We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE SENIOR REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.
Why is this role interesting?
- High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.
- Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery.
- Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale.
- Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.
What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;
- Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have at least an advanced level in English.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. As the Global Equity Programs Lead, you’ll own that function end to end, building the operating model, controls, and systems that let equity run accurately and efficiently as the company grows. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the operational execution of equity refreshes, including data preparation, approval workflows, grant documentation, system uploads, and participant communications.
- Evaluate whether proposed award structures can be administered accurately and at scale, and surface operational, tax, compliance, accounting, and employee-experience risks before launch.
- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with insider trading policies and equity compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Experience building or expanding an equity operations team.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.
- An understanding of general technologies, coding tools, and leveraging AI
- Exposure to Pragmatic Marketing or other Product Management frameworks.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

Developer Interfaces builds the tools developers and AI agents use to work with 1Password from code. We own the 1Password CLI and we are building out the SDKs and the public developer API experience. Our goal is to make every one of those surfaces feel like one product that is fast, consistent and secure by default. The work sits where developer experience meets security, so the problems are real and the bar for correctness is high.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Ship features and fixes in the 1Password CLI, written in Go and Rust, that developers use every day in terminals, scripts and CI pipelines.

- Learn how a security company builds developer tools, from authentication flows like OAuth to handling secrets safely.
- Use AI coding tools with judgment. You review and verify what they produce, and you own every line you submit.

- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Go or Rust
- You built a CLI, library or API that other people actually used
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication flows
- Experience with developer docs, OpenAPI specs or static site generators
- Interest in how AI agents use developer tools

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
You’ll join our Credential Brokering team. We build and scale our newest platform that enables granular access for humans, agents and machines. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the early stages of this new platform while it’s rapidly gaining traction. You’ll build reliable credential infrastructure that empowers all major runtimes, and help keep people in control of their access while they adopt AI.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- You’ll participate in the entire software lifecycle and have opportunities to contribute ideas, build PoCs, take user- and partner feedback for our platform, and ship features and improvements in production.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
- Contribute ideas and build proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Incorporate user and partner feedback into our platform.
- Ship features and improvements to production.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Back end development experience with Go or Rust.
- Experience building developer interfaces and platforms; APIs enabling your developer customers to build new products on top.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
🏝 Generous PTO policy - 2.08 days per month (1.5 work weeks per 4 month term)
💖 Company-wide wellness days (1 per quarter)
🌎 Employee-led inclusion and belonging programs and ERGs
🏠 Remote-first environment
🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
💡 1Password University access and learning sessions
🥳 Monthly internship events and socials
