Location: Remote, Global Workplace: Remote ABOUT SUPABASE Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We are looking for a Head of AI Native Operations to build the autonomous systems that run Supabase. Supabase is building an AI-native internal operating system, where agents carry the operational load end to end. We are standing up a new central team to build that platform and run it in production. This is the role that leads it, and it is hands-on. You design the architecture, build the first versions of the critical pieces, and are accountable for whether every agent we run is correct, safe, and improving over time. We build rather than buy, and there are no settled best practices for most of this yet, so you will be setting them. You will lead a team of senior individual contributors extending the platform and driving adoption across teams. What You’ll Be Responsible For In this role, you’ll: - Own the agent platform architecture: The harness and orchestration layer and connectors into company systems, shared context and memory, and the path from prototype to production. - Catch regressions before they ship: Model, prompt, and tool changes can’t ship until they pass the evals. When a new model comes out, you know within hours whether to adopt it. - Make every agent observable: Every run and every decision is traced. For any agent at any time, you can answer what it did, why, what it cost, and how its quality is trending. - Own safety and trust: Design the controls that let agents act without a human in the loop: least-privilege credentials, hard policy limits, escalation thresholds, audit logs, sandboxing, and prompt-injection defenses. - Replace workflows, don’t assist them: Pick the workflows agents can fully own today and take them to production. - Turn wins into a platform: Package what works into reusable components, templates, and eval harnesses so other teams can ship their own production agents without starting from scratch. - Build and direct the team: Hire and grow senior ICs, review their designs and pull requests, and hold the quality bar. - Measure what matters: Track workflows automated, eval pass rates, cost per run, and work absorbed against the hiring plan. How You’ll Think A Point of View on Where Automation Wins You have a thesis about how AI and automation change the way a company operates, and it comes from building, not reading. You can look at a business and say which workflows agents can own today, which they will own in 12 months as models improve, and which still need people, and why. You defend that view with evidence from systems you have shipped, and you update it when the evals tell you to. Eval-Driven You don’t trust an agent because the demo looked good. You trust it because it passes a test set of real cases, and you know which cases it fails. When anything changes, your first question is “what do the evals say?” Inversion Thinking Left alone, an autonomous system tends to fail quietly, or people route around it. So the first question about any agent isn’t “does it work on the happy path?” but “how will this break, and how will we know?” The design follows from that answer: what the agent is never allowed to do, what it escalates, and which alert fires when quality drifts. Recursive Thinking Every system you build should produce the evidence that grades it. An agent isn’t done when it works. It’s done when it tells you, without you in the loop, that it has stopped working. Must Have - Hands-on agent building: Have personally designed and built autonomous agent or LLM systems that ran in production and that others depended on. Prototypes, demos, and configuring a vendor tool don’t count. You don’t need to be a career software engineer, but you must have built these systems yourself. - Architecture depth: Can explain how the pieces fit together (orchestration, tool and data access, context and memory, tracing, evals, guardrails, deployment), with opinions on current frameworks. - Security judgment: Have shipped agents that take real actions with real permissions, and designed the controls that made that safe. - A tested point of view: Can argue, with examples from your own builds, where autonomous systems create real business leverage and where they don’t yet. - Technical leadership: Have led senior builders and set the quality bar through design and code review. Strong Signal - Have replaced a human-run business workflow (finance, operations, support, release management) end to end with an autonomous system. - Are native to Git, Markdown, and pull requests, and comfortable reading and writing Python or TypeScript. - Have taken an internal platform from zero to adoption by teams you did not control. - A software engineering background is a plus, but not required. What Success Looks Like - Six months: 20+ autonomous agents in production on the shared platform, each with an eval suite, tracing, and a named owner. - Regressions get caught, not discovered: Quality problems surface in an alert or dashboard before a user reports them. - Workflows replaced, not assisted: Multiple high-volume workflows are fully owned by agents, with humans handling only escalations. - Trusted by default: No agent causes material financial, security, or customer harm, and every agent’s permissions and actions can be audited. - Teams ship their own: At least three teams outside the core team run production agents built on the platform. - Autonomous team: Your two reports work independently, and you spend your time on architecture and review rather than execution. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Requirements - 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred. - Experience in product development, delivery, and change management - Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners. - Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions. - A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. - Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases. - Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. - Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Chile, with a preference of Santiago. Expect regular travel for customer onsite. Fluency in English and Spanish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: San Francisco Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases. Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with: - $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception - 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and - 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today. We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Strategy Lead to support our mission. This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model. About the Team Patreon’s Strategy & Operations team drives decision-making on the company’s most important priorities. We tackle business-critical problems, shape initiatives that move the company forward, and make sure our growth levers, investments, and opportunities are clearly understood and acted upon. We translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action — partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to turn ideas into business outcomes. We’re a small, high-impact team known for our curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Joining us means exposure to the full breadth of Patreon’s business and the opportunity to help shape its next phase of growth. About the Role In this role, you will: - Lead major strategy workstreams: Own strategies like fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosing what's working and where we're exposed to defining the strategy, then supporting teams as they execute and tracking progress against it. - Ground every strategy in rigorous analysis: Size opportunities with models, desk research, and data, using AI tools to move quickly and work autonomously, and pressure-test quantitative work from Finance, Data Science, and Research. - Drive alignment and delivery: Bring executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions, and keep large teams moving from strategy to shipped outcomes. - Own company-level strategic narratives: Translate company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives, and shape recurring forums like All Hands, Business Reviews, and Board meetings. What you'll need: - Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact. - Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy. - Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster. - Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete. - Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board. - Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving. - Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability. - Mission Alignment: You are deeply energized by Patreon's mission to fund the creative class and our vision of building an internet that rewards human creativity. Bonus if you have: - Experience with creator-economy, marketplace, subscription, or consumer platform businesses - Background in strategic finance, FP&A, or data analytics - Prior ownership of board or investor materials at a growth-stage company - Experience with international expansion We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you. About Patreon Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts: - Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win. - Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve. - Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver. - Win Together | We grow as individuals. We win as a team. Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching. Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office three days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements. At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role. The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. Location: Spain Workplace: remote Team: Sales Operations Location: Fully remote, Spain Reports to: Head of Sales Ops The short version Our sales, account management and partnerships teams deal with our most important customers and partners. Sales Ops is the team that builds, improves and maintains the tools and processes they use to succeed. We are looking for a senior Salesforce developer who will fully own the platform and everything connected to it: the code, the architecture, the integrations, and the pipelines that move data in and out. This is the technical end of Sales Ops. You will decide how things are built, not just build what you are handed. What you'll do Own the Salesforce platform end to end. Over 100 users across 7 key teams, a data model that carries real weight, and a growing set of markets on top of it. You are accountable for how well the whole thing works and where it goes next. Build in Apex and Flow, and know which one the problem calls for. Triggers, classes, async processing, test coverage, and declarative automation where declarative is the right answer. You write code the next person can maintain, and you leave the org better structured than you found it. Own the integration layer. Connected tools, APIs and middleware. When data crosses a boundary, you know where it came from, what shape it should arrive in, and what breaks when it stops. Own ETL and reverse-ETL. Getting data into Salesforce and back out to the warehouse and the rest of the stack. You design these pipelines, you run them, and you fix them when they drift. Keep the connected stack healthy. Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch and other tools. You don't need to arrive an expert in each, but you should become the person who understands how they fit together. Set the technical standard. Architecture decisions, review of what gets built declaratively versus in code, and honest calls about technical debt. You work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst, and you are the technical reference point for both. Push the vision forward. We want all day-to-day sales work to happen in Salesforce: the data our teams need to see, the actions they need to take, and the AI and automation solutions that multiply their productivity. You are the person who makes the hardest parts of that possible. This is an individual contributor role. As the platform and the function grow, there may be opportunities for it to develop toward technical leadership, depending on business needs and how the team evolves. How we build Three principles guide everything we ship: Top user experience. Minimise admin work for our users, maximise their productivity. Their time is the point. Build it right. Efficient, scalable, adaptable. We dislike technical debt and we don't pretend it isn't there. Security and privacy. Customer and prospect data safety is not a checkbox at the end of a project, it's a foundational requirement in everything we do. What you bring 5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams. Strong Apex development: triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing. You can read an unfamiliar org and work out what is safe to change. Strong Flow development, and the judgement to know when a Flow is the right tool and when it isn't. Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce. Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes, not just consuming them. Experience using AI as part of how you work, preferably with Agentforce or Claude, including at least one project where you delivered clear and demonstrable value to a stakeholder team. You can walk us through what you built, what changed, and how you know it mattered. You can turn a vague request into a spec, and you push back when the request is the wrong fix for the real problem. An obsession with making your Salesforce users happy. This is not a back-office role. You will hear directly when something is annoying, and you should want to hear it. Fluent English. Our team and company include people from many European countries, English is our common language. You love independence and hold yourself accountable. This is a full remote position and micromanagement is not something we do. Bonus points Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Experience with Outreach, Clay or Hightouch. Experience with Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake. Experience working in Fintech, banking or other highly regulated environments.
