We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Clear writer who can create ad copy that works for different audiences and markets
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Strong project management, able to run several campaigns in parallel

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
We are building a world-class robotics organisation across London, Vancouver and Boston to solve some of the hardest problems in humanoid robotics, including integrating complex hardware, embedded systems, AI, and large-scale robotic platforms into cohesive, production-ready systems.
If you are excited about driving large-scale, cross-functional robotics programs from concept to real-world deployment, then we're keen to hear from you.
About the role (Intro):
As a Technical Program Manager at Humanoid, you will own the planning and execution of complex robotics development projects, ensuring predictable delivery of our highly integrated humanoid systems and our roadmap of capabilities for deployment at customer sites. You will lead cross-functional development with an emphasis on software/AI on new hardware, coordinating closely with our teams in Boston, Vancouver, and San Diego.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to drive execution across deeply interdependent teams.
Establish processes that work
The nature, method, and velocity of software development is changing fast. Yet the iron triangle of project management (scope, schedule, budget) remains. The TPM must apply, build, and evolve processes and tools to manage this.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Drive execution of next-generation humanoid robot programs from concept to deployment
- Work at the intersection of hardware, embedded systems, AI, robotics, and production
- Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams spanning multiple time zones
- Tackle the complex challenges of scaling robotics systems into products that work in the real world
What you'll own:

Drive execution
Track and motivate project progress end-to-end, coordinating across many teams, sites, and suppliers to predictably execute the plan. Proactively anticipate risks, put mitigation plans in place, and manage them actively. Urgently identify, prioritise, and clear blockers.
Lead people and stakeholders
Empathise with, partner with, negotiate with, and manage stakeholders, using tactful and effective approaches to build alignment and secure commitments. Establish efficient, clear, and timely program communication, tailored to your audience and optimised for the real challenges of collaborating across distances, cultures, and time zones.
Bring judgment
Based on situational awareness, operate fluidly between the strategic and the detailed. Apply systems thinking, perspective, and technical judgment to bring clarity, prioritisation, and guidance to your teams.
Embody the culture
Roll up your sleeves and enthusiastically pitch in wherever it's needed for the program's success at Humanoid because we're all in this together. Never settle for the status quo and play a key role in proactively improving our practices. Demonstrate through your actions how you contribute to the team's success, building strong, enduring influence across the program team and its stakeholders.
What we're looking for from you:
- 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience as a project or program manager for development of leading-edge software product development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to software, AI, or robotics
- Technical background in development of complex systems that integrate new hardware, firmware, and software
- Experienced in modern tech software development processes and tools
- Exposure to hardware development and new product introduction
- Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing influential stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across diverse teams
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure, including with executive stakeholders
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Adept applying AI to project management and development workflows
- Flexibility to shift hours as needed to collaborate with our international team
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware companies
- Experience in production development
- Experience working in speed-focused startup environments
- Experience across end-to-end lifecycle, from R&D to production
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
Why Join Humanoid
- Competitive salary plus participation in our Stock Option Plan
- Collaboration with top-tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives
- Ability to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges in robotics for the real world
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and concessionary days over the Christmas period.
- Comprehensive extended health benefits starting on your first day, including fully paid medical and dental, virtual care, employee and family assistance, and worldwide emergency medical support

About the role:
At Humanoid, we are working from a simple hypothesis that AI is rapidly transforming engineering. The bottlenecks are shifting from writing code to how efficiently AI-authored changes can be verified.
We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to own developer productivity in the age of AI and agents. You’ll build the platform that lets our engineers move faster with coding agents while protecting our code, infrastructure, and robots. You’ll give developers and agents the environments, context, and tools to work effectively, and build verification and security into the path from task to healthy deployment. This means rethinking how engineering work gets done, not just adding agents to existing processes, and establishing the access controls, isolation, and monitoring needed to guard against mistakes, misuse, and new security threats.
This is a hands-on leadership role and the keystone hire for a new developer productivity team. You’ll build the critical systems yourself, recruit and lead engineers, and work across Developer Tools, Security, Safety, Simulation, and robot software. Success means increasing engineering output while reducing cost and human review per accepted change, without increasing defects or safety risk.
What you'll do:
- Own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change, including acceptance criteria, execution, verification, merge, rollout, monitoring, and rollback.
- Build secure, reproducible agent runtimes with task-scoped identity, short-lived credentials, bounded access, cost controls, and re-playable execution records. Proactively detect unauthorized agent activity across our compute clusters, whether internal or external.
- Build the interfaces developers use to launch, monitor, and control agents, alongside tooling for agents to collaborate through shared memory, coordinated work, and appropriately authorized access to company resources.
- Reduce the tokens and retries required for accepted work through better context assembly, model and tool routing, caching, task decomposition, and feedback.
- Give agents fast access to builds, tests, simulation, replay, and hardware-in-the-loop, with acceptance criteria they cannot alter.
- Work with engineering teams to make the codebase easier to navigate and verify through clear interfaces, strong invariants, reproducible environments, fast local checks, and well-documented implementation paths.
- Recruit and lead the team while remaining hands-on. Measure success through cost per accepted change, human review time, escaped defects, and time from push to healthy on the robot.
What we're looking for:

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements
- Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies
- A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles
