About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. The recordings produced help build natural, everyday-sounding synthesized voices for conversational AI products — voices that sound like real people talking, not scripted performances.
As Session Director, you'll lead live recording sessions with Voice Contributors, guiding them through scripted scenarios to produce natural, conversational-quality audio. This hands-on role blends creative direction, coaching, and technical audio judgment — making scripted material sound authentic and unscripted, rather than recited, while keeping sessions moving at a natural pace.
What You'll Do
- Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural, conversational delivery rather than verbatim recitation.
- Build quick scene context for performers (who, where, why) and improvise to fill narrative or dialogue gaps live, keeping sessions flowing naturally.
- Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and regional/dialect authenticity as needed.
- Monitor and correct technical audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, clarity, and background noise.
- Manage session pacing to meet recording targets without sacrificing performance quality, and maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
- Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including those with limited prior voice experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Native fluency in the required language (with specific dialect), with a strong ear for natural, colloquial phrasing.
- Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent (e.g., voice direction, casting direction, audio/podcast production, dubbing/ADR, or theater direction).
- Demonstrated ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
- Strong working knowledge of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
- Comfortable improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with performers of varying experience levels.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Background in improv, theater direction, or acting coaching.
- Experience directing non-professional or first-time voice talent specifically.
- Familiarity with DAWs or recording software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper) for spot-checking audio quality.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integrated Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle for the market, bringing together demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order management into a single point of accountability.
The role supports overall business revenue and profit delivery through rigorous management of demand signals across product and customer channels, and through efficient logistics, fulfilment and order management execution.
The role partners Commercial leadership and works across multi-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Supply Planning — to assure alignment and sufficiency in the business plans to deliver anticipated demand, while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best-in-class customer service.
This requires balancing every aspect of the supply chain: managing inventory levels and cost-to-serve, minimizing shortages, and delivering a responsive supply chain through high demand forecast accuracy and OTIF delivery performance, in adherence with global process design and regional/market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Planning & S&OP
▪ Deliver the Demand Management process: generate a consensus forecast of phased demand at the appropriate planning level on a 12 to 18months horizon, owning enrichment of the forecast to create and publish a consensus.
▪ Execute monthly demand management cycles; co-pilot the commercial leader to drive the Demand Review (DMR) with commercial teams, gain approval of the recommended forecast, and define risks, opportunities and the actions commercial teams will take to drive or influence demand.
▪ Collaborate with statistical modellers on historical data cleansing to ensure data accuracy as a foundation for reliable statistical forecasts, recording all adjustments and assumptions (channel trends, seasonality, promotions).
▪ Analyze multiple variables to shape the demand forecast — shipment/sell-in, POS/sell-out, share, promotional plans, cannibalisation — and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on activity plans and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Own Demand Management KPIs (Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, FVA), leading forecast accuracy improvement plans through root cause analysis and action planning with demand planners, brand and sales teams.
▪ Ensure phased consensus forecast numbers are aligned with financial numbers and proactively communicate demand changes to the regional supply/demand planning organisation, working through service and inventory impacts.
2. Logistics, Fulfilment & Order Management
▪ Formulate, execute and continuously optimise logistics strategy across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
▪ Oversee day-to-day fulfilment and order management operations — order entry, verification and processing in SAP/ERP — to meet performance, cost-to-serve, warehouse accuracy and inventory turnover targets.
▪ Act as escalation point for customer and sales enquiries on order status, delivery schedules and product availability, partnering with the warehouse and 3PL network to ensure stock availability.
▪ Lead implementation and testing of new order management and logistics systems and process upgrades and maintain SOPs and business continuity/recovery plans.
3. Vendor, Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
▪ Build strong vendor and 3PL partnerships through performance evaluations, service-level negotiations and cost-efficiency initiatives.
▪ Partner with category planners to reconcile brand forecasts with regional plans and collaborate with the regional Demand Planning and Global Supply Chain/Logistics teams to deliver a seamless plan-to-delivery outcome.
▪ Support the market's business planning process in partnership with the local Leadership Team and contribute to product rationalisation and portfolio optimisation.
4. Process & Performance Management
▪ Drive continuous improvement of daily, weekly and monthly routines within the cross-functional operational team (Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand Planning, Logistics) to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance, service to customer and customer experience.
▪ Drive performance improvement through KPI management — Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, Demand Plan Stability, OTIF, cost-to-serve — challenging local teams and setting targets, supported with clear action plans.
▪ Ensure compliance with the global forecasting calendar, SOX controls, ISO standards and legal/regulatory requirements across order management and logistics operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Domain Knowledge:
▪ Highly skilled in demand planning management and/or logistics/order management (5-7 years+), with strong business acumen and proven managerial skills.
▪ Highly skilled in working with Commercial and Sales teams, with strong business partnering, significant impact & influence.
▪ Experienced in international matrix environments; FMCG or similarly mature inventory-management industry preferred.
▪ Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; APICs desirable.
▪ Proficient with SAP/SAP B1 (B1/APO), SCM/ERP and WMS platforms, Logility (or equivalent forecasting tool), PowerBI and advanced Excel.
▪ Familiarity with 3PL operations across Asia is an advantage.
▪ Advanced understanding of demand planning and logistics best practices, including forecast periodicity, statistical models, warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment.
Communication Skills
▪ Data Visualization: ability to present data and forecasting/logistics results clearly through visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
▪ Reporting Skills: competence in generating insights in clear and concise reports.
▪ Collaboration: ability to work effectively in teams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
▪ Deep expertise in running the Demand Management process through an Integrated Business Planning framework driving S&OP.
▪ Deep understanding of internal and external drivers of demand volatility, forecast errors and bias, and logistics KPIs (fulfillment rates, cycle times, shipping costs).
▪ Ability to build and maintain forecasting models, operational dashboards, and translate large datasets into demand and logistics strategies.
Abilities & Behaviours
▪ Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills; business partnering at the core, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and hold tension in S&OP conversations to drive the right outcome.
▪ Sound commercial and financial acumen; can interpret and explain complex statistical information.
▪ Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
▪ Good understanding of product, brand building, internal process and market/customer environment.
▪ Strong, fact-based decision-making; drives execution, initiates action and follows through to completion.
▪ Continuous improvement mindset – flexible, embraces change, uses various tools and techniques to solve problems.
▪ Thinks and operates in a global context.
▪ Team player and thinker in terms of solutions derived from sound analysis.
▪ Flexible, self-starter with a high degree of independence.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
You will be a strategic contributor to our cybersecurity marketing efforts, positioning Claude as the trusted AI partner for CISOs, security operations teams, threat intelligence analysts and beyond. This is an important role that requires deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem combined with the ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging around AI's benefit to defenders and the organizations they protect.
Working closely with sales, product, partnerships and communications teams, you'll be responsible for bringing cybersecurity launches, features, and messaging to market through various channels while ensuring cohesive positioning across audiences.

Working at the intersection of AI safety, the evolving threat landscape, and campaigns, you'll help shape industry conversations around AI's role in cyber defense that drive measurable pipeline and impact results.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for cybersecurity across key segments: enterprise security operations, threat intelligence, detection and response, governance/risk/compliance, MSSPs and more
Craft differentiated positioning and messaging across solutions pages, campaign materials and content for distinct audiences within the vertical
Support go-to-market for product and solution launches including sector-specific offerings and relevant MCP integrations and skills (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.)

Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both technical practitioners and non-technical audiences
Are a quick learner who can absorb context on security workflows, buyer dynamics, and compliance frameworks rapidly
Excel at cross-functional collaboration — comfortable being the connective tissue between product, sales, partnerships, communications, and marketing teams
Are passionate about AI's potential to strengthen cyber defense while maintaining focus on responsible, safe deployment
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or the broader security technology space
Have worked in or with security organizations and understand the distinct priorities and decision-making dynamics of security buyers
Possess experience with event marketing at security conferences (e.g., RSA Conference, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk, ISAC events)
Have a background in enterprise sales enablement, particularly in complex or regulated industries
Show a track record of building marketing programs from scratch at a growth-stage company
Demonstrate interest in the responsible deployment of AI in security contexts, including an awareness of the dual-use considerations unique to cybersecurity use cases

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You’ll work closely with SEM specialists, Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product teams to turn complex performance challenges into scalable solutions.
Your impact will go beyond campaign optimisation. You’ll help define how Xero applies AI and automation to Paid Search, build systems that improve decision quality and speed, and act as a senior technical voice across the organisation, translating complex ideas into clear opportunities for senior stakeholders.

- Partnering with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to connect data, AI and emerging technology into our SEM ecosystem
- Exploring emerging search and AI capabilities, testing where new technologies can create genuine commercial advantage
Where and how you can work
Xero offers a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with the value of working together in person. You’ll spend time in our office collaborating with the team, while also having the flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
As part of a global SEM and Performance Marketing team, you’ll also collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners across different markets and time zones.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Deep, hands-on SEM expertise, with experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Search programs and a strong understanding of Google Ads, SA360 and modern bidding and automation
- Proven technical builder capability, with experience designing and deploying automation, workflows or other technical solutions that solve real performance marketing problems
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools, such as Tray.ai http://Tray.ai, AirOps, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex performance and technical challenges and turn data into clear actions
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset, someone who naturally identifies opportunities, experiments and builds rather than waiting for a brief
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, low-ego approach, with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor others and elevate the technical capability of the wider team
If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for deep SEM and technical capability, but we know great candidates can develop those skills through different experiences and career paths. Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.
Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Nice to have:

Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.

Benefits

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling
AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools
Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations
Will be a plus:
CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging.
Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;
Remote work.
