About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
WHY WORK AT TRUST WALLET?
- Be a part of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow.
- Excellent learning and career development opportunities.
- Work alongside diverse, world-class talent, in an environment where learning and growth opportunities are endless.
- Tackle fast-paced, challenging and unique projects.
- Work in a truly global organization, with international teams and a flat organizational structure.
- Work fully remotely with flexible working hours.
- Enjoy competitive salary and benefits.
Apply today to join our team in building the world’s most trusted and secure crypto wallet and enable a decentralized future for everyone.
Trust Wallet is committed to being an equal opportunity employer. We believe that having a diverse workforce is fundamental to our success.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Scientists use Claude across the life sciences, from drug discovery and research biology to clinical development and manufacturing. To support that work, Anthropic introduced the Life Sciences Verification Program (LSVP), which gives verified life science professionals access to Claude with a refined set of safeguards that is more permissive for biology-related work. The program is in beta. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the program of work that expands that access and helps scale it with safety in mind.
Each expansion depends on many teams at once and no single team owns the path end to end. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows what each expansion requires, where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. This is a cross-org execution role, not a research role, and it does not require a life sciences background. LSVP is the starting point, and the scope will grow alongside Anthropic's broader work in the life sciences. Over time, more of the life sciences community can get verified access, and each new expansion takes less bespoke effort than the last.
Responsibilities
Own the program for expanding access to Anthropic's life sciences verification programs: scoping, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across safeguards, platform, and product engineering teams
Scope and drive the cross-org engineering work that each expansion requires, from new plan and account types to new platforms
Partner with the product manager to turn program goals into a sequenced plan with clear owners and dates
Drive clarity on data access, retention, and review requirements, and on the changes they require across safeguards, access, and provisioning
Drive user experience scoping across the Claude product surfaces where the program is available
Find and remove the technical blockers that keep eligible organizations from accessing life sciences capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new expansion requires less bespoke coordination
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including safeguards, platform, and product partners
Can engage meaningfully with the engineers doing the work, from platform and access systems to product surfaces
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Have worked on cloud or platform programs (preferred but not required)
Do not need a life sciences background. This is not a research role, and no life sciences experience is required
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to the life sciences community safely and reliably
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Build and maintain software abstractions, simulated services, and client/server integrations that reproduce important system behaviors in a development environment.
Improve core developer workflows such as environment setup, simulator startup, configuration, input handling, debugging, log collection, and failure recovery.
Improve and contribute to build, dependency, packaging, and release workflows for the simulation platform using modern build tools, dependency managers, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests that catch regressions early and move high-value validation into continuous integration.
Diagnose failures that cross process, library, container, and platform boundaries; produce clear root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
Contribute to shared libraries and developer-facing interfaces including versioning, compatibility, migration guidance, and coordination with consuming teams.
Write architecture notes, setup guides, troubleshooting steps, and release documentation that developers can use without direct support from the team.
Partner with engineers, QE, product owners, and adjacent platform teams to define integration contracts, sequence cross-team changes, and deliver complete features.
Participate in design and code reviews, give actionable feedback, and improve the team’s engineering practices through the work you ship.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
Must be located in Japan and have full working rights in Japan

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

We are looking for
Senior Payments Processing Engineer
to join us as part of our team
About the role
As a
Senior Payments Processing Engineer
you will join a product team building payment infrastructure for merchants and partner platforms. The platform enables businesses to accept payments, manage payouts, process card and bank transactions, and handle payment-related operations without relying on multiple disconnected providers.
The engineering challenges go far beyond basic payment integrations. The platform handles payment orchestration, transaction processing, settlement and reconciliation, payouts, fraud and KYC integrations, and complex failure scenarios across systems that the team does not fully control.
This role is a strong fit for an engineer who understands how money actually moves through payment systems and is comfortable owning critical backend flows end to end.
Tech Stack
TypeScript across the board, in a pnpm monorepo
NestJS backend services; Next.js and React on the front end
PostgreSQL, with SQL-first data modeling and versioned migrations
Event-driven service orchestration, webhooks, and idempotent processing
Acquirer and vendor integrations for card/ACH acceptance, fraud screening, payouts, and KYC
Managed cloud infrastructure, containerized services, CI/CD on GitHub
AI-assisted development as a standard part of the toolchain, not a side experiment
Work environment
Full-time, remote. Daily collaboration with a US-based team (4–6 hours of overlap with US Central Time is required)
As a qualified expert You will
Own end-to-end payment flows in TypeScript/NestJS services: authorization, capture, void, refund, dispute handling, and payout initiation and confirmation.
Build and maintain acquirer and processor integrations, keeping the platform acquirer-agnostic behind clean internal abstractions.
Design embedded and hosted checkout experiences (hosted fields, iframes, tokenization) that keep sensitive cardholder and bank data out of internal systems and minimize PCI scope.
Implement fee calculation and rate logic, including tiers, interchange-plus, flat structures, rounding rules, special rates, and edge cases.
Build the reconciliation and settlement layer to match processor reports and settlement files against internal records and surface breaks.
Design event handling incorporating idempotency keys, out-of-order and duplicate webhooks, retries with backoff, and state machines.
Integrate fraud, bank-account verification, and KYC providers, tuning decisioning against real outcomes.
Handle ACH mechanics including submission windows, returns, return codes, NOCs, and retry rules.
Ensure correctness in the domain, maintaining complete audit trails and producing reconciliation evidence.
Act as the team's payments expert, advising product on rail capabilities and reviewing payment-adjacent code.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days — you can trace any transaction through the platform end to end, and you have documented the gaps and risks you see in current flows.
First 90 days — you own a critical payment domain including its specs, tests, and reconciliation checks, and you have shipped a meaningful improvement to reliability or correctness.
First 6 months — payment orchestration in your area is provably correct and observable, adding a new processor or payout rail is a well-understood exercise rather than an adventure, and you are the person the team and the business rely on for payments judgment.
We're looking for you if you have
6+ years building production software
, with at least
3 years hands-on in payments
, and direct ownership of live payment flows.
Concrete experience
integrating a payment processor, gateway, or acquirer
(Adyen, Stripe, Braintree, Worldpay, Checkout.com, Fiserv, or similar) beyond a starter integration — including webhooks, reporting, and edge-case handling.
Practical understanding of the card lifecycle (auth, capture, settlement, refund, chargeback, representment) and of ACH/bank rails (NACHA basics, returns, timing).
Working knowledge of
PCI DSS
obligations and of the architectural patterns that reduce scope: tokenization, hosted fields, iframe isolation, and data-flow segregation.
Strong
TypeScript/Node.js
skills and solid relational data modeling — you can design a schema whose invariants make an inconsistent ledger structurally difficult.
A rigorous approach to reconciliation and idempotency, informed by having been on the hook when something didn't balance.
Fluency with modern AI-assisted development tooling, paired with the discipline to verify — in payments, plausible-looking code that is subtly wrong is the expensive kind.
Strong English communication skills
and confidence working directly with a US-based team.
Ability to work with
4–6 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time
.
Bonus points
Experience with platform, marketplace, or facilitator models (split payments, sub-merchant onboarding, multi-party flows).
Experience with payouts and disbursement rails, including bank-account collection, verification, and payout status handling.
Experience with fraud and risk tooling, and bank-account validation services.
Experience with e-commerce plugin or SDK development (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).
Knowledge of multi-currency, cross-border, or alternative payment methods.
Experience with event sourcing applied to financial state, and double-entry ledger design.
