The WHOOP legal team plays a critical role in supporting that mission by enabling the business to move quickly and responsibly around the world. WHOOP is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to oversee and manage litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. In this role, you will report to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and, in conjunction with the CLO, be responsible for developing and implementing litigation and regulatory enforcement strategy. Accordingly, this role will be engaged with an extraordinarily broad array of legal areas. The successful candidate will be a seasoned litigator who possesses the first-hand experience and judgment necessary to assess litigation and regulatory risks and opportunities, hire and manage the outside counsel representing WHOOP, and ensure WHOOP receives the highest quality representation from its law firm partners.
In addition to managing the litigation docket, you will serve as a strategic counselor to all business and corporate functions regarding legal risk and opportunity. The successful candidate will be more than an experienced litigator. They will be a business-minded litigation leader who knows when to fight, when to settle, and when litigation risk should drive changes in the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide senior leadership with clear and actionable assessments of litigation risk, including exposure, ranges of potential outcomes, strategic alternatives, costs, business implications, and recommended courses of action.
- Select, retain, and manage outside counsel, establishing clear expectations regarding strategy, staffing, budgets, work product, responsiveness, and outcomes, and independently pressure-testing outside counsel’s strategic recommendations throughout the entire litigation life-cycle.
- Exercise rigorous oversight of litigation spending, including reviewing budgets and forecasts, scrutinizing staffing and billing practices, identifying opportunities for alternative fee arrangements, and ensuring that legal spending is proportionate to the Company's exposure and strategic objectives.
- Develop settlement strategies and lead significant settlement negotiations, balancing legal exposure, litigation costs, business considerations, precedent risk, reputational considerations, and operational impacts.
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting regarding litigation reserves, contingent liabilities, insurance recoveries, settlement accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and other financial implications of litigation.
- Partner closely with the People Team regarding employment disputes.
- Manage litigation-related insurance matters, including providing timely notice of claims, coordinating with insurers and brokers, pursuing available coverage, and managing coverage disputes where necessary.
- Oversee discovery and evidence-preservation obligations, including litigation holds, document collection and review, information governance, e-discovery strategy, privilege issues, and the use of technology and outside vendors to manage discovery efficiently.
- Conduct and oversee sensitive internal investigations where appropriate and coordinate with employment, compliance, privacy, security, or other specialists depending on the subject matter.
- Establish and continuously improve litigation playbooks, processes, and technology, enabling the Legal team to manage a growing litigation portfolio efficiently and consistently as the Company scales.
- Promote appropriate use of data and technology in litigation management, including e-discovery tools, matter-management systems, litigation analytics, and emerging AI-enabled legal technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to translate complicated legal issues into concise, practical advice for senior executives and business leaders.
- Experience in building and improving legal processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure to support a scaling business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting technology, consumer products, healthcare, or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

Location: Remote — Europe or US East Coast (Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida only)
🎯 Your main goal will be to build n8n's global revenue enablement engine — installing one enterprise selling methodology across every region, compressing ramp for every revenue team worldwide, and turning our community-led momentum into repeatable 7–8 figure enterprise revenue.
You'll report directly to our senior commercial leadership, inherit a small enablement team with basic onboarding in place, and have the mandate (and explicit VP trajectory) to build the function from the ground up: for a remote-first company selling across EMEA, the US, and beyond.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
METHODOLOGY & ENTERPRISE SELLING EXCELLENCE
- Own the global install of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework): selection, rollout, certification, and continuous reinforcement across every rep and manager, in every region.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook: teach sellers to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified 7-figure pipeline.
- Partner with PMM and Product to arm the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
RAMP, ONBOARDING & MANAGER DEVELOPMENT
- Build one global onboarding engine, pre-boarding through certification to first-deal support, and compress time-to-quota for hiring waves in every region.
- Develop frontline sales managers: coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor that make the methodology stick.
- Define enablement's scorecard in revenue terms: ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy, not course completions.
BUILDING THE GLOBAL FUNCTION
- Lead and grow the enablement team (starting with 1–2 ICs) across sales, SDR, CS, and partner enablement.
- Stand up the enablement infrastructure: tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with RevOps.
- Operate as a trusted peer to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets: in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🚀 Hypergrowth pedigree: You built enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company as it scaled enterprise.
- 📈 €xm→€1bn scaling: You grew the function through a major GTM headcount wave and constant evolution of sales maturity. You've solved ramp at volume, not maintained steady-state.
- 🧠 Methodology implementation owner: You've run a company-wide MEDDICC / Command of the Message-style install end-to-end, with certification and reinforcement that stuck.
- ⏱️ Ramp engineer: You've built onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity compression.
- 📊 Revenue-outcome mindset: You measure enablement in deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🎖️ Methodology-firm pedigree: Force Management, or similar as a consultant or a certified in-house champion.
- 💼 Carried a bag: You sold enterprise deals yourself, so reps and leaders trust you in deal conversations.
- 🌱 PLG-to-enterprise: You've enabled teams converting community/self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- 🤖 AI narrative: You've positioned AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings and think of an AI first solution to solving problems.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won't disappear into an LMS. You'll build the global enablement function at the exact moment we scale from community-led momentum into 7–8 figure enterprise deals - the moment enablement leaders at MongoDB or HashiCorp will tell you was the best of their career. You'll install the methodology worldwide, set one ramp standard across regions, develop managers on every continent we sell in, and grow the team, with a direct line to senior commercial leadership and an explicit path to VP. You'll join a fast-growing, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

This executive will drive sustainable revenue growth, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and develop long-term strategic partnerships with the market’s key advertisers and agencies, ensuring alignment with both Aleph’s and Disney’s business objectives.
The role combines a strong commercial and strategic mindset with deep local market expertise and a hands-on leadership approach. You will champion the use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate team performance, sharpen client insights and improve revenue outcomes, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to maximize the value of Disney’s advertising ecosystem across platforms.
Main responsibilities:
Define and implement comprehensive advertising and sales strategies for the Disney portfolio in Chile, across linear, streaming, digital and programmatic, to achieve revenue and business objectives.
Own the country’s revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline health, and present regular performance reports to Aleph and Disney leadership.
Build strong partnerships with key clients, agencies and C-level executives across the market’s priority categories.
Cultivate a team of ad sales executives and planners, equipping them with AI-powered tools for prospecting, pitch personalization, performance analysis and forecasting.
Manage the team through coaching, training and recruiting, setting quotas, monitoring performance and building a culture of continuous AI adoption.
Negotiate and close agreements with clients and agencies, and manage contracts and relationships with external partners.
Analyze sales data, local market trends and competitive insights to set targets and inform commercial decisions.
Establish managerial processes — annual planning, budget prioritization and impact measurement — supported by AI-driven dashboards and forecasting models.
Oversee and efficiently manage the advertising and sales budget for the market.
Sustain close communication with Disney’s local and regional counterparts, ensuring compliance with inventory guidelines, brand standards and contractual commitments.
Inspire individual and business success by clearly communicating the “why” behind business decisions and connecting the team to the bigger picture.
Stay ahead of AI and adtech trends, translating them into competitive advantages for clients and for the team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Ad Operations, Research, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless proposal development and campaign execution.
Skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in media sales, with proven executive-level experience in commercial leadership or business development and a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
3+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead, scale and motivate high-performing sales organizations.
Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including digital advertising, CTV, streaming platforms, social media, programmatic and optimized linear/addressable television.
Established relationships with the leading advertisers, agencies and media holdings in the Chilean market.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a sales context (e.g. Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT/Claude for client communications, Gong, 6sense or similar).
Data-literate mindset: comfortable interpreting AI-generated insights and translating them into actionable sales strategies.
Strong strategic, analytical and forecasting capabilities, with experience managing complex commercial portfolios.
Ability to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets and campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, senior clients and key partners.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and geographies within a matrixed organization.
High level of adaptability, accountability and problem-solving capability in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on leadership style with a deep understanding of end-to-end commercial and sales processes.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars. ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development, and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Technical Lead Manager to lead a cross-functional product squad, combining hands-on technical leadership with people management. You’ll lead a team of 4–5 engineers, working closely with Product, Design, Data and other technical leaders to build products that improve our users’ financial health.
- Lead and develop a squad of 4–5 engineers, balancing hands-on technical contribution with line management, coaching and support for individual growth.
- Partner with Product Managers, Staff Engineers and other technical leaders to shape a clear, feasible roadmap and deliver against squad OKRs.
- Define and steer the technical direction of your squad, helping the team make pragmatic trade-offs across speed, quality, scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Create the conditions for effective delivery by providing clarity, unblocking progress and establishing healthy, sustainable ways of working.
- Run regular 1:1s, provide clear and actionable feedback, and support engineers through development, performance conversations and growth planning.
- Stay close to the code and contribute hands-on to our Ruby on Rails monolith, using practices such as automated testing, observability, A/B testing and feature flags.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design and Data to deliver and iterate on features that have a meaningful impact on our users’ financial health.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails, building data models, APIs, and business logic services in a production monolith
- Experience leading technical delivery within a product squad or engineering team, helping shape and scope work through to delivery
- Experience line managing and coaching engineers, including giving feedback, supporting development and navigating performance conversations
- Strong technical judgement, with the ability to balance delivery speed, technical quality, scalability and longer-term investment
- Comfortable delivering with agile methodologies and practices like automated testing, observability, A/B testing, and feature flags
- A collaborative approach — you work well with Product, Design, Analytics and Engineering partners, and enjoy shaping work beyond just the technical bits
- A track record of helping teams build healthy habits, improve ways of working and deliver meaningful outcomes
- Alignment with our company values https://web.meetcleo.com/life-at-cleo and engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About Nebius Academy and Nebius Science
Nebius Academy is Nebius’s education and research initiative. It offers advanced programs in machine learning and generative AI, supports academic research through cloud grants, and works with universities and research institutions around the world.
Nebius Science is the research media lab within Nebius Academy. We cover AI research, AI-driven science, and the people and ideas shaping both fields.
Since launching in 2026, Nebius Science has highlighted the work of our researchers, covered major AI conferences and emerging research trends, and developed joint editorial projects with recipients of Nebius research grants.
Our work spans original features, technical explainers, weekly Paper Picks, research webinars, the Nebius Science Paper Club, and interviews with leading researchers.
Our goal is to make serious research accessible without flattening its complexity, and to create a meeting point for researchers, engineers, and the wider scientific community.
The role
Nebius Science is looking for an
AI Science Writer
based in the EU. This is an ongoing
contract role
with a fixed monthly retainer and opportunities for growth, including the potential to transition to a full-time position at Nebius.
You may be an AI/ML researcher or engineer who moved into journalism, a computer science graduate with substantial editorial experience, or a technical writer who has worked directly with research teams. Whatever your path, you should be able to read a technical paper, understand the underlying method, assess its limitations, and turn it into a clear and compelling story.
A central part of the role will be producing weekly reviews of new AI models, architectures, and in-house research. You should be able to identify what is genuinely new and explain how it works creatively across a range of formats.
These reviews can be visual as well as written. You will be expected to develop clear, engaging infographics, diagrams, charts, and other multimedia elements, creating them yourself by using AI tools where appropriate or working with designers and multimedia producers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Produce scientific and technical reviews of new AI models, architectures, papers, in-house research and trends.
Turn model architectures and complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives by developing infographics, diagrams, charts, and other multimedia components for your stories.
Interview researchers, engineers, founders, and scientific leaders.
Cover major research conferences, emerging fields, and important debates across the AI ecosystem.
Write and edit across formats, including analytical reports, features, interviews, explainers, newsletters, webinar scripts, and social content.
Host or moderate research webinars, interviews, and other on-camera formats.
Work with researchers to verify technical claims while preserving a clear editorial voice.
Collaborate with designers and multimedia producers on more complex visual stories.
Experiment with models, agents, coding, and automation to improve research, editorial, and visual-production workflows.
We expect you to have:
Have professional or academic experience in AI/ML research, machine learning engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Have a degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, physics, engineering, computational science, or another relevant technical discipline.
Be comfortable reading papers, inspecting model architectures, comparing results, and discussing technical details directly with researchers.
Have strong visual instincts and be able to explain technical mechanisms through diagrams, infographics, charts, or other multimedia formats.
Write with precision and flair, using LLMs to support your work, not to do the writing for you.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows
