Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.

We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic is hiring a
Senior Accountant
to own the annual audit, support AP and AR activity, and drive the month-end close alongside the Accounting Manager. This role is the technical backbone of the accounting team. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement below!
What You'll Do
Serve as the day-to-day lead on external audit requests — managing the PBC list, timeline, and fieldwork logistics, preparing schedules, workpapers, and tie-outs, and responding to auditor inquiries.
Own product-level cash reconciliations across network payables, customer receivables, interchange, chargebacks, and fees — ensuring every dollar movement across the card lifecycle ties out between internal ledgers, processor/network reporting, and bank statements.
Investigate reconciliation discrepancies using transaction-level data, document root causes, and partner with Data and Engineering to resolve underlying issues.
Review AP and AR activity — payments, employee reimbursements, card issuance, invoicing, deferred revenue schedules, and credit application.
Prepare and review month-end journal entries — accruals, allocations, reclasses — with adequate support and approval.
Back up the Accounting Manager on monthly close to ensure timely, accurate reporting, including variance analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
Research and document technical accounting positions, and help maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
Evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending and implementing changes that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance and technical review to junior team members, plus support for ad hoc analyses and projects.
What You Bring
BA/BS in Accounting with 4+ years in Big 4 and/or on a startup accounting team.
FinTech experience preferred — familiarity with payments concepts (settlement, interchange, funds flow), or the ability to learn complex transactional data models quickly.
Ability to write basic SQL to retrieve, filter, join, and summarize transactional data, with an investigative mindset to identify and explain discrepancies.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) and advanced Excel to work through large, complex data sets — reconciliations, variance analysis, memo drafting, and process documentation.
Experience working directly with auditors on an independent financial statement audit, with working knowledge of GAAP.
Advanced ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and hands-on AP/AR work, including subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
Customer service-level communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Desire to succeed, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced organization, with an approachable demeanor that inspires trust.
Experience with Salesforce, Ramp, Google Suite, and/or Looker is a plus.
The annual US salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.

Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).

Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.

You’re the kind of person who looks at a complex, deeply interconnected system and immediately wants to know how it functions and what would make it break. Focused on finding more than just bugs, you want to untangle dependencies and raise the bar for quality across the board. You're comfortable stepping up to take ownership and lead the charge when things get complicated.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is our cross-platform IDE for databases, and its core functionality powers database tools across other JetBrains IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and PhpStorm. Because of the large size of this ecosystem, which spans many database systems, environments, and integrations, keeping our quality bar high is a complex, strategic challenge. You’ll take ownership of quality across these shared components and release processes. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to map out expected behaviors, investigate hard-to-reproduce issues, and improve how we build and test. Your work will directly influence the reliability of tools used by millions of developers every day, making sure changes in one area don't unexpectedly break another.
Day to day, you will:
Lead QA activities, set priorities, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and components.
Investigate unclear, poorly reproducible, and cross-component issues to find the root cause.
Analyze logs, test results, and user reports to spot broader quality patterns behind individual failures.
Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing to manage release cycles safely.
Work with developers and product teams to establish expected behavior when detailed specifications aren't available.
Improve our QA processes and guide the team in making confident release decisions.
What you’ll bring
A high degree of independence and technical curiosity.
Comfort taking ownership of complex problems and driving them to resolution.
The ability to see the big picture and understand how changes in one area affect the rest of the system.
A proactive approach to improving processes rather than just following them.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn scattered logs and user reports into clear insights.
The communication skills to bring different teams together and coordinate testing efforts smoothly.
What you’ll need
The proven ability to test complex, multi-component systems and navigate integration and end-to-end testing.
Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience leading QA activities and shaping test strategies for multiple products and release cycles.
Familiarity with reading and debugging code (Java or Kotlin preferred) to troubleshoot deeply embedded issues.
Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated tests.
The ability to navigate and troubleshoot CI/CD systems, test environments, and infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, or TeamCity).
Experience investigating distributed systems, APIs, and service-to-service integrations using monitoring and logging tools.
What success looks like
Within your first few months, you’ll have a firm grasp of the DataGrip ecosystem and how its components interact across our IDEs. You’ll be independently identifying quality risks, setting clear testing priorities, and helping teams ship reliable releases without bottlenecks. Long-term, you’ll have established smoother QA workflows, making it easier for everyone to understand dependencies and catch cross-product issues before they reach our users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary.
We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule.
Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off.
More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities.
Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support.
Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks.
Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness.
On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events.
Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a world-class research group focused on making fundamental biological discoveries. The team combines cutting-edge AI with hands-on biological research, positioning Anthropic at the forefront of AI-accelerated scientific discovery.
About the role
We are hiring a Research Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our team: the person who makes sure scientists can walk in every morning and get straight to science. You'll take on the operational systems we've started — procurement, inventory, safety, equipment, space — make them better, and scale them as the lab and its needs grow. We're hiring for trajectory as much as for what you've already done: the scope of this role will grow with the size of the team, and we want someone who's excited by that. This role is a rare opportunity to build the operational foundation of Anthropic's biology team and to grow with it. The systems you put in place will shape how a frontier AI company does experimental biology for years to come. If you're energized by high-ownership operational work in the service of ambitious science, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations end to end: ordering and inventory, equipment scheduling and upkeep, consumables, shipping and receiving, and general space organization
Build on and extend the operational systems a growing group needs: procurement workflows, inventory and sample tracking, equipment maintenance and calibration schedules, onboarding and training, SOPs
Manage facilities and space: coordinate buildouts, moves, and equipment installs; act as the primary interface to building management, contractors, and Anthropic's central Workplace and IT teams
Own the operating budget: track spend against plan, run the capital equipment purchasing process, and partner with Finance on forecasting and reporting
Manage vendor and supplier relationships: including contract research organizations: source and qualify vendors, negotiate quotes and service contracts, schedule preventive maintenance and field-service visits, and hold suppliers to their commitments
Minimum qualifications
Have managed the day-to-day operations of a life sciences lab — equipment, inventory, ordering, safety, space, and scheduling
Have hands-on procurement and vendor management experience: sourcing suppliers, negotiating quotes and service contracts, and coordinating field-service and maintenance technicians
Have tracked and managed an operating budget: purchase orders, invoices, spend-vs-plan, and capital requests
Preferred qualifications
Are the person everyone in your group already comes to when something is broken, missing, late, or unclear — and you like being that person
Enjoy engaging with scientists on the science itself — you want to understand what's happening at the bench well enough to anticipate needs
Are results-oriented and practical and pick up slack even when it goes outside your job description
Enjoy a role that stretches from the hands-on to the strategic, and are comfortable when priorities shift quickly and feedback is direct
Lab operations or lab management experience in a biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or life-sciences startup environment, including exposure to how those organizations build new functions and processes end to end
A degree in the life sciences and prior research experience at the bench
People-management experience: hiring, onboarding, and supervising operations or facilities staff
Experience supporting a team through significant growth in headcount, footprint, or capability, including utilities, permitting, and equipment
Familiarity with liquid-handling platforms, including their service, calibration, and consumable needs
Experience selecting and administering inventory management, sample tracking, equipment scheduling, or ELN systems
Capital equipment lifecycle management experience — evaluation, purchase, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), service contracts, and decommissioning
Experience with regulated shipping and receiving of biological materials, including import/export, permits, and material transfer agreements
Experience using AI tools for efficient team and process management (e.g., Claude Cowork)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Role overview | Context
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com built its name serving the world's largest enterprises. We're now growing into many more types of customer: businesses of every size, including self-serve, startups integrating straight from our docs, and platforms (software companies, payfacs and marketplaces) that onboard thousands of sellers through our APIs. As our product range grows, that takes us from thousands of customers to millions.
At that scale, the decision about who we work with, and on what terms, can't be a manual review at the end of a sales process. It has to be a product. It decides how quickly a good business goes live, how much it costs us to serve them, and how confident our regulators and scheme partners are in us. We're looking for a senior Engineering leader to own that decision.
This team decides which businesses we can work with and on what terms. It covers business verification, screening, underwriting, ongoing monitoring and financial crime. It's a shared platform that serves every one of our businesses. Its users are our customers (directly, or through the platforms they sign up with) and, internally, our Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime teams and the analysts who run reviews and investigations.
Much of what we have today was built segment by segment and market by market, for a smaller number of large customers. The next chapter is one opinionated, configurable decisioning platform. Enterprise, platform and SMB customers should all run on the same foundations, with the right depth of checks and the right terms for each. That way a new product, segment or market doesn't mean rebuilding our controls, and this team isn't on the critical path for every launch.
ROLE OVERVIEW | RISK, VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
The remit covers:
- Risk decisioning: underwriting, risk tiering, exposure limits, reserves and settlement terms, and when to restrict or offboard, re-assessed across the customer lifecycle.
- Business verification: company, ownership, document, bank account and website checks, run once for every segment.
- Financial crime: sanctions and PEP screening, AML and transaction monitoring, and the controls, audit trails and reporting behind our regulatory obligations.
- Decisioning platform: the shared infrastructure that runs these checks automatically for every market and customer type.
You'll partner closely with the teams that own onboarding and identity verification.
ROLE OVERVIEW | REMIT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be comfortable building and scaling critical platforms in a regulated environment, where correctness, auditability and availability matter as much as speed. You'll balance two goals that are often in tension: making it fast and easy for good businesses to work with us, and keeping bad actors out and the business compliant.
This is a change role. You'll assess what we have, set a clear direction, and move us from segment-specific, analyst-led processes to an automated decisioning platform, without pausing the business while you do it. You'll do this in close partnership with Product, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and with the leaders of the businesses that depend on the platform.
You'll directly lead an established team of engineers and managers of varying seniorities. Amongst other duties, you'll have impact across:
- Setting the technical vision and strategy for Risk, Verification & Compliance. That includes deciding what we build once and share, and what each segment, product or market configures.
- Building a decisioning platform that automates the decisions that don't need a human, safely, and sends the rest to the right analyst with the context they need. Our automation rate sets our cost to onboard and to serve.
- Making risk dynamic across the customer lifecycle. New businesses start on terms that match the signals we see: limits, reserves and settlement speed. Those terms relax automatically as the business trades well, and we act quickly when the signals change. This starts with simple rules and evolves into machine learning.
- Making decisions explainable, so that customers, partners and our own analysts understand why a decision was made and what happens next.
- Giving Risk and Compliance the dials. Acceptance criteria, early-life controls and policy should be configuration that can be changed, tested and measured by cohort, not a code change.
- Keeping our financial crime controls ahead of growth. Screening and monitoring have to scale from large enterprises to a very large base of smaller businesses, through new channels, payment methods and products.
- Leading the design and delivery of verification, screening, underwriting and monitoring systems that are accurate, auditable and highly available.
- Representing Engineering in regulatory, audit, scheme and partner conversations where needed.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of individual contributor (IC) Engineers and Engineering Managers, providing guidance, support and career development.
- Striving for best practice on hiring, coaching and enablement, and being a magnet for top talent.
ROLE OVERVIEW | DESIRED BACKGROUND, CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Experience leading multi-level engineering organisations (EMs and ICs) through growth and change, with a track record of developing leaders, not just hiring them.
- A record of transforming critical platforms while the business kept running: multi-year re-architecture, migrations, or consolidating several systems into one.
- Experience building and operating mission-critical decisioning or rules platforms at scale. Ideally these served several customer segments, products or markets from a shared foundation.
- Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, payments or similar), where compliance, auditability and risk are part of the engineering problem.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud-native, distributed and data-heavy systems, including how to run ML models safely in production.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and to make clear trade-offs in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Ideally, domain knowledge in KYB, AML and financial crime, underwriting, fraud or merchant risk. Experience with self-serve or high-volume onboarding, or with platforms and their sub-merchants, is a strong plus.
- Humility, low ego and an ideal ambassador for our mission, values and operating principles.
If you feel that you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please consider continuing in the process. We're always keen to build relationships with leaders who resonate with our mission and values.
