From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

About the role
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Install Base team, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
You will lead the full commercial relationship across your accounts, including account strategy, pipeline generation, expansion, renewal, and retention. You will partner with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, executives, and procurement stakeholders to understand what customers are building and connect Vercel to meaningful technical and business outcomes.
This is a strategic hunting role within our existing customer base. You will use product adoption, usage signals, company priorities, and thoughtful account research to develop hypotheses, create new conversations, and uncover expansion opportunities.
You will also quarterback the broader Vercel team, bringing together Solutions Engineering, Developer Success, Product, and other partners to remove barriers and drive customer outcomes.
Success requires commercial judgment, technical curiosity, disciplined execution, and the ability to create momentum when the path forward is not obvious.
What you'll do
Own the commercial strategy, retention, and growth of a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
Build account plans that identify customer priorities, key stakeholders, current workloads, risks, whitespace, and expansion opportunities.
Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, multi-threading, product usage signals, and thoughtful account research.
Build trusted relationships with developers, engineering leaders, executives, procurement partners, and other key stakeholders.
Run end-to-end renewal and expansion cycles, including discovery, qualification, technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
Identify customer risk early and develop clear plans to protect recurring revenue.
Connect Vercel’s platform to measurable outcomes such as faster product delivery, improved performance, stronger reliability, increased conversion, and greater developer productivity.
Partner with Solutions Architects to understand customer architecture, uncover new workloads, and guide technical evaluations.
Mobilize Developer Success, Product, Marketing, and executive resources at the right moments to advance customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity plans, renewal timelines, and customer context in Vercel’s systems.
Use AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to improve account research, prioritization, and execution.
Share successful plays, customer insights, and market feedback to help the team improve.
What you need
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive who combines strong sales fundamentals with technical curiosity and a commitment to customer outcomes.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Has a history of achieving revenue targets through pipeline generation, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing.
Has experience owning and growing existing customer relationships, including renewals and expansion.
Proactively creates pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound demand.
Can develop a point of view on an account and turn thoughtful hypotheses into customer conversations.
Builds credibility with technical, executive, and commercial stakeholders.
Learns complex products quickly and is curious about how modern web and AI applications are built and scaled.
Can translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, complex organizations, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Demonstrates strong account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management discipline.
Uses data, customer signals, and judgment to prioritize time effectively.
Is coachable, collaborative, proactive, and team-first.
Is resilient and energized by complex commercial problems.
Bonus if you
Have experience growing existing customers in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, or a product-led growth company.
Have sold to developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers.
Have led expansions across multiple workloads, teams, or business units.
Have worked with customers navigating cloud modernization, AI adoption, or application development.
Have experience in a high-growth environment where go-to-market motions were still evolving.
Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
Use AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve your effectiveness.
Aspire to coach others, own increasingly complex accounts, or grow into leadership.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Make CRM one of Paysend’s key growth engines.
Deliver measurable improvements in customer activation, retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
Increase the contribution of CRM to transaction volume, revenue and long-term customer value.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the experience for the developers and teams who build on LangChain. You'll work across our core product surfaces, and depending on where the need is greatest, that could include how developers get from first signup to real production usage, as well as deeper platform workflows like debugging, evaluation, and observability.
The common thread is developers doing technical, often high-stakes work, and needing an interface that gets out of their way. You'll partner with engineering, product, and other designers to figure out where the friction is and design your way out of it.
*This position will be onsite in San Francisco, CA
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions so your design decisions are grounded in real behavior and address user needs
- Own the full design arc on your features — from early concepts to polished, shipped work
- Work across a range of product areas and design initiatives as priorities shift
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other key stakeholders to ship new features quickly
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally working on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Applied AI team at Nebius Token Factory, you will own model and endpoint optimization from model artifacts through production deployment. Your work will span model internals, quantization and model compression, speculative decoding, KV-cache optimization, inference engines, serving architecture, and benchmarking to improve latency, throughput, memory efficiency, GPU utilization, and cost per token while preserving model quality and reliability.
You will work with kernel and platform engineers to investigate serving problems, compare configurations, and resolve performance and quality regressions. You will evaluate model-and engine-level optimizations together with distributed inference designs, including request routing, scheduling, prefill/decode coordination, and multi-node GPU execution. Your improvements will be validated through reproducible benchmarks and safe production rollouts under real-world workloads.
Your responsibilities
:
Own optimization projects for specific model families, customer endpoints, or serving backends.
Compare inference engines and recommend practical serving configurations suited to individual workloads.
Diagnose model-quality and performance regressions during production rollouts.
Improve LLM and
VLM
endpoint latency, throughput, memory efficiency, GPU utilization, quality, and cost per token.
Deploy, configure, benchmark, and extend inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, and

Dynamo.
Develop production model-compression workflows covering quantization, quantization-aware training, distillation, low-bit serving, and accuracy recovery.
Implement or integrate speculative decoding, draft-model approaches,
KV
-cache optimization, prefix caching, chunked prefill, continuous batching, and disaggregated prefill/decode serving. For prefill/decode disaggregation (PDD), evaluate KV-cache transfer, worker placement, and capacity balancing to determine which workloads benefit from the architecture.
Design and improve LLM request routers and scheduling policies that balance worker utilization queuing, request characteristics, and KV-cache locality while meeting latency and reliability targets
Scale dense and mixture-of-experts inference across multiple GPU nodes. Select and tune tensor, pipeline, data, and expert parallelism - including wide expert parallelism (WideEP) - with attention to hardware topology, expert load balance, and communication overhead.
Build reproducible benchmark harnesses measuring for
TTFT
,
TPOT
, tokens per second per GPU, p95/p99 latency, GPU memory, reliability, and cost per token. Validate architecture choices under representative traffic and consistent GPU budgets.
Collaborate with GPU kernel engineers and platform engineers to trace bottlenecks across model code, kernels, runtime, scheduler, gateway, and cluster layers.
Produce design documents, performance reports, rollout plans, and customer-facing technical explanations.
Must-haves
