Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.
Why to join:
1. ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
2. 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch.
3. 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
4. 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years.
5. 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate.
6. 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS
- Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality
- Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops
- Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic
BROWSER AUTOMATION
- Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably
- Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code
- Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back
- Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run
EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION
- Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse
- Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage
- Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks
- Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it
PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP
- Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release
- Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale
- Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers
- Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale
- Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context
- Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas
- Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection
- LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration
- Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition
- Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on
- Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously
- Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after
- Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Strategic account planning: Build and maintain detailed account plans. Forecast performance accurately and provide regular insights to internal leadership regarding pipeline health and account stability.
- Drive executive value: Establish trust with both clinical and non-clinical executives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings to demonstrate value, align on business goals, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Operational excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for complex escalations, ensuring rapid resolution while implementing systemic solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Cross-functional advocacy: Partner with Product, Legal, and Strategy Operations to represent the voice of the customer, driving product improvements and internal initiatives that optimize the client experience.
Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:
- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.
Our interview process:
1. Application (where you are now!)
2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager
4. Interview 2 with Head of Account Management
5. Culture chat with a partner on our People Team
Why a case study first?
Since this role is remote and requires a high degree of autonomy, the case study helps us understand how you operate in an asynchronous environment. Specifically, we’re looking at how you interpret written context, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities independently. This ensures our first conversation is grounded in your actual work style rather than just a resume walkthrough.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefits:
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay

About the role
More and more PlanetScale databases are created, connected and queried by AI agents. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and a growing list of other tools now sit between developers and their infrastructure.
You will own that experience end to end. You'll make sure PlanetScale shows up everywhere developers build with AI, that our MCP server and CLI work flawlessly in every agent, and that we can measure how well it all works. Then you'll show the world how to do it well through demos, docs, blog posts, videos, and conferences.
This is a hands-on role combining engineering, content creation, and a strong public voice. You'll work closely with the teams that build our MCP server, CLI, API and docs.
The landscape of how developers work with AI changes fast. You'll have the opportunity to move quickly, experiment, and take the lead on the future of AI use with databases and infrastructure.
Make PlanetScale great with AI tools
Build and maintain the plugins for PlanetScale in every AI marketplace and directory: agent plugins, skill registries, MCP directories, IDE extension stores and AI app builders
Own our integrations with AI coding tools, agent frameworks and platforms
Stay current with AI tools as they launch and ensure our customers have a great experience from day one
Test the PlanetScale MCP server and CLI across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and other clients, and catch regressions before users do
Find friction in creating a database, connecting, running migrations and debugging queries from inside an agent, then fix it or drive the fix with the owning team
Improve the context agents rely on: tool descriptions, skills, llms.txt, docs written for agents, and error messages agents can act on
Attention to AEO (answer engine optimization): make sure agents find and recommend PlanetScale
Build and maintain skills for working with Postgres, MySQL, Vitess, Neki, and PlanetScale
Measure how well we're doing
Build evals that run real agent tasks against PlanetScale databases
Benchmark how agents perform with PlanetScale and work towards continuous improvement
Track how often AI assistants and agents recommend PlanetScale for database questions, and whether what they say about us is accurate
Instrument and report on agent usage: databases created by agents, time to first connection, MCP versus CLI usage, and where sessions fail
Show people how to do it well
Build demos and sample apps that show PlanetScale and AI tooling at their best
Write docs, guides and blog posts on using databases effectively with AI, including safe access, branching and performance assessment
Make videos and attend conferences to communicate with our audience how to build effectively with AI
These attributes best describe you
Daily use of AI coding agents, with strong opinions about what makes a tool work well with them
Experience building an MCP server, plugin, CLI or SDK that real developers use
Software engineering background in languages like TypeScript and Go, and comfort with APIs, OAuth and the command line
Experience with writing docs, blogs, and / or video content creation
Good at communicating with a broad audience and customers alike on socials
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite), schema design, migrations, connection handling, and Postgres or MySQL in production
Data fluency: designing evals, writing the queries behind a dashboard, and telling a real trend from noise
Clear communication of technical ideas in writing, on video and on stage
Independence and speed: spotting a gap, shipping a fix, and telling people about it
Genuine curiosity about the AI tooling landscape and a habit of keeping up with it
Bonus points
Contributions to the MCP spec, SDKs or popular open-source MCP servers
Experience writing agent skills, plugins or rules files for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Experience with LLM eval tools and building benchmarks for agents
Experience with AEO or GEO, or with tracking how LLMs surface and recommend a product
A blog, YouTube channel or GitHub that developers already follow
Experience with Vitess, database sharding, or running databases at scale

Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.

Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to scale how Vercel gives every employee the context to make good decisions without waiting to be told. You’ll shape how the company hears from its leaders and from one another, so everyone at Vercel knows what we’re building, why it matters, and how their work moves our mission forward. You’ll oversee the channels, moments, and cadence that carry company news, and make sure what employees hear matches what the world hears.
This role is for someone who can build, run, and grow programs with rigor while continually bringing creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our communications leadership and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Design, and executives to ensure shared understanding among employees, so a company of builders can move as one.
You will report to our Head of Communications and will be located in our SF office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Build the operating system
Design and run the internal communications processes and calendar: All Hands, leadership updates, and team-level cadences, with a clear owner and format for each
Decide what belongs in Slack, email, Notion, and video, document it, and get the company to follow it
Stand up an internal comms metrics baseline (reach, read rates, All Hands attendance, pulse-survey sentiment) and report on it quarterly
Land major company moments
Co-lead major announcements and organizational changes, owning defined workstreams and flagging sensitive issues, dependencies, and decisions that need leadership input
Build the internal plan for company milestones: what employees hear, when, and from whom
Write and edit content across internal channels, including leadership and org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials
Partner with Legal, People, and Finance on confidentiality guidelines for anyone who talks to the outside world
Incubate new programs
Design and launch creative programs that educate and engage employees beyond the standard cadence
Create structured opportunities for cross-department collaboration
Train employees to be Vercel ambassadors: how to talk about the company, share our work, and represent us at events and online
Use agents to surface the opportunities and news employees would otherwise miss: open roles, speaking slots, product launches, customer wins, and community moments
Measure what lands, double down on it, and retire what doesn’t
Keep internal and external comms aligned
Sit on the communications team’s approval processes so internal messages are reviewed to the same standard as external ones
Make sure what employees are told matches what customers, press, and partners are told, in substance and in timing
Partner with the People team on employer brand, onboarding content, and culture programs where comms is the lever
Use employee questions and feedback to identify gaps in understanding and improve communication
About You:
Have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams
Bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and making information useful to the audience
Have independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing competing deadlines
Are curious about AI, research, and product development, and comfortable asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it
Build strong working relationships and can gather input, offer editorial guidance, and keep projects moving with busy partners
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, and know when to make a decision independently or seek guidance
Enjoy creating practical, repeatable processes that improve the quality and consistency of communications
Respond well to feedback and adapt as priorities change
Bonus If You:
Interest in and proficiency with using agents in your workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging.
About the Role
As we have continued to expand, we want to meet the industry where it gathers. As a Field Marketer, you'll be Clipboard's face on the conference circuit in 2027. That means attending nearly every major Post Acute conference, trade show, and association event in the country. You'll work the floor, start conversations with agency owners and operators, qualify opportunities, and turn those conversations into pipeline and revenue.
This is a travel role. Expect to be on the road about 80% of the time. If living out of a suitcase sounds like a burden, this isn't the right role for you. If it sounds like an adventure and a big advantage in building a sales career, read on.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Clipboard in person at national, regional, and state conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prospect aggressively before, during, and after every event: research attendee lists, book meetings ahead of time, and work the floor to start new conversations.
- Run discovery with Agency Owners, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, Directors of Operations, and staffing and recruiting leaders.
- Qualify opportunities and move them forward. Book next steps, convert interest into an active pipeline, and push deals toward close with the broader sales team.
- Work fluently across the organization within the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs after events.
- Share what you learn on the ground (customer pain points, competitor positioning, which events are worth our time) with sales, marketing, product and leadership.
Who You Are
- Willingness to travel about 80% of the time (roughly 40 weeks per year), including frequent overnight and multi-day trips.
- You must live in a major metro area within easy reach of a major airport.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically without restriction.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently between events.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action.
- Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline.
Our Interview Process
1. Case Study
2. Case Study Interview
3. Background Interview
4. Culture Interview (In Person)
5. Executive Chat
Because this role will primarily be in person at events, our culture round is held in person, and Clipboard covers all travel expenses. We want to see how you show up, and we want you to meet the team you'd be working with.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Mileage reimbursement or travel stipend for field work
- Remote flexibility when not in the field
- Clear growth path

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Finance teams need a dependable way to turn everyday spending and payments into accurate books. Ramp's Accounting team builds the systems that carry accounting context across our products, help customers categorize and reconcile activity, and keep their records in sync. When those systems work well, finance teams spend less time correcting data and more time understanding their business.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build across that accounting experience. You could work on the services behind accounting rules and data models, the flow of transactions into the books, or the reliability of sync and reconciliation workflows. You'll own complex projects from design through production and work with product, design, and engineering partners to make accounting workflows simpler and more trustworthy for customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models that support accounting workflows across Ramp's products
- Make financial data accurate, traceable, and resilient as transactions move through coding, reconciliation, and sync
- Improve the reliability and visibility of workflows that span Ramp and customers' accounting systems, including how they handle failures and changes
- Partner with product and engineering teammates to understand finance teams' needs and turn them into practical technical designs
- Own substantial projects from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment, especially around data correctness, reliability, and keeping complex systems understandable
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- The ability to investigate problems across services and data flows and turn what you learn into durable improvements
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with accounting, payments, spend management, or other financial data products
- Familiarity with accounting concepts such as coding, reconciliation, or the general ledger
- Experience building integrations or data workflows that keep information consistent across systems
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in Canada and US.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Search & Storage squad is developing Grafana’s next-generation storage layer. As a key component of our App Platform, Unified Storage enables developers to build innovative applications using a Kubernetes-inspired Operator pattern to interact with data directly.
In addition to operating Unified Storage at scale within Grafana Cloud, our team manages two essential features for discovery and organization: Search, the unified engine for finding and querying all Grafana data, and Folders, for hierarchical content management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and
availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.

You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with Go, Rust, Python, or other similar programming languages
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with large distributed systems
Experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud o r experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Bonus Points For:
Have been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code
In Canada, the OTE (On-Target Earnings)/Base compensation range for this role is CAD $164,490 - $197,389.
