Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
We are seeking an analytical, enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will own the marketing budget for our games and partner with various teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy. You will spend millions of dollars per month across multiple platforms in pursuit of Wooga’s user acquisition goals, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance through testing, experimentation, and innovation.
A key part of the role is to continuously develop and test new hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives, and the user journey, turning insights and data into actionable experiments and scaling successful learnings. You will work closely with Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and other teams to develop and test new ideas that drive acquisition and overall game growth. In addition to managing UA campaigns, you will support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports and insights for executive management and the wider marketing team.
About the role
Take responsibility for allocating our marketing budget for your respective networks. Participate in high-level strategic discussions on growing our games and determining the size and allocation of our budgets.
Develop and continuously evolve UA strategies through ongoing testing and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale successful learnings across markets, platforms, and campaigns.
Collaborate internally with the User Acquisition team as well as externally with the Playtika organization to share knowledge and drive best practices across teams.
Advance our internal tools and processes using dedicated engineering and analytics resources.
Strengthen our relationships with advertising partners, including Applovin, Google, and others.
Identify and evaluate creative growth opportunities for global expansion.
Partner closely with the Creative Production team to develop, test, and iterate on creative concepts, translating UA insights and performance data into new creative hypotheses and opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Ad Monetization and other teams to identify and test opportunities that can improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall growth.
Support game teams through structured experiments and advise Product teams on features and improvements that can positively impact user acquisition and growth.
Foster a culture of experimentation by continuously challenging existing approaches, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning insights into actionable tests.
About you
Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps (gaming experience is a big plus).
A professional background in quantitative analysis.
Up to date on current marketing trends, tools, and consumer behavior.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and use data to figure out what's actually working.
You proactively spot issues before they become problems, and don't wait around for someone else to flag them.
You bring your own ideas to the table, back them up with data, and know how to find consensus.
You are comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines, prioritizing the best idea over being right.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.

- Design and implement automations across our sales stack to improve efficiency and tracking
- Contribute to revenue operations by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows
- Jump into new challenges, learn fast, and help make things happen
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available to start immediately full-time in New York for 3–6 months
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal: you're comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools
- Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Low-ego team player who's easy to work with and doesn't shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR function across both offices: the EMEA team in Berlin and the US team in New York.
You'll own the pipeline number for both regions, hire and ramp the reps who hit it, and build the outbound playbook they run. The function is early, so this is as much about deciding how we do outbound as it is about managing the people who do it. You'll coach on the phone daily, sit close to the AEs your team feeds, and build the bench that becomes our next generation of closers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight one. You'll be in the call reviews, in the sequences, and in the numbers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the qualified pipeline number across EMEA and the US, and the forecast that sits behind it.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs in Berlin and New York, and build the ramp plan that gets them productive fast.
- Coach the team on cold calling, messaging, and objection handling through daily call reviews and live feedback.
- Own the outbound playbook: targeting, sequencing, and messaging, developed with Sales, Marketing, and GTM Engineering.
- Set targets and hold the team to activity and conversion standards, with clear reporting to leadership.
- Partner with the AE team on handoff quality and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
- Build the path from SDR to Account Executive, and get people down it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience leading an SDR or BDR team with direct accountability for a pipeline number.
- A track record of team leadership with accountability for collective results, not just individual overachievement.
- You were strong at outbound before you led it, and you can still get on the phone and show someone how.
- Experience managing people across more than one location or time zone.
- Comfortable building where the structure does not exist yet, and turning what works into a repeatable playbook.
- Fluent with the numbers: you manage activity and conversion rates, not just effort.
- Willingness to travel to US as needed.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience standing up an SDR function from scratch, or being the first SDR manager in a company.
- Experience running outbound into both European and US markets.
- Hands-on with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or n8n.
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups.
- Regular team events and off-sites.
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside.
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late.
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Partner with Product, Design, Ops, Partnerships, and Sales on enterprise travel commitments.
- Set the team's practices for AI-assisted development and ship agentic booking features.
- Hire. The team is expected to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2+ years managing engineers, team size roughly 5 to 15.
- High levels of ownership. Comfortability taking difficult ambiguous problems and driving successful execution.
- Has built something 0→1 and then scaled it.
- Willing to be hands-on. This is a six-person team, and everyone at Ramp is a builder.
- Current enough technically to lead a design review and evaluate an architecture proposal.
- Strong product judgment and comfort talking to customers.
- Has owned a transactional system with external dependencies: booking, payments, marketplace, or logistics.

- Corporate travel domain experience, such as: corporate online booking tools (OBTs), integrations with travel content sources (GDS/NDC), and front-end traveler experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in New York to own our larger deals across North America. You'll sell to marketing, SEO, and growth leaders who are watching their organic traffic get absorbed by AI answers and need to show their own leadership what to do about it. Your job is to build that case with them.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts in North America
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest, with a strong handle on deal progression
- Build lasting relationships with your customers and spot expansion opportunities as their AI search programs grow
- Feed what you learn on calls back into product, marketing, and the sales playbook. At this stage, your input shapes how we sell.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- Sharp communication and a natural ability to tell the story of a new category simply
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Repeatedly achieving President's Club
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Transparent comp with a 50/50 base to variable split, plus equity
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're hiring a Senior Support Engineer to help customers run Qdrant's vector search engine reliably in production. You'll work Kubernetes-heavy, cloud-native environments every day, investigate hard technical issues, and turn what you learn into tools and workflows that make the whole support function faster. This is a chance to help shape a growing support team at an early-stage AI infrastructure company.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Provide direct technical support to customers running Qdrant, mostly asynchronous rather than face to face.
- Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and the database layer.
- Lead incident investigations and turn recurring problems into documented diagnostics and repeatable fixes, using AI-assisted tooling to speed up triage where it helps.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to resolve customer issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Build and maintain internal tools that make support workflows faster and more observable.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for both customers and the internal team.
- Lead by example through strong technical work, initiative, and collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
WHO YOU ARE

- Comfortable working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database internals and how they behave under production load.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You dig into ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked.
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with vector search or vector database technologies.
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience. Security background is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools (for example, Prometheus or Grafana) and automating support workflows.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives as the technical authority rather than a supporting player.
You'll lead the scoping, pricing, and deployment of semantic search, image and video search, and on-premise and edge deployment solutions for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with real depth in solutions engineering who's ready to run high-stakes deals independently.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Own Technical-to-Commercial Strategy: Translate complex architectural requirements (multi-AZ, sharding, replication) into accurate pricing models and contract terms, independently protecting deal value in high-stakes negotiations.
- Drive Deal Execution End to End: Own the technical sales workflow across Support, Product, and Engineering to unblock POCs, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks without escalation.
- Identify and Mitigate Deployment Risk: Proactively spot noisy neighbor issues, latency bottlenecks, and resource contention before they threaten renewals or expansions, and advise customers on architectural fixes.
- Lead Architectural Reviews and Migration Assessments: Run discovery sessions solo, validate use cases, and design migration paths from legacy search engines like Elastic, Solr, and OpenSearch to Qdrant.
- Design Resilient, Production-Grade Architecture: Spec high-availability search clusters that meet demanding customer SLAs and throughput requirements, including for the most technically complex accounts.
- Own Client Trust at the Executive Level: Serve as the primary technical authority during evaluation, guiding customers to value quickly and acting as a long-term advisor beyond the initial sale.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years of technical, customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a track record of owning complex, high-value deals independently, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on vector search experience (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zilliz/Milvus, or similar). Background in data science, computer engineering, or a previous DevOps/SRE role, with demonstrated depth rather than surface exposure is preferred.
- Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash, used to build reusable tools and validate business value at scale, not just one-off scripts.
- Fluency in calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and estimating hardware requirements (RAM, CPU, disk) for distributed systems, including for multi-region or highly regulated deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a clear point of view on how infrastructure choices affect cost and performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable running the room with engineers, VPs, and business stakeholders alike, and able to influence without authority across internal teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes, infosec questionnaires, or MSA redlines.
