Team Execution & Scrum
Run and facilitate engineering scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and other working sessions as needed.

Backlog & Roadmap Management
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the team backlog and roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
Ensure work is clearly prioritized, appropriately structured, and visible to stakeholders.

Identify dependencies, sequencing challenges, and resource conflicts before they become delivery issues.
Change Management & Communication
Communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction clearly and proactively.
Help teams understand the why behind changes so that Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders have the context necessary to make better decisions.
Ensure important decisions and changes are documented and communicated consistently across impacted teams.

Operational Improvement
Identify recurring execution challenges, process breakdowns, organizational friction, and operational gaps.
Work with leadership to understand root causes and define strategies for addressing them.
Translate operational strategies into actionable improvements for the team.
Continuously evaluate how planning, prioritization, communication, and execution processes can be improved.

Changes are communicated clearly and with appropriate context.
Meetings result in decisions and action rather than additional ambiguity.
Operational problems are identified proactively and systematically improved.
Leadership has confidence in the team’s ability to execute against its commitments.
Skills & Experience
Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively across technical, product, creative, and business teams.
Comfortable facilitating discussions involving competing priorities or viewpoints.
Able to simplify complex situations and provide teams with clear direction and context.
Highly Organized
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Expenrience
Significant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within a technology or software organization.
Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

About the Team
IT Operations at ClickHouse keeps the company's internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure running securely and efficiently — from identity and endpoint management to the platforms every team relies on to do their work. This role sits on a newly formed AI Engineering function within IT Operations, created to centralize AI Ops rather than leave it disjointed across teams. The team — a Technical Lead plus one or two AI Ops Engineers — reporting to the IT Business Systems Manager, and brings the same rigor IT Ops applies to systems and infrastructure to the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI solutions and the agents they power.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer to help build and run a new AI Ops function at ClickHouse. You will work under a Technical Lead to design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across the business (People, Finance, Legal, and beyond) and engineering — building integrations, maintaining agents, supporting cost visibility, and helping train the org on AI best practices. This is a hands-on execution role: you will move quickly, ship real workflows, and help the team learn what works as we centralize AI Ops for the first time.
Success
This is a net-new function; specific goals will be set with your Technical Lead. Directionally, the team is measured on:
- Measurable reduction in redundant or inefficient AI tool and model spend through right-sizing, routing, and cost visibility
- A working framework for evaluating and selecting models/tools by cost, latency, accuracy, and risk, adopted across teams
- Agents and AI workflows built, deployed, and maintained cross-functionally (People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and beyond)
- Improved AI fluency and literacy org-wide, measured through training participation, adoption of approved tools, and reduced shadow-AI usage
- Established identity, access, audit, and lifecycle practices for AI agents that satisfy Security and GRC requirements
YOU WILL
Build AI-Powered Solutions
- Develop and deploy solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and internal tooling, for both business and engineering use cases
- Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement orchestration, ticketing, CI/CD, developer tooling) and legal infrastructure like CLM or Matter Management
- Build workflows such as document generation, data extraction, knowledge retrieval, and decision support across systems and knowledge bases
- Use modern integration standards (e.g., MCP) to give AI models and agents direct, secure access to internal knowledge and context
Support Model Evaluation
- Help test and benchmark AI models against accuracy, latency, cost, and safety criteria
- Support model risk assessments and due diligence alongside Security and GRC
- Help implement and maintain the internal model routing solution
Support Cost Visibility
- Help build dashboards and reporting for AI/LLM spend across teams and tools
- Implement tagging, monitoring, and alerting for cost anomalies
- Identify and execute on cost-optimization opportunities (prompt efficiency, caching, model right-sizing)
Maintain Agent Infrastructure
- Help provision, credential, and de-provision AI agent access
- Support deployment, versioning, monitoring, and retirement of agents
- Maintain and patch agent infrastructure and dependencies
- Help maintain audit trails and logging for agent actions
Deliver Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver company-wide AI training programs tailored to different audiences — non-technical business users through engineers
- Create lightweight playbooks, guides, templates, and reusable components for safe, effective AI adoption
- Run onboarding sessions, office hours, and workshops to build AI fluency and drive adoption of approved tools and agents
- Establish a feedback loop with users to continuously improve training content, tooling, and documentation
YOU BRING
You are not expected to have every skill below — tell us which are your strongest.
- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Experience building and consuming APIs, developing data pipelines, and architecting system integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience hosting or operating services in production
- Experience comparing and evaluating AI models across providers, including trade-offs between cost, latency, and quality
- Comfort working with usage and billing data to build cost visibility, forecasting, or optimization
- Ability to understand both business and engineering workflows and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience working with or integrating business systems as well as engineering/developer tooling
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, or workshops for mixed technical/non-technical audiences
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations
- Experience implementing safeguards in AI systems, including identity and access controls for automated/non-human actors

About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:
• Your CV
• Your portfolio — mandatory
• A short note about your experience in SMM and the types of content you have worked with
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into high-quality social media content — from the first idea to the final post.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
We are also the stewards of our members' most sensitive data, and building privacy in by design is core engineering work for us, not an afterthought.

We want to expand our cloud footprint with a revisited multi-cloud strategy as we expand internationally, while we’re elevating the quality bar, from infrastructure to code foundations (backend/frontend/mobile). We are also evolving our AI-augmented development, by putting AI code assistants as a first-class citizen for everyone, including non-engineers. Ultimately we have massive ambitions around our Security stack and posture with enhanced tools and processes to protect our developers and users.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills
