An overview of this role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll help lead two important areas for GitLab Security: the data layer behind our vulnerability and dependency management capabilities, and our move toward services outside the GitLab monolith. You'll design and develop systems that ingest, store, index, and query security report data, including integrations with key third-party systems. With a strong focus on PostgreSQL and scalable backend design, your work will support security features delivered by teams across GitLab.
You'll take ownership of large deliverables from early ideas through implementation, working directly with product, design, frontend, and engineering partners to shape the technical and product roadmap. You'll stay hands-on across GitLab's Ruby on Rails application and newer services, including greenfield projects, while helping the team build its expertise in modular service design.
What you’ll do
Lead large technical deliverables from initial problem definition through delivery, often across multiple months or quarters.
Design and develop backend systems for vulnerability and dependency management, including security report ingestion, storage, indexing, querying, and integrations with key third-party systems.
Build and improve systems using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, and contribute to newer services using technologies such as Go or Rust where appropriate.
Shape technical plans, break down complex work, and help other engineers deliver effectively.
Work directly with product, design, frontend, and engineering partners to make clear decisions, resolve constraints, and deliver measurable progress.
Influence the team's product and technical roadmap through hands-on investigation, clear proposals, and iterative delivery that demonstrates progress in each monthly release cycle.
Apply a security mindset when designing systems, including considering how GitLab identifies and handles malicious or vulnerable software packages.
Define patterns for modular services, provide technical leadership when vulnerability management work spans multiple GitLab areas, and share that expertise across GitLab Security.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading complex backend projects from idea through delivery while remaining hands-on with design and development.
Strong PostgreSQL experience, including evidence of query optimization, table optimization, and write-ahead log management in data-intensive systems.
Strong professional experience with Ruby on Rails or Go and comfort working in Ruby on Rails day to day. Experience with large monoliths is helpful, along with an interest in working across languages and services.
Experience shaping delivery plans, guiding technical decisions, and supporting the work of other engineers.
The ability to collaborate with a range of partners and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
Experience communicating with leaders, leading peers through complex delivery, identifying constraints, and moving work forward.
Experience using security tooling for activities such as vulnerability triage and remediation, or professional experience building vulnerability management, dependency management, or related security products.
Experience with large-scale data systems or established software products. We welcome transferable experience from outside the security domain.
Fluency in using artificial intelligence tools to improve delivery while applying sound engineering judgment.
About the team
The Vulnerability Management team contributes to GitLab's move toward modular services and will help other Security teams adopt these patterns over time. Today, we include two Staff Software Engineers, two Senior Software Engineers, and one Intermediate Software Engineer across the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, and India. You'll work closely with us, product partners, and engineering leaders across GitLab.
We work with clear goals and shared priorities. You'll receive clear context and outcomes, then have the space to own delivery, communicate decisions and progress, ask for help early, and work directly with the partners needed to get the job done.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar
- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands
- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for
- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output
- You exhibit our core values: https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-valuesdo the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
NICE TO HAVE
- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $170,000 - $270,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

An overview of this role
As a Staff Corporate Security Engineer, you'll help secure the systems GitLab team members rely on every day across a fully remote environment. This role sits within Corporate Security Engineering and focuses on building secure-by-default controls for endpoints and the SaaS platforms that support them, with a strong emphasis on macOS. You'll own meaningful technical decisions around endpoint hardening, automation, and detection, and you'll help turn security requirements into scalable engineering systems that are measurable, auditable, and designed to reduce friction for end users.
This is a strong fit if you're motivated by solving security problems with code. You will work across endpoint management, identity, and security operations to improve how GitLab manages macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux devices through Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, and GitOps workflows. In your first year, you'll be expected to strengthen endpoint security architecture, expand automation, and improve the reliability and auditability of how controls are deployed and maintained.
What you’ll do
Lead the security architecture of GitLab's endpoint fleet and related infrastructure, with a primary focus on macOS.
Design and support automation for secure endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management using code-based workflows.
Manage endpoint and SaaS security configuration through Terraform, version control, merge requests, continuous integration pipelines, and automated rollouts.
Define and enforce security baselines across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints.
Develop patching and software distribution approaches that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Partner with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Detection and Response teams to improve endpoint telemetry, detections, and response models.
Drive process improvements that reduce manual work and lower risk by favoring automation, policy-driven controls, and auditable change management.
Mentor engineers across Corporate Security and Information Technology, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint security issues.
What you’ll bring
Experience designing and delivering endpoint, systems, or corporate security solutions in environments that require scalable, durable controls.
Deep knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro or FleetDM, especially for architecting and securing macOS environments.
Strong hands-on ability with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, including module design, state management, and pipeline-based deployment.
Experience working with GitOps workflows where changes are managed through Git repositories, merge requests, code review, and automated pipelines.
Strong proficiency in scripting or programming for automation and security tooling, such as bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go.
Familiarity with cloud identity providers and directories, including platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, LDAP.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across distributed teams, and work independently in an all-remote environment.
Openness to bringing transferable experience from adjacent security, systems, or platform engineering backgrounds, along with a practical and security-focused approach to problem solving.
About the team
The Corporate Security Engineering team secures the internal environment GitLab team members use every day, including endpoints, identity systems, SaaS applications, and platforms that store sensitive internal data. It's a small, high-leverage team that treats security work as engineering work: building with code, operating through Git, and using reviewable, testable, and auditable workflows by default. The team partners closely with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Engineering across regions, collaborating asynchronously to build controls that scale across GitLab's all-remote workforce while reducing friction for end users.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and French
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Notion’s GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA’s largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion’s country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business.
Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps.
This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion’s new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France.
- Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise)
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in French and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

An overview of this role
As a Fullstack Engineer on the Duo Client SDK team at GitLab, you'll build the shared foundation for every GitLab Duo client. Today, the logic that powers Duo in editors lives inside the GitLab Language Server. We're extracting it into a true software development kit (SDK): a set of well-versioned TypeScript packages that editor extensions, our web-based Duo Chat on GitLab.com, and eventually external applications can use.
You'll work in TypeScript across frontend and backend systems. You'll design the SDK's Node.js core and public application programming interface (API), and work in the clients that use it. The work rewards care about interfaces, versioning, and backward compatibility as much as features because other engineers will depend on what you build.
You'll have senior and staff engineers alongside you to help with design. You'll own the implementation of scoped packages and ship improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating with the team on larger architectural changes.
Some examples of our projects:
The Duo Client SDK, extracting versioned, publishable packages from the GitLab Language Server
The GitLab Language Server, rebuilt on top of the SDK as our polyglot surface
Duo Chat on the web, as one of the SDK's first consumers
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, and performant TypeScript features that solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance, writing tests with every merge request and contributing to code reviews and design discussions.
Extract and publish TypeScript packages from the GitLab Language Server, migrating consumers incrementally so no parallel implementation is left to drift.
Design durable public APIs with clear interfaces, semantic versioning, changelogs, and deprecation paths for external consumers.
Build isomorphic core packages that isolate platform-specific behavior in adapters at the edges.
Build and improve SDK client surfaces, including Vue 3 components in Duo Chat on the web, in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Strengthen credential handling across hosts, including bearer tokens, session cookies, and CSRF protection.
Optimize bundle size, startup cost, and dependency weight for browser consumers, and support a Tier 2 on-call rotation for urgent engineering issues.
What you'll bring
Strong proficiency with TypeScript across frontend and backend systems, including experience building and maintaining Node.js services.
Experience with modern build and packaging tools, including monorepos, multi-module builds, ECMAScript modules (ESM), and dependency management.
Experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API, or comparable component-based frontend experience and a willingness to learn Vue.
Experience designing APIs that other people use, with the ability to explain what you'd do differently.
Understanding of the differences between running code in Node.js and in the browser, and how to write code that works in both.
A security-minded development approach, including careful credential handling and performance optimization.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing about technical problems, propose iterative solutions, and work effectively in an agile environment.
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the judgment to ask for help when needed while thriving in a fully remote organization aligned with GitLab's values.
About the team
The Duo Client SDK team sits in GitLab's AI Clients stage and works closely with teams building GitLab Duo experiences. We collaborate across client surfaces to make thoughtful technical decisions as the platform evolves. We work fully remotely and asynchronously across regions, in the open, following GitLab's values of transparency and open communication.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one.
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

We are looking for Platform Technical Leader to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
The Platform Technical Leader (EM3 & PaaS) will define and drive the architecture and technical operating model for EveryMatrix’s next-generation Platform as a Service. The role will enable EM3 and the wider EM2030 transformation through secure, reliable, automated, and self-service platform capabilities that can operate across datacentres and cloud environments at fleet scale.
The role reports to the Platform Engineering Leader and remains within the existing Platform Engineering organization. It will initially have no separate team or direct reports. Delivery will be achieved through technical leadership and dedicated contributors allocated from the existing Platform Engineering streams and specialist teams on a project basis. The role will help shape the future technology-oriented Platform Engineering model and the development of SRE and DevSecOps capabilities without creating a parallel organization.
The successful candidate will initially lead the EM3 and PaaS technical direction without a separate team or direct reporting line. Results will be delivered through architecture ownership, technical leadership, organizational influence, and dedicated capacity allocated from existing teams. The candidate must be able to lead engineers and technical outcomes at scale while people management, capacity ownership, and operational accountability remain with the existing Platform Engineering leadership structure.
Responsibilities:
Define the EM3 and PaaS target architecture, platform principles, roadmap, and reference patterns.
Design the platform control plane, management APIs, desired-state model, and fleet-wide lifecycle-management approach.
Define automated provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, recovery, rollback, version compliance, and decommissioning across infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform services.
Design deployment patterns for single-tenant and smaller multi-tenant environments across datacentres and public cloud.
Establish platform products, self-service interfaces, service catalogue standards, golden paths, and reusable blueprints.
Define reliability standards, service ownership, production readiness, SLI/SLO practices, observability, resilience testing, and the future SRE operating model.
Embed security by default through DevSecOps practices, policy as code, secrets and identity controls, supply-chain security, compliance automation, and automated evidence.
Lead cross-team architectural decisions and align Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DBA, Networking, Security, Architecture, and Product Engineering.
Define technical acceptance criteria and decision gates for proof of concept, production readiness, lifecycle readiness, security readiness, and operational readiness.
Work with the Platform Engineering Leader on capacity planning, project allocation, skills development, targeted hiring, and the progressive transition to technology-oriented platform domains.
Mentor senior engineers and help develop future Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevSecOps leaders.
Drive outcomes that allow platform scale to grow without proportional growth in manual operational effort.
Own our private cloud infrastructure as a product, setting the technical direction and the roadmap for how it evolves;
Define and publish a service catalogue with clear ownership and clear interfaces, so that provisioning compute, storage, environments and infrastructure is a self-service call for our development teams;
Deliver secure CI/CD as a service, with pipelines, secrets management, access control and compliance controls built into the platform by default rather than added afterwards;
Set, measure and report on SLAs, capacity plans and cost transparency for every service the chapter provides;
Establish the engineering standards of the chapter, including infrastructure as code, peer review, automated testing and observability, and hold the team to them;
Embed AI-assisted engineering in how the chapter works day to day, and measure the effect it has on delivery speed and quality;
Partner with development, architecture and security so that platform capabilities match what our product teams need;

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

An overview of this role
As a Migration Engineer for GitLab Dedicated, you'll partner with customers to plan and deliver migrations from self-managed GitLab to GitLab Dedicated. You'll use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data and move customers onto fully managed, isolated GitLab environments with minimal disruption. You'll balance hands-on technical delivery with clear communication and project ownership, translating each customer's goals, timelines, and constraints into a practical plan and guiding them through cutover and validation.
You'll use infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and network design to work within existing GitLab Dedicated environments. You'll also improve the tooling, scripts, and runbooks that make migrations repeatable and reduce manual work, while sharing insights from customer engagements with GitLab's Product and Engineering teams.
Lead migrations from self-managed GitLab to GitLab Dedicated using GitLab Geo to replicate customer data
Design migration runbooks and automation for repeatable cutovers, and validate target environments built with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
What you’ll do
Deliver customer migrations from initial assessment through planning, replication, cutover, and post-migration validation.
Use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data, debug synchronization issues, identify root causes, and keep migrations on track.
Design customer network connectivity within GitLab Dedicated constraints, including virtual private clouds, private connectivity, Domain Name System configuration, and firewall rules.
Apply infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices to interact with and validate existing GitLab Dedicated environments.
Advise customers on migration sequencing, cutover windows, integration requirements, risks, and clear next steps.
Improve migration tooling, scripts, and runbooks to make delivery more reliable, repeatable, and efficient.
Partner with Professional Services, Environment Automation, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers, share field feedback, and keep delivery consistent.
Manage multiple customer engagements while balancing customer outcomes, delivery priorities, and share technical knowledge with other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Experience delivering customer-facing migration, installation, training, or technical advisory engagements.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, with a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Hands-on experience running Kubernetes workloads in production, including deployments, rollouts, and debugging crash loops, failed health checks, and scheduling issues.
Experience with a major cloud provider such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, along with working knowledge of network design and connectivity.
Ability to read, understand, and modify infrastructure tooling, with familiarity in languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.
Ability to independently lead multiple customer projects, communicate clearly in written and spoken English, and build agreement in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
PubSec/Federal experience a plus.
A solution-oriented approach, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to GitLab's values. Experience with GitLab Geo and replication is helpful, but deep expertise can be developed in the role.
