About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role
We’re building a new Feature Engineering Platform that will be the front door to ML development at global scale. As a Software Engineer on this team, you’ll help build a seamless experience for ML practitioners across the company — from experimentation and exploration to deployment and monitoring.
Our mission is to make machine learning accessible and intuitive without compromising on power or performance. You’ll work on a layered platform that supports both high-level declarative workflows and lower-level imperative APIs, all integrated into the environments our users already work in (like notebooks and internal sandboxes).
What You’ll Do
Build and evolve APIs, SDKs, and platform integrations that power feature engineering workflows.
Help shape user-facing tools to make the platform approachable for all skill levels.
Collaborate across the ML lifecycle — from data ingestion to feature serving — and integrate tightly with our central Data Control Plane.
Contribute to platform reliability, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Solid engineering background, ideally in platform, data, or ML-adjacent teams.
Comfortable working with backend systems, APIs, and ideally some exposure to distributed compute (e.g. Spark, Flink).
Empathy for users and interest in building abstractions that remove friction.
Curious and collaborative mindset — eager to learn from others and contribute broadly.
Experience with ML tooling, or data pipelines is a plus.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position would be eligible for consideration for an equity award grant of restricted stock units on commence and during the annual pay review cycle. Upon commencement of employment, you would be eligible to be considered for a grant. Thereafter, any further grants would be at the Company's discretion.

We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Team
We sit on the front lines of OKX's security and compliance mission. Our charter is to build the flexible, scalable, and intelligent AI systems that detect and prevent identity fraud, account takeover, and large-scale organized abuse — in real time and at the scale of a global financial platform. We own the core identity-risk capabilities that decide, millions of times a day, whether an account can be trusted: identity trust signals, behavioral risk modeling, relationship and cluster intelligence, and face, liveness and document verification. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to turn the hardest adversarial problems in crypto into production-grade defenses that protect good users and the open financial system.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and own key identity-risk and trust models at OKX. You will build models that combine identity verification results, device and geo data, and user behavior into trust and risk signals, and use graph and clustering methods to uncover organized, industrialized fraud. This is an end-to-end, research-to-production role: you will own algorithms in your domain and ship models into real-money, high-risk, large-scale production environments.
You will be a hands-on technical contributor who works closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance, and who helps raise the technical bar of the team. Your domains span:
Identity trust & risk modeling
— fusing verification scores, device, geo, and behavioral data into identity-quality and trust signals.
Cluster & relationship intelligence
— graph and clustering methods to identify account farms, mass registration, and coordinated attacks.
Behavioral risk modeling
— behavioral features and sequence models for account takeover and abnormal-session detection.
Biometric & multimodal signals
— face embeddings, liveness/anti-spoofing, DeepFake and injection defense, document forgery and AIGC detection, used as inputs to identity trust and the risk layer.
AI agents
— applying agentic AI to scale investigation, detection, and operational defense.
What You'll Be Doing
Build identity trust & risk models:
Design and ship coarse-to-fine risk models that fuse face/liveness/document verification scores, device, IP and geo signals, and behavioral data, for high-concurrency real-time decisioning.
Uncover organized
fraud
with graph & clustering:
Build entity graphs across accounts, devices, faces, documents and templates, and apply community detection, clustering, and GNN methods to detect fraud rings and large-scale abuse.
Develop behavioral features & sequence models:
Engineer real-time and offline behavioral features, and build sequence models to detect account takeover, bot/script behavior, and abnormal sessions.
Leverage biometric & multimodal signals:
Turn biometric features (face embeddings, face quality, liveness and anti-spoofing results) and document-forgery and DeepFake signals into reliable identity-trust inputs for risk decisions, including biometric similarity for cross-account linkage and duplicate-identity detection. Work with the face, liveness, and document teams, or build models yourself.
Drive execution & collaboration:
Deliver measurable results while managing ambiguity; partner with backend, product, infrastructure, risk, and compliance teams to integrate models into the production decision chain. Own metric definitions, the balance between false positives and missed fraud, pass rate, monitoring, and drift handling.
Advance applied R&D:
Experiment with graph learning, multimodal fusion, and AI agents; stay current with academic and industry advances and translate them into practical defenses.
Raise the technical bar:
Contribute to design reviews, share applied-AI best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
What We Look For
5+ years
of hands-on experience building risk-control, fraud-detection, or identity-trust models, including significant experience deploying ML systems into production.
Graph & clustering expertise:
Experience applying graph mining, community detection, clustering, or GNN methods to fraud or abuse detection.
Behavioral modeling:
Solid experience with behavioral feature engineering and sequence modeling, including real-time feature pipelines.
Deep AI/ML expertise:
Strong proficiency with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, and solid experience with production ML systems.
Strong technical & coding skills:
Strong coding ability (e.g., Python, SQL) and the system-level thinking to design end-to-end solutions with high availability and low latency.
Adversarial mindset:
Understanding of how fraudsters adapt, and how to evaluate and iterate defenses against evolving attacks.
Collaboration:
Strong communication skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and risk teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in identity verification, KYC/KYB, AML, face-payment or payment risk control, or biometric security.
Hands-on experience with face recognition, liveness/anti-spoofing, OCR, document parsing, fake-ID detection, or media forensics.
Experience with graph databases or graph computing (e.g., Neo4j, GraphX) and real-time graph features.
Knowledge of data and AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake).
Familiarity with MLOps best practices: monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement of production models.
Experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Experience working in fast-paced technology companies or security-critical environments.
Research publications, patents, or open-source contributions in relevant AI fields.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help coordinate incident response alongside cross-functional teams, identify trends and patterns in production issues, improve how we communicate with partners during incidents, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
Strong incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, and observability/monitoring expertise are essential, along with experience in technical operations, SRE, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — across technical and executive audiences will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.

Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during absences, breaks, or surge incidents. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.

Experience in the gaming industry is required. Payments or fintech industry experience is a plus.
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.

Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.

What the Role Is
The modern tech stack has collapsed the distance between designing an experience and shipping it. We're hiring Staff Product Designers to build the next generation of Babylist by leveraging this reality.
The
Staff Product Designer
is the durable design owner of a major Babylist experience - the person the rest of the company looks to when a hard question about that experience has to get answered. Equal parts skilled designer, hands-on researcher, and AI-enabled builder, you own how things feel, think broadly about user flows across the full Babylist experience, and hold the vision for whether something is intuitive, beautiful, and emotionally right for the user. You work alongside product managers, engineers, and data partners, but you are the one driving the experience layer and making sure every interaction meets both the functional and emotional needs of our users to drive impactful outcomes for the business.
You flex beyond the basics by running research, standing up working prototypes (in hours not days), and contributing to production-quality front-end code ensuring polish is never a trade-off. You help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development by setting the standard others adopt for what an AI-native designer does every day — in your own work and in the codified workflows you set for the team around you.
In this role, you shape how parents discover products, build their registry, receive gifts, and navigate early parenthood across web and native mobile. These are not casual interactions. Families are making decisions during one of the most meaningful and overwhelming transitions of their lives. The experience has to be easy to use, easy to understand, and worthy of the trust they place in us.
Who You Are
Craft and experience obsessed.
You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they function — the transitions, motion, and details most people can't articulate but everyone responds to. You have a portfolio of shipped consumer product work across web and native mobile that proves it.
A systems thinker.
You see how a single interaction fits into a broader flow, how flows connect across products, and how the design system enables all of it. You design for coherence, not just screens.
Industry aware and pattern fluent.
You know the interaction patterns and design conventions that have become table stakes — and when to apply them versus evolve them for what Babylist families actually need.
Human-and-data-centered.
You plan and run generative and evaluative research yourself, bring concrete qualitative and quantitative evidence into design decisions, and communicate design rationale clearly and persuasively.
A product strategist and critical thinker.
You articulate and defend where a product is going and why, working backwards from a vision. You question assumptions and distinguish between what the data says and what people want it to say, bringing everyone from ICs to the C-suite along with clarity.
Feedback fan.
You build feedback loops into your process from the start — putting prototypes in front of users early, sharing in-progress work before it's polished, and actively soliciting critique that makes it better.
AI-native and a real builder.
You move from a rough concept to an interactive prototype in hours, not weeks, and write production frontend code yourself rather than depending on an engineer to translate your mock. You have a portfolio of work built this way.
Outcome owner.
You instrument your own work, track whether it's moving the right metrics, and make clean iterate/pivot/stop calls based on evidence, not attachment.
Adaptable and low-ego.
You jump in where needed across team boundaries without waiting for permission, and you bring curiosity to ambiguity rather than anxiety.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own a customer journey or major product experience end-to-end
. Think holistically about user flows, brand expression, information architecture, and interaction patterns across the full Babylist product ecosystem - both web and native app - working with other designers and teams as needed.
Set the design vision for your experience.
Articulate where the experience should be in 12–18 months and define the sequence of bets that gets it there. Earn organizational alignment around a direction, not just consensus, and update your point of view with conviction and speed when evidence or business needs change.
Design and build experiences that drive outcomes
. That means using sound judgement to create experiences that solve real problems, are intuitive under stress, simple when decisions are complex, and delightful when the moment calls for it.
Define excellence.
Set the bar for quality, delight, and product excellence by demonstrating and teaching the organization what great looks and feels like. Eschew perfection for learning that propels the product toward your high bar.
Stay deeply connected to users
. Talk to customers. Plan and execute research to ground design decisions in how families actually behave. Create fast feedback loops through user testing, Babylist communities, and other channels. Your design decisions are grounded in reality, not assumption.
Contribute to and evolve Babylist's design system
. Build reusable components, define interaction patterns, and ensure consistency across web and native mobile.
Operate with agency.
Don't wait for permission — create the conditions for your success, starting before you have the full picture and bringing others along as you learn. High-velocity teams are the ones where agency is contagious.
Build with AI-native workflows
. Research synthesis, rapid prototyping, production code, design system evolution, interaction exploration. Show your team what's possible by doing it yourself leveraging AI - then share and teach what’s working.
Write production frontend code
. Work in the codebase to implement, refine, and polish the experiences you design. Close the gap between what a design looks like in Figma and what a user actually touches - finding and fixing rough edges without being asked. The transitions, the micro-interactions, the loading states, the empty states, the error states, the keyboard behavior. Own all of it.
Scale design democratization.
Build AI-enabled workflows that bring product managers, engineers, and other collaborators into design tools, creating the conditions for non-designers to contribute meaningfully to the experience layer. Act as a consultant and quality bar on that work, not a gatekeeper. Scale shared literacy around what good looks like, so the people working alongside you can make better decisions independently.
Develop the designers around you.
Give specific, timely feedback that makes their work measurably better. Contribute to hiring. Share the tools, patterns, and practices that help the broader team prototype faster, build with more polish, and ship with confidence. The designers who work alongside you should grow because of it.
Multiply your team.
Be an excellent partner to engineers, product managers, and analysts as your co-builders to move the highest-impact work forward with strong communication and collaboration. Bring tighter problem framing, sharper user insight, and prototypes that make decisions easier to make. Design the repeatable, low-friction systems that let everyone on your team, including you, ship faster without sacrificing quality.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$207,666 to $249,166 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

About Us

Partner with engineering group leaders to improve planning, execution, and operational health within their organizations, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in the delivery of their strategic objectives.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of operations managers to manage engineering initiatives, solve problems, and optimize and automate routine operations, increasing the team's and engineering's value-added time.
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership teams to ensure strict adherence to operational processes. Conduct audits and check-ins to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process refinement.

Manage R&D-wide initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, planning, and delivery of engineering updates, events, and R&D-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Drive operational excellence across R&D: spearhead and champion global operational strategies, focusing on optimizing engineering processes to be more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry with technical expertise that enables you to define automation requirements, automate operational workflows, and perform data analysis using query languages and AI.

Proven experience in optimizing operations on an Engineering and R&D scale, creating actionable plans, and managing execution to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across multiple engineering teams and departments, and adhering to various compliance requirements.
You can facilitate discussions with engineering subject matter experts on topics such as System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management (including cost management), Quality, etc., in the context of engineering operations.
Ability to leverage AI to increase your own productivity and leverage it in the solutions you’re building.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
A data-driven and action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, project/program management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Experience working at cloud platforms and SaaS companies in the past is a plus.
Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL or ELT, modern data stack.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
WHO WE ARE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
