Over the years, we have earned a reputation for providing superior service and for getting the results our clients and customers want.
Most importantly, people have come to know us for our technological insights and focus on privacy. Our inspiration stems from the talent and ambition of our clients. We are offering an ecosystem of financial products and services that would provide the most tailored assistance to traders.
Our culture
Everything at EXANTE starts with our people. We bring together almost 800 minds across 70 locations. We place trust in our team with real autonomy - the freedom to drive change across products, processes and everything in between. That trust fuels innovation, and the demands of the markets build resilience; we adapt, push forward, and we look after each other while we do it.
That freedom is matched by real investment in growth: we back our people with ongoing learning, hands-on development and the kind of stretch opportunities that turn good careers into great ones.
About The Role
We are seeking established Senior Relationship Managers in various locations.
We are looking for Relationship Managers with a portable book of business: professionals whose client relationships are strong enough to follow them. You will be expected to begin onboarding clients from your existing network within your first months, while also prospecting new markets and attracting new clients.
The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures.
The candidate must have a proven track record of business development and sales to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors, with demonstrable client loyalty that translates into transferable AUM. Experience ideally spans to both segments: private clients (HNWI) and institutional B2B relationships
Reporting Line - Regional Head of Sales
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail, high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
Provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
Business Development:
Onboard and activate clients from your existing network, and identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients.
Collaborate with the Regional Head, Sales, and Marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
Problem Management and Resolution:
Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems.
Oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Work in cross-functional teams to address client issues and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor projects’ progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with various internal departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
Prepare regular reports on client status, project progress, and business development activities..
What Success Looks Like
Month 1-6: activation of your existing client relationships and expected measurable net new AUM starting to materialise from third month onwards.
Ongoing: expansion of your book through referrals and new-market prospecting.
Qualifications
10+ years in a sales role in the financial services or investment industry
A portable book of business: an established, loyal client base (HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices and other private investors) ready to onboard with you.
Proven experience in institutional B2B sales – building and managing relationships with institutional counterparties (asset managers, fund managers, wealth management firms, family offices) alongside private clients.
Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset
Personality and Mindset
Entrepreneurial owner mentality – a hands-on, can-do attitude; you run your book like your own business and don’t expect leads or hand-holding
Honesty and integrity – direct and transparent with clients, even in difficult conversations
Team player with advanced communication and collaboration skills
Competitive drive and an overachiever mentality – visible appetite to win, motivated by performance-based upside
Persistence and resilience – disciplined daily follow-up, and the durability to stay motivated through setbacks and slower periods
Adaptability – you thrive in the pace, ambiguity and evolving processes of a fast-growing fintech
What We Offer*
Competitive compensation that reflects your experience and the value you bring, plus uncapped performance-based commission that scales with the revenue your book generates.
Flexibility that fits your life: work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits, where available under your engagement: you choose the options that suit you, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work: an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning: ongoing training, education programmes, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk: events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure: work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.
*Benefits/perks vary depending on the nature of your employment with the company and the country where you work

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
Metabase is looking for our first Account Manager to support our new cross sell motion. We have recently released Metabot, our new AI product, and releasing some even bigger things next year that are primed to make some splashes. We have thousands of customers today that we think will gain a lot of value from these products and are searching for the initial team that will help build and run the new selling motion.
This is a 0-1 type of role that doesn’t have existing process today. You will be supported as we build things out, but the role will demand building out process, designing playbooks, in addition to managing and closing pipeline.
It will undoubtedly be an exciting thing to work on as it could be a key part of our next phase of growth.
What you’ll do:
Define and build target account plans
Build and refine new product positioning
Manage pipeline from creation to close
What we’re looking for:
Experience being the first person in a role of its kind at a company
Ability to iterate on technical product messaging
Ability to manage an active opportunity pipeline
Experience assisting customers with technical proof of concepts
Familiarity with tooling that will help with the job: Clay, Unify, Salesforce, etc.
Qualities we look for:
Ownership
Comfortable with experiments
Strong ability to sell
Technical aptitude
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $190K–$200K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.
