ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

- Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, personalization, and workflow efficiency; validate outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and use performance data to improve outreach quality.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.

- Experience prioritizing accounts, engaging senior or complex buyers, and tailoring outreach to customer context.
- Strong written and verbal communication: concise, customer-focused, and specific.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling fundamentals.
- Commercial judgment: form a point of view, explain tradeoffs, and adapt based on new information.
- A builder mindset: identify improvements, create repeatable systems, and learn from results.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
This role sits on Notion’s Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers. Our work tells the story of our offering in a way that reflects the products themselves: smart, refined, and with a dash of wit on the side.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll work on high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns: setting direction from early strategy through final execution, partnering closely with stakeholders and executives, and raising the bar for craft and systems. You’ll be asked to define approaches, resolve ambiguity, and influence both project outcomes and how the team works.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events, developing approaches that can scale across a broad range of surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to our brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency for teammates near and far.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and patterns that make great work repeatable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- A strong portfolio of work that’s culturally resonant and visually diverse, and that showcases your ability to tell stories across many channels.
- A deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and sensitivity to small details.
- Experience working with a broad range of makers. You’ve teamed up with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and beyond to bring your ideas to life.
- Excellent partnership skills. You can work hand-in-hand with cross-functional stakeholders, drive alignment, and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- A tinkerer’s mindset. You're curious about how your tools are evolving and have a strong perspective on how AI can expand creative expression and drive production. You’ll actively experiment with new AI workflows to concept, prototype, and push our design systems further.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

About Spin.AI
Spin.AI is a global SaaS security company based in Palo Alto, CA, protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, Shadow IT, non-compliance, data loss, and data leak disasters in the cloud.
SpinOne is an all-in-one SaaS data protection platform built for mission-critical applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian. We deliver the most innovative last line of cyber defense, along with SaaS data management and protection, for more than 2,000 organizations worldwide. Learn more at https://spin.ai/
About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of the SpinOne platform. You'll provide technical support by email and chat across the full breadth of what SpinOne protects: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and — following our acquisition of Revyz — Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.
We're especially interested in candidates coming from a Jira Service Management or Jira administration background. You already know how to run a queue, write a clear KB article, and keep a frustrated user calm while you work the problem. This role gives you the chance to bring that instinct to a security and data protection product, and to broaden it across four more SaaS ecosystems that a huge number of businesses run on every day.
You'll be one of the most direct lines our customers have to Spin.AI. Strong candidates are methodical troubleshooters, clear writers, and comfortable de-escalating a tense conversation without losing the thread of the actual technical issue.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues spanning Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments
Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers and set realistic expectations on resolution
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the ticketing system
Prepare accurate and timely reports on ticket volume, resolution time, and recurring issues
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Participate in improving the product FAQ and knowledge base, particularly as Revyz/Atlassian coverage matures
Work closely with the engineering team on unresolved or recurring issues, and help translate Jira/Atlassian-specific behavior for teams less familiar with that ecosystem
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management — you understand permission schemes, workflows, automation rules, and how admins actually use the product day to day
Experience with technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role
Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows
Strong written communication skills — you can explain a technical concept clearly to a frustrated user without over-simplifying it
Willingness to build working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce administration alongside your existing Atlassian expertise
Skilled at de-escalation — you can keep a tense conversation productive and focused on resolution
Certifications That Strengthen Your Application:
You don't need to hold all — or any — of these to apply, but the following credentials map closely to the work and are a strong signal of fit:
ACP-120: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud — the closest match to this role; covers Jira Cloud configuration, permissions, workflows, and automation
ACP-620: Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Cloud, or equivalent Confluence admin experience
Atlassian Certified Organization Administrator (Cloud Organization Admin), for candidates who've worked at the org/Atlassian Access level
Nice to Have:
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, recovery, or data protection concepts
Experience supporting more than one of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Salesforce in addition to Atlassian
Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content
Benefits:
PTO
Paid Holidays
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance
Employee Wellness Program
Great opportunity to work with amazing people

At Offchain Labs, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain Labs?
Offchain Labs is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain Labs technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end - screen and evaluate targets, lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, build valuation models, write investment memos, and support leadership on deal structuring and negotiation.
Own post-merger integration planning and execution - define the integration thesis prior to signing, build the integration plan, and drive the workstreams required to realize deal objectives.
Support in fundraising preparedness - maintain diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and manage process timelines and open items during live processes.
Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmap.
Be a strategic thinker to the leadership team - bring an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models into strategic planning, and translate it into clear recommendations.
Drive internal strategy communications - synthesize company priorities into clear strategy memos, and support planning and execution tracking against the agreed strategy.
Establish scalable processes and develop strategies that enhance Offchain Labs' corporate development capabilities, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll need:
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function.
Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure.
Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent.
Exceptional written and visual communication. You can build an executive-ready deck without hand-holding and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership - small team, wide surface area, and constant movement between long-range strategy work and next-day turnarounds.
Bachelor's degree.
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)

Why this role?
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join Cohere’s customer-facing Engineering Program Management team. We need someone with curiosity, drive, independence, and leadership, who has hands-on experience working directly with customers and managing projects for enterprise-grade software or enterprise-focused machine learning solutions. In return, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape Cohere’s operations, collaborate with leading minds in the LLM space, work directly with our Strategic Customers as well as Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform , Product and Go-to-Market teams, and be the “technical” voice of Cohere for the customer. You will get a chance to create extremely high-impact contributions to our fast-growing company, product and culture.
As an Engineering Program Manager/ Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Communicate: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across the tech organization, Cohere teams, leadership, and most importantly - our strategic customers and external partners.
- Optimize: Break down complex issues into strategies, driving engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing while fostering collaboration.
- Plan: Create and manage program/project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive organizational alignment.
- Execute: Ensure on-time delivery, identify development needs, and establish checkpoints for status updates.
- Problem solve: Proactively identify and resolve issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality.
You may be a good fit if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with at least 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery and operations focused on enterprise-grade AI software/solutions
- Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization would be a key differentiator
- You are problem-focused and making customers successful really excites you
- You are detail-oriented and extremely self-organized. You love enabling people and teams around you, and are excellent at capturing detailed notes/action items during highly technical meetings and tracking progress.
- You have a Bias for Action - you are very execution focused and you like getting things done.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams to get technical products, services or solutions shipped to an internal or an external customer and can independently own tracking and reporting across multiple work-streams, with owners in different time-zones.
- You are comfortable holding leaders and individual contributors accountable. You can be assertive while remaining diplomatic. You are not afraid to follow up with people to ensure shipping within committed deadlines.
