Location: United Kingdom - Remote Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. Security Engineer, Governance, Risk & Compliance (EMEA) The role: GRC work is at its best when it makes security clearer, more consistent, and easier to operate. As a Security Engineer focused on Governance, Risk & Compliance, you’ll help maintain and improve Chainguard’s compliance and risk programs while building the experience and judgment to take on broader ownership over time. You’ll work closely with experienced security and GRC partners to support SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audit readiness, keep evidence and controls organized, help manage risk and remediation work, and improve the systems and processes behind our compliance program. This is an earlier-career, hands-on role. You don’t need to have led an audit or built a GRC function before. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational habits, good judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You’ll have clear areas of responsibility, regular opportunities to work cross-functionally, and support from teammates as you grow your expertise. Chainguard is building the secure foundation for software development and deployment. You’ll contribute to that mission by helping our security practices remain effective, measurable, and worthy of our customers’ trust. What you’ll do: Support audit readiness activities for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other security assurance initiatives. Coordinate evidence collection with teams across Security, Engineering, Legal, HR, Product, and other functions. Help maintain security policies, standards, procedures, control descriptions, and supporting documentation. Assist with control testing, risk assessments, gap analysis, and remediation tracking. Keep compliance and risk information accurate and up to date in GRC platforms such as Vanta. Help translate auditor, customer, and internal security requests into clear next steps for the right stakeholders. Track action items, follow up on dependencies, and communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve GRC workflows through better documentation, automation, and use of modern tooling. Develop and maintain repeatable processes, checklists, runbooks, and evidence-collection practices. Support customer security reviews, questionnaires, and third-party risk activities as needed. Learn Chainguard’s systems and security practices well enough to ask useful questions, identify inconsistencies, and escalate potential risks with clear context. Partner with senior members of the Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance teams on projects that improve Chainguard’s security posture. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in information security, GRC, compliance, audit, risk, IT, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome. Experience supporting audits, control activities, risk assessments, security questionnaires, or compliance programs. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage details across multiple workstreams. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain requests and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation, evidence management, and follow-through. Curiosity about how technology and security controls work, with the confidence to ask questions and investigate unfamiliar topics. Comfort working with spreadsheets, documentation systems, ticketing tools, and GRC platforms. An interest in improving repetitive processes through automation, better tooling, or clearer workflows. A collaborative, team-first approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across regions and functions. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve. Nice to have: Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or another security or assurance framework. Familiarity with GRC platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or similar tools. Experience with control testing, risk registers, remediation plans, or policy management. Exposure to cloud environments, SaaS applications, software development practices, or security operations. Familiarity with third-party risk management or customer security reviews. Experience improving workflows with automation, integrations, or lightweight scripting. Why you’ll love it here: We take security seriously without making it unnecessarily complicated. At Chainguard, you’ll: Learn by doing: Work on real security and assurance programs with support from experienced teammates. Challenge the status quo: Help simplify processes, improve tooling, and find better ways to get important work done. Collaborate across borders: Partner with colleagues across EMEA and the broader Chainguard organization. Grow your scope: Build the technical judgment and program-management skills needed to take on increasingly complex security initiatives. Win together: We share context, assume good intentions, and value collective success over individual heroics. Bring your whole self: We do serious work, but we also believe humor, curiosity, and enjoying the people you work with make the work better. Location: Remote About GiveDirectly What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need? Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid. Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question: is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty? We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join. We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress. How we work Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated: Recipients first. Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves. Team next. We optimize for organizational success, not individual success. Be proactively candid. We say what we believe and share information openly. Create positive energy. We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain. Think rigorously; act quickly. We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate. Know yourself and grow. We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow. Accept reality. Propose solutions. We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems. Be productively ambitious. We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress. If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit. Want to learn more? Read and listen: We are one of Time100’s Most Influential Companies of 2026, and our work has been covered by The Economist , NPR , TED , and The Washington Post . We're now preparing to deliver billions of dollars a year to people in extreme poverty, if funding allows. Read our CEO's essay on what that will take. About this role GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules. We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer. This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits. Reports to: Senior Product Manager - MNO data Level : Senior Manager Location: At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back. Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time. Travel Requirement: Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses. What you’ll do: Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it. Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable. Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality. Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria. Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs. Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions. Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last. Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption. Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow. Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly. What you’ll bring: Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve. Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance. Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts. The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice. Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again. Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly. Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required. Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus. Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed. Experience designing training material that changed how non-specialist colleagues used a data source. Comfort in fast-moving contexts where the brief may often shift, and where your technical expertise and understanding may not be shared by other stakeholders. Additional desirable experience may include: poverty modeling; familiarity with survey data and survey instruments; experience inside a mobile network operator or working closely with one; open-source contributions in the mobility estimation space. Comfortable with travel to fragile and post-disaster contexts. Language Requirement: English. Language Preferences: French, Portuguese, Swahili or Spanish. Compensation At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy here . Location: France | Remote; Paris; US Workplace: Remote ABOUT MORPHO Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world. WHY MORPHO EXISTS Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll run Morpho’s corporate IT: accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools the company runs on, all set up securely. You’ll work closely with the security team: they set policy and lead on incidents, and you put that policy in place across our tools and devices. The scope is broad and the work is hands-on. We’d rather automate repetitive work than hire for it, so expect to write scripts and build your own tooling, using AI where it helps. We’ll go through our stack with you early in the process. RESPONSIBILITIES - Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager. Handle onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews. - Manage the Mac fleet: setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and keeping the endpoint security agent installed and working. - Apply the security baselines and access policies the security team defines, and keep our tools configured to match. - Administer our SaaS tools: setup, admin access and licences. Handle the IT side of bringing on new vendors. - Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs. - Provide evidence for IT controls during audits. - Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection. - Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures. - Take part in IT on-call. DEFINITION OF SUCCESS - 1 month: handles onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day account and device work without help, and knows how our tools are set up. - End of probation: owns our identity, device and SaaS setup, has automated at least one process that used to be manual, and is the person the security team goes to for IT changes and incident support. - 12 months: runs corporate IT independently. Onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and audit evidence mostly run on tooling they built. EXPERIENCE - 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security. - Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM and endpoint security tools. - Strong macOS management: configuration profiles, privacy preference and system extension policies. - Writes Python or Bash to automate work. Infrastructure as code is a plus. - Has supported a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit. - Knows crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and sets up systems with that in mind. Web3 or fintech experience is a plus. - Writes clear documentation. - Prefers simple setups people follow over perfect ones they work around. - Comfortable being part of an on-call rotation. PERKS & BENEFITS We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. Role Overview This is a leadership role spearheading Nebius’s communications across Europe and the Middle East: you will develop strong regional narratives, provide senior counsel, manage and develop the team, and lead consequential communications and stakeholder situations. Reporting to the global Head of Communications, you will translate business priorities into compelling stories and a practical regional strategy. You will connect local developments to the company narrative and adapt them to the audiences and circumstances of each market. We need an outstanding storyteller with the gravitas, experience and judgment to personally lead high-stakes situations involving multiple stakeholders. You will know when to shape the narrative, handle a difficult relationship or lead a response yourself, and when to give colleagues the authority and support to deliver. What success looks like The region has clear priorities, strong narratives, credible stories and trusted stakeholder relationships. Important situations receive the right senior attention. Colleagues understand their responsibilities, exercise sound judgment and develop under your leadership. Global colleagues have early visibility of consequential regional developments. Key Responsibilities Shape regional narratives and strategy Develop communications strategy and strong narratives for priority European and Middle Eastern markets, linked to business priorities and the wider company story. Identify compelling stories and the evidence behind them. Make clear choices about audiences, markets and investment; adapt narratives locally while keeping core facts consistent. Advise senior leaders on positioning, communications opportunities and reputation risks. Define measurable objectives and use evidence to improve the programme. Lead communications and consequential stakeholder situations Build trusted relationships with regional business leaders, partners and relevant business, technology, infrastructure and local media. Create a sustained pipeline of credible stories. Shape and deliver the narratives, writing, executive counsel and stakeholder engagement that need your senior experience. Delegate other work with clear briefs, authority and quality standards. Lead regional communications for customer, partner, product and infrastructure developments. Partner with country managers and public affairs colleagues on communications and local engagement around physical infrastructure builds. Manage people and regional resources Set team priorities and responsibilities, coach colleagues, manage performance and support their development. Build the capability and confidence to make sound decisions. Balance workloads and recommend where additional skills or capacity are needed. Recruit and onboard approved hires. Direct agencies and partners through clear briefs, budgets and performance reviews. Judge what to own personally, what to delegate and when to intervene; retain accountability for quality and outcomes. Coordinate across the business Work closely with stakeholders across Nebius – GTM country leads, Marketing, Business Diplomacy, Product, Research, Technology, subject experts and other colleagues – to coordinate on issues including regional priorities, policy, local engagement and reputation management. Coordinate with US, APAC and global communications leaders on announcements, issues and executive visibility. Maintain early visibility of consequential developments within appropriate confidentiality controls. Key Qualifications and Experience What we need A strong record of senior communications leadership in Europe and the Middle East, with substantial in-house technology-company experience and the ability to operate credibly across the region. Outstanding storytelling and narrative-development skills: translating complex business and technology priorities into compelling, credible stories for different audiences and markets. Demonstrated people-management experience: setting goals, coaching, managing performance and developing capable colleagues. Gravitas and senior experience to personally lead high-stakes, multi-stakeholder situations, advise business leaders and navigate competing interests with sound judgment. Evidence of judging when personal involvement is essential and when to delegate, alongside strong media relationships and experience directing agencies and regional resources. Outstanding English writing, editing and spoken communication, with the curiosity and rigor to understand complex technology and build accurate narratives. Helpful experience AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology or another complex B2B sector; regional expansion, infrastructure investment or a publicly listed company. Substantial Middle East communications work, relevant media relationships and additional regional language skills. Agency experience is valuable alongside substantial in-house experience; an agency-only background does not meet the role’s requirements. Journalism experience can be beneficial. Competencies and Behavioural Traits Strong narrative judgment, senior presence, clear prioritisation and calm leadership. A capable people manager who develops others, gives direct feedback and delegates with purpose. Takes personal ownership where the stakes or complexity require senior experience, while keeping regional and global colleagues aligned. Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, course-correction, experimentation and (occasionally) failure. What We Offer A senior communications leadership role shaping narratives and stakeholder relationships across Europe and the Middle East, working closely with business and global communications leaders and developing the regional team. Location: Paris; London ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. THE ROLE As a People Tech & Analytics Engineer on the People team, you will build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind how Mistral runs People Operations. Reporting to the People Tech & Analytics Lead, you will turn the roadmap into reality: wiring our HR tech stack together, making data flow reliably between systems, and automating people processes with third-party tools as well as Mistral's own models, agents, and APIs. This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building. You will spend most of your time in the systems and the data, deep-diving into problems: connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools, standing up the data layer behind our people metrics, and shipping automations that remove manual work from the People team. If you are a data engineer or people technology specialist who wants to deliver meaningful automation outcomes at Europe's largest AI company, this is the role for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across our HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance), run data quality checks, and fix inconsistencies at the source. - Implement and evolve the Metabase visualisation layer of our people data lake, build the dashboards and self-serve reporting managers and People partners rely on, as well as the context layer on HR data, supporting the move to conversational insights in collaboration with the Data team. - Design, build, test and document automated workflows, mainly with Mistral's own models, agents and APIs, with human review wherever decisions affect people, monitor live automations with alerting, error handling, logging and runbooks, and prototype AI use cases on people processes, productionising the ones that prove their worth. - Implement configuration changes across the HR tech stack (workflows, fields, roles and permissions, new countries and entities), support testing and rollout of system changes and integrations, and act as first-line troubleshooter for the People team, leading issue resolution through to production with a clear audit trail. - Architect end-to-end HR workflows with key stakeholders in HR Operations, Business Partnering and Reward, and implement data governance in practice: quality standards, access controls, retention rules and audit trails for employee data. - Provide clear enablement materials in Notion so the People team and managers can use our systems confidently, with strong tier-1 support via a bot. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in analytics engineering or HR technology, ideally within an HR or People function or working closely with one as a stakeholder. - Strong practical SQL: you are comfortable building pipelines and transformations yourself. - Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Ashby, and integrating them with ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools via APIs, middleware and data pipelines. - Real automation experience: you have built and maintained workflows in n8n or similar tools such as Make, Zapier, Workato or Langdock, and you are excited to do the same with Mistral's own models and tooling. - Working experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery) and the modern data stack (dbt or similar), and with visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI. - You are low-ego and team-spirited, and you take a prioritised problem and run with it in ambiguity: you would rather build a first version and iterate than wait for a perfect spec. You start from the HR need, not the technology, stay hands-on, and have a track record of building foundations in growing organisations without creating legacy. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link. How we work Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry. Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal. These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders. As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance. Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game. Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Some of your responsibilities include: Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset. Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement. Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion. Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens. Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment. Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high. Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it. Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive. Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team. About You You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image. You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork. You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention. You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual. You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline. You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds. You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues. You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully. Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive. Our Promise Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games. We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens? Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others. Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause! Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other. With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad. Location: Paris; London Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. THE ROLE As a People Tech & Analytics Lead on the People team, you will turn people data into better decisions at Mistral. You will own the roadmap for our HR technology stack, from the HRIS transformation to integrations and data architecture, and build the analytics, dashboards and models that help our leaders understand how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people, and act on what they learn. You will do it the Mistral way: automating people processes with our own models, workflows and agents, and partnering with HR Operations, Business Partnering, Legal, Finance and IT to turn business needs into well-designed systems. You will lead a small team, starting with a People Tech & Analytics Engineer, alongside a large team of agents running our back-end HR processes, giving a fast-growing global company the clarity to make great people decisions at speed, with a seamless employee experience from hire to retire. What You Will Do - Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end: what we build, buy, integrate or retire, the configuration standards, workflows, roles and permissions that govern it, vendor relationships, and the data pipelines across HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance so data flows reliably between systems. - Define the people metrics that matter and lead analysis on workforce trends, retention and organisational health, turning insight into clear recommendations and workforce planning. - Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and conversational insights, so managers get answers without waiting on a spreadsheet. - Drive people-data governance, partnering with Legal and Privacy to keep people data compliant and AI use on it lawful, transparent and proportionate. - Own the automation and AI roadmap for people processes: build agents and workflows with Mistral's own models and APIs, set the standards for how they're designed, tested and monitored, and lead cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout. - Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer, set priorities, and grow the team as needs evolve. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company: expert in at least one, broad in both, and comfortable building from scratch. - A strong product mindset: you turn complex business and employee needs into intuitive, practical solutions, starting from the HR need, not the technology. - Experience with global HR tech platforms such as HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and the integrations, data architecture and governance connecting them to ATS, payroll, identity and finance. - Strong workflow-automation experience (n8n or similar) and a real appetite to build with our own LLMs, agents and APIs, with the judgement to know where AI helps and where it doesn't. - Solid analytics foundations (forecasting, visualisation, modern data stack such as Snowflake or BigQuery), experience building people analytics and data governance on workforce data, and working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data. - Experience presenting to senior leaders, turning data into clear, decision-ready recommendations, and managing or mentoring technical or analytical team members, with the hands-on pragmatism to prototype and review technical work yourself.
