About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives in the top of the funnel. This is a hands-on, sourcing-first role focused on building and owning talent pipelines across the US, LATAM, and APAC — with the heaviest emphasis on APAC, where our fastest hiring growth is happening and where deep market knowledge is hardest to buy.
You will spend the majority of your time proactively identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent — not processing inbound applications. You will map markets, build long-term talent communities, and become the person hiring managers come to when they need to know who’s out there. If you are energized by outreach that actually lands, by knowing a market better than anyone else in the room, and by building pipelines before the req even opens, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactive Sourcing (Core Focus):
Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Telegram, Discord, WeChat, Maimai, BOSS Zhipin, referrals, alumni networks, and crypto-native communities.
APAC Pipeline Building:
Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring. Develop deep talent maps across key hubs — Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India — and build region-specific outreach strategies that account for local platforms, languages, notice periods, and compensation norms.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks by region. Translate market data into practical guidance that shapes role scoping, level calibration, and hiring plans.
Candidate Engagement & Conversion:
Write and test outreach that gets replies. Own the candidate experience from first touch through handoff, running screens that assess motivation, mobility, and fit while keeping candidates warm through long hiring cycles.
Pipeline Ownership & Nurture:
Build and maintain evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Keep silver-medalist and passive-candidate pools active so we are never starting from zero when a req opens.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional HR teams across time zones. Run intake and calibration sessions, share pipeline reviews, and set realistic expectations grounded in market reality.
Sourcing Data & Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics — outreach volume, response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, and pipeline health by region. Use the data to redirect effort toward the channels that convert.
Employer Brand in Market:
Represent OKX to passive talent. Support regional recruiting events, meetups, and community engagement, and help position OKX as the destination employer in crypto across every market you cover.
What We Look For In You
3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of building pipelines from scratch rather than working inbound applicant flow.
Hands-on APAC sourcing experience strongly preferred — you have hired into at least one major APAC market and understand its platforms, candidate behavior, and hiring norms.
Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms, and region-specific channels. Comfortable finding talent where it is not looking for you.
Strong written outreach skills — you can craft personalized, high-response messaging at volume.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs; disciplined about data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
crypto, Web3, or fintech recruiting experience; additional language capability relevant to APAC markets (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa); experience building talent communities or running sourcing jams and hiring events.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
The salary range for this position is $143,111 - $214,666
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.

Role overview:
The Collections Account Manager (CAM) role is a critical role on the Billing team here at Clipboard, and this team ensures the successful management of billing processes for our biggest and most valuable workplace customers, who tend to also be more complex and risky. You will be a vital resource for workplaces, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate invoicing, and managing financial relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Conducting high volumes of outbound calls to connect with customers about past-due account balances and resolve them.
- Navigating negotiations and evaluate tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential when making decisions.
- Resolving customer invoice disputes and other billing-related issues.
- Managing customer payments and remittances.
- Building trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial acumen.
- Clearly articulating the billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures.
- Gathering and relaying feedback to improve billing systems and processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute billing-related initiatives and trials.
Quick background on Billing:
There’s much to explain to paint the full picture of the Billing machine, but ultimately the core goal is to optimize the speed with which our customers pay us while maintaining their overall experience with us as a vendor. We want to collect money as fast as possible and minimize losses, while preserving the customer experience, in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
The point is: Billing is doing the critical work of actually converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve burned. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other. Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business.
Though the CAM role lives in the realm of finance and numbers, you don’t need to be skilled in finance or accounting – while it’d be a plus, we expect you to learn the basics along the way.
Success factors for this role:
- Extreme ownership: Take full responsibility for managing billing issues and solutions.
- Curiosity: Investigate and understand the root cause of billing problems so that you can identify the best solution.
- Scrappiness: Find innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and maintain progress.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully remote
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with healthcare customers
Hiring plan:
1. Application
2. Case Study
3. Case Study Interview
4. Interview(s) with our CAM team
5. Offer!
System requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Stable power and internet connectivity.
Quick Note on Scammers:
Clipboard would never ask you for money or your bank details to participate in our hiring process. Report any scammers impersonating the Clipboard hiring team members here https://forms.gle/SyGaxHFbon7Hg9fW6.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Public Affairs Leader to serve as the number two on our public affairs team, working directly under the VP of Public Affairs with real authority over a growing team and an expanding set of markets. You will be the operational lead for our North American state and local engagement work, managing a field team, driving community strategy, and stepping in wherever the work needs you.
Nebius takes a community focused approach that sets us apart in the market. Communities have real concerns about land use, water, power, and local economic impact, and the companies that earn trust early move faster and build better. This role sits at the center of that effort.
You will start with three direct reports placed across active markets, with the team growing as our pipeline expands. You will have communications and marketing support, a strong story to tell about Nebius's approach, and direct access to the VP to help shape strategy, not just carry it out.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the field team
Manage and develop a team of three market-based public affairs professionals, as new markets come online.
Set priorities, coach performance, and ensure field staff have the support and strategy they need to be effective on the ground.
Serve as the deputy to the VP of Public Affairs — covering decisions,
representing
the function internally, and stepping in as needed.
Manage relationships with outside consultants and government relations firms across markets.
Drive community engagement strategy
Develop and execute the community engagement playbook across active markets, from
initial
project introduction through construction and operations.
Represent
Nebius
externally before local elected officials, planning boards, public town halls, and community open houses.
Identify
risks early — political, regulatory, community — and develop mitigation strategies before they become blockers.
Support and guide
Nebius's
community investment programs, including local education and workforce initiatives.
Work across the company
Partner closely with legal, infrastructure, communications, and marketing teams to coordinate messaging and stakeholder strategy around specific projects.
Translate complex policy and community dynamics into clear, actionable briefings for senior leadership.
Track political and regulatory developments across North American markets, surfacing issues and opportunities relevant to our build-out.
What Success Looks Like – Year One
The field team is stable, well-managed, and
operating
with a consistent engagement approach across markets.
Community trust is
established
in active markets, with permits and social operating
license
secured where needed.
A repeatable community engagement playbook is in place and being used by the team.
You've
built the relationships internally to be an effective deputy — legal, infrastructure, and comms teams
see
you as a go-to partner.
We expect you to have:
7
–10 years of
public affairs,
communications
and/or community engagement work
Hands-on experience with
developing infrastructure and engaging communities
Experience working in or alongside a fast-moving company or startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Proven ability to manage
a team and outside consultants.
Data center, energy, or other large-scale infrastructure experience
strongly preferred
How you work:
A relationship-builder: credible and comfortable in rooms with everyone from a neighbor to the Mayor, company executives, and project antagonists
A clear communicator: you translate complexity into crisp executive summaries and briefings that decision-makers can actually use.
A self-starter that can independently work towards key objectives, set goals and achieve them.
Collaborative across functions: you work naturally with legal, comms, and business teams rather than operating in a silo.
Solutions-oriented: when you surface a problem, you bring a recommended path forward.

Health insurance:
100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
401(k) plan:
Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What the Role Is
As the Senior Manager of Data Analytics for Ecommerce, Health & Supply Chain, this role will be responsible for partnering with Health, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment teams. You will influence the company’s strategy and help the company grow through advanced business analytics that raise data fluency and sharpen how decisions are made. The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and models, while working collaboratively with the team ensuring you are able to effectively partner across the organization. This highly visible role will interact with the executive team as a thought partner to bring new insights and recommendations to the table.
Who You Are
Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience
- fluent in the core KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment/supply chain cost and efficiency (AOV, unit economics, instock rates, meat beat scores, fulfillment CPUs), and you apply proven industry practice rather than rebuilding it from scratch
Proven at balancing people management with hands-on IC work
- you can point to analysis you've owned yourself while leading a team, not just work you've coordinated
Experienced managing experienced analysts
- you bring structure and clear prioritization to a team that already executes well, so they're always on the highest-impact work
Confident partnering with VP+ stakeholders
- you've built real relationships with senior business leaders and shape priorities with them proactively, front and center with executives
Hands-on with AI-native analytics
- you've built or are genuinely curious about self-serve analytics infrastructure (semantic layers, context layers, AI-connected reporting), not just traditional dashboards
Engaged in what we're building
- you ask why before how, challenge assumptions, and contribute to direction instead of delivering dashboards in isolation
Prioritizes progress over perfection
- you scale rigor to what's at stake and ship a strong, decision-ready answer on time rather than over-polishing
8+ years of experience, ideally with experience in a Data role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company; 5+ years of experience at a manager level
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, and statistical modeling to drive business insights.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists - prioritization, coaching, quarterly goal-setting, and clean handoffs with stakeholders
Own a meaningful book of actionable analysis yourself across eCommerce, supply chain, and health - you stay close to the data, not managing from a distance
Partner directly with senior leaders in each area, with regular exposure to the executive team
Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide
Create a culture of Data Analytics excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on analytical matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
Translate business priorities into a clear, prioritized analytics roadmap - weighing tradeoffs and making strong recommendations on what the team takes on and what waits
Why This Role
You're inheriting 5 strong analysts who are already delivering - this isn't a rebuild, it's a chance to level up and scale a team for the future growth of Babylist
This pod sits at the intersection of supply chain, health, and e-commerce, with direct exposure to senior business leaders
Babylist's data team is genuinely ahead of the curve on AI-native analytics - you'll help shape self-serve tooling most companies are just starting to think about
Real IC time is built into this role by design - you'll stay close to the work, not manage from a distance

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship

- Strong English and Korean communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
