About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Brand Strategy Lead at Anthropic, you will own brand architecture and naming strategy across the Anthropic and Claude brands. Claude is becoming part of how people work, build, and discover, and how we organize and name what we make shapes how a broad, global audience of enterprise buyers, developers, researchers, policymakers, and the general public understands it and whether they trust it. This is a foundational role: you'll solidify this function at Anthropic, making the routine calls yourself and bringing the biggest decisions to senior leaders with a clear recommendation.
In this role, you'll own all brand architecture and naming strategy work globally, from how the portfolio fits together as it grows to the names we ship, and you'll build the systems, structure, and processes other teams follow. In a single week, you might map part of the portfolio, generate names, and take multiple recommendations to senior leaders. This is a senior individual contributor role, so you'll scope the work yourself and set a roadmap a year out with minimal direction. You'll partner closely with Brand Design, Product and Brand Marketing, Product teams, IP Legal, and Comms to position new offerings and introduce them to the world.
Key responsibilities
Own all brand architecture strategy across Anthropic and Claude, including how brands, products, models, features, plans, and programs relate to one another
Lead decisions on where new products, models, features, and programs sit in the portfolio, including when an offering extends an existing brand and when it needs its own, and when something earns a name versus a plain description
Own the company's global naming strategy and all naming work from brief to launch, across products, features, events, and programs
Develop names yourself, in volume, from descriptive to coined, and help teams and leaders pressure test them, running research when a decision needs it
Build coherent brand architecture, naming, and terminology systems, including conventions, usage rules, and a source of truth, along with tools and training so teams can make routine calls on their own
Manage intake and review, and get teams to come to us early, while there's still space to think, connect dots, and simplify
Present brand architecture and naming decision docs to senior leaders, and advise them on the hard calls
Track the portfolio over time, auditing and simplifying where it has grown complex
Partner with IP Legal to evaluate options, plan around clearance risk, and take names through clearance
Partner with Product and Brand Marketing to shape how new offerings are positioned, and ensure names work across global markets, including linguistic and cultural checks
Lead alignment across Product, IP Legal, Brand Marketing, and Comms on where a new offering sits, what its name means, how to use it, and how to introduce it to the world
Use Claude throughout the naming process, from generation to testing to governance
Minimum qualifications
Have deep expertise in brand architecture, including deciding where new products and programs sit in a complex and growing portfolio
Have built or rebuilt the brand architecture of a multi-brand portfolio, including how a company brand and its product brands work together
Can weigh branded house, endorsed, and house of brands models, and make a clear recommendation
Are genuinely passionate about brand architecture and naming as a craft, and appreciate how it builds stronger, more coherent brands and audience understanding
Know the range of naming strategies, from descriptive to coined, and have personally generated and shipped names across products, features, events, and programs
Have created systems and processes that codify brand architecture or names, such as nomenclature frameworks, conventions, databases, and governance, that teams at a company or client adopted
Have worked with trademark counsel and can plan around clearance risk
Write clear docs that get decisions made, and have scoped and led cross-company work with minimal direction
Can teach senior leaders why brand strategies and systems should matter to them, defend a system with conviction, and know when an exception is worth making
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Led brand architecture or naming in-house, at a specialty branding agency, or at a consultancy
Restructured a brand portfolio through rapid growth or major change
Experience with AI products, models, or programs, or with technology companies more broadly
Led naming across global markets, including linguistic and cultural checks
Worked across both consumer and enterprise brands
Designed qualitative or quantitative brand architecture or naming research, or managed naming, verbal identity, or research partners
A background in linguistics, copywriting, or verbal identity, and experience using AI tools in creative work
The ability to learn new, often technical, domains well enough to position, name, and brand them

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to share customer-facing subject matter expertise that supports customer business objectives.
Develop and deliver workshops, demos, and other reusable enablement content in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Build and maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies aligned with GitLab's market focus through training, certification, and working examples for internal and customer use.
Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including GitLab documentation, YouTube content, and enablement programs such as the Digital Journey.

A technical background in software development or systems engineering, including comfort discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
The ability to communicate complex technical and organizational topics clearly in writing and live settings, including Zoom calls, workshops, and presentations.
Experience operating as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business stakeholders in a post-sales environment.

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search — all deeply integrated and designed for growth. We're building the best developer platform to power the next generation of software companies, and our go-to-market team is scaling fast to match.
We're looking for a lead in Go-To-Market Strategic Planning, to shape how Supabase's GTM engine runs. This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You'll work directly with Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships and Product to build the systems, processes, and insights that help our go-to-market teams move faster and smarter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end GTM Strategic Planning, covering territory design, segmentation design, target planning and GTM capacity planning.
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for planning data across HubSpot, BigQuery and Hex.
- Translate company priorities into field actions through designing the planning strategy and seeing it through to execution.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to design and iterate on coverage models, segmentation, and team structures that reflect how developers actually buy.
- Define and track the metrics that matter, and surface insights that drive action, not just reporting.
- Lead the Strategic Planning roadmap: guide and lead in tooling investments and evaluate new systems and processes against real business needs.
- Work cross-functionally with talent acquisition, ensuring GTM and territory models stay aligned.
- Collaborate with GTM Engineering on automations and data pipelines so that your strategy translates into working systems, not just slide decks.
WE'LL EXPECT YOU TO
- Operate with high ownership. You set your own agenda, escalate when needed, and don't wait to be asked.
- Work asynchronously and document clearly. We're a globally distributed team and writing is how we think.
- Bridge strategy and execution. From drafting segmentation approaches in Google Docs to using SQL to monitor its effectiveness.
- Build for scale without over-engineering. Simple systems that work beat perfect systems that don't ship.
- Stay close to the customer. Developers are our buyers, and understanding how they discover, adopt, and expand is core to everything you'll do.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company.
- Are fluent in the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
- Can write SQL comfortably and aren't afraid to get into the data yourself before asking an analyst.
- Have experience designing or overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in a high-growth environment.
- Understand product-led growth motions: PLS, usage-based triggers, and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines.
- Thrive with autonomy and are energized by building things that didn't exist before you joined.
- Communicate with clarity across Finance, Sales, Success, Partnerships, Engineering, and Marketing without losing nuance.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain's web presence is both a product and a growth engine. Developers visit our site to evaluate our tools, learn what we build, and decide whether to go deeper. We're looking for a Web Lead to own the strategy, quality, and evolution of LangChain's web properties across marketing, product, and education.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in systems and cares about craft. You'll set the strategic direction for how LangChain presents itself on the web, establishing the processes that keep the site accurate and high-performing, leading conversion and SEO initiatives, and partnering closely with content, design, growth engineering, and demand gen to bring it all together.
What You'll Do
Web Ownership
- Lead the web roadmap. Maintain a clear, prioritized view of what needs to be built, fixed, or improved across LangChain's web properties, balancing strategic initiatives with ongoing maintenance, quality, and reliability. Translate business priorities into web plans and drive them to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional web work. Serve as the central point of contact for web across marketing, education, product marketing, design, and growth engineering. Run the intake, review, and launch process so teams can ship web changes with speed and confidence.
- Own the site's structural health. Establish and enforce processes for keeping the site accurate, up-to-date, and free of technical debt. This includes governance for page creation and deprecation, content hygiene, and cross-functional intake so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Manage the CMS and tooling stack. Own the relationship with our CMS and web tooling vendors. Ensure the right systems are in place for the team to operate efficiently, and evaluate new tools as the site's needs evolve.
Conversion & Performance
- Own conversion rate optimization. Develop and execute a CRO program across key pages, including homepage, product pages, pricing, and landing pages. Design and run experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into durable improvements to the site's ability to drive signups, product adoption, and pipeline.
- Define and track web performance metrics. Establish the reporting framework for how we measure web effectiveness across traffic, engagement, conversion, and downstream impact on product metrics. Own a regular reporting cadence that gives stakeholders a clear view of what's working and where to invest.
- Partner with demand gen on landing pages. Work closely with marketing to design, build, and optimize campaign landing pages that convert. Bring a disciplined, test-and-learn mindset to paid and organic landing page performance.
SEO
- Build the bridge between SEO and content. Partner with the content team to ensure editorial and technical content decisions are informed by search data, and that published content is positioned to capture and convert high-intent traffic. Establish shared processes for keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Content on SEO strategy for LangChain's web properties. Help define the organic search strategy across marketing and product pages, working in close partnership with our SEO agency and content team. Prioritize based on search intent, competitive opportunity, and business impact.
- Own technical SEO. In partnership with engineering, ensure the site's technical foundation supports strong organic performance across site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema markup, and indexing health.
Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment
- Be the strategic voice on web. Bring a clear point of view to questions like: what should the information architecture look like as we scale? How do we balance developer credibility with commercial clarity? How does the website evolve as the product and company grow?
- Align web to business goals. Understand what marketing, sales, product, and education need from the site, and translate those needs into a coherent web strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Strategic operator. You can hold the long-term vision and the day-to-day execution at the same time. You know when to move fast and when to slow down and get alignment.
- Deep web fluency. You understand how great websites are built; the architecture, the technical foundations, the tooling, and the operational discipline that drives performance.
- Analytically rigorous. You know how to define what good looks like, instrument it, and use data to make decisions. You're comfortable in analytics platforms and can design and interpret experiments.
- Developer audience instincts. You understand what earns trust with technical audiences and know how to present LangChain credibly to developers.
- Collaborative and clear. You'll work across a lot of functions. You're able to build alignment, communicate trade-offs, and keep things moving without needing authority over everyone involved.
