ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team building LangSmith, our observability and evaluation platform for LLM applications. You’ll define the technical direction, grow and mentor a world-class engineering team, and partner with product and design to deliver features that help developers build and deploy trustworthy AI systems with confidence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and accountability
- Strengthen LangChain’s engineering culture through mentorship, high-quality code, and technical excellence
- Shape long-term technical direction and ensure scalability and reliability of LangSmith AI Observability Platform
- Partner with product and design teams to define scope, sequence, and success criteria for key initiatives
- Maintain a high bar for technical excellence while making sure the team moves with urgency and focus
- Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Go/Python and Typescript
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product improvements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience managing or tech-leading teams delivering complex full-stack products
- Strong technical background in Go/Python and React/Typescript
- Solid understanding of databases (Postgres, Redis and ClickHouse)
- Proven ability to design high throughput data-intensive systems
- Bias towards shipping quickly and learning from customers
- Strong communication skills—able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage directly with customers
- Bonus: Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, developer tools, or observability platforms
Annual salary range: $220,000- $270,000

Day In The Life
Positioning & Messaging:
Own how we describe Workstream on the website, in decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call. Test our biggest narrative question, restaurant-first vs. the broader frontline-workforce story, with real experiments, not opinions.
Product Launches:
Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including our AI assistant for frontline teams and our expanding payroll suite: messaging, launch plan, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
Sales Enablement:
Build the battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof that make AEs win. Listen to calls weekly and update the message when the market talks back.
Customer Proof & Content:
Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.

ABOUT US

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As an office coordinator at Sierra, you will be responsible for creating and operating exceptional workplace environments that enable our teams to do the best work. You will bring the same level of craftsmanship, intensity, and customer obsession to our physical spaces that we bring to the products we build for our customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day office operations, including the experience across our customer facing spaces at our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner closely with Operations, IT and HR teams to ensure every office runs seamlessly and reflects Sierra’s high standards.
We are looking for a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented person who can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You should take deep pride in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
This role is based in San Francisco and is fully onsite five days per week given the hands-on nature of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of our customer-facing spaces.
- Greet guests at reception and foster a warm, welcoming office environment.
- Pick up incoming mail, distribute packages to employees, and coordinate package pickups.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations.
- Manage office inventory and assemble gift packages, including baby and customer gifts.
- Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for customer and internal executive meetings.
- Track CPR and First Aid certifications for office staff and ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, partnering with property management as needed.
- Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, badge access, and office orientation.
- This is a 6-month contract position that is ineligible for the benefits listed below. The role may be extended or converted to full-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A commitment to unreasonable hospitality and a willingness to go above and beyond for employees and guests.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. - Exploring emerging search and AI capabilities, testing where new technologies can create genuine commercial advantage
Where and how you can work
Xero offers a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with the value of working together in person. You’ll spend time in our office collaborating with the team, while also having the flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
As part of a global SEM and Performance Marketing team, you’ll also collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners across different markets and time zones.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Deep, hands-on SEM expertise, with experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Search programs and a strong understanding of Google Ads, SA360 and modern bidding and automation
- Proven technical builder capability, with experience designing and deploying automation, workflows or other technical solutions that solve real performance marketing problems
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools, such as Tray.ai http://Tray.ai, AirOps, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex performance and technical challenges and turn data into clear actions

- A collaborative, low-ego approach, with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor others and elevate the technical capability of the wider team
If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you. At Xero, we value your skills, curiosity, passion and the unique perspective you can bring to our team.

Perplexity's API Platform brings our work in AI, search, and agent orchestration to developers. Our customers range from AI-native startups to some of the world's largest technology companies. Working with them, alongside our own developments in building Perplexity’s core application gives our team direct exposure to how search, models, and tools are used to build and scale AI-native products and applications.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to help our API customers succeed and shape how we support them as the business grows. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand what they are building, and help them move from evaluation to production and broader adoption.
Alongside your accounts, you will lead projects such as product and endpoint migrations, customer enablement, and communications for product updates and incidents. You will work directly with customers developing AI products and with the engineers building the APIs they depend on. As an early member of the team, you will help shape our customer success programs and bring what you learn from customers into product decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, building trust with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Understand each customer's use case, integration, and success criteria. Help them evaluate the APIs, resolve adoption barriers, and establish a path to production.
- Use account and product usage data to identify declining adoption, technical risks, and growth opportunities, then work with customers on specific next steps.
- Investigate technical questions using API documentation, sample requests, and usage data. Coordinate with Engineering and Support on deeper issues and keep customers informed through resolution.
- Lead customer-facing programs such as endpoint migrations, product rollouts, and enablement. Define milestones, coordinate internal owners, and track customer readiness and completion.
- Manage customer communications for product changes, deprecations, and outages, partnering with technical teams to provide accurate updates and clear guidance.
- Build and improve the API customer success playbook, including onboarding, account reviews, customer health signals, escalation paths, and sales-to-CS handoffs.
- Partner with Sales and account owners on renewals and expansion, using adoption, consumption, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and surface risks early.
- Bring customer feedback into product planning and work with Developer Relations and Support on documentation and enablement that address recurring needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing role at a technology company.
- Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, making API requests, interpreting responses and errors, and discussing integration questions with developers.
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers, with clear ownership of follow-through.
- Experience creating or improving a customer program, playbook, or cross-functional process, not only operating an established one.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and communicate carefully when facts are still developing.
- Sound judgment in balancing account needs with strategic projects, setting priorities, and moving work forward without a detailed brief.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based products.
- Familiarity with AI applications, search, retrieval, or agents, including how customers evaluate quality, latency, and cost.
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL for reproducing issues, analyzing usage, or automating recurring work.

Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling
AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools
Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations
Will be a plus:
CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging.
Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;
Remote work.
