Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.
States of Mind is our video-first media at the intersection of mental health and psychedelics. It runs two shows. Human Journeys is built for reach and tells lived stories. Process in Progress is built for authority: it documents the clinicians, facilitators, researchers, and regulators who are building the industry while it takes shape. Both shows follow one honesty rule: difficult and ambiguous stories go on air alongside the successes.
The Role
The Showrunner takes over Process in Progress end to end and answers for one thing above all: whether more people watch it. You decide what gets made, run the recordings, and own the numbers. Editing and production stay with our external editing agency, which you brief and whose cuts you accept or send back.
We are hiring a show-builder. The person we want has already made a recurring format accumulate a following, on whichever platforms the audience turned out to live. The mandate starts with one show and is designed to grow across the slate: you set the craft standards for both current shows now and lead future shows as we add them.
Psychedelic therapy and interventional psychiatry are becoming real medicine, unevenly and noisily, with genuine promise and genuine casualties. We think this transition needs media people can trust: rigorous about evidence, honest about failures and costs, and human about the people living through it and building it. We expect you to find this subject worth years of your curiosity.
Responsibilities: What You Will Drive
The show's audience outcome
Owning people per month and engaged share, measured in named platform fields (Apple Listeners, Spotify Audience, YouTube unique viewers);
Working against floor, target, and stretch goals, and changing the approach whenever the show falls below floor;
Following the audience wherever it accumulates. If growth lives in vertical social rather than long-form YouTube, the measurement fields change (IG Reach, Shorts viewers) and the ownership stays with you;
Sharing one bridge metric with distribution: followers and subscribers converted per episode across platforms. You create the moments that convert, distribution ships and places them. Channel health, total social following, and collabs remain distribution's numbers.
Pre-production and recording
Guest research and dossiers;
Episode scripts with the arc, key questions, and clip moments planned in advance;
Briefs for guests and co-hosts;
Running every recording as the showrunner. Clip moments are created in the room, the edit only finds what was already captured.
Growth loop
A packaging hypothesis for every episode (title, thumbnail, first 60 seconds, structure) and a review of what worked;
Clips as the main acquisition channel;
Reading retention curves, watch-through, and first-7-day performance, and carrying the conclusions into the next episode;
Killing formats that fail to move the numbers two episodes in a row.
Guests and partnerships
Keeping a pipeline of 8+ confirmed guests who are either broadly known (around 100K+ following) or known in the industry (10-15K+);
Bringing institutional representatives (clinics, associations, researchers, regulators) into every second episode. Guest invitations are our partnership motion;
Arranging audience cross-sharing with other shows;
Logging every contact in the shared partner tracker with a next step.
Distribution kit
Handing clips, quotes, talking points, and per-platform titles to distribution at least 2 days before release. A release without its kit counts as an unfinished task.
Craft standards across the slate
Building the production and packaging playbook that both shows run on, together with the Head of Media.
Experience: What You Bring
A show you grew, with proof: its name, the starting and ending numbers, and what you changed;
3+ years producing recurring talk, interview, or documentary formats across platforms, including social video;
Fluency in packaging, CTR, retention curves, and clips as acquisition. You read YouTube, Spotify, and Apple analytics yourself;
Experience briefing external editors and accepting or rejecting a cut;
Daily, systematic use of AI across the production loop, from guest research to clip selection and retention analysis;
Strong plus: work in health, science, medicine, or finance, and a show launched from zero.
What We Don't Expect
A psychedelics background. Almost nobody with this skill set has one, and substance is held by co-hosts and the editorial check. We need curiosity and respect for the field;
Ownership of content substance. Medical and substantive wording sits with hosts, co-hosts, and editorial, and the honesty rule is fixed rather than something to optimize;
Editing or motion craft. You will not cut video, the external agency does.
Engagement Format
Remote, European time zones (UK/EU). We work as a distributed team across Europe. US-based candidates are considered only with reliable overlap with a European working day;
A long-term team role. We are hiring a permanent member of the team;
Finalists complete a paid test assignment first. After that we start either full-time from day one, or with a fractional first quarter (2-3 days per week, one show) that converts to full-time as the slate grows. We agree the start with the right person.
Compensation: TBD
Location: South Africa; Philippines; Jamaica; Pakistan; Malaysia; Australia

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.

You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.

Read the market.
Maintain a current and accurate view of market conditions, investor appetite, and comparable transactions to inform timing and structure.

Cultivating and stewarding these relationships is central to this role.
Originate relationships.
Build and steward relationships with sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and large institutional allocators, with particular emphasis on the Gulf, Asia, and North America.

Build the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.
Represent Xsolla.
Represent the company with poise and authority at investor meetings, industry forums, and capital markets events around the world.

The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Secure AI infrastructure before the market does.
Demand for AI infrastructure continues to outpace supply. You'll identify and secure strategic opportunities before they become unavailable while balancing speed, scale, risk, and long-term flexibility.
Expand the Nebius AI Cloud across the Americas.
You'll evaluate emerging markets, develop regional acquisition strategies, and help shape where Nebius invests next as we scale across multiple geographies simultaneously.
Structure transactions that accelerate deployment.
You'll negotiate colocation agreements, build-to-suit developments, powered land acquisitions, and other infrastructure partnerships that enable AI capacity to come online faster.
About the Role
As a Site Selection Manager, you'll lead the acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas from market strategy through executed agreements. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll identify new opportunities, negotiate complex transactions, and partner across Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, Technical Due Diligence, Project Development, and Delivery to bring new AI infrastructure online.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, and processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex transactions while helping build the systems that make every future deal faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Own the acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas, from market strategy through executed agreements.
Develop regional acquisition strategies and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified colocation, build-to-suit, and powered land opportunities.
Lead negotiations across multiple commercial structures, from initial engagement through signed agreements.
Serve as transaction owner, leading cross-functional deal teams to keep parallel workstreams aligned and on schedule.
Prepare investment recommendations and present commercial, financial, and strategic analyses to executive leadership.
Infrastructure Origination
Develop acquisition strategies for priority markets across the Americas.
Identify, evaluate, and advance colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, utilities, landowners, economic development agencies, and infrastructure partners.
Assess network connectivity as a core site-selection criterion — long-haul access, carrier availability, and route diversity — engaging the Network team for technical validation.
Lead negotiations from initial engagement through executed agreements across multiple commercial structures.
Market Strategy
Develop market intelligence across power availability, utility constraints, network connectivity and fiber availability (proximity to long-haul routes, carrier and dark-fiber presence, and route diversity), permitting environments, land availability, incentives, and competitive market activity.
Identify emerging AI infrastructure markets and recommend long-term acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified infrastructure opportunities aligned with Nebius' growth objectives.
Monitor regional market trends to support long-term infrastructure planning.
Transaction Leadership
Serve as the transaction owner from opportunity identification through executed agreements.
Lead cross-functional transaction teams across Legal, Finance, Energy, Engineering, Network, Technical Due Diligence, Project Development, and Delivery.
Drive transaction schedules, resolve commercial issues, and maintain momentum across multiple parallel workstreams.
Structure commercial solutions that balance speed, flexibility, risk, and long-term value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Technical Due Diligence team to complete technical evaluations and assess development risk.
Partner with the Network team to validate connectivity feasibility and factor long-haul, dark fiber, and points-of-presence considerations into site and market selection.
Partner with the Project Development team to transition projects into development and construction readiness.
Collaborate with Finance on commercial modeling, investment analysis, and executive approval packages.
Work with Legal to negotiate agreements that appropriately allocate commercial and development risk.
What Success Looks Like
Build a strong pipeline of qualified AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas.
Execute infrastructure transactions that accelerate Nebius' expansion into strategic markets.
Develop trusted relationships with developers, utilities, brokers, and strategic infrastructure partners.
Deliver acquisition recommendations that balance speed, cost, scale, flexibility, and long-term strategic value.
Develop regional market strategies that create a repeatable pipeline of future infrastructure opportunities.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to move complex transactions forward while helping define how future transactions should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center site selection, commercial real estate, infrastructure development, or large-scale industrial development.
Experience leading infrastructure or real estate transactions from opportunity identification through contract execution.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, utility markets, land development, and commercial negotiations.
Experience negotiating land acquisitions, leases, colocation agreements, build-to-suit transactions, or similar infrastructure agreements.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance technical, financial, and strategic considerations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale, AI infrastructure, digital infrastructure, or mission-critical development.
Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, substations, renewable energy development, or power markets.
Familiarity with the connectivity drivers of data center site selection (power, fiber and network availability, route diversity) and the ability to partner effectively with network engineering teams.
Experience with GIS platforms, infrastructure market intelligence, or portfolio planning.
Familiarity with data center development, permitting, or infrastructure delivery.
