WHY WE'RE OPENING THIS APPLICATION
We're growing our HAPS team in Valencia: the people building ICEYE's stratospheric electric aircraft and getting it safely into the sky. The program covers the aircraft itself along with the ground infrastructure and flight test campaigns that support it. It's early-stage enough that the people who join now will shape how it gets designed and operated for years to come.
This posting isn't tied to one fixed opening. We're building a pool of strong engineers so we can move fast as specific roles open, and we'll reach out directly about where you'd fit.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Since this is an open application rather than a posting for one specific role, here's what happens after you apply:
Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land
From there, you'll follow the standard process for that specific role: hiring manager interview, technical interview (often including a technical challenge), hiring team interview, and an offer decision

HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.

You will develop and validate PCBAs, turn product intent into precise specifications, lead JDM execution, support products through production, and solve manufacturing and field problems at their root.
You will work hands-on from development and EVT through industrialization, production, and sustaining. Hold every detail to an exacting standard for performance, reliability, safety, and compliance across global markets.
3. Lead JDM Execution
Set technical direction and guide partners through design, validation, industrialization, production, and sustaining.
Challenge plans, designs, tests, and conclusions; validate key evidence and keep technical authority inside Nex.
4. Make Quality Scale
Build Nex’s failure-analysis capability and establish the true root cause of manufacturing and field issues.
Prescribe and verify corrective actions that improve yield, prevent recurrence, and raise quality as volume grows.
5. Shape What’s Next
Evaluate technologies, platforms, and components that can unlock better consoles and active-play experiences.
Turn lessons, benchmarks, and working prototypes into stronger decisions for future programs.
Success Looks Like
Hardware moves confidently from development through production and sustaining.
Products deliver exceptional performance, reliability, safety, and compliance as volume and global reach grow.
JDM partners execute efficiently while Nex leads critical decisions and validates the evidence.
Manufacturing and field issues become verified fixes and lasting improvements.
Lessons from today’s products sharpen future technology and product choices.
Every program leaves behind better tools, knowledge, standards, and engineering capability.
Must Have
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years developing electronic systems for connected consumer products, including at least one product through mass production and sustaining.
Strong digital, analog, power, high-speed interface, SI/PI, PCB, and system-architecture fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate technologies and components and turn findings into product recommendations.
Hands-on experience building prototypes and functional PCBAs, bringing up boards, using lab equipment, and debugging cross-layer problems.
Experience producing detailed engineering requirements and verification criteria.
Experience leading technical work with JDM/ODM partners and critically evaluating designs, plans, circuit and functional testing, test data, and reports.
Strong manufacturing and field failure-analysis skills, including verified root cause and corrective action.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

JOB ADVERT
Senior Software Engineer, AI Enablement
The role & impact
You'll join a small team that builds the tools, platforms and best practices helping engineers across Xero work with AI. Rather than shipping something once and moving on, you'll own it end to end from early experimentation through to production, including the run books, monitoring and rollback thinking that keep it reliable once real engineers depend on it day to day.
This is a role with real influence. You'll help shape the technical direction of an internal skills marketplace and AI distribution platform used across the wider engineering organisation, work directly with vendors like AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on technology that isn't public yet, and help guide and challenge a team that's still early in its AI journey.
The team & how they connect
The AI Enablement team sits within Engineering Experience and focuses on helping product engineering teams work faster and better with AI through platforms, tooling and practical guidance rather than just standard tooling. It's a close-knit team, spread across Melbourne, Sydney and the Sunshine Coast, with a product manager based in Wellington, who stay connected through regular syncs and a genuinely collaborative way of working despite the distance.
Initially, you will focus on
- Our current stack is C#, .NET and AWS, with Python and TypeScript picked up along the way for AI tooling
- Building an internal skills marketplace and a distribution platform for AI tools used across Xero's engineering org
- Developing guidance and best practice for authoring agent skills, including agents for remediation tasks
- Collaborating directly with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access technology not yet available in market
Where and how you can work
You can be based anywhere in Australia, and we're also open to candidates based in New Zealand. The team works in a hybrid way and is used to connecting across time zones, with regular in person boost days to come together, plan and collaborate as a team.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role
- You bring hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with C#, .NET and AWS — if your background is elsewhere, we're still keen to talk, as good engineers pick up new stacks quickly
- You've built internal tools or platforms that other engineers genuinely relied on
- Production discipline matters to you: You write runbooks, set up monitoring and think through rollback before anything goes live
- You communicate clearly and know how to bring people along with an idea, not just ship code quietly in the background
- You're curious about coding agents and AI-native tools, and you keep an eye on where AI engineering is heading
- You can challenge a decision directly and respectfully, and you learn new things in a structured, quality-focused way
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.

Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements

Full-time
Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity to build a high-scale financial platform from the ground up within a profitable, established ecosystem. While most fintechs spend years struggling to find customers, this team already has massive distribution at the point of company formation. We are looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to bridge the gap between company incorporation and global financial operations by building a neobank-style platform that handles everything from KYC and multi-currency accounts to complex money movement and card issuing. You will own the architecture and technical direction of a product that helps international founders launch and scale their businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure including KYC/KYB workflows, ledger systems, and transaction state machines.
Design and implement integrations with regulated banking partners, card issuers, and payment rails (ACH, Wires, FX).
Develop provider-agnostic systems that allow the platform to integrate multiple financial partners without vendor lock-in.
Build robust, secure APIs and data models capable of handling complex reconciliation and event processing.
Manage the full lifecycle of feature development, from initial database schema design to production deployment and internal compliance tooling.
Work directly with the founders to translate product goals into scalable technical solutions and engineering standards.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Proven track record of building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Mastery of database design, data modeling, and asynchronous workflows (queues, events, retries, and idempotency).
A high degree of engineering judgment; you understand when to build for scale and when to optimize for speed.
Exceptional ownership mentality—you are comfortable taking a problem and a goal and figuring out the path to completion independently.
Highly hands-on approach with a desire to write production code daily in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience in fintech, neobanking, or payments (specifically ledgers, reconciliation, or money movement).
Background at high-growth financial technology companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Airwallex, Brex, or similar infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with the regulatory nuances of KYC/KYB and international banking infrastructure.
Experience building multi-currency or FX-heavy platforms.

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly hands-on Founding Fintech Engineer – Banking & Payments who has previously built serious financial infrastructure and now wants significantly more ownership.
You will work directly with the founders and alongside an existing technical developer to architect and build a neobank-style platform spanning business onboarding, KYC/KYB, accounts, payments, cards, FX, ledgers, reconciliation, and money movement.
This is not a traditional engineering management position. We are looking for a strong individual contributor or technical lead who remains deeply technical, enjoys writing production code, and is comfortable solving difficult problems without an established playbook.
As one of the earliest engineers on the financial product, you will have substantial influence over architecture, technology choices, financial domain models, provider integrations, engineering standards, and eventually the team built around the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, KYC/KYB workflows, transaction state machines, and reconciliation systems.
Design and implement integrations with regulated banking partners, card issuers, payment providers, and payment rails including ACH, wires, international payments, and FX.
Build provider-independent architecture that enables integration with multiple banks and financial infrastructure partners without creating dependency on a single provider.
Develop secure, reliable financial APIs and data models capable of supporting complex transaction and money-movement workflows.
Build asynchronous systems involving queues, events, retries, idempotency, exception handling, and transaction processing.
Develop card issuing and card management integrations alongside multi-currency and FX functionality.
Build internal operations, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval tooling.
Own systems and features end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operation.
Work directly with the founders to translate business and product requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
Establish engineering standards and technical foundations that can support the future engineering team.
Take initiative in ambiguous situations and independently identify solutions to complex technical and product problems.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with excellent backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Strong hands-on experience building production-grade APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
Proven experience working on complex systems where reliability, consistency, and data integrity are critical.
Strong database architecture, data modeling, and system design skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, including queues, events, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.
Strong engineering judgment and the ability to balance speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Demonstrated experience owning technical systems or major product areas end-to-end.
Strong product instincts and an ability to translate ambiguous requirements into working software.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage or 0→1 environment.
A natural technical leader who takes initiative without needing a large team or established processes.
Highly hands-on and genuinely excited to continue writing and shipping production code.
Nice-to-Haves
Significant hands-on experience within fintech, neobanking, banking infrastructure, payments, or financial technology.
Experience building core banking, payment, ledger, card, FX, reconciliation, or money-movement infrastructure.
Previous experience as an individual contributor or technical lead at a leading fintech, neobank, payments company, or financial infrastructure provider.
Background at companies similar to Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, or Modern Treasury.
Experience designing financial ledgers, transaction state machines, or reconciliation systems.
Familiarity with KYC/KYB, compliance workflows, and regulated banking integrations.
Experience with card issuing or payment-processing infrastructure.

Experience integrating multiple banking or financial infrastructure providers into a single platform.
