About the role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will take backend features and improvements from clarifying the problem through shipping them and following up in production. You will work within a product area, partnering with Product Management, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Security to deliver predictably and contribute to the quality, security, performance, and maintainability of shared backend code and services. You will be trusted to work with minimal guidance, to know when to seek help, and to communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment — with other tenured engineers alongside you to review your work, think through hard problems with you, and help you grow.
Why you’ll love this role
Ownership:
You'll take features from requirements through delivery and follow-up; your code will run on a platform used by millions of users.
Learning and Growth :
You’ll work alongside your engineering team, who treat code review and design review as a learning loop rather than a gate — one of the fastest ways to grow your engineering judgment.
Innovative Culture:
You’ll use AI as a genuine part of daily engineering work, developing the judgment to know when to trust it and when not to.
Autonomy:
You’ll thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, so you understand why you’re building something, not just what.
What you’ll do
Own and Ship Features:
Design, implement, test, and ship backend features and improvements with minimal guidance, working in Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern languages.
Build for Production:
Write maintainable, secure, observable, and performant code. Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, integrations, and bounded service functionality, and work with data models, migrations, indexes, and query behavior.
Test and Review:
Add and improve automated coverage — unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end where appropriate — and review others’ code for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and operational risk.
Operate What You Build:
Investigate build, test, deployment, and runtime failures at the feature boundary, identify technical debt and propose practical improvements, and take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
Leverage AI:
Use AI productively in daily work, validate what it produces, and understand where its limitations matter.
What you’ll bring
Backend Fundamentals:
Professional experience building and shipping production backend applications, with strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals.
Adaptability:
Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern backend language. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Feature Ownership:
The ability to take a feature from clarification through delivery and follow-up, working independently while seeking input at the right time.
Practical Judgment:
Sound instincts about security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational risk, plus an understanding of modular backend boundaries and the consequences of coupling.
Clear Communication:
Strong written communication and effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment.
AI Fluency:
Practical experience with AI coding tools, including the ability to review and correct what they generate.
Helpful experience
Production Go services, APIs, concurrency, profiling, or gRPC.
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
Rust, particularly for systems, security, performance, or platform work.
PostgreSQL, schema evolution, caching, queues, messaging, or event-driven workflows.
Observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
Contributing to a modular monolith, bounded context, shared component, or independently operated service.

Perplexity is hiring sellers fast, and every new seller has to learn a fast-moving product line: Enterprise, Comet, Computer and the API. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Manager to own how new sellers go from their first day to selling on their own. You'll build the program, keep it current, run it, and certify that each seller is ready before they sell independently.
This is a high-ownership, highly visible role on a small Sales Enablement team. You'll partner with the Sales Enablement Lead and work closely with sales leaders, frontline managers, Product, Product Marketing, Solutions and Revenue Operations. Your goal is a robust, relevant, progressive and measurable ramp that gets faster as we scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Onboarding Manager owns the onboarding experience for Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), from Day 1 through field certification. You'll design the curriculum, keep it up to date as the product changes, lead the sessions yourself, manage the logistics of placing each cohort into the right sessions, and run the certifications that decide when a new hire is ready.
Company-wide new-hire orientation is owned by a separate onboarding role. Ongoing training for ramped sellers is owned by Sales Enablement. You'll partner with both so new sellers move smoothly from orientation into their sales ramp and then into working independently with ongoing training from Enablement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the sales onboarding program. Co-design and run role-based ramps for BDRs and for Enterprise and Commercial AEs, including learning objectives, milestones and time-to-productivity targets for each stage. Where BDRs and AEs need the same foundations, they learn them together. Where the jobs differ, each gets its own track.
- Build the BDR ramp. Teach new BDRs prospecting and outbound: ideal customer profile and persona research, account and territory rules, multi-channel sequences, cold calling, cold email, qualification, and clean handoffs to AEs. Get BDRs productive in the prospecting stack, including Salesforce, Apollo and the dialer.
- Build and maintain content. Create and update modules, playbooks, talk tracks, demo guides, knowledge checks and self-paced content. Update materials as products, pricing, positioning and process change, and retire anything out of date.
- Facilitate live sessions. Lead engaging, interactive sessions (virtual and in person) on Perplexity's products, sales process, customer personas, discovery, demos, objection handling and tools. Bring in subject-matter experts from Product, Product Marketing, Solutions and top sellers.
- Run cohort logistics. Work with Recruiting and sales leaders to track incoming hires, assign each one to the right sessions for their role, segment and start date, and manage calendars, attendance, make-ups and pre-work.
- Certify field readiness. Design and run role-specific certifications using clear rubrics. For BDRs, that means cold-call, email and qualification certifications. For AEs, it means pitch, discovery and demo certifications. Both roles also certify on tools. Calibrate scoring with BDR and sales managers, give actionable feedback, and decide when a new hire is ready to sell on their own.
- Partner with frontline managers. Give managers visibility into each new hire's progress, flag risks early, and equip managers to reinforce onboarding through coaching and call reviews.
- Measure and improve. Track completion, certification pass rates and ramp attainment. For BDRs, also track activity, meetings booked and accepted, and pipeline sourced. For AEs, also track time to first meeting, pipeline and closed business. Use the data and new-hire feedback to improve the program each cohort.
- Scale with leverage. Use AI tools, including Perplexity's own products, to build content faster, personalize learning paths and automate repetitive logistics so the program keeps up with hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The best candidates are strong facilitators who also design programs and run operations well. You can command a room, build a curriculum from a blank page, and keep a complicated cohort calendar running smoothly. You hold a high bar for readiness and know how to tell a manager when a seller isn't there yet.
Must-haves
- 2–4 years in sales enablement, sales onboarding or sales training, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company. Experience carrying a quota or managing sellers is a strong plus.
- A track record of designing and running a sales onboarding or ramp program end to end, with measurable impact on ramp time or productivity.
- Excellent live facilitation, virtual and in person, with sellers at different experience levels, from early-career BDRs to seasoned AEs.
- Experience designing and running certifications or skills assessments (such as cold-call, pitch, discovery or demo) using rubrics that sales managers trust.
- Strong program management and operational rigor. You can run several overlapping cohorts, schedules and stakeholders without dropping details.
- Working knowledge of modern sales methods (such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message or similar), outbound prospecting and the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
- Comfort learning technical products quickly and explaining them clearly. You can learn an AI product well enough to teach and demo it.
- Fluency with the sales tech stack, such as Salesforce, a conversation-intelligence tool and an LMS or content-management platform.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment where the product changes weekly.
Nice to have
- Experience onboarding sellers for AI, developer or other technically complex products.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning.
- Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or as a BDR/SDR manager.
- Experience building onboarding for both Enterprise and Commercial/velocity sales motions, or for Customer Success roles.
- Experience standing up enablement tooling (LMS, content hub, call library) or reporting on ramp metrics.
- Experience using AI to build content or automate enablement operations

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer for one or more security domains end to end: design the controls, build the systems that enforce and verify them, and set the technical standard the rest of the team and our partners build to.
The engineering is in the controls and the tooling that proves them. The goal is security that runs itself: requirements kept as code and checked automatically, evidence, chain of custody and access continuously verified, and tools and agents in place of manual reviews. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
This is a foundational role: you'll shape how our security engineering is built and scaled. The team's physical security systems engineers design and test the site security systems themselves; this role engineers the controls around them and across the domains beyond the facility itself: hardware custody, media, personnel and vendors. You'll work with the rest of DCSE, Anthropic's compute, data center operations, legal, compliance and procurement teams, and directly with data center operators, hardware vendors and logistics providers.
The role involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure, and may include on-call for security events at them.
Key responsibilities
Security domains, end to end:
own one or more of physical security at partner-operated and Anthropic-operated sites, hardware supply chain and chain of custody, media protection and sanitization, personnel security and site access, third-party and vendor security assessment, and maintenance and contingency controls
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the internal tools, automation and agents the team runs on: evidence collection, access reviews, asset and custody tracking, partner intake. When a process keeps costing people time, you build the tool that retires it
Security review for new sites, leases and vendors:
find the gaps in the design, the contract and the operator's procedures, write the security terms and exhibits, and verify the fixes after signing
Requirements and procedures as code:
write requirements and procedures that a partner can build to and an assessor can test, kept as code in a version-controlled repository
Site and supplier assessment:
assess sites and suppliers against those requirements, on site and from evidence; document deviations and engineer the compensating control where a requirement can't be met as written
Continuous compliance evidence:
tie controls to the compliance frameworks we and our partners are assessed against, with evidence always current so an assessment pulls from it directly
Security event response:
respond to security events at sites (intrusion alarms, custody breaks, access violations) with operations teams and site operators; write up what happened and fix the control that allowed it
Minimum qualifications
Have engineered a security control domain end to end: designed the controls, built or integrated the systems that enforce them, and verified they work
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
Have done security work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet, in at least one of the domains under Key responsibilities
Have applied a control framework such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 to real systems and produced the evidence for it
Write requirements a third party can build to and an assessor can test: each states what must be true, how it is verified and what evidence shows it
Preferred qualifications
Experience across several of the domains above rather than one
Experience at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
Experience with federal assessment regimes based on NIST SP 800-53, including supply chain (NIST SP 800-161) and media sanitization (NIST SP 800-88) guidance; have produced evidence an assessor accepted
Have built governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or evidence automation: automated control checks, asset or custody tracking, questionnaire and assessment pipelines, docs-as-code workflows
Have run incident response at physical sites: alarms, investigations, after-action fixes
Have worked in live data halls and on active construction sites, and can follow a method of procedure
Experience redlining contract security language with legal and procurement counterparts
Experience with international sites: per-country personnel screening and staffing restrictions, data residency, and export controls on hardware
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual security work

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team in London to own full-cycle recruiting for either our G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) and our Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer-facing roles), depending on business need and your background.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to semiconductor organisations across the Netherlands. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with semiconductor equipment makers, chip designers and manufacturers, and the specialist suppliers around them. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to semiconductor stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across hardware and software engineering, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with semiconductor decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the semiconductor sector. Navigate complex, global, engineering-led organisations to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to semiconductor procurement cycles, R&D and capex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse semiconductor market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within hardware and software engineering, design and verification, R&D, manufacturing and quality, supply chain and procurement, and customer support and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for semiconductor applications
Navigate complex semiconductor stakeholder ecosystems including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, IT and security teams, digital transformation functions, legal and compliance, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying semiconductor market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for semiconductor clients
Continuously refine the semiconductor sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within semiconductor, high-tech or advanced manufacturing organisations, ideally in the Netherlands or wider Benelux, and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and engineering use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, global, engineering-led organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within high-tech procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, IP protection, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various technical and business audiences, from engineering and R&D leads to senior executives
Deep understanding of semiconductor buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the IP sensitivity, export control and supply chain pressures the industry operates within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the semiconductor market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for semiconductor and high-tech use

An overview of this role
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter, you'll help GitLab build the go-to-market teams that drive our growth. In this individual contributor role, you'll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Field Operations, Enablement, and Ecosystems and own searches from intake through close. You'll build inclusive pipelines and use data and market insight to guide hiring decisions, while growing into a trusted talent advisor.
What you'll do
Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations, typically carrying 12-15 requisitions at a time, with accurate, timely documentation in Greenhouse.
Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope, territory or segment, quota and ramp expectations, interview plans, and timelines, with senior team guidance as needed.
Partner with hiring teams on structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback; challenge assumptions and escalate risks or blockers early.
Use talent-market research, compensation and on-target earnings (OTE) benchmarks, funnel metrics, and candidate feedback to shape search strategy and address hiring issues.
Assess sales candidates on track record, quota attainment, deal complexity, and experience relevant to GitLab's sales segments and approach.
Build research-based, diversity-focused sourcing plans that balance applicants, passive talent, referrals, internal talent, and targeted outreach.
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through disciplined pipeline management, proactive communication, timely feedback, and offer negotiations that clearly explain compensation and OTE.
Improve recruiting practices by sharing learnings and reusable resources, using artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly, and representing GitLab's mission, values, and culture.
What you'll bring
Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets, including offer and compensation conversations.
Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience, or a strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, ramp time, territory design, and sales cycles.
Developing advisor skills: building stakeholder trust, influencing without authority, and managing hiring team expectations.
Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies and balanced pipelines.
A data-informed approach that turns funnel insights into practical actions.
Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear written and verbal communication across time zones, with attention to detail and candidate care.
Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, LinkedIn Insights, SeekOut, or comparable platforms; ability to evaluate AI-generated work, protect confidential information, and share responsible workflows with team members.
Technology or business-to-business (B2B) software recruiting experience is helpful, not required.

About the role
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Repository Services team in GitLab's Create stage. The team owns the repository side of Source Code: how code gets into a repository, who may change it, and how those changes are verified. We build this as an access layer on the primitives the Gitaly team provides, for GitLab's own features and for the artificial intelligence agents now writing and pushing code alongside people.
You'll work in one of GitLab's oldest and most complex product areas, using Ruby and GraphQL across
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Repository Services is a new team, and its first months are about reliability and support, so you'll spend real time on performance and structured query language tuning, caching, rate limiting, testing, observability, and resiliency, with experienced team members to lean on. You'll collaborate with product management, product design, testing, security, user experience research, technical writing, Gitaly, Code Review, and the other Source Code teams.
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby and GraphQL.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces, data models, and business logic that control how code reaches a repository, who may change it, and how it is verified.
Build on the primitives Gitaly provides and work closely with the Gitaly team.
Triage and fix bugs and support requests for the features the team owns.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use artificial intelligence agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you'll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience contributing to user-facing workflows and maintaining their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Experience using artificial intelligence coding agents and reviewing their output, or an interest in building these skills in a complex monorepo.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
About the team
Repository Services is a small backend team in the Create stage, formed in September 2026 when Source Code split into focused teams. As the split is finalized we expect to own repository mirroring, Git Large File Storage (LFS), protected branches and Branch Rules, push rules, Code Owners (shared with Code Review), and commit and tag signing. We build on Gitaly's primitives and meet regularly with the Gitaly team, and our work serves
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
More than 7 million developers use Render, and most of them found us through other developers. We're building a team to further drive this developer led growth. As our first Developer Programs Lead, you'll own Render's social presence, developer community, developer programs, and developer voice.
You'll set the strategy across all four areas, decide where to hire, where to use agencies or creators, and in what order.
You'll report to Raph Terrier, Head of Developer Experience. The DX team owns content: tutorials, videos, docs, and articles. Your team owns how Render sounds, how that content reaches developers, and the programs and community around it. You'll also work closely with our VP of Marketing, product marketing, and product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead the team
- Set the strategy and goals for social, community, developer programs, and developer brand.
- Decide what to build first, what to hand to agencies or contractors, and when to hire. Then hire and manage the team.
- Report on what's working to Developer Experience and Marketing leadership, and change course when something isn't.
Own Social
- Run Render's accounts on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit yourself at first. Write the posts, reply to developers, and join the conversations where Render has something useful to say.
- Set the channel strategy: where we show up, how often, and what we measure.
- Handle the hard moments in public, including outages, pricing changes, and sharp criticism, with the right people inside Render.
Grow our Developer Community
- Build Render's presence in Discord, Reddit, and the other places developers gather, with the DX team.
- Run AMAs, livestreams, and community events with DX.
- Bring what you hear from developers back to Product and Engineering.
Run developer programs
- Build programs that grow Render's reach through other people: developer creators, ambassadors, referrals, speaking, and employee advocacy.
Own the developer voice
- Define Render's voice and style for developers, and write it down so engineers, product managers, and marketers sound like Render when they write or post.
- Work with the VP of Marketing and product marketing on Render's external narrative and how each launch shows up in public.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position.
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

You will build and maintain parts lists and screening plans, review contractual and customer requirements for parts impacts, shepherd nonstandard parts through internal and customer approval processes, and support root-cause investigations when parts fail during test. This role requires both deep technical knowledge of EEE parts and the collaboration skills to work effectively across engineering, quality, and program disciplines.
This is a contract position with a defined period of performance. Contract duration and any extension options will be discussed during the hiring process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and maintain the program's parts selection and screening plan, defining acceptable part classes, screening levels, and qualification requirements for EEE parts used in the design.
•
Parts List & Baseline Management:
Build and maintain a master parts list (preferred/approved parts list) tracking manufacturer, part number, screening level, qualification status, and approved alternates for every part used, including obsolescence and lifecycle tracking.
•
Requirements Flow-down:
Review statements of work, specifications, and contractual documents to identify EEE parts requirements, and flow those requirements down to design teams and suppliers alongside viable alternative part solutions.
•
Supply Source Selection:
Support evaluation of component manufacturers and distributors for quality, reliability, and supply-chain integrity, including authorized distribution and anti-counterfeiting controls.
•
Nonstandard Part Approval:
Prepare and submit nonstandard part approval data packages (qualification data, manufacturer reliability data, process-change evaluations), and present/defend them to an internal or customer parts control board.
•
Part Qualification & Test Data Review:

•
Cost & Schedule Support:
Estimate and track the cost and schedule impact of parts screening, qualification, and procurement activities, and support proposal efforts with EEE parts cost, risk, and schedule inputs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•
