About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:

• Your portfolio — mandatory
• A short note about your experience in SMM and the types of content you have worked with
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into high-quality social media content — from the first idea to the final post.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Tavily, part of Nebius, is the web access layer for AI agents. Over two million developers use us, and our customers include Fortune 500 companies running agents in production.
Vertical search is where we combine public sources with premium vertical data and shape the result into a product for a specific use case. This role owns that layer end to end. You decide which industries and use cases we productize. With the data team, you find and evaluate the public and premium data providers behind each one. You shape the product surface that sits on top.
You will sit with customers in these industries, learn how they actually work, and turn their needs and pain points into clear specs. You will build with engineering, ship it, and make sure go-to-market knows how to sell it. You own the outcome, not just the handoff: from the first market call through to adoption and revenue.
The hard part is choosing. There are more verticals worth building than we can build, and the difference between a good year and a wasted one is knowing which ones to invest in and which to walk away from, even when a large customer is asking for another.
In your first year, we expect you to know our top use cases better than anyone here, ship a product built for one of them that customers will pay more for, and have a defensible view of what comes next.
This is a hands-on senior IC role with real ownership. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, research, data, and go-to-market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the vertical roadmap. You decide where we invest, what we ship for each, and when a vertical is not worth it.
Shape the product surface on top of the data, so a customer gets something built for their job.
Find and evaluate the data behind each vertical, across public sources and paid providers, and decide what is worth investing in.
Sit with customers in these industries until you understand their workflow, then turn that into specs engineering can build.
Set what a good answer looks like in each use case, working with our evaluation team, who own how we measure it.
Work with customer success to learn what customers ask us for and what makes them leave.
Partner with the search owner on how results should be ranked and shaped for each use case.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in search, data, or industry-specific AI products.
Experience building products for a specific industry or use case, combined with enough technical depth to work directly on the data underneath: where it comes from, how good it is, and what it takes to make it usable.
A track record of real customer discovery: you have gone deep on how a particular kind of team works, and shipped something because of what you found.
Experience in API-first or developer-platform businesses.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows.
A technical background, through a degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs.
The ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Domain experience in market intelligence, news, financial research, or another data-heavy industry.
Background at a data provider, enrichment vendor, market intelligence platform, or vertical search company, or experience building vertical data products in-house.
Experience evaluating and working with external data providers, including judging quality and negotiating what you actually need.
Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.

At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
