ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team is responsible for securing all things Sentry: our customers, our code, and everything in between. We are a small but growing team with broad scope, high trust, and the autonomy to tackle hard security problems with creativity and an engineering mindset. We work at a company with a strong developer culture, building a product that millions of developers genuinely love and rely on. That context shapes everything about how we operate.
We take a pragmatic approach to preventing and responding to security risks. In this role not only will you build and contribute to systems which detect malicious activity, you will have the unique opportunity to implement new controls to prevent future incidents. You will work across detection and response and corporate security domains. You'll contribute to practices that keep Sentry secure as we grow: alert triage for corporate and production, detection engineering, deploying preventative controls, identity and access management, investigations and incident response, and more.
You'll partner with teams across the company to prevent and respond to security incidents. You will work as a technical collaborator who prioritizes preventative controls, defense in depth, and high signal alerting practices. As Sentry expands our agentic product capabilities and development practices, you'll also find yourself at the frontier of a new set of security approaches and challenges.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Maintain, improve, and own detection engineering systems. We own and operate our own detection stack and are building agentic triage with thoughtful security response and orchestration automation.
- Perform investigations, and contribute to security incident response. You will assist and contribute to a breadth of incident types, or Sentry and our customers.
- Contribute to, maintain, and operate identity and access management systems. Access management is a critical component of our security program.
- Have a lot of opportunity to grow and learn across many security domains. We are a highly cross-functional team and you will have opportunities to touch adjacent security projects spanning appsec, infrasec, governance, and privacy.
- Research, identify, and respond to emerging threats relevant to Sentry. We build and operate a complex application and cloud environment, including the novel attack surface introduced by Sentry's agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering practices.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Enjoy operating cross-functionally, building relationships, and influencing with technical expertise as you protect a fast-moving engineering organization.
- Get excited when something new lands on your desk, be it an interesting breach, a sweet exploit, a novel agentic architecture, an unfamiliar cloud primitive, or a bug class you haven't seen before.
- Love working in a developer-forward culture where your colleagues are builders who care deeply about code quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reach for automation first, you'd rather build a scalable, systematic solution to a security problem than make a noisy reactive solution which requires manual triage.
- Thrive with ownership and want more of it, you prefer to drive work end-to-end, and you're energized by the autonomy — and the mentorship — that comes with being on a small, high-trust team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of industry experience in a detection and response, corporate security, or generalist security engineering role
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent training, or professional experience
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: alert triage, detection tuning and writing, detection-as-code, security log ingestion, investigations and security incident response, identity and access management (IAM), phishing response, user access reviews, managing endpoint detection and response tooling
- Experienced and comfortable programing in at least one language (Python preferred) and comfortable using agentic development workflows
- Familiarity with operating distributed cloud technology (AWS, CICD, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.) and experience with corporate (SSO, SAML, IAM) and defensive security tooling (EDR, SIEM, CNAPP, ZTNA, etc.)
- A collaborative approach to problem solving paired with strong written and verbal communication

We are seeking a
Staff Full Stack Engineer
to set the technical direction for and scale Mattermost’s core web platform for teams operating in defense and critical infrastructure sectors. You’ll drive architecture and technical strategy across our Go backend and React/TypeScript web frontend — partnering across teams to ship features that hold up under strict security, compliance, and reliability requirements
.
Our engineering culture is AI-forward. We expect engineers to work fluently with AI coding agents such as Claude Code day-to-day — for scaffolding, refactors, code review, and test generation — and treat that as core craft rather than a shortcut. We would rather hire smart people who get stuff done than chase an exact tech-stack match. If you have a track record of shipping and owning complex software end-to-end, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Define and drive the technical architecture and roadmap for Mattermost’s core web platform across multiple engineering teams, spanning Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Set org-wide standards and best practices for AI-agentic engineering workflows — going beyond personal fluency with tools like Claude Code and Cursor to shape how the broader engineering org adopts them, while retaining accountability for correctness, security, and design decisions
Lead the internal tooling and testing infrastructure strategy that speeds up delivery for the broader engineering org, not just your immediate team
Own the testing strategy and quality bar across frontend and backend systems, and hold other engineers accountable to it through design reviews and mentorship
Drive architectural decisions for REST and WebSocket API design, grounded in deep networking fundamentals
Partner directly with security, compliance, and product leadership on strategic technical bets tied to our government and enterprise customer requirements
Mentor senior engineers and act as a technical multiplier across the org
Contribute to and help shape technical direction for Mattermost’s open-source codebase
What We Are Looking For
Required:
Senior full-stack development experience in Go and React (or a comparable stack), with a track record of owning complex systems end-to-end
Proven experience designing and owning distributed systems or high-availability service architecture at scale
Experience designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals
Relational database experience including PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization
Hands-on daily fluency directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot for scaffolding, refactors, code review, and test generation — with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to take the wheel yourself
Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams without relying on formal authority
Experience mentoring senior engineers and raising the technical bar for a broader team
Comfortable operating in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., enterprise security, government, or critical infrastructure requirements)
Nice to Have:
Prior experience operating as a staff, principal, or technical lead engineer at another company
Experience maintaining (not just contributing to) an open-source project
Program-level familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to defense or government customers (e.g., FedRAMP, ITAR)
Experience helping scale engineering practices or standards across a growing organization
Background in defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure products
Experience building tools, skills, or workflows on top of AI coding agents including MCP servers, agent skills, or CI-integrated agents
How Success Is Measured
First 90 Days: Build cross-team credibility by shipping a meaningful full-stack feature on the core platform, while assessing the technical landscape and identifying the highest-leverage architectural or process improvements to pursue.
Why Mattermost
Mission-driven work: Your contributions directly support the organizations and missions that depend on secure, reliable collaboration including the U.S. Department of War and critical infrastructure operators worldwide
Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a globally distributed, high-trust team built for autonomy and ownership
AI-forward environment: We actively adopt and build AI-enabled workflows. Agentic development is core craft here, not a novelty
End-to-end ownership: Ship and own complex software across the full stack with real accountability for what you build
Open source at the core: Be part of a vibrant developer community shaping the future of secure collaboration
Compensation
Mattermost takes a market-based approach to pay. Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Target Salary Range: $172,724 – $227,135
U.S. Eligibility & Compliance
This role may require obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must meet federal eligibility requirements to be considered. For more information visit
Security Clearances — United States Department of State
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled information as defined by U.S. export control laws, including EAR and ITAR. For more information visit the
Bureau of Industry and Security

- Partner with Corporate Accounting on complex revenue matters that affect period-end reporting, helping ensure technical conclusions are applied consistently.
- Advise Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Product on the accounting implications of business decisions, contract structures, and new go-to-market offerings.
- Prepare and review quarterly stock-based compensation accounting, including journal entries, disclosures, and variance analysis.
- Prepare group financial statements, including consolidation and entity-level reporting, with consideration for a multinational legal entity structure.
- Own the preparation of Controllership’s quarterly reporting for the Board and investors, including financial results, key accounting matters, and supporting analyses, subject to Controller review.
- Partner with FP&A and Finance leadership to ensure Board and investor materials are accurate, consistent, and clearly supported by the underlying financials.
- Evaluate accounting implications that arise as Coder operates across jurisdictions, partnering with internal and external experts where needed.
- Serve as the primary technical accounting partner for external auditors on revenue, equity, and other complex accounting matters.
- Translate complex technical accounting guidance into clear, practical recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate technical research, memo drafting, and improvements to accounting processes.
- Support SOX readiness by maintaining strong controls and clear documentation across your workstreams.
- Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, and ad hoc analysis as the business scales.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Active CPA.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including substantial hands-on technical accounting work.
- Big Four or public accounting audit experience.
- Deep knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition, including multi-element arrangements, variable consideration, SSP analysis, and contract modifications.

- Working knowledge of the accounting considerations that come with operating across jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to research and apply FASB ASC guidance, evaluate complex accounting issues, and document well-supported conclusions in clear memos.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience managing and reconciling large data sets across multiple systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex accounting concepts clear to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus tacos if you have
- Experience helping a growing company build or expand its technical accounting function.

Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Data Engineering: 3+ years as a Data Engineer, with hands-on ownership of production pipelines and lakehouse or data warehouse architecture.
- Databricks and Spark: Strong practical experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Spark, including both streaming and batch processing, and the judgement to choose between them.
- Data Modelling: Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions and data warehouse design, with the ability to define and defend the grain of the models you build.
- Transformation Frameworks: Experience with dbt or an equivalent framework for managing transformations, testing and lineage.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong cloud fundamentals, including identity and access management, object storage, networking and infrastructure as code. We run on AWS; deep experience with Azure or GCP transfers well.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL: Comfortable writing production transformations as well as services and connectors.
- Data Quality and Governance: Experience implementing testing, monitoring and governance practices in cloud data environments.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with change data capture and replication from operational databases
- Familiarity with blockchain or on-chain data
- Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform, and CI/CD for data workloads
- Experience with BI and semantic layers such as Holistics, Looker or similar
- Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
We are looking for a
Cinematic AI Creator (Contractor)
: a filmmaker who works in generative models rather than with a crew.
You will produce the cinematic work that demonstrates what our AI can do, including multi-shot sequences, launch films, campaign pieces, and genre and style showcases. You will also translate film craft into product. The camera language, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks and transitions you work with are what our cinematic video features need to offer users. You will define those cinematic directions for the team to productise, and set the quality bar for the video work we ship. You will work closely with Product, Creative and Engineering, and will be among the first to test each new video model we get access to.
Please note that this is a Full-time Contractor (6 months) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Direct and produce cinematic AI content end to end: concept, story, shot list, generation, edit, sound and final delivery.
Build multi-shot sequences with consistent characters, wardrobe, world, lighting and geography across cuts.
Design each shot deliberately: lens, framing, blocking, lighting, colour and grade, and camera movement.
Create the hero shots and set pieces that anchor a launch, and the showcases that demonstrate stylistic range.
Define cinematic directions, including camera moves, lighting setups, film stocks, genre looks, transitions and VFX beats, specified clearly enough to be productised.
Prototype new cinematic capabilities and prove what is possible before it becomes a feature.
Set and document the quality bar for the video work we ship.
Test each new video model on release, reporting on strengths, failure modes, prompt behaviour, motion quality and temporal consistency, and track where AI filmmaking is going.
What You'll Bring
A body of work:
film, series or episodic work, commercials, music videos, short films, branded or short-form content; whatever best shows your craft, alongside AI-native work.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling: story structure, plot, pacing, shot design, blocking, performance and the edit.
Command of cinematography fundamentals (cameras, lenses, lighting, colour, grading, composition and camera movement), and the vocabulary to direct them precisely in a prompt.
Hands-on experience with generative video models and how they behave in practice, and with the image models that feed them.
Prompting skill for video: motion description, camera control, identity and style preservation, and first/last-frame and reference-driven workflows.
End-to-end post capability in editing, grading and sound, and the ability to run a full production cycle alone.
Awareness of internet culture and what makes cinematic content travel.
The judgement to hold a quality bar, including on your own work.
Fluency in English.
Good To Have
Background in VFX, animation, motion design, concept art or 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal).
Experience directing hybrid productions that combine live footage with generative work.
ComfyUI or node-based video pipelines, and LoRA or character-consistency training.
Interest in shaping AI creative tools rather than only using them.
A public presence as an AI filmmaker or creator.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting function and help shape the next generation of our Finance organization. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting function while also serving as a key transformation leader across Accounting and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a builder's mindset. You will ensure an accurate, timely, and well-controlled close while rethinking how accounting work gets done—simplifying processes, improving systems and data, expanding automation, and driving practical adoption of AI across the accounting organization.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from defining the future-state accounting operating model to solving complex accounting, process, and systems challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Accounting
Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and related activities.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring financial results are accurate, well-supported, controlled, and delivered on time.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and build processes that scale with the growth and complexity of the business.
Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
Drive Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Build AI capabilities across the team through training, experimentation, and best-practice sharing while establishing appropriate governance and human oversight.
Establish metrics to measure improvements in close performance, automation, productivity, and quality.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of operating effectively in a fast-growing SaaS/Data environment.
Develop future leaders by increasing ownership and building stronger accounting, technology, and business capabilities across the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement where the team challenges existing processes and embraces technology, automation, and new ways of working.
Balance operational excellence with transformation, ensuring the organization executes reliably while continuously improving how work gets done.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions within a public company or similarly complex environment.
4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role goes beyond delivering an accurate close. You will help build an accounting organization that is increasingly automated, intelligent, scalable, and forward-looking.
You will create a more efficient and predictable close, reduce reliance on manual processes, embed AI and automation into how the team operates, and build a strong leadership bench. Ultimately, this role will help define what a modern Accounting organization should look like in an AI-enabled SaaS/Data company.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is building its founding Forward Deployed Engineering team to solve the complex, real-world challenges that emerge when bringing Figma’s products into large-scale enterprise environments and looking for founding Forward Deployed Engineers. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll embed directly with strategic customers, working across their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows to make Figma’s products successful within their unique technical constraints. You’ll tackle the hardest adoption challenges hands-on, from complex frontend stacks and legacy systems to security and access requirements, while building trusted partnerships with customers’ senior engineering teams.
This is a senior/staff-level engineering role within Product and Engineering, not a sales or services function. You’ll work directly in customer environments when needed, using the minimum access required. Your goal is smooth adoption by the customer’s product and engineering teams, which means making complex workflows work simply in their environment and solving the underlying problems You’ll do that hands-on, often by writing Figma product code, then turn what you learn into a reusable path for future customers instead of taking permanent ownership of the customer’s codebase. Working closely with Figma’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you’ll help shape both the product and how this brand-new function works and scales. The role is highly collaborative, deeply customer-facing, and built for engineers who thrive in ambiguity, take end-to-end ownership, and want to solve the highest-impact problems at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs. This role includes periodic travel to work alongside strategic customers in person.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code: fix tokens, naming, and guidelines, wire up Code Connect, and run evals
Get Make Local, Code Layers, and our newest products working in a customer’s real environment, writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files against their systems and ours
Run technical discovery: understand a customer's dev environment, toolchain, and constraints, then scope the fastest credible path to value, in addition to setting the customer up for long term success
Debug hard, unfamiliar integration problems (git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, non-standard stacks)
Build LLM-powered workflows: MCP setup, agent skills, and prompt engineering tuned to each customer’s context
Turn one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback, so patterns you solve once become self-serve or shipped product
Bring learnings on friction back to Figma's Product and Engineering teams, influence what gets built next, and often build it
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, with meaningful time embedded with customers or partner teams
Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with senior engineers and translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering solutions
Strong engineering fundamentals and adaptability, with the ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments to deliver production-ready solutions
Hands-on experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including component libraries, tokens, documentation, and the tooling that connects design artifacts to production code
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including demonstrated fluency with agentic coding tools (e.g., MCP, agent orchestration). You have hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs, troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments, and navigating enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance frameworks
Comfort owning ambiguous technical problems end to end, identifying patterns across customer engagements, and turning field learning into reusable product improvements
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with developer tools, design-to-code workflows, or AI/LLM products, including tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Architecture, or related teams to deliver complex enterprise engagements
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
