Location: London, United Kingdom About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Team DashOS is DoorDash’s restaurant growth platform, connecting Marketplace demand with the tools restaurants use to serve, understand and retain guests. Digital Ordering - white-label ordering, websites, apps and loyalty on a merchant’s own channels - is a core part of it. Our Global Strategy & Operations (S&O) team sets the commercial strategy and operating model for DashOS worldwide, working across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal and regional teams to take what works in one market and make it work in the next. About the Role You will help build Digital Ordering in EMEA, creating the playbook to succeed across the very different markets of the region. You will have real ownership of key parts of this build, from commercial strategy to market expansion to the processes that let it scale. You will be based in London. What You’ll Be Doing Shape the commercial strategy: Help define the global Digital Ordering strategy and adapt it to EMEA, including segments, pricing and positioning. Influence the product: Be the voice of EMEA merchants and markets, build business cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise what the region needs. Expand to new markets: Assess and prioritise new markets, build launch plans, and drive go-live and early traction with local teams. Scale how we work: Build the processes, forecasting, reporting and enablement that let Digital Ordering grow efficiently across regions. Support key deals: Work with regional Sales and Account Management on strategic merchant partnerships and commercial terms. Stay ahead of the market: Track first-party ordering trends and competitors, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership. Bridge product & Ops : Help launch new features in the merchant partner base to help our partners grow. What You’ll Need to Thrive Experience: 4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy, consulting or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or hospitality tech. Building and scaling: Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme, ideally in a new market. Analytical and strategic thinking: You use data to build business cases and drive decisions, and turn analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Commercial and product fluency: You can translate merchant needs into product requirements and are comfortable with commercial negotiations. Influence: You build strong relationships and drive results across many teams without direct authority. Operator mindset: You are an owner by nature, who enjoys building processes and moving fast in ambiguity. Why Join Us? You’ll do work that matters and be a part of our next big bet that’s constantly evolving. Working here you can expect to: Make a visible impact every day, directly improving experiences for merchants, customers and couriers. Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment, with autonomy, pace and real responsibility. Build a career, not just a role, as the business evolves. Deliver together in an inclusive, values-driven culture. #LI-WM1 Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. An overview of this role Support Engineering at GitLab believes that healthy teams deliver a healthy customer experience, and that command during a crisis shouldn't fall to whoever happens to be senior and available. GitLab's global Incident & Escalation Management (IM/EM) function coordinates critical incidents, complex multi-team engagements, and executive-level escalations for enterprise customers. As Escalation Manager, you'll own complex, executive, and commercial escalations where customer trust and the relationship are at stake, alongside or independently of a technical issue. What you'll do Own complex, executive, and commercial escalations end-to-end, as defined in GitLab's IM/EM engagement model. Advocate for customers internally and coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales toward resolution, tracking commitments and holding owning teams accountable to agreed dates and deliverables. Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations. What you'll bring Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company. A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder escalations end-to-end, including executive customer engagements and structured resolution or account plans. Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain-language updates for customers and GitLab leadership. The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams. Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations. Proficiency with support and coordination tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms. Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team. Nice to have: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting. We operate a follow-the-sun model anchored in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, providing year-round, 24-hour coverage for enterprise customers. Location: Kaunas, Remote Workplace: Hybrid Eneba is a marketplace trusted by 20M+ active users — and we're entering our next phase of scale. We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our New Horizons team to own delivery end-to-end for high-impact, early-stage product initiatives: turning priorities into scoped, sequenced releases and seeing them through to measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with engineering day to day, and partner across data, design, payments, risk and marketing to keep delivery moving and unblock your team when things get in the way. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and has a data-driven, execution-focused mindset. It's a high-impact seat: you'll shape how our initiatives actually get built and shipped, working closely with the people who define what we build to make sure it lands. Responsibilities: - Own delivery end-to-end for your product area — turn prioritized problems into scoped, sequenced releases your team can actually hit. - Scope ambiguous priorities into a clear v1: explicit in/out, non-goals, acceptance criteria, dependencies and risks called out before a line of code is written. - Build a realistic plan grounded in team capacity, estimates and dependencies — separate committed from aspirational, and re-plan calmly when things shift. - Keep delivery on track day to day: know what every engineer is working on, spot risk early from leading signals rather than the deadline, and unblock the team before small slips become big ones. - Define success metrics, guardrails and kill criteria before build; instrument what you ship; roll out in stages with a clear decision point at each one. - Communicate progress honestly, including when something slips — with options, not just status. - Work with engineering as a peer: understand trade-offs, challenge estimates and technical approaches with substance, know when to stay out of the “how.” - Partner across stakeholders to align priorities and push back on scope or timeline with data when it’s warranted. Requirements: - 3+ years running delivery for a team of 3-5 engineers — planning, estimation, release management, incident response. - A track record shipping integration-heavy or transactional systems: marketplaces, payments, trading, logistics, or platforms with real external dependencies. - Ownership of outcome metrics, not just output — you can give baseline, target and actual on releases you’ve personally driven. - Comfort working directly with engineers: can read an architecture trade-off, challenge an estimate, tell a two-sprint problem from a five-sprint one. - Experience turning ambiguous priorities into a scoped plan without waiting for someone else to hand you a finished roadmap. #LI-DNP What it’s like to work at Eneba - Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program. - Opportunity to help scale a unique product. - Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget. - Paid volunteering opportunities. - Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel. - Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes. Please attach CV's in English. To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice
