THE ROLE
ClickHouse is the fastest, most resource-efficient open-source database for real-time analytics, and ClickHouse Cloud is growing across every region and segment. Our Solution Architects (SAs) are the technical heart of that growth: They run the proofs of concept, defend the architecture, and win the room against the largest data platforms in the world.
You will be the single owner of global technical sales enablement and SA onboarding at ClickHouse. You are integral in deciding what a ClickHouse SA needs to know, say and do in order to be successful, and you wholly own the build out of the programs to get them there. You will measure everything, incorporate AI, and drive real results that time to revenue impact. You are the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, SA leadership, and the field.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role. You lead through influence, the systems you build, and the credibility you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
GLOBAL SA ONBOARDING
- Design and run the end-to-end onboarding program for new SAs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. These include but are not limited to: Technical foundations, ClickHouse architecture and internals, demo and POC craft, discovery and objection handling, competitive positioning, and our sales process.
- Define and certify ramp. Set clear 30/60/90-day milestones, build the certification and shadow-to-lead progression, and publish time-to-productivity as a metric leadership can see and trust.
- Make onboarding regionally real. Adapt the global program to how each theater sells, and coordinate cohort schedules, mentors, and live sessions across time zones.
TECHNICAL SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY AND EVERBOARDING
- Own the global technical enablement plan and its calendar. This includes the quarterly priorities, the programs behind them, and the communication that keeps SA and Sales leadership aligned on what is shipping and why.
- Run product-launch readiness for the field. Partner with Product and PMM so SAs have talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and competitive positioning before General Availability.
- Build the competitive and architecture curriculum. Deep dives, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks against the platforms we meet most (cloud data warehouses, search and observability stacks, and incumbent OLAP systems).
- Extend enablement to adjacent technical roles as needed: Account Executives on technical fundamentals, Support on the sales motion, and partners on positioning.
DIAGNOSE, THEN PRESCRIBE
- Start from signals, not requests. Use call recordings, CRM data, win/loss, POC outcomes, certification results, and conversations with SA leaders to find the skill gaps that actually cost us deals, then classify and prioritize them with data.
- Pick the right modality for the gap: hands-on lab, self-serve path, live workshop, AI role-play, peer teaching, or in-the-moment coaching. Measure behavior change and deal outcomes.
- Close the loop. Systematically capture what is breaking in the field (friction, lost deals, recurring objections) and route it to Product, PMM, and Sales leadership as actionable recommendations.
BUILD AT SCALE
- Own the enablement toolchain: the LMS or learning hub, content repositories, certification tracking, and reporting. Keep a single source of truth for what is current.
- Activate SME communities. Identify and support the SAs who are already the best at something, and give them the structure to teach it peer-to-peer across regions.
STAY IN THE FIELD
- Spend roughly 10% of your time in customer-facing moments by joining POCs, account reviews, and live coaching.
- Facilitate. You will personally deliver live sessions, virtually and in person, at onboarding cohorts, regional kickoffs, and Kickoff events.
OPERATE LIKE AN OWNER
- Report on readiness. Define the KPIs (ramp time, certification rates, POC win rate, technical win contribution, workshop effectiveness) and present them in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage the portfolio. Run multiple programs in parallel, protect the plan from ad-hoc drift, and say no with a reason and an alternative.
- Expand the charter. This role will grow, potentially into hiring and leading a team, owning SKO technical tracks, partner enablement, or a technical certification program for customers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
- Every new SA worldwide goes through one global onboarding program with a defined ramp, and time-to-first-solo-POC is measured and trending down.
- SAs are enabled on every major launch before GA, with demo environments and competitive positioning ready on day one.
- Technical enablement priorities are set from field data and reviewed with SA and Sales leadership on a fixed cadence, and leadership can point to the deals and metrics that moved.
- A living competitive and architecture curriculum exists, is current, and is used by SAs and, increasingly, by AEs.
- SA leaders describe you as part of their extended leadership team, not a service desk.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying role. You have owned a number as an Account Executive, quota-carrying Solutions Engineer, or equivalent, and you know what it feels like when the quarter is on the line.
- 8+ years total across solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement at an enterprise software or data infrastructure company, including experience building and running enablement or onboarding programs.
- Deep hands-on data fluency: strong SQL, knowledge of OLAP/analytical databases, data warehousing architectures, streaming and ingestion pipelines, and at least one major cloud. You can run a demo, debug a lab, and read a query plan.
- You have been the engineer in the room. You have run POCs, handled objections live, and defended a technical position against a well-funded competitor.
- Proven program design and delivery: Needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation (virtual and in person), certification, and measurement for a technical, global audience.
- A self-starter with a bias for building. You create the plan when there is none, you ship version one before it is perfect, and you improve it from evidence.
- Leads through influence. You can secure sponsorship from VPs, align cross-functional peers, and hold the field to a standard without a reporting line.
- Data-driven and operational: comfortable pulling your own CRM and call-intelligence reports, defining KPIs, and debating the numbers with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator. You make complex technical concepts accessible without dumbing them down, in writing and on stage.
- Global mindset. Experience working across AMER, EMEA, and APJ time zones, and willingness to travel up to ~25% for cohorts, kickoffs, and field time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company through a major product launch or rapid SA headcount expansion.
- Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
- Demonstrated use of AI tooling to automate content creation, build internal tools, or scale enablement beyond live delivery.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) and with adult-learning or instructional-design principles.
- Experience building SME networks, peer-learning cohorts, or technical certification programs.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.

We are looking for an experienced and operationally sharp Security Operations & Incident Response Analyst (L3) to join Aleph's global IT Security team.
Reporting to the Global CISO, you will be the first line of defence when incidents occur and the engine behind the team's threat detection and response capabilities. You will own the end-to-end incident response process, lead threat hunting and intelligence activities, and manage the vulnerability and identity governance programmes — ensuring Aleph is both able to detect threats quickly and respond to them effectively across a complex, globally distributed environment.
What you'll do:
Incident Response
Own and coordinate the
end-to-end incident response process
: identification, triage, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review (lessons learned).
Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents escalated from IT Operations, the Security Engineer, and external sources.
Maintain and continuously improve
incident response playbooks
for the most relevant threat scenarios (ransomware, phishing, account compromise, data breach, insider threat, etc.).
Manage the
security incident log and register
: track all incidents, document timelines and actions, and produce trend analysis and reporting for the CISO.
Coordinate with external
SOC or MDR providers
where applicable: review daily reports, validate alert quality, and manage escalation workflows.
Data Breach Management
Lead
data breach investigations
: scope the breach, gather and preserve evidence, assess PII exposure, and coordinate response with Legal, Privacy, and HR.
Produce breach investigation reports with findings, root cause, and recommendations.
Threat Hunting & Intelligence
Conduct
proactive threat hunting
across the environment: develop hypotheses based on threat intelligence, search for indicators of compromise (IoCs), and investigate anomalous behaviour.
Manage the
Threat Intelligence function
: track relevant threat actors, TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), and sector-specific threat campaigns; integrate intelligence into SIEM/XDR detection rules and hunting queries.
Produce threat intelligence summaries and briefings for the CISO and relevant stakeholders.
Vulnerability Management
Own the
vulnerability management programme
: schedule and execute periodic vulnerability scans across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments.
Analyse scan results, prioritise findings by risk and exploitability, and coordinate remediation with IT Operations within agreed SLAs.
Track remediation progress, produce vulnerability metrics, and report status to the CISO.
Validate remediation effectiveness through re-scanning and spot-checks.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Manage
periodic access reviews
: coordinate with system owners and HR to review and certify user permissions across critical systems, ensuring least privilege is maintained.
Oversee the
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
programme: define PAM policies, monitor privileged account usage, and review access rights for administrator-level accounts.
Investigate and respond to identity-related anomalies and access policy violations.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years in a SOC analyst, incident response, or security operations role, with at least 1–2 years at L3 level is a plus.
Experience implementing or managing IAM and PAM solutions
Experience working within international or multinational environments.
Hands-on experience with incident response engagements (internal or consulting) is strongly valued.
Relevant certifications:
GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CEH, CompTIA CySA+
, or equivalent. OSCP is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with
SIEM platforms
(alert triage, rule writing, query development) and

and its application to threat hunting and incident response.
Experience conducting
vulnerability scans
using tools such as Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.

concepts and platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Azure PIM, or equivalent).
Experience with

methodologies: evidence collection, log analysis, and timeline reconstruction.
Knowledge of
threat intelligence platforms
and feeds (e.g. MISP, VirusTotal, threat intel feeds).
Understanding of
ISO 27001 incident management controls, NIS2 incident reporting obligations, and PCI DSS requirement 12.10
.
Calm and decisive under pressure.
Strong investigative mindset with structured problem-solving approach, excellent documentation skills.
Ability to communicate incident status and findings clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
English
: full professional proficiency (C1/C2) — primary working language.
Spanish
: professional proficiency is a plus.

About Osano
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role
Osano is looking for a
Demand Generation Manager
to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.
You'll be successful when you're:
Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.
Who You Are
You're equal parts
marketer, operator, and problem solver
. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.
You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.
Why Us
A well-defined career path that’s not just “climbing the ladder” - learn different competencies, skills, and concepts as you progress and get recognized for it.
Supportive leadership and peers - from sales engineering and product marketing to sales development and demand generation - you’re never in this alone.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$250,000
—
$280,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
