How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a remote, field-based role for someone based in San Francisco or the Bay Area, California. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
What we're looking for:
- Experience selling to large organizations and high-growth companies, including customers with 500 or more employees.
- A strong track record of exceeding significant annual sales quotas and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms, cybersecurity solutions, or adjacent technologies such as identity and access management (IAM), privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, or credential security.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), senior security and information technology leaders, IAM teams, security architects, and other executive stakeholders.
- A record of winning new strategic customers and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year agreements.
- Strong executive communication, discovery, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and opportunity-management skills.
- A collaborative, curious, and accountable approach, with the ability to connect technical priorities to clear business outcomes and continuously improve through feedback.
What you can expect:
- Develop and execute account and territory plans across a focused portfolio of customers and prospects.
- Create executive relationships and identify opportunities across identity security, artificial intelligence, privileged access, Software as a Service (SaaS) governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Lead customer conversations from an urgent access or credential challenge toward a broader 1Password Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving security, IAM, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, executive presentations, business-value discussions, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Partner internally with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk to create strong customer outcomes.
- Represent 1Password in customer meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and industry events while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $96,000 USD and $139,000 USD, and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📍 Paris, on-site
🗓 Early June to end of August 2027
🎓 Students (incl. Polytechnique 2nd-year internship)
⭐ THE PROGRAM ⭐
This summer, for the first time, Alan is bringing in a cohort of interns for a 3-month internship, from June to August. This program is for students whose curriculum includes a summer internship.
This is not a "watch and learn" internship. Past interns and Founders Associates have shipped work that teams still use after they left:
- An AI tool searching the web for fake documents used in insurance fraud. The findings started a fraud-prevention pilot with a major French insurer.
- An automated system approving simple medical claims in one of Alan's international markets, with no manual review.
- An AI agent for sales reps. Cuts prep time before every prospect meeting with a personalized meeting brief and pitch.
- A national health insurance bid. It led to a new local company and its first General Manager hire.
- Launched a new insurance product, from the regulator application to in-app design and customer support. Took the product from idea to a regulator-ready launch.
- A public AI healthcare hackathon co-hosted with Mistral. Brought together top AI builders, with €10K+ in prizes and credits for the winners.
This summer, it's your turn.
⭐ WHAT YOUR SUMMER LOOKS LIKE ⭐
- Weeks 1 & 2 - team sprint: you build a shared project in a mixed squad with other interns. You meet several teams and see how Alan works as a whole.
- June to August - your project: you’ll take full ownership of a project that drives real value, working inside a host team with clear goals and the freedom to decide how to reach them. At the end of August, you demo it to the company.
- All summer - the program: talks and workshops with Alan leaders including the CEO/CTO, weekly coffee chats with Alaners, and a mentor who helps you grow.
You'll join one track, based on your interests, and the projects available across:
- Engineering
- Data & AI
- Product
- Design & Research
- Marketing
- Customer Care
- IT & Operations
And more!
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of August, you will have:
- Shipped a project that a real team uses, and demoed it to the company
- Built with AI, data and code on real problems: shipped AI agents, automations and analyses that go to production
- Worked closely with senior Alaners and Alan's leadership
- Met a cohort of sharp students from top schools in France and abroad
- Gained a 360° view of how a fast-growing company works
Strong interns may be invited back to Alan after graduation, as a Founder Associate or full-time hire.
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- You build. You code, or build seriously with AI tools, and you have something to show us: a tool, a prototype, a side project, a hackathon project.
- You learn fast. You're comfortable owning a project that isn't fully defined yet, and you figure things out before asking someone to show you.
- Analytical sense. You frame the right questions and break down problems clearly.
- High agency. When something is broken, your first instinct is to fix it.
- Clear writing. At Alan, we work in writing, in English. You need to be fluent.
- Growth mindset. You ask for feedback and use it.
- Available for 3 months, from June to end of August 2027.
⭐ THE PROCESS ⭐
We know you have other offers to weigh, so our process is designed to be efficient:
1. Application (tell us about something you've built)
2. A short call with the team to meet you
3. A technical case
4. Final fit interview
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
International students welcome. If you apply through a university program (Princeton IIP, MIT MISTI, Penn GRIP, Waterloo Co-op), mention it in your application.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Competitive pay: €2,800 gross per month, well above the market rate for internships
- All the tools you need: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-cancelling headphones
- A coach from day one: like every Alaner. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Transport: commuter benefits
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's global order-to-cash (O2C) function is scaling faster than the processes and systems behind it, across direct enterprise contracts, consumption-based commercial models, and third-party cloud marketplaces. We're looking for a Director, Order-to-Cash Assurance to make sure every order is priced, billed, collected, and recorded correctly, and that we can prove it.
You'll be embedded in the O2C Transformation team, working closely with Order Management, AR & Collections, Revenue Accounting, Billing Engineering, and Go-to-Market. You'll design and run the pricing audits and accuracy measures that show us where we leak revenue or create rework, then fix the root cause at the source. You'll be the compliance advocate for global O2C, helping the business find the compliant way to yes, and often improving a process by removing steps rather than adding them.
You'll thrive here if you treat accuracy and compliance as design problems and as a service to the business. You are firm when the risk is real, flexible when it isn't, and able to explain the difference. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-consequence operational problems at a company at the forefront of AI development, we'd like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design and run recurring audit programs across the O2C lifecycle, including pricing audits, contract-to-invoice accuracy, credits, refunds and concessions, and cash application
Define accuracy metrics with baselines and targets, such as pricing and invoice error rates, first-pass yield, rework volume, and revenue leakage, and report them in a way teams can act on
Trace findings to root cause and work with the owning team on the fix, whether in process, system configuration, or contract and pricing standards
Move measurement from periodic sampling to continuous, system-driven monitoring as volume grows
Partner with Order Management and AR operations as their quality partner, and help GTM, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Product understand what accurate and compliant looks like through clear published guidance that shortens the path to yes
Review new processes, process changes, commercial models, and exceptions against policy and control requirements, with clear decision rights, service levels, and rationale that stay consistent across regions, entities, and channels
Build compliance into new products, channels, commercial models, and regions by joining at intake rather than at the end
Own O2C policies, control ownership, and segregation of duties
Partner with Internal Audit, external auditors, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Legal so audit cycles run smoothly, and resolve findings at the root cause
Perform independent review activities, including month-end close reviews, so operations teams can focus on execution while independence is preserved
Create reusable, pre-approved process patterns and guardrails so teams can move quickly without a bespoke review every time, harmonizing globally and localizing only where statute requires
Work with Billing Engineering, GTM Systems, and Business Technology to build controls and accuracy checks into the systems themselves, so quality scales with volume
Deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on experience designing and running audit, quality, or revenue assurance programs within order-to-cash, billing operations, or quote-to-cash
Working knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and experience partnering with internal and external auditors
Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, or ERP systems (for example Salesforce, Stripe, or Workday Financials)
Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for analyzing and testing transactional data
Experience using automation or AI for monitoring, testing, or reporting
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, billing operations, revenue assurance, finance operations, or internal controls within order-to-cash at a public company
A track record of simplifying processes, with concrete examples of steps or controls you removed while improving accuracy or strengthening the control environment
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRISC certification, or Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification
Experience building or scaling a SOX program, including readiness for public-company reporting requirements
Experience with global, multi-entity operations, including statutory invoicing and tax considerations
Experience serving both B2C and B2B customers, especially with consumption-based and subscription billing models through to collections
Experience working with go-to-market, deal desk, and revenue operations organizations
Strong cross-functional influence and clear communication about issues and decisions
Understanding of AI industry business models and enterprise customer needs
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Fivetran
Fivetran is the global leader in automated data movement, helping organizations centralize data from hundreds of sources into the destinations that power their analytics and AI. Our Databases product area is core to that mission: we build the connectors and underlying engine that reliably, securely, and efficiently move data out of the systems enterprises run their business on, and into the modern destinations they analyze it in.
About the Role
Fivetran's Databases portfolio spans source connectors for the OLTP and legacy systems enterprises depend on — Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SAP, and more — as well as the destination connectors (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others) that land that data for analytics and AI use cases. Underneath both sides sits a shared core data processing engine that captures, transforms, and loads data reliably at scale across Fivetran’s 700+ connectors.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help define what's next for the portfolio. This is a technically-oriented, high-leverage role for someone who wants to own roadmap decisions that sit close to the metal — replication mechanics, schema handling, CDC — while still being fluent in the business case (ARR, customer focus, competitive dynamics) that justifies the investment.
You'll partner closely with the engineering teams building and improving connectors, work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features and drive adoption, and with company leadership to influence product strategy.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new Fivetran database source connectors and destination connectors, grounded in customer demand, competitive gaps, and revenue potential.
Partner with engineering leadership on platform features to shape the roadmap for how data is captured, transformed, and loaded reliably at scale across every connector that depends on it.
Write and evangelize clear PRDs that translate customer and market signals into specs engineering can build against with minimal back-and-forth.
Own roadmaps end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Deeply analyze market and customer behavioral data to drive evidence-based product investments.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support) to validate problems and de-risk investments before committing engineering resources.
Represent the Databases product area in cross-functional planning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to data infrastructure, databases, ETL/ELT systems
Comfort operating at technical depth (schema design, replication mechanics, CDC, data types) and business altitude (ARR, TAM, competitive positioning) in the same day.
A track record of owning outcomes for complex, engineering-heavy roadmaps
Strong written and verbal communication skills: PRDs, feature briefs, and roadmap narratives that engineering and executives can act on without additional translation.
Bonus: direct experience with database internals, log-based CDC, or building/operating a data replication or processing engine.

The Role
CS Learning Designers at Brilliant design interactive learning games to teach programming and algorithmic thinking. We’re hiring exceptional learning designers who can teach computer science concepts creatively using Python, as well as brainstorm new interactive experiences that bring the principles of algorithm design to life.
You will work in a small, nimble team to redefine the future of education. We especially encourage applicants with a strong background in computer science education to apply.
You will use your pedagogical instincts and taste to expand Brilliant’s library of CS learning games and achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners and our business. You will be joining a passionate and experienced team of entrepreneurial-minded people who are working to make a meaningful impact on the world.
To be considered for this role, please include your best example(s) of how you've taught computer science concepts interactively online.
Responsibilities
Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant’s Python learning game.
Design new learning games — visual, puzzle-driven experiences that teach foundational principles in algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.
Decompose complex computer science ideas (e.g., recursion, backtracking, dynamic programming) into approachable, well-sequenced steps that empower learners to reason from first principles.
Design content that is clear, creative, and intuitive — using interactivity to help learners build confidence and mastery.
Build immersive, interactive learning experiences that guide learners along problem-solving journeys.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to imagine and create new interactive features, visuals, and mechanics that elevate the learning experience on both computers and phones.
You
Have an undergraduate degree or above in a STEM field, and you’ve developed a strong grounding through research or teaching that extends beyond traditional curricula.
You have used AI agents extensively for coding, and have an opinionated stance on what core concepts are important to teach in the world of agentic coding.
Have a knack for teaching complex topics using a progression of clear, simple, hands-on steps.
You have experience with building or using interactivity to motivate, engage, and challenge learners, including in asynchronous contexts.
Have a way with words, especially when communicating challenging concepts, and your writing skills (in English) are top notch.
Are great at context switching and prioritizing among a large workload.
Have an openness to change and a willingness to experiment with formats and platforms.
Are not afraid to jump into any aspect of a project to fill a vacuum, no matter how big or small.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. At DoorDash, there are three audiences that are at the core of every decision we make - our Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. The Research team has a direct link to uncover the unmet needs and pain points of each of these audiences. We bring their voices into the business in order to help set the strategic vision for all of DoorDash’s current and future products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Principal Researcher
to be a strategic research leader for EMEA, shaping what DoorDash builds next. You’ll combine deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to find the unmet needs, behavioral shifts, and market openings that point to new products and new growth. You’ll work as a peer to senior product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders, and your work will directly inform roadmaps, investment decisions, and company-level strategy.
This role is built for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable in a living room interview, a survey dataset, and a leadership review, and who uses AI as a daily tool to move faster and see further, without giving up the judgment that makes research trustworthy. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider research practice by mentoring researchers, sharing methods, and helping the team define what great looks like in an AI-enabled era.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape Product Strategy:
Translate deep understanding of Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers into a clear point of view on where DoorDash should play and win. You’ll frame the highest-stakes questions, bring evidence to roadmap and investment debates, and influence decisions at the director and executive level.
Detect New Opportunities:
Proactively identify emerging needs, behavior changes, and white space that point to new products, new verticals, and new growth levers. You’ll size and validate opportunities with a mix of foundational discovery, market and competitive context, and behavioral data, and turn them into concepts teams can act on.
Lead Mixed-Methods Research:
Design and run rigorous research end to end, choosing the right method for the question: ethnography, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing alongside surveys, conjoint and MaxDiff, segmentation, experiment design, and behavioral and log analysis. You’ll triangulate across sources so the “what,” the “how much,” and the “why” tell one coherent story.
Partner with Data Science and Experimentation:
Work closely with data science and analytics to connect qualitative insight to A/B test design, metrics, and product outcomes, and to explain the “why” behind results. You’ll help teams learn from what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
Apply AI to the Research Craft:
Use AI tools and LLMs in your daily workflow for synthesis, analysis, survey and discussion guide design, and scaling qualitative depth, and design human-in-the-loop checks that catch confident but wrong outputs. You’ll help the team identify where AI accelerates research and where it should not be trusted, and contribute to shared prompts, workflows, and standards. You’ll also study how people experience AI-powered features across DoorDash’s products.
Influence and Communicate:
Tell compelling, decision-ready stories that move partners from insight to action. You’ll adapt depth and format to the moment, from a fast directional read that unblocks a team this week to a foundational body of work that anchors a multi-year strategy, and you’ll follow through to see that findings change what gets built.
Lead Through Others:
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to researchers across levels, review and elevate research quality, and help partners run good research on their own where that makes sense. You’ll help set the team’s research agenda, methods, and standards, and contribute to hiring and growing the team.
Operate Across Brands and Regions:
Bring a global lens to your work, partnering across brands, markets, and cultures and adapting approaches to local context so that insights scale beyond a single market.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in user, market, or product research at a technology company (or equivalent depth), with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-visibility work at staff level or above
Demonstrated impact on product strategy: examples where your research changed a roadmap, unlocked a new product or line of business, or redirected significant investment
Proven ability to detect and shape new product or growth opportunities, from early signal through validated concept
Expert command of both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, and usability testing as well as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimentation. Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI and LLMs in research (for example, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, or scaling qualitative work), with sound instincts about where they help and where they mislead. Experience researching AI-powered products is a plus
Experience in consumer, two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, logistics, commerce, or local services contexts is a plus
Exceptional storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and build trust across product, design, engineering, data science, and business teams
A bias for speed and pragmatism: comfortable delivering directional insight quickly while knowing when a decision calls for deeper rigor
Experience mentoring or coaching researchers and raising the quality of a research practice
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics, Survey Methodology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧
Solve meaningful problems at real scale
Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.

HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for ElevenLabs in India. This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.
Your work will shape how Indian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across India's priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
- Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Indian market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.
- Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.
- Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the Indian market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.
- Work well without much process. This role spans multiple marketing functions and needs someone who sets priorities, spots opportunities, and moves quickly as our first marketer in the market.
- Relentless commitment to excellence — a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
- Curious about AI, follows the technology ecosystem closely, and has exceptional judgment on what makes marketing stand out.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that drive productivity across our fast-growing European sales and sales engineering teams, including supporting new hire onboarding cohorts as they ramp in seat, in region.
- Use AI tools to create content faster, run AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and give sellers self-serve answers to their questions.
- Own training on the tools EMEA sellers and SEs use daily for account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, and drafting outreach and proposals.
- Teach sellers when to trust AI output, how to verify it, and how to handle customer data under EU privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act), so every seller can explain, demo, and stand behind how Sierra uses AI with customers.
- Create playbooks and programs, track adoption and impact (tool usage, time saved, ramp speed, deal velocity), and report results to EMEA and global sales leadership. Turn the best field practices into shared prompts, playbooks, and workflows for the global enablement team.
- Localize and launch global sales plays in EMEA (flagging any that don’t translate), collect field feedback for the global Programs Lead, and support regional launches with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in sales enablement at a B2B software company, with exposure to both onboarding and plays
- Experience adapting centrally built programs for a regional audience
- Evidence of leadership: prior people management, or leading projects and mentoring others, and a genuine interest in leading a team
- Credibility with senior sales leaders and experienced sellers and SEs, and a strong facilitator
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
- Comfortable working independently with a team several hours behind you
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience in AI or enterprise software
- Additional European languages
- Experience as the first enablement hire in a region
- Experience hiring or building a team
- Experience running an AI fluency or AI tooling program for a sales team
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act or GDPR as they apply to how sales teams use AI
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:

- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
As we continue to build our Sales team locally, we are looking for several ‘full-stack’ Sales. You can call it Sales, Business development... What is important for us is the mission: help companies transition to a more personal, proactive and holistic health partner.
At Alan, Sales drive deals, manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can pick up any Baseten product and explain it clearly to the people who buy it. Baseten sells dedicated inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the enterprise platform that ties them together. The work behind each one is the same: understand how the product works, know where it stands against the alternatives, and write about it well enough that an ML engineer trusts it and a buyer acts on it.
We’re hiring for this role across multiple product lines. You’ll work on whichever launch, narrative, or competitive gap matters most at the time, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the rest of product marketing. It’s a good fit for someone who ramps on technical products quickly and wants to be the person who figures out the story.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Positioning & Technical Narrative
- Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the core platform, written for ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, tradeoffs, and roadmap, and make sure every technical claim is accurate and backed by how the product actually behaves.
- Keep product-level messaging consistent with Baseten’s platform narrative so each product story supports the others.
- Write messaging that is technically credible without getting lost in implementation detail.
Launches & Go-to-Market
- Build and run launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement through external announcement.
- Decide what deserves a full launch and what should ship through docs, sales enablement, or targeted customer outreach.
- Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blog posts, demo storylines, sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Marketing to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
Competitive & Market Insight
- Track the competitive landscape across inference providers, model API companies, hyperscalers, and internal DIY platforms, including pricing, packaging, launches, and messaging.
- Turn that analysis into a clear point of view on where Baseten wins and loses, and use it to sharpen positioning.
- Talk to customers and sellers to understand buying criteria, objections, and deal blockers, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing as concrete recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, competitive talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and product training that sellers actually use.
- Work with Sales and Solutions to find enablement gaps and close them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing, with at least 2 of those years marketing to developers or technical buyers at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.
- Strong writing. You can take a dense technical topic and make it clear without oversimplifying it, and you have samples to show.
- Technical fluency. You’re comfortable reading docs, asking engineers specific questions, and getting up to speed on concepts like inference, autoscaling, fine-tuning, and open- vs. closed-weight models.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience: you’ve compared products in depth, formed a view, and used it to change positioning, messaging, or how a deal was sold.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar products and markets quickly and moving between them.
- Experience launching technical products or capabilities, including deciding what to launch and how.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup, working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, or model training and post-training.
- Experience marketing to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.
- Time in an adjacent role such as solutions engineering, product management, developer relations, technical writing, or industry or equity research covering AI or infrastructure.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data, and world-class engineering, we connect app developers to over 600 million users worldwide. From our global leadership in rewarded advertising with Playtime to breaking ground in programmatic adtech with adjoe Ads, we build high-performance mobile infrastructure that redefines how users discover and engage with apps.
Where Milliseconds Power Global Programmatic Scale
The Programmatic Solutions team powers adjoe’s real-time ad network solution, directly integrated with leading mobile mediation platforms across the ecosystem. At our core is a smart bidder leveraging machine learning to predict conversion probability and lifetime value in real time, serving the right ad at the exact right moment.
The team owns the complete lifecycle of our programmatic ad engine on mobile: from our native iOS and Android SDKs that seamlessly render ad creatives and stream granular telemetry events back to our servers, to the developer-facing APIs and dashboards that give publishers total visibility into monetization performance. Because our code executes live inside third-party apps alongside major mediation stacks, every millisecond saved directly impacts revenue, fill rate, and user experience.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Swift expert with deep SDK experience: You bring 8+ years of mobile development experience with a strong focus on modern Swift, alongside proven experience architecting, building, and maintaining production iOS libraries/SDKs. You know how to design clean, backward-compatible public APIs and package robust binaries (XCFrameworks) that thousands of external publishers can integrate with zero friction.
- High-performance rendering & creative UI/UX: You will build and optimize the visual components of adjoe Ads—innovative ad formats, dynamic video players, and rich web views seen by millions of users daily. Leveraging UIKit, AVFoundation, and WKWebView, you know how to build fluid, native-feeling experiences, introduce A/B testable UI features, and diagnose frame drops or memory leaks using Xcode Instruments.
- Mediation integration & AdTech standards: You will ensure our SDK seamlessly interfaces with leading mobile mediation platforms and ad servers. You take ownership of aligning our mobile stack with IAB specifications and advertising industry standards, ensuring reliable impression tracking, viewability measurement, and attribution.
- Build automation & developer-facing distribution: You contribute to and maintain our CI/CD pipelines to guarantee flawless, automated releases. You have hands-on experience with modern dependency managers and build automation tools (Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, fastlane, and GitLab CI) to package, test, and distribute lightweight mobile artifacts.
- Observability & technical stability: You don't just write code; you safeguard its execution in the wild. You will expand our monitoring and crash-reporting frameworks to proactively catch anomalies, optimize memory and CPU footprint, and ensure zero instability across diverse iOS versions and device generations.
- Plus – Cross-platform & multi-stack exposure: Basic working knowledge of Objective-C is a strong advantage. Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Unity) or parallel Android development experience is highly valued to support our broader mobile ecosystem.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets; you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 600M+ users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries who learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
