LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

Spotware Systems is looking for a hands-on
Media Buying Operations Manager
for our new direct-to-consumer trading product built on the cTrader ecosystem. You will build, run, and scale the media-buying network and the ad-ops / martech spine - turning testing funnels and cohorts into registered, funded, and actively trading cTrader users.
Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage a network of external performance-pay media-buying units.
Set the units' pay schemes (fixed + performance) and allocate them across funnel × geo, deploying onto winning combinations.
Scale the network as testing widens, cut underperformers, and own the unit-count ramp against live cost-per-funded-account and conversion-rate signal.
Launch the first geos hands-on - run the initial media-buying units yourself, as a buyer, until the external network is stood up.
Run QA and anti-fraud on unit output, and reconcile performance-based payouts against verified funded accounts.
Be the single point of contact between the in-house team and the external units - give them clear briefs (offer, brand and creative guidelines, tracking setup), collect their performance data, and feed it back into what we test, prioritize, and scale next.
Own advertising accounts, tracking pixels, server-side tracking, mobile attribution, and first-party data in-house.
Report acquisition performance against CAC, funded-account quality, and net deposit, working with the analyst on the measurement spine.
Requirements
5+ years in performance marketing / paid UA, owning budgets and scaling spend to six figures/month against CPA and volume targets.
Proven track record building and managing a network of external buyers / buying teams / JV partners - sourcing, perf-pay deals, allocation, anti-fraud, payout reconciliation - not just running own campaigns.
High-CPA, conversion-driven vertical experience (iGaming, gambling, forex / CFD, crypto, dating, nutra).
Hands-on ownership of the ad-ops / martech stack - ad accounts, pixels, conversion APIs, trackers (Voluum / Keitaro / RedTrack), product analytics (Amplitude / PostHog / Mixpanel), MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust).
Multi-geo acquisition, ideally across emerging markets (Tier 2-3), with localization handled at the unit level.
Strong analytical command - reads funnel / cohort data and acts on unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, net deposit, retention).
AI-native by default - runs the network and stack on AI and automation, with minimal manual labor.
Soft skills: hands-on operator (not a pure manager), comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy, clear communicator across commercial, creative, and technical counterparts.
Conditions
Private medical insurance.
Relocation support (if applicable), including an entry permit, relocation bonus, flight tickets, and airport pickup.
Support with settling into life in Cyprus, including basic guidance on everyday matters, accommodation, banking, and healthcare.
A comfortable office environment with fresh fruits every day, treats or pizza on Wednesdays, and snack day on Fridays.
Fair remuneration based on your experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
Welcome Baby Bonus and Baby Box to celebrate the arrival of a child.
Birthday voucher.
Partial compensation for sports activities and wellness initiatives.
Greek language classes.

We are seeking an
Arts & Culture Producer
to lead inVision’s art activations: public installations, exhibitions, live events and cultural partnerships that carry our initiatives’ messages to a mass audience. The role sits in the Media, Art and Narrative Domain, inVision’s in-house marketing, content and storytelling engine, which turns each initiative’s mission into campaign strategy, content, art and distribution that change how people think and act across the Global South. Together with each initiative, the role decides where art is the strongest tool, takes every activation from first idea to the moment the audience meets the work and designs it to travel beyond the room through press, social, out-of-home and the inDrive app, with impact goals set before launch. It also builds the network of artists, venues and cultural partners that lets inVision repeat and grow this work.
Key Responsibilities
Build the art activations approach across the initiatives: where art adds the most value, which formats to use, and how it fits each comms plan and budget.
Deliver activations end to end: artist selection, commissioning, production, logistics, installation and on-site delivery.
Hire and manage contractors (fabricators, AV and build teams) and hold them to a high standard of finish.
Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers and venues for every activation.
Plan earned media and content from the start, so each activation reaches press, social and out-of-home.
Agree impact goals before launch, then work with Project Managers and research partners to show how the work shifted the audience.
Build and steward a network of artists, galleries, cultural institutions, festivals, local partners and funders.
Protect brand, dignity and careful imagery on sensitive subjects, check every venue and partner before committing, and secure artists’ rights to film, photograph and use the work across inVision’s channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
A background in art, design, architecture, film, live events or media production is an advantage.
Experience:
7+ years producing complex projects from idea to delivery (art, live events, exhibitions, media production or similar), running the production yourself. International or cross-country project experience is an advantage.
People management:
Strong experience leading external contractors, suppliers and artists is required.
Knowledge and skills:
End-to-end production management: budgets, timelines, suppliers, venues, logistics and installation
Briefing, negotiating with and managing contractors and suppliers
Artist commissioning, contracts, rights and consents
Campaign planning: how channels, audiences and earned media work
Setting impact goals and working with research partners to measure results
Languages:
English (Advanced, C1)
Key Competencies
Ownership: sees what needs doing and drives it to the end without waiting to be asked
High standards of execution and attention to detail
Strategic thinking: connects each idea to the initiative’s goals and makes the case to stakeholders
Stakeholder management across initiatives and countries
Cultural sensitivity, and real care for mission and social impact

Collect buyer requirements (languages, demographics, modality, annotation depth, licensing scope), push back when a spec isn't deliverable.
Manage pilots and convert them into recurring volume.
Shape pricing and commercial framework
Own our price book across modalities (per audio hour, per image, per video hour, per annotated unit) and defend margin against buyer pressure and vendor benchmarks.
Alongside with the business unit leader work with legal, privacy and tax on DPAs, consent frameworks, contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
Build the channel
Develop partnerships with data vendors and platforms who can route demand to us where we have coverage they lack.
Represent DataTasks at the venues where this market actually buys - research conferences, data and AI events, and buyer-side procurement teams.
Feed the roadmap
Bring structured demand signal back into product and operations
Qualifications
Must have
Experience in B2B sales, business or commercial roles, with a track record of closing complex deals you personally sourced and ran.
Direct experience in AI/ML data, data annotation and labelling services, data licensing, or a closely adjacent technical services market.
Comfort selling to technical and research buyers.
Genuine zero-to-one appetite. There is no inbound, no established brand in this market, and no playbook to inherit.
Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level suitable for negotiating with US and EU counterparties.

inDrive is a global mobility platform built on fairness: passengers and drivers agree on the price together. We are building a Loyalty Program that rewards passengers for riding with us and gives them real value, not endless promotions.
As Partnership Manager, Loyalty, you will own the benefits side of that program globally, across all of inDrive's markets. You will shape the value proposition across three types of benefits: external benefits co-funded by banks, financial groups and consumer brands; internal benefits funded by inDrive; and product benefits built into the app. You will bring partners on board and turn conversations into signed agreements that work in practice, and you will run experiments across all three until we find the mix that passengers actually adopt. You will be the first dedicated hire on this workstream, reporting directly to the Global Director of Loyalty.
Disclaimer: CVs in Spanish will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline, with local depth in your region, choosing partners by fit with the program rather than by the volume they offer.
Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups, and guide them through their internal approvals (Risk, Legal, Product, Finance).
Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign terms and settlement mechanics together with our Legal and Finance teams.
Shape the value proposition for external benefits (partner-funded) and internal benefits (inDrive-funded), and keep both coherent for the passenger.
Champion product benefits internally: build the case with Product and other teams so that app features become part of the loyalty offer.
Run the experimentation across all benefit types, from hypothesis to test design and readout, until we find the sweet spot of adoption.
Work with Product and Fintech teams so every agreement can run on our native product and wallet.
Define the partner offer catalog and the criteria for turning down offers that do not give passengers fair value.
Track benefit and partner performance (adoption, redemptions, incrementality, return for both sides) and report it to leadership.
Represent inDrive in front of partner executives across our markets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6 to 10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, with at least 3 in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps or marketplaces.
A track record negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with external funders such as banks, card issuers or large consumer brands.
Experience working with Strategic Alliances teams at banks or financial groups and navigating their internal approval chain.
Experience structuring deals with Legal and Finance: term sheets, campaign terms, settlements.
Hands-on experience designing and running experiments on benefits or offers (A/B tests, pilots) and acting on the results.
Comfort with data: you read redemption dashboards and understand incrementality and campaign ROI.
Fluent Spanish and English.
How you work
You influence without authority, moving several internal teams and an external partner at once.
You translate between worlds: you can explain our model to a bank and a bank's request to our Legal and Finance teams.
You have the judgment to say no to volume that does not serve passengers, and the tact to keep the relationship.
You are comfortable building from zero, with no closed playbook.
You communicate clearly with executives and work autonomously through long negotiation cycles.
You care about fair value for passengers, not only about the size of the funding.
Nice to have
Experience inside a bank, card issuer or fintech, or an existing network in one or more of inDrive's markets.
Knowledge of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia or Africa.
Experience with both funding models: partner prefunds the incentive, or the platform advances it and settles later.
Background in ride-hailing, delivery or mobility.
Having launched a partner program from scratch.
Interest in purpose-driven initiatives.

inDrive runs many ML models across 48 countries, and the platform under them is growing fast. Teams ship to Databricks, SageMaker and self-managed GPU inference, and LLM workloads are moving into production.
We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and run the services and tooling that ML teams depend on. You will write production-grade Go and Python, own your services from design to on-call, and learn the MLOps stack (Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks, SageMaker) on the job. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and software and data engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and run backend services and internal tooling for the ML platform, in Go and Python, and own them in production: delivery, monitoring, on-call.
Drive technical research and design for new platform features. Weigh trade-offs and write them down.
Build and extend the deployment tooling and SDKs ML teams use to ship models, including serving, autoscaling and data capture.
Integrate ML services with the wider backend: sync (HTTP, gRPC) and async (Kafka, RabbitMQ) communication, built for reliability under high load.
Support the full ML delivery cycle with data scientists and ML engineers: CI/CD for models and pipelines, monitoring, and model performance metrics.
Build observability end to end: metrics, logs, dashboards, tracing, alerting and runbooks.
Write infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt, and ship it through reviewed pull requests.
Take part in code and design reviews and help raise the engineering bar. Mentor engineers and hold AI-generated changes to the same review standard as human ones.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of commercial backend engineering, including high-load systems.
Strong Go: you know and have used its advanced features in production.
Solid Python for data processing (batch, streaming and async) and for service code.
Strong SQL: schema design, indexes, query optimisation, and scaling approaches such as replication and partitioning. Experience with Redis or similar key-value stores.
Experience with sync and async service communication (HTTP, gRPC, Kafka or RabbitMQ), with a focus on reliability.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and working Kubernetes knowledge. Experience with AWS/GCP core services (compute, storage, networking, IAM).
Understanding of the ML lifecycle: data preparation, model performance metrics, non-functional requirements, and concept drift in production. Familiarity with scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
Experience designing and running observability: metrics, logging, dashboards, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar).
Git workflows and code review, comfortable Linux command line, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC, load balancers).
Ability to explain a trade-off clearly to a data scientist, a product owner and an on-call engineer.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling: Databricks (Unity Catalog, Asset Bundles), SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow or Airflow.
GPU or LLM inference experience (vLLM, Triton, Langfuse).
Experience using AI coding agents with full review of generated changes.
Experience in emerging markets, or building where there is no playbook yet.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
