Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our IDEs are built on a massive scale: a 14 GB monorepo with more than 500 developers committing code every day and hundreds of thousands of automated tests running to keep everything stable. Delivering regular, reliable updates across this ecosystem without blocking engineering teams is a massive infrastructure challenge.
That’s where you come in. You’ll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and make sure changes flow smoothly from local development all the way to release. That's where you come in. You'll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You'll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and work closely with engineering teams to keep changes moving smoothly from local development through to release.
Day to day, you will:
Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable.
Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases.
Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking.
Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements.
Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions.
Lead retrospectives after incidents to continuously refine our release process.
What you’ll bring
Curiosity and a systematic approach to solving complex infrastructure problems.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
A strong drive to automate manual tasks and remove friction for fellow developers.
Comfort taking ownership of release decisions and managing trade-offs under deadline constraints.
Pragmatism when prioritizing build stability, release speed, and developer experience.
What you’ll need
Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Fluency in Kotlin or Java.
Practical experience working with Gradle or similar build systems.
Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
Proficiency Experience using issue tracking tools like YouTrack or Jira to manage workflows.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience with large-scale monorepo builds, the JetBrains toolchain (TeamCity, YouTrack), plugin compatibility testing, or multi-product release pipelines are pluses.
What success looks like
You earn the trust of our engineering teams by making releases predictable, smooth, invisible, and stress-free. Pipelines run efficiently, failures are diagnosed quickly, and repetitive tasks are continuously automated away. Developers across the IDE department can focus on building great features, confident that the delivery pipeline behind them is rock-solid.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience. Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working inside of these institutions or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements (fair lending, PII handling, etc.) are a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Sales Development Representatives, responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s SMB segment.

- Set and maintain a high-performing culture by overseeing daily SDR activity, pipeline generation, and quota performance to ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs on Ramp’s products, buyer personas, competitive landscape, prospecting strategy, and tools through hands-on methods including role-plays.
- Develop and execute career-growth and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentorship and coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, active listening, and pipeline creation.
- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- High proficiency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), with the ability to incorporate tooling into prospecting, coaching, team workflows, and process improvement to drive greater SDR productivity
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work alongside Physical AI customers, shape our core infrastructure products, and test ideas for what we should build next.
You will work with enterprises, ISVs, and digital-native companies running training, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, and model serving workloads. By understanding their systems and helping them reach production, you will uncover requirements that inform our Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams. The goal is to connect needs across Physical AI industries with product decisions, including improvements that benefit enterprise customers more broadly.
You will also investigate opportunities for new Nebius products. You will develop hypotheses about unmet needs, examine demand and existing alternatives, and build prototypes to test with customers. Your findings will help determine which opportunities deserve investment and what an initial product should deliver.
The work is hands-on. You will write code, deploy and benchmark models, build agents, and troubleshoot infrastructure alongside customer engineers.
The position is part of the Physical AI go-to-market team, with close collaboration across customers, NVIDIA, Product, and Engineering.
What you will do
Work with customer engineers to understand their workloads, infrastructure constraints, and production requirements.
Translate Physical AI use cases into requirements that Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams can use, backed by measurements and customer evidence.
Identify enterprise adoption barriers and common needs across industries. Work with Product and Engineering to assess gaps and test improvements with customers.
Build agents that set up, run, and debug Physical AI workloads, connecting them to clusters, schedulers, storage, and model servers.
Deploy and benchmark open-weight models with serving stacks such as vLLM or SGLang, then tune them for customer workloads.
Build prototypes and run technical evaluations to answer specific questions about performance, reliability, and product fit.
Assess demand and existing alternatives for opportunities outside current product teams’ scope, then build where there is a clear market.
Debug across Python, agents, model servers, Kubernetes, GPUs, networking, and storage. Turn successful setups into reusable scripts, deployments, and short guides.
What we are looking for
Three or more years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, ML infrastructure, or similar, including ownership of a production service, cluster, or platform.
Experience working directly with customers or external engineers to scope problems, run evaluations, and explain technical tradeoffs.
Ability to turn an unfamiliar customer problem into concrete infrastructure requirements.
Practical experience building with LLMs or agents, at work or independently, with an understanding of their internals (e.g., transformers, KV caching, or tool calling) and how to evaluate their outputs.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure requirements, including identity and access management, network isolation, security, monitoring, and reliability.
Strong Python and Linux skills: you can read unfamiliar code, automate a setup, and debug from logs and metrics.
Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes, including configuration, networking, storage, and scheduling.
A record of getting useful software working with incomplete requirements, measuring results, and following through with the people using it.
Helpful experience
Enterprise customer engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or taking a new product from an initial customer problem to adoption.
Distributed compute such as Ray, Slurm, Spark, or multi-GPU jobs.
NVIDIA GPU workloads, including memory management, drivers, CUDA, NCCL, and monitoring.
Model serving with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or TGI.
Robotics, simulation, synthetic data, reinforcement learning, world models, or tools such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Omniverse, and Cosmos.
Infrastructure automation and enterprise integrations, including Terraform, CI/CD, private connectivity, and identity federation.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

We love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, prospects, and partners, helping them visualise the steps to achieve their business objectives, and then delivering the outcome with them.

When a customer asks a question, you answer it.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling yet understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic private sector customers, and throughout all of these activities you'll provide feedback that improves the value and experience customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with the Sales team as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value, and leading the discussions on value creation and solution development that achieve the technical win
- Design customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, and give guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation
- Own the post-sale customer experience end to end, configuring, deploying, and tuning our products yourself rather than coordinating others who do it, and working alongside customer teams so they become self-sufficient
- Drive sustained adoption and measurable value, from fast onboarding through to the ongoing work of monitoring usage, reviewing product health, tuning rules and alerts, and intervening when adoption slips
- Map customer workflows to capabilities across the product suite, including investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis solutions
- Investigate using Chainalysis tooling to a competent standard, tracing, attributing, and analysing on the platform, so you can surface actionable insights and integrate Chainalysis into the customer's compliance and risk workflows
- Be the person customers look to for answers, resolving technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions directly, and owning time-sensitive decisions by validating signals quickly and moving the right matters through the correct escalation path
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to our Product and Engineering teams, including data gaps such as unclustered or unattributed services that you find in the field
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers, identifying business opportunities and substantially increasing our foothold with private sector customers and prospects
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Worked in or directly with our private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, and can speak credibly from practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations and familiar with how data is structured in SQL, and always interested in learning more
- Experience of account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business, including commercial awareness and partnering with sales counterparts on renewals and expansion
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
- Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems
- A collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge
- Fluency in English
Nice to have experience:
- Financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
- Hands-on use of AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
- Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods, and protecting them while using them effectively
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

The role
Nebius is building and deploying large-scale AI infrastructure across multiple data centers. Our Hardware Deployment Engineering team is responsible for the technical bring-up, validation, troubleshooting and handover of new GPU, compute and storage infrastructure.
We are looking for
a Hardware Deployment Engineering Team Lead
to manage and develop the Deployment Engineering team across EMEA. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines people management, capacity planning, project coordination and infrastructure engineering.
You will lead engineers working across new data center launches and expansion projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact between Deployment Engineering, project management, Data Center Operations and other engineering teams & will report to the Head of Hardware Delivery and Deployment.
This position is based at our headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Remote work is not available for this role. Regular travel to data centers across EMEA will be required
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Deployment Engineering team
Manage a team of Deployment Engineers across EMEA.
Hold regular 1:1s, provide feedback, set expectations, and support engineers in their development.
Assign responsibilities and make sure engineers have clear ownership during deployments.
Identify skill gaps and build technical depth within the team.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management as the team grows.
Remove blockers for engineers and escalate organizational or technical issues when necessary.
Own deployment engineering planning
Represent Deployment Engineering in project planning and synchronization meetings for new data center launches.
Understand upcoming deployment milestones and translate them into engineering resource requirements.
Plan engineer allocation across multiple parallel projects and deployment phases.
Make sure the right technical expertise is available for hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and acceptance.
Identify resource conflicts and delivery risks early rather than reacting to them during deployment.
Maintain a clear view of team capacity, project priorities, travel requirements, and upcoming workload.
Drive technical execution
Ensure deployment testing and hardware bring-up are executed consistently and to the required quality level.
Support engineers with complex hardware, firmware, Linux, and systems troubleshooting.
Step into critical technical issues when deeper investigation or coordination is required.
Drive problems toward a clearly identified failure domain, root cause, or actionable escalation.
Coordinate with R&D, DC Operations, vendors, ODMs, and other engineering teams when issues cross organizational boundaries.
Make sure deployment findings result in fixes, documentation, tooling, or process improvements rather than remaining one-off solutions.
Improve how we deploy infrastructure
Build repeatable deployment processes, standards, checklists, and troubleshooting practices.
Improve the quality and predictability of hardware testing and acceptance.
Identify recurring deployment problems and drive systemic fixes upstream into factory, hardware, firmware, tooling, or operational processes.
Improve handover from Deployment Engineering to steady-state operations.
Help develop automation and tooling that reduce manual work and increase deployment scale.
We expect you to have:
Strong experience with server hardware, data center infrastructure, or large-scale systems deployment.
Experience leading engineers, either as a formal people manager or as a strong technical/team lead with clear ownership for other engineers.
Ability to plan resources and coordinate engineering work across several projects running in parallel.
Strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate in environments where procedures are incomplete and problems are not yet well understood.
Ability to challenge assumptions, investigate beyond the immediate symptom, and drive issues to resolution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers, engineering teams, operations, and external vendors.
Comfortable working directly in data centers and traveling across EMEA when required.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Linux troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of modern server architecture.
Experience diagnosing hardware and infrastructure problems across components such as CPU, memory, NVMe, PCIe, NICs, BMC, BIOS, and firmware.
Experience deploying GPU or AI infrastructure at scale.
Experience with large server fleets or hyper-scale environments.
Experience working with ODMs or server vendors during production, deployment, or failure investigation.
Experience with automated hardware validation or fleet-level testing.
Experience building a deployment, infrastructure, SRE, hardware reliability, or similar engineering team.
What success looks like
You will not be measured by how many individual servers you personally troubleshoot or deploy.
Success means that Deployment Engineering operates as a reliable function: projects know when and how to engage the team, engineers are assigned to the right work, technical problems are driven to resolution, deployment risks are visible early, engineers are developing, and new infrastructure can move from delivery to operational readiness predictably.
You will be the person the Head of Hardware Delivery and Deployment can rely on to run the EMEA Deployment Engineering function day to day, while also continuously improving how the team operates and scales.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery
Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization
Line management, performance management, 1-on-1s, development plans, and onboarding for 17 engineers
Workload, capacity, and resource allocation within the domain
Hiring and exit decisions, compensation recommendations, and building the Team Lead bench
Coach Team Leads on leadership and systems thinking in a domain this size, that is the primary lever, not a side responsibility
Requirements:
Experience managing software engineering teams, including working through Team Leads
Strong engineering background in platform, infrastructure, or cloud operations: CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture, observability, and release engineering
Experience running production infrastructure under availability commitments: incident management, on-call practice, and post-incident follow-through
Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness across more than one team
Comfort making timeline trade-offs under pressure and defending them with data
Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and people management skills
Ability to make pragmatic decisions and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
What You Should Expect From Us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.

We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.

We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.
