We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
This role will focus on breaking down engineering tasks such as reporting, component search and handling of material billing/information into individual steps that can be tackled through tool use. Your breakdown will teach the Cohere model the logic needed to complete each task.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada. We seek candidates who are able to commit to 16 hours per week minimum at a 30 CAD/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 - Bring Your Own Device (laptop). Remote work within Canada. 12 month contract.
As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate the model's ability to respond to engineering procedures and workflows
- Task models to complete engineering tasks along with verified information to evaluate the accuracy of the model's responses
- Label, proofread, and improve machine-written and human-written engineering-related outputs.
- Follow our style guide, and make recommendations on unique situations that fall outside of its scope.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years of industry experience working in engineering fields (civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical)
- Technician/engineering specialist training and experience preferredAn education background in engineering (Bachelors, Masters or similar)
- Experience on medium-large scale engineering projects involving designing, prototyping and manufacturing components and/or experience in post-graduate research lab
- Experience with CAD software, material billing and product lifecycle management (PCMs) can be a plus
The Candidate Journey:
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and therefore compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human generated and model generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
Production Engineering is Ramp's infrastructure ownership layer. We exist to make Ramp faster, more reliable, and more scalable — and we do that by being embedded in the problems, not adjacent to them.
A few things that define how we operate:
- One team, one company, one objective. There is no "infra team" and "product team" — there is Ramp. We share the company's goals as our own. When a product team struggles with reliability or scalability, that is our struggle.
- If reliability or scalability is at risk, we own it. We don't wait to be invited, and we don't ask whose code it is. If a system is slow, if it breaks, if it won't scale — that's ours to lead, regardless of where it lives in the stack.
- We go first, and we go fast. When the path isn't obvious, we don't wait for someone else to find it. We move with urgency, propose the solution, align the stakeholders, and stay in until it's done — not until our ticket is closed.
- We lead the way. We find the next problem before it finds us. And when we solve it, we don't just fix it for ourselves — the patterns and standards we establish become the foundation the rest of Ramp builds on. That's not a side effect of the job; it's the job.
- We stay calibrated. Speed means nothing if we're moving in the wrong direction. We regularly stop and ask honestly whether what we're working on is still the highest-leverage thing we could be doing — the discipline that makes sure our effort compounds toward what actually matters.
You cannot build the future of finance on shaky infrastructure.
OUR TEAMS
Production Engineering is organized into teams — but we think about teams differently. Teams are mutable. We build them around what needs to be done, not around what we need to do given the teams we already have. The structure below reflects our current priorities; it will evolve as Ramp does.
Right now, we operate across four areas:
- Compute — the foundation everything runs on: container orchestration, networking, load balancing, edge infrastructure, and the deployment systems that get code from engineers' laptops to production reliably and at scale
- Storage — databases, caching, object storage, and the data infrastructure that underpins everything
- Workflows & Messaging — the systems that power Ramp's financial workflows and event-driven architecture
- Internal Infrastructure — the platform that makes every builder at Ramp faster and more autonomous: observability, cost attribution, and CI/CD systems that give teams visibility into what they build and what it costs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Production Engineers at Ramp are full software engineers who happen to specialize in infrastructure. You write production code, you own systems end-to-end, and you drive technical outcomes across the organization — not just within your team.
Day to day, you will:
- Build and operate critical infrastructure across Ramp's compute, storage, messaging, and observability stack — owning the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale.
- Drive architectural change — not just flag problems. When you surface a reliability or scalability issue, you own the path forward: you propose the solution, find the owners across engineering, and stay in until it's resolved.
- Partner with product teams at the design phase — reviewing architectures, embedding golden paths, and making it easy to build correctly the first time.
- Build Ramp's next level of scale — you'll be a hands-on contributor to the most consequential infrastructure shift happening right now: our move to a cellular architecture, enabling Ramp to scale, reach international markets, operate in highly regulated and constrained environments (e.g. FedRAMP), and deliver on enterprise-grade SLAs.
- Enable AI-native engineering — as Ramp builds increasingly AI-powered products, PE is the team that makes sure the platform can support them. You'll proactively partner with product teams on AI infrastructure patterns, define the golden paths that turn one-off solutions into reusable foundations, and stay ahead of emerging challenges before they become blockers.
- Build developer tooling and self-service infrastructure — so that other teams can answer their own questions (cost, performance, reliability) without involving PE.
- Participate in on-call rotation — and more importantly, use every incident as a signal to eliminate the root cause, not just resolve the symptom.
- Lead across the company — PE doesn't just review designs or show up when called. We proactively initiate cross-team architectural reviews, and we take full ownership of company-wide reliability and scalability initiatives: identifying the problem, proposing the solution, aligning the stakeholders, and staying in until it's done.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We don't hire for a checklist. We hire for the instincts that make someone exceptional on this team.
The mindset we're looking for:
- You can't walk past something broken without wanting to fix it — and you don't stop at the workaround. You find the root cause and eliminate the class of problem.
- You think in systems, not tasks. You understand that "fixing the bug" is step one; making it so the bug can't happen again is the job.
- You move with urgency but without chaos. You know when to go fast and when to slow down and do it right.
- You treat product teams as your users. You build for them, communicate with them proactively, and measure success by how much faster they can ship. But you're also an owner — when something is broken or blocking, you don't wait to be asked. We win when our customers win.
- You leave things better than you found them. Every system you touch, every process you encounter — you move it forward. Not always dramatically, but always directionally. You picked it up in a certain state; you leave it in a better one.
- You are equally comfortable reading a database query plan, reviewing a system design doc, writing a Terraform module, and jumping into an incident at 2am.
Experience profile:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems at production scale
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with observability practices (SLOs, error budgets, alerting, dashboards)
- Track record of leading technical projects end-to-end, including cross-team coordination
- Comfortable using AI tooling and coding agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow — we expect our engineers to leverage these tools to move faster and think bigger
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with cellular or multi-tenant architecture patterns
- Prior work on workflow orchestration systems (Temporal)
- Contributions to developer experience or internal platform tooling
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (FedRAMP, SOC 2)

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Engineering Platform team helps 300+ Ramp engineers move faster without breaking things. We work across the full software development lifecycle, including local development, CI/CD, testing, service frameworks, reliability, architecture, performance, and maintenance.
Platform engineers on this team do not wait for a roadmap to be handed to them. They find high-leverage problems, validate them with engineers and data, ship solutions, and iterate until those solutions are trusted, adopted, and durable.
Agentic development has expanded our mission. We are building the systems that let engineers and AI agents work together effectively in Ramp’s large, complex codebases: clear abstractions, orchestration, reliable workflows, fast feedback loops, and strong guardrails are now even more important. These platform investments unlock agentic workflows that can plan, execute, test, review, and ship meaningful changes, helping every engineer and agent at Ramp maximize their impact.
What You'll Do
- Improve Ramp’s development workflows across CI/CD, testing, local development, code review, deploys, and remote environments.
- Design paved paths for high-frequency engineering tasks, including service creation, migrations, reliable background jobs, and safe production changes.
- Help Ramp’s codebase and infrastructure scale by improving modularity, performance, reliability, and maintainability across our Python monolith, internal libraries, and database systems.
- Identify repetitive or error-prone engineering workflows, then build automation that helps engineers and AI agents complete them faster, more consistently, and more safely.
- Turn recurring sources of friction or risk into reusable systems, workflows, and defaults that teams actually adopt.
What We're Looking For
- You think in systems across code, infrastructure, workflows, reliability, performance, and people.
- You have built and led improvements to systems that make other engineers more effective, including developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, service frameworks, or large-scale codebase architecture.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. You can identify problems, align stakeholders, make tradeoffs, ship useful solutions, and iterate. You dive into whatever part of the tech stack or process is necessary to solve problems.
- You understand that speed and quality go hand in hand: the best platforms make safe, high-quality engineering feel faster, not slower.
