About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our team in Revenue Strategy & Operations and play a key role in scaling our go-to-market operations. This role is at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive growth. The GTM Strategy and Operations team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, podded by functional area (pre- vs. post-sale) to drive revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to bring technical and analytical expertise to a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member serves as a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function, whether that's SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, or Account Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- E2E Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams and promote consistency and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Experimentation - Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within each functional area.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics and performance analyses across their associated functions. Identify areas of opportunity and acceleration; build dashboards and insights that inform experimentation and guide lever improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics - Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis to execution.
- Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What we offer
- High-velocity innovation: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in New York, London and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)
- Remote first: We prioritize your talent, not your location, with structured asynchronous workflows for maximum impact and minimal meetings.
- Continuous growth: Collaborate with AI leaders, shape your path, and contribute where you excel most.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're now growing our consumer business and building new services for self-employed people and freelancers. To support that, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to run creator campaigns for Taxfix and Steuerbot.
Most people find taxes stressful. Hearing from a creator they already trust that they got money back in one evening is more convincing than an ad. That's why creators are a big part of our marketing. We run the channel in-house with a significant yearly budget and use it both to bring in new users and to build trust in our brands. The hard part is doing both at once: getting new users at a good cost while keeping the content credible for the creator's audience.
This role reports to the Influencer Marketing Lead and focuses at first on our two German brands, Taxfix and Steuerbot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run and scale creator campaigns from start to finish: find creators, reach out, negotiate, brief them, review content, take it live and report on results.
- Negotiate deals that make sense for both sides. Push back on first prices and agree on terms like view guarantees or performance-based pay.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and their managements, and decide how we work with them across both brands.
- Run frequent hypothesis-driven experiments. We put strong emphasis on asking the right questions, good experiment design, and generating actionable data and interpretations. You own large parts of creator and influencer experimentation.
- You continue to expand our creator database and context layer, allowing you to work very data and insight driven, and enabling AI agents to work alongside or for you equipped with the right data and context.
- Automate the repetitive parts of your job with n8n, Claude Cowork/Code and GitHub, so research, scoring and reporting run on their own and you can spend your time on higher value work with creators, negotiations, content and strategy.
- Seasonal campaign planning across multiple platforms, formats and creator sizes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, at a brand or an agency.
- You’re highly curious about the creator economy and thrive on turning complex, ambiguous challenges into practical solutions in a high-agency role.
- You’re an effective and confident negotiator who always strives to get the best deal and who’s not shy to walk away from a deal.
- You’re highly analytical and very comfortable with processing and critically interpreting data sets, with an eye for detail.
- You are on the path of becoming an AI builder with first basic to advanced workflow automations or other agentic solutions under your belt with measurable impact.
- You’re experienced in general in how to work with LLMs and agentic solutions effectively, including when to critically review their outputs.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with both, internal stakeholders and external managements and creators. You’re fluent in German and English.
If you come from performance marketing, growth, affiliate or creator operations and have worked with creators, apply anyway. We'd like to hear from you.
WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE
- A creator pipeline where you can explain why each creator is on it.
- Working relationships with the creators and managements you book.
- Two structured experiments, with read-outs that say what failed as clearly as what worked.
- One recurring task automated, with the hours it saves measured.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Role highlights:
- Director, Group Accounting & Reporting
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation.
Application Process
1. TA interview
2. Hiring manager interview
3. Peer interview
4. Assignment
5. Final interview

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps over 4 million developers understand and resolve issues in their applications. Behind every error, performance trace, replay, and log is a large-scale data platform responsible for storing, querying, and analyzing massive volumes of telemetry data.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team, which builds and operates the distributed data systems powering Sentry's products. The team manages petabytes of data and develops high-performance analytical infrastructure using technologies like ClickHouse, enabling fast, complex queries across billions of records.
As Sentry grows, so do the technical challenges. The team is evolving its storage and query infrastructure to support increasing data volumes, more complex analytical workloads, and unified access to different types of telemetry data. EAP also provides the data foundation for Seer, Sentry's AI-powered debugging agent, enabling AI systems to access the production context needed to investigate and resolve issues.
In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers tackling complex distributed systems challenges while balancing architectural improvements with the reliability and performance of production systems. You'll bring strong technical judgment, guide engineering decisions, and work closely with product engineering teams to build capabilities that directly impact the developer experience.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical part of Sentry's infrastructure, solve challenging problems at scale, and shape how developers and AI-powered tools interact with application data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop a team of engineers working on large-scale distributed data systems, fostering technical excellence, ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Drive technical execution and architectural decisions across EAP's storage and query infrastructure, balancing scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Build and evolve analytical data systems supporting complex queries, high-throughput workloads, and efficient access to petabytes of event data.
- Guide the evolution of EAP's architecture, including query optimization, storage and compute separation, and the unification of different event types into a common analytical platform.
- Own the operational health of the platform, leading efforts to improve reliability, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and address scaling challenges.
- Partner with product engineering teams to understand their technical requirements, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver platform capabilities that support new product experiences.
- Support Sentry's AI-powered capabilities by ensuring the platform efficiently serves the analytical workloads and production context required by Seer and other AI-driven experiences.
- Set clear priorities and drive projects from design through production, helping the team execute effectively while managing competing technical and product needs.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy leading engineers while staying closely involved in technical discussions, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
- Get excited about building and operating large-scale distributed systems where performance, reliability, and efficiency matter.
- Have a strong interest in analytical databases, storage engines, query systems, and the engineering challenges behind processing massive volumes of data.
- Like working through difficult technical tradeoffs and turning ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Take pride in building reliable production systems, understanding how they behave under load, and continuously improving their performance.
- Enjoy collaborating with product engineering teams and understanding how infrastructure decisions influence the end-user experience.
- Want to lead a team whose work directly supports Sentry's core products and growing AI-powered capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant professional software engineering experience, including experience managing and developing engineers, leading technical projects, and driving engineering execution.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, analytical databases, or large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, or operating complex data-intensive systems, with depth in at least one of the following:
- Analytical database infrastructure: Operating, scaling, optimizing, or maintaining OLAP systems such as ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, or similar technologies in production.
- Complex distributed data platforms: Designing and building sophisticated systems using analytical databases or distributed storage technologies as foundational components, with meaningful ownership of the underlying architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Experience making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs involving system scalability, performance, reliability, or operational complexity.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, incident response, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Experience leading engineering projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid, or other column-oriented analytical databases.
- Experience with query optimization, analytical storage architecture, or high-throughput data processing.
- Experience building infrastructure for observability, telemetry, developer tools, or event-driven applications.
- Experience working closely with product engineering teams to develop infrastructure supporting customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar backend programming languages.
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job.
Requirements
- Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients.
- Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control and security reviews.
- Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalizes when several customers want the same thing.
- Ships end-to-end with little direction. There’s no PM to define everything first.
Bonus: experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
