builds for multiple clouds. You'll review designs with cloud-portability implications, mentor engineers across the org on multi-cloud patterns, and bring internal stakeholders into alignment through clear writing and conversation. You'll also take your turn in the on-call rotation, and you'll design the postmortems, runbooks, and incident response that help us never fail the same way twice.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience building and operating production distributed systems
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production
Run the same production workload across multiple cloud providers, including the migration or abstraction work that made it possible
Understand how cloud IAM models and networking primitives (VPC peering, private connectivity, service mesh) differ across providers
Write production code in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust)
Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understand ML infrastructure and supporting interconnects
Ship software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
Bring a background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

healthcare workflows
Meaningful ownership across prompts, context, memory, evaluations, and escalation patterns at product scale
A cross-functional role translating production evidence into AI improvements used across Arcadia’s platform
A mission-driven company working to improve how patients receive care
A flexible, remote-friendly culture with personality and heart
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian community

Claude is now good at security work. It finds and fixes vulnerabilities in real codebases, triages alerts, and reasons about how an attacker would move through a system, and it improves with every model we ship. Many security platforms build on Claude and we shipped our first security product this year (Claude Security).
You'll lead the cybersecurity product at Anthropic. That means setting the strategy, deciding what we build and where we partner, shipping products, and being the company's voice with CISOs, security vendors, and researchers. Some of this is 0→1 (our first-party products are a few months old and the next ones don't exist yet) and some of it is scaling what already works. Security touches nearly every team at the company.
Key responsibilities
Set Anthropic's cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for the results.
Ship security products. Vulnerability discovery and remediation in Claude Code today and a broader set of capabilities in the future.
Represent Anthropic on security externally, with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
Partner with research. Know where the model falls short on security tasks and help build a plan to improve.
Work with safeguards and policy on model access for Cybersecurity.
Keep the cross-functional threads moving across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and comms.
Minimum qualifications
You've spent meaningful time in security, whether building security products, running a security team, or doing the work yourself in application security, detection and response, vulnerability research, or offensive security.
You've built products or businesses from scratch and taken them to paying customers.
You design for where the models will be rather than where they are. You treat what the model can't do yet as a research target with a reliability bar, and you know what to ship in the meantime.
You have strong product judgment and enough technical depth to read a finding and tell whether it's real.
You're willing to do the unglamorous work.
You communicate well with CISOs, researchers, and executives alike.
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of experience building and shipping products, especially in the security space .
Fluency with AI products: evaluations, model behavior as part of the product surface
Technical background or experience working closely with infrastructure/platform teams
Strong technical judgment with ability to go deep on security and infrastructure topics
Structured thinking and ability to break down complex compliance requirements into shippable features

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Fleet UI team you will be building a mission-critical system used by satellite operators. Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Build, and maintain features across a React + TypeScript project serving real-time satellite operations
- Collaborate closely with a UI/UX designer in developing sophisticated UI components and data visualizations tools including timeline views, 3D globe rendering (Cesium), and pass planning interfaces
- Contribute occasionally to backend APIs (Node, Python) to unblock delivery when needed
- Drive frontend architecture decisions — state management strategy, component design, performance optimization
- Support the team with DevOps work across multiple environments — including managing Docker-based deployments, configuring environment-specific runtime settings, and contributing to release workflows
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest + Testing Library) and end-to-end tests (Playwright)
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor engineers on best practices

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
- Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
- Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
- Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
- Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
- AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
NOT A FIT
- Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
- E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
WHO YOU ARE
- Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
- Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
- Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
- Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
- Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer:

- Company-provided MacBook: Experience seamless productivity with top-notch Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
After submitting your application, we conduct a thorough review which typically takes 3 to 5 days, but may occasionally take longer due to the volume of applications received. If we see a potential fit, we proceed with the following steps:
- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)
- Technical Interview (60 minutes)
- Final Interview (45 minutes)

We are looking for Platform Technical Leader to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
The Platform Technical Leader (EM3 & PaaS) will define and drive the architecture and technical operating model for EveryMatrix’s next-generation Platform as a Service. The role will enable EM3 and the wider EM2030 transformation through secure, reliable, automated, and self-service platform capabilities that can operate across datacentres and cloud environments at fleet scale.
The role reports to the Platform Engineering Leader and remains within the existing Platform Engineering organization. It will initially have no separate team or direct reports. Delivery will be achieved through technical leadership and dedicated contributors allocated from the existing Platform Engineering streams and specialist teams on a project basis. The role will help shape the future technology-oriented Platform Engineering model and the development of SRE and DevSecOps capabilities without creating a parallel organization.
The successful candidate will initially lead the EM3 and PaaS technical direction without a separate team or direct reporting line. Results will be delivered through architecture ownership, technical leadership, organizational influence, and dedicated capacity allocated from existing teams. The candidate must be able to lead engineers and technical outcomes at scale while people management, capacity ownership, and operational accountability remain with the existing Platform Engineering leadership structure.
Responsibilities:
Define the EM3 and PaaS target architecture, platform principles, roadmap, and reference patterns.
Design the platform control plane, management APIs, desired-state model, and fleet-wide lifecycle-management approach.
Define automated provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, recovery, rollback, version compliance, and decommissioning across infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform services.
Design deployment patterns for single-tenant and smaller multi-tenant environments across datacentres and public cloud.
Establish platform products, self-service interfaces, service catalogue standards, golden paths, and reusable blueprints.
Define reliability standards, service ownership, production readiness, SLI/SLO practices, observability, resilience testing, and the future SRE operating model.
Embed security by default through DevSecOps practices, policy as code, secrets and identity controls, supply-chain security, compliance automation, and automated evidence.
Lead cross-team architectural decisions and align Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DBA, Networking, Security, Architecture, and Product Engineering.
Define technical acceptance criteria and decision gates for proof of concept, production readiness, lifecycle readiness, security readiness, and operational readiness.
Work with the Platform Engineering Leader on capacity planning, project allocation, skills development, targeted hiring, and the progressive transition to technology-oriented platform domains.
Mentor senior engineers and help develop future Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevSecOps leaders.
Drive outcomes that allow platform scale to grow without proportional growth in manual operational effort.
Own our private cloud infrastructure as a product, setting the technical direction and the roadmap for how it evolves;
Define and publish a service catalogue with clear ownership and clear interfaces, so that provisioning compute, storage, environments and infrastructure is a self-service call for our development teams;
Deliver secure CI/CD as a service, with pipelines, secrets management, access control and compliance controls built into the platform by default rather than added afterwards;
Set, measure and report on SLAs, capacity plans and cost transparency for every service the chapter provides;
Establish the engineering standards of the chapter, including infrastructure as code, peer review, automated testing and observability, and hold the team to them;
Embed AI-assisted engineering in how the chapter works day to day, and measure the effect it has on delivery speed and quality;
Partner with development, architecture and security so that platform capabilities match what our product teams need;
Take accountability for the reliability of the platform, including on-call arrangements, incident response, and post-incident learning.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing, building, or transforming a large-scale internal platform or Platform as a Service capability.
Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure lifecycle management across multiple clusters, locations, or tenants.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking, identity, secrets, storage, distributed data services, and observability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, declarative configuration, reconciliation, platform APIs, and policy-driven automation.
Experience delivering automated upgrades, patching, rollback, recovery, and version management.
Experience defining platform products, self-service services, service ownership, and operating models.
Strong understanding of SRE practices and the design of reliable, observable, production-ready services.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, platform security, and automated compliance controls.
Experience leading complex technical change across multiple teams without direct organizational authority.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have:
Experience establishing Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevSecOps capabilities.
Experience with hybrid, on-premises, private-cloud, and public-cloud platforms.
Experience with single-tenant and multi-tenant deployment models.
Experience with Kubernetes fleet management, progressive delivery, upgrade rings, and low-downtime change.
Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed services.
Experience in regulated, audited, or high-availability environments.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, in line with the company policy.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
Access to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.
Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations. And did we mention our amazing office space complete with its own pool and gym?
At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. Come join us and experience the difference!

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, Wintermute, and Cumberland, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you'll own 3P payouts and collections end-to-end — from how money flows in via virtual accounts and collections rails, to how it flows out via FP integrations and direct banking rails. You'll be the payments expert in the room: the person who knows which FPs are worth integrating, how to design a user journey for our clients, and how to specify something that an engineer can actually build.
What we need is someone who is deeply payments-native and can operate as the domain owner from day one.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership — Payouts & Collections
- Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end — from strategy and prioritisation through to spec, build, and launch
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for FP integrations and direct banking rail integrations as the business scales
- Write detailed, buildable specs — engineers should be able to ship from what you produce
- Design the user journey and frontend experience for payout and collections flows, with strong opinions about what a client actually needs to see and do
Financial Partner Strategy & Integration
- Evaluate FPs and banking partners across pricing, rail coverage, onboarding complexity, licensing constraints, and operational reliability — and make clear recommendations on which to integrate and in what sequence
- Lead the integration process with new FPs end-to-end: scoping, spec, coordination with Engineering, and go-live
- Understand the FOF implications of each FP and banking relationship, and design around the constraints rather than discovering them after the fact
- Stay current on the FP and payments infrastructure market — who the relevant players are, what they're good at, and where the gotchas are
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work day-to-day with the co-founders, Customer Operations, and the Engineering team
- Align with Financial Partnerships on which FPs and banks are being evaluated, and feed product requirements into the partnership prioritisation process
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal on licensing constraints and fund safeguarding requirements
- Surface client feedback on payout and collections UX to inform the roadmap — you'll be talking to clients directly
What We're Looking For
- 6 to 10 years of product experience, with meaningful depth in cross-border payments infrastructure — payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and FP/banking integrations
- Must have shipped both directions of money movement: outbound payouts and inbound collections
- Prior hands-on integration experience with payment infrastructure providers Payments-native: you understand flow of funds, rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and how licensing affects what you can build
- Opinionated about UX for a B2B payments ICP — you know what a client needs to see when they place an order, and you can design for it
- Background at a licensed cross-border payments company or stablecoin payments shop at Series A–C scale

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.
How To Apply
Send us your CV and a short note explaining:
Your greatest achievement in a similar role.
Which KPIs you owned.
How you usually prioritize marketing ideas when there are more ideas than time.
Location: Baku

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who is pragmatic, product-minded, and equally comfortable writing code and running production systems to join our Infrastructure department's SRE team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own the application-level infrastructure and reliability of a high-traffic commerce domain end to end - from deploy pipelines and Kubernetes manifests to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness.
Strong Kubernetes, observability, and software engineering skills are essential, along with experience in operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable) and partnering closely with product development teams. The ability to hold a dual perspective - understanding both how developers ship features and what infrastructure needs to stay reliable - and to bring the reliability lens into design decisions early will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about making complex distributed systems boringly reliable and love building the commerce and monetization backbone that lets game developers around the world get paid, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Own the application-level infrastructure: Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service-level networking and integrations
Own the domain's observability: design and implement SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards for critical services on Datadog and OpenTelemetry-based tooling
Help to set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including deploy and rollback automation
Perform capacity planning and performance tuning ahead of expected load - product launches, sales events, and regional rollouts - including load testing and performance regression investigation
Run Production Readiness Reviews for new services and major changes; define and enforce what "production-ready" means for the domain
Support domain incident response: assist with deep investigation of complex incidents, contribute to post-mortems, drive follow-up reliability improvements, and maintain runbooks
Build domain-specific automation that reduces operational toil: runbook automation, deploy helpers, recurring operational scripts
Maintain and drive a forward-looking reliability roadmap for the domain together with product engineering leads
Participate in product team planning, refinements, and architecture reviews, bringing the reliability perspective before design decisions become expensive to change
Co-author company-wide SLO/SLI, capacity, and operational standards together with the broader SRE team; contribute improvements directly to shared SRE-operated subsystems
Participate in the SRE duty rotation, supporting developers across the company
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of proven SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering experience: on-call or incident response duty, SLO/monitoring ownership, deploy pipeline and infrastructure work for production services
Software development background: you have built and shipped backend services, not only operated them - comfortable reading application code during an investigation and writing production-quality automation in at least one language (e.g., Go, PHP)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience: Helm, manifests, deploy strategies, debugging application-level performance and networking issues (GKE or another managed Kubernetes)
Solid observability practice: building monitors, dashboards, and SLOs/SLIs on a modern platform (Datadog preferred; Prometheus/Grafana experience also relevant), familiarity with OpenTelemetry
Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform/Terragrunt) for collaboration with platform teams
GCP experience (IAM, networking, managed services)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff/Lead Product Designer, Design System
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Director of Product Design
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We don't have a design system. What we have is a set of products built fast, for users who needed the imagery yesterday, that share a brand without sharing much else. Buttons that quietly disagree with each other. Spacing as a matter of personal taste. Several defensible ways to build a table, none of them the same. Nobody was sloppy - this is what shipping under real pressure leaves behind, and the interest on it now comes out of every sprint.
As a Staff / Lead Product Designer, you'll build the thing from nothing. That starts small and slightly unglamorous: a Figma library people actually reach for and a design playbook that settles the arguments worth settling. Then tokens with a structure that holds. Then components in code, documented well enough that nobody has to ask you how they work. By the time it's a design system in the full sense, the hardest part - people using it by default - is already solved, because you'll have built it in the open with the teams who had to adopt it.
This is a hands-on, opinionated, sleeves-rolled-up role. You'll be the highest craft bar in the domain and the person who raises everyone else's. You'll spend as much time with frontend engineers as with designers, quite possibly in their repo.
Real ownership. Very little existing process to inherit. If that sounds like a warning, it isn't. It's the job.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific..
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Start with a library and a playbook. Grow it into a system. Early on that means a Figma library, shared foundations and written guidance that gives teams a default instead of a decision. Later it means token architecture, components in code and documentation that scales past you. You'll decide the sequence, what's a token and what's a local decision, and where the line sits between flexibility and consistency. Those calls are yours to make, not to wait for.
- Co-design with frontend, in the code. Our engineers will build most of the components. You'll be in the conversation about props, state and composition, reading PRs and prototyping in a branch when that's the fastest way to prove a point. Figma is where you think, not where the system ends up living.
- Sell it. Repeatedly. A design system nobody adopts is a very tidy failure. You'll make the case to product managers, engineers and leadership, run office hours, and do migration work yourself when that's what unblocks a team.
- Set and hold the craft bar. Across the whole domain, at the pixel level, in public. Kind about people, uncompromising about the work.
- Put AI to actual work. Component documentation, variant generation, token maintenance, migration codemods, spec drafting. The tedious 60% of systems work is exactly what these tools are good at, and we want someone with strong instincts about which 60%.
- Stay accountable for what ships. Adoption, consistency, shipped UI quality, how quickly teams can build - not the size of your Figma library.
- Work across a big, networked organisation. Designers in other domains, brand and marketing design, sales engineers, customers. Consistency is a negotiation, not a mandate you email out.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- You've done 0-to-1 before, somewhere messy. You've taken a design system from nothing to adopted, in an organisation that had neither and wasn't yet convinced it needed one. You know how the first six months actually go, which corners are safe to cut, and how to structure tokens so they survive the next product rather than getting quietly forked.
- You're fluent enough in code to be useful. Reading React and CSS, understanding component APIs, running the repo locally, opening a PR without ceremony. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to hold your end of a technical conversation and design things that are buildable as drawn.
- You can influence without authority. You'll spend real energy convincing people who have their own roadmaps and their own deadlines. Being right won't be enough and you know that already.
- Your craft is exceptional. Deep command of layout systems, typography, colour and visual hierarchy, applied in dense, complex professional interfaces. Detail-obsessed in the good way: the way that makes a whole product feel considered.
- You have a real point of view on AI in design work. Not a vibe, a practice. You've used these tools to accelerate documentation, generate and audit variants, maintain tokens, or migrate code, and you can tell us where they helped and where they made a confident mess.
- You've owned UX end-to-end for complex professional products. Discovery through shipped product through what you learned afterwards, with a portfolio that shows the systems thinking as well as the surfaces. Expert in Figma.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Accessibility as a default rather than an audit.
- Experience with theming, dark mode, or multi-brand systems.
- Data-dense, map-heavy or real-time interfaces.
- Public writing or open-source contribution on design systems.
- Time spent in high-stakes or regulated environments where getting it wrong is expensive.
The disposition, which matters more than any of the above: outcome-driven thinking over perfect artifacts (design is what ships); curiosity about users, about design and technology trends and history, and about better ways of working; pragmatic product judgment, knowing when "good and shipped" beats "perfect but late"; clear communication and respectful collaboration.
