ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to partner closely with APAC sales leadership, drive commercial planning and performance, and build a growing team focused on improving sales execution across the region.
Based in Singapore, you will support a 100+ person GTM organization across Southeast Asia, ANZ, India, South Korea, and Japan. You will navigate the needs of markets at different stages of growth, balancing regional priorities with the development of consistent, scalable operating practices.
As part of the global RevOps organization, you will work across analytics, systems, and operations to turn business insights and field feedback into improvements in sales execution and productivity. You will also help shape how we leverage AI and automation to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and enable our sales teams to move faster.

3. Drive capacity and quota planning. Partner with Sales, Finance and RevOps on headcount, capacity and regional quotas; translate plans into territory targets and track attainment.
4. Shape regional pipeline targets. Partner with Sales and Marketing to establish pipeline creation and coverage targets, identify gaps across markets and segments, and develop targeted actions to improve pipeline health and conversion.
5. Run the regional operating cadence. Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews that produce decisions, owners and deadlines; track performance, escalate blockers and close out actions.
6. Strengthen forecast discipline. Challenge assumptions with sales leaders and managers, inspect changes and surface risks, slippage and upside early.
7. Improve productivity through AI and automation. Gather seller and leadership feedback, prioritize opportunities with GTM Systems, define requirements, pilot improvements and measure adoption, time saved and execution speed.
8. Deliver cross-functional change. Represent APAC in global initiatives, surface regional business needs to global teams, and coordinate implementation and adoption across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and GTM Systems.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll build core features for our flagship product, turning complex tax scenarios into simple, reliable experiences. You’ll bring a builder-first mindset: staying close to customer problems, using AI and modern engineering tools to move from idea to impact quickly, and taking ownership of outcomes—not just code.
You’ll work hands-on in a cross-functional team and bring deep expertise in either frontend or backend engineering, while collaborating effectively across the stack. You’ll help us raise the bar for scalable design, quality, maintainability, and AI-first software development.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to understand customer problems, shape pragmatic solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own work end to end—from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Turn ambiguity into action, make sound trade-offs, and deliver valuable increments without compromising long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical direction and strategy in support of the long-term product vision.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Critically evaluate, validate, and troubleshoot AI-generated output, using effective prompting and appropriate safeguards rather than accepting results at face value.
- Share effective AI-assisted development practices, encourage responsible experimentation, and help teammates improve how they use AI tools.
- Improve developer experience through tools, automation, and engineering practices that enable reliable, frequent delivery.
- Collaborate across product and platform teams, and contribute to an environment where people learn, grow, give constructive feedback, and raise challenges safely.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional software engineering experience (React, Node.js) and designing reliable backend services and APIs. Experience with React Native experience is a plus.
- Able to work effectively across system boundaries and collaborate with engineers outside your primary specialism.
- Use AI-assisted development tools in your daily engineering work to accelerate exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Able to evaluate and troubleshoot AI-generated output, use effective prompting where relevant, and share practical learnings with teammates.
- Experience working with a public cloud environment such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices, including CI/CD, observability, and operating software in production.
- Understanding of core application and backend concepts such as authentication, databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- A builder-first, pragmatic approach: You turn customer problems into shipped outcomes. You take initiative, test and learn quickly, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality, maintainability, and risk.
- Passion for writing maintainable, elegant code and continuously improving how software is built.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
- You have a builder mindset. You thrive in environments where things are still taking shape, take initiative to move ideas forward, and find ways to create impact even when the path isn't fully defined.
- You embrace trying things out over waiting for perfect conditions, ship early to learn fast, and treat iteration as progress.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions and yoga.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for an Ads & Promotions Specialist to join our growing team in Zagreb. In this role, you’ll drive ad revenue by selling advertising and promotional products to restaurants and stores across Croatia. You’ll partner with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to grow ad adoption among managed merchants, while owning the full sales cycle for unmanaged merchants yourself. This role suits someone who loves hitting targets, can win over a skeptical merchant, and doesn’t let a “no” slow them down.
You will:
Sell ads and promotions to managed and unmanaged merchants, owning a pipeline and working toward clear revenue targets.
Prioritise your time across high-value managed accounts and a broad base of unmanaged merchants, keeping track of every opportunity.

Work closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to align campaigns with merchant goals and broader account strategies.
Support sales enablement by building and adapting pitch materials, reporting and best practices for the wider team.
Use AI tools day to day to prioritise prospects, personalise outreach and speed up reporting.
Our humble expectations
Fluency in Croatian and English, with the confidence to pitch, negotiate and close in both.
1–2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B and with quota-carrying targets.
A track record of hitting goals, including examples of pushing through when a target was hard to reach.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust with merchants and influence internal stakeholders.
Organised and able to prioritise effectively when juggling many accounts and competing deadlines.
Resilient and results-oriented, able to learn from lost deals and keep momentum.
Nice to have
An analytical mindset and comfort using campaign data to build a business case or spot upsell opportunities.
Understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
Experience in account management, marketing, operations or business analysis.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic finance, investment, corporate development, management consulting, private equity / venture capital, investment banking or a comparable analytical leadership role.
Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining enterprise or group-level strategy and translating complex analysis into clear choices for senior decision-makers.

Strong financial and investment analysis skills, including business-case review, valuation logic, unit economics, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Proven ability to evaluate new projects, market-entry plans, strategic initiatives and investment theses independently and to challenge assumptions constructively.
Excellent research and intelligence capabilities, including the ability to synthesize market, competitor, regulatory, technology and customer signals into decision-relevant implications.
Experience preparing executive and Investment Committee / Board-level materials, recommendations and concise decision memos.
Prior experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, research or analytical team, with strong quality-control standards.
Experience in financial services, FinTech, digital assets, payments, banking, brokerage, investment or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; able to build trust while maintaining independent judgment.
High professional integrity, intellectual curiosity, discretion and the confidence to provide an evidence-based challenge to senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Group Strategy & Portfolio Stewardship
Own and maintain the group strategy process, including the strategic narrative, priorities, key choices, assumptions and periodic refreshes.
Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.
Develop evidence-based recommendations on where the group should focus management attention, strategic resources and future investment, while preserving the Investment Committee's decision authority.
Ensure that major roadmaps and programs remain coherent with the approved group strategy and portfolio logic.

Set the strategic research agenda based on the group's highest-priority decisions and uncertainties.
Build and maintain structured intelligence on markets, competitors, regulation, technology, customer behavior, business models and relevant macro trends.
Convert research findings into implications, scenarios, strategic options and concise recommendations rather than stand-alone information reporting.
Establish strong standards for source quality, analytical rigor, assumptions, fact checking and institutional knowledge retention.
Value Creation Opportunities
Continuously identify and prioritize value creation opportunities across the existing portfolio, including growth, cross-business synergies, product / market adjacencies, partnerships, operating-model improvements and other strategic moves.
Structure each opportunity into a clear thesis covering expected value, strategic rationale, risks, dependencies, required capabilities, sequencing and success measures.
Work with the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners to convert approved opportunities into roadmaps and executable initiatives without taking over day-to-day execution ownership.
Evaluation of New Projects, Markets & Strategic Moves
Lead independent strategic review of new project proposals and market plans before they are submitted for approval.
Assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive position, economics, risk, execution readiness, alternatives and portfolio implications; test critical assumptions through scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.
Capture lessons learned, identify repeatable patterns and feed findings back into strategy, evaluation frameworks and future recommendations.
Investment Committee & Executive Decision Support
Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.
Build repeatable methods, templates and analytical standards for strategy development, market / project evaluation, portfolio review, research and after-action analysis.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.
