We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from Spain.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project
(link)
, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. The team's scope spans both Grafana Alerting and the SLOs product, so engineers get to work across two products that are deeply connected in how they help users detect and respond to problems.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others

The Impact You’ll Make
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Incode, you own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts. The Incode TAM role spans more ground than most: you'll operate as a solutions engineer, escalation point, implementation consultant, technical project manager, and trusted advisor depending on the day. The people who thrive here are comfortable with that range. They're resourceful, autonomous, technically deep, and genuinely motivated by customer outcomes.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Technical Relationship
•
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for one or more strategic accounts across financial services, telecom, healthcare, and enterprise verticals
•
Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams, architects, and platform owners. Be present and credible in technical conversations at every level

•
Monitor account health, proactively identify degradation risks, and drive resolution before customers feel it
•
Lead technical bridges during incidents: coordinate internal engineering, communicate clearly with customer stakeholders, and drive postincident reviews
•
Own change and release management for your accounts: coordinate upgrade windows, test plans, and rollback procedures
Customer Advocacy & Internal Coordination
•
Translate customer pain into actionable product feedback, synthesize patterns across accounts and bring them to Product and Engineering with clarity and data
•
Pull the right internal resources (Product, Engineering, Support) behind the scenes so customers experience a unified Incode team
•
Collaborate closely with your aligned Account Director on account strategy, health, and expansion opportunities
GenAI & Continuous Improvement
•
Actively build and share AI assisted workflows that reduce repetitive work, accelerate customer onboarding, and improve documentation quality
•
Contribute to the TAM team's shared knowledge base, playbooks, runbooks, and integration guides that make the whole team better
The Qualities That Set You Apart
Proven Multi-Account Manager –
You manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously without dropping threads.

You have a track record of identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
Your Background
Technical Depth – Required

Proficiency with SQL for log analysis, troubleshooting, and operational reporting
•
Ability to build and interpret data analysis and reporting artifacts, usage trends, account health metrics, SLA tracking, and operational dashboards that inform both customer conversations and internal decisions

•
Strong written and verbal communication, you can explain a technical problem to a CISO and an integration error to a backend engineer in the same conversation threads

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany or Ireland.
About the role:
Grafana Cloud runs Mimir, Loki, Tempo and Pyroscope as multi-tenant SaaS databases across AWS, GCP and Azure in regions worldwide. Our highest-SLA customers depend on them to run their businesses. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to keep these systems reliable at scale.
The role combines building and operating. You’ll write the software, automation and product changes that make our databases more reliable, including changes to the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases where reliability calls for it. You’ll also be on call for our highest-SLA customers and handle the operational work that comes with it. You’ll bring a production mindset to product engineering and engineering rigor to reliability, and you’ll set technical direction across squads.
What You’ll Do
Build reliability into the product.
Write production code in our services, tooling and the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases that makes our databases more resilient, self-healing and scalable as demand grows quickly.
Build automation and platform tooling
that removes toil and scales our reliability practices across regions and cloud providers.
Lead technical design.
Author design docs, review others’ designs and PRs, and shape feature design so it’s scalable and operable from day one.
Own the SLO framework.
Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models. Use SLO burn and incident learnings to find and fix the causes of failure in the systems themselves.
Improve observability and alerting
so we find problems before customers do, and so escalations are actionable rather than noisy.
Be on call for our highest-SLA customers.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer environments. Lead customer-impacting incident response, including customer bridge calls when needed, and write blameless post-incident reviews that lead to engineering fixes.
Handle the operational work that comes from on-call.
This includes investigating customer escalations, following up on incident actions, tuning capacity and configuration, and turning recurring issues into permanent fixes or automation.
Multiply the team.
Mentor engineers, teach reliability practices that teams adopt early in development, and work with engineering leadership on roadmaps and product strategy.
We highly value those who are intellectually curious, who default to transparency, possess a high bias towards action, and who are also kind (this is important!)
On-Call
Weekday on-call is 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, split between North America and Europe so you cover your local working hours. Weekends are covered by a separate 24-hour rotation. You’ll take a weekend roughly once every six to eight weeks.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time building and owning distributed systems in production.
Strong production software skills, ideally in at least one object-oriented language. You write clean, tested code and can make targeted changes in large open-source codebases you didn’t write.
Deep understanding of distributed systems: performance, scaling and failure modes. You can reason about how a system will break before it does.
Experience running multi-tenant systems at scale on Kubernetes in AWS, GCP or Azure, with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Helm or Jsonnet.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing SLOs.
Experience being on call for production systems. You troubleshoot calmly and methodically under pressure, and you’ve taken part in blameless incident response and written high-quality post-incident reviews.
Staff-level technical leadership: driving cross-team projects, setting technical direction and making the engineers around you better.
Working knowledge of Linux internals, networking and cloud storage.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope, Prometheus or other observability and time-series databases.
Open-source contributions.
Customer reliability engineering (CRE) or customer-facing escalation experience.1
In Ireland, the Base compensation range for this role is €117,600 - €141,120. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

to lead the evolution of our marketing data stack and raise the analytical rigor of the entire marketing organization. This is a critical role for a builder-practitioner who works at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Strategy, GTM, and AI Operations. You won't just report on the funnel. You will build the systems that make every analyst on this team sharper, including the AI agents themselves.
As the
Marketing Analytics Director
, you will be the lead architect of our data-driven growth engine, connecting high-level strategy with advanced technical execution. You will move beyond traditional reporting to build a self-sustaining marketing ecosystem, leveraging Google BigQuery, Grafana, and agentic AI to create a unified source of truth and a culture of analytical rigor. Your mandate is to move the needle on demand generation across the entire marketing funnel, while raising the standard for how analytical work gets produced, challenged, and shipped across the org.
You will architect a dual-track target-setting framework that balances high-velocity top-of-funnel growth with deep-funnel quality, ensuring GTM resources are directed toward high-converting user cohorts optimized for Grafana adoption and long-term retention.
You will be expected to engineer the underlying data schemas, design predictive models, and implement the BI frameworks that shape our global GTM strategy. We are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex data into clear executive-level direction and who proactively builds systems that prevent AI-generated noise from drowning out actual signals.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic GTM Partnership:
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the GTM Leadership team (VP of Demand Gen, VP of Regional and Events, Head of Marketing Ops, CMO, Revenue Operations, Sales leadership and more), translating complex data into a clear roadmap for demand generation and revenue growth.
Dual-Track Target Setting:
Architect and own a sophisticated forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality, optimized for Grafana Cloud conversion and retention.
Predictive Modeling and ROI:
Develop and maintain machine learning models (Attribution, MMM, LTV) to predict campaign impact and steer budget allocation toward the highest-ROI channels.
Data Warehouse Architecture:
Oversee the structure of marketing data within Google BigQuery, ensuring a scalable single source of truth that connects product usage data with marketing touchpoints.
Causal Inference and Inflection Hunting:
Move beyond descriptive analytics to perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis. When the data shows an anomaly, whether a 3-month spike, a regional dip, or a campaign that overperformed, isolate the window and dig in.
Executive Storytelling:
Transform technical data outputs into clear, compelling narratives for the executive team and board. Deliver a succinct read and go deep where pushed.
Utilizing AI and Automation
Agentic Insights:
Deploy LLM-powered agents (Claude Code, MCP-based tooling, or comparable) to monitor BigQuery datasets and automatically flag quality shifts in the funnel before they impact revenue.
Autonomous Workflows:
Implement orchestration patterns (N8N, custom MCP servers, or equivalent) to build self-healing data pipelines and automated responses to market signals, such as automated spend shifts based on conversion anomalies.
Predictive Quality Scoring:
Build and deploy AI-driven scoring models that separate high-value potential users from low-signal volume, helping Sales and Marketing prioritize effectively.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity (IC track or player-coach; people management not required) within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
Demonstrated history as a force multiplier. You can point to specific tooling, rituals, evaluator systems, or frameworks you built that made other analysts or the broader org measurably better. A portfolio of dashboards you personally produced is not sufficient.
Data Science and Engineering: Mastery of SQL and Python required. Deep experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
Hands-on AI fluency as a builder, not a user. You have built and shipped agentic systems with Claude Code, MCP, or comparable tools. You understand where LLMs fail and how to design around those limitations. You have built evaluator agents, prompt-grading systems, or analytical quality tooling in production.
Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience building complex logic and integrations using N8N, custom API orchestration, or MCP-based tooling.
Visualization and BI: Advanced proficiency in modern data stack visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Tableau) to build executive-grade dashboards.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to create structure in highly ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch.
MarTech Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with connectivity between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
Executive presence with experience presenting to executive and board audiences, including sound judgment about what data is and isn't ready to share up the chain.
Bonus Points For
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics). MBA or MS in Data Science is a significant plus.

About the role
🤓
We are looking for a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to own the analytics enablement layer across seQura's core business domains — building the trusted, well-governed data foundation that business, product, and data science teams rely on to make decisions and ship models.
This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, business domain understanding, governance, and semantic precision. You will design and deliver production-grade dbt models, shape the semantic layer to be AI-ready, and set the quality bar for the analytics enablement team. You will work closely with business circle leads, Data Scientists, across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, and the Platform and Data Engineering team.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Championing a single source of truth for core business metrics — unifying definitions, socializing, and governing the canonical KPIs used across seQura, so that whether a metric appears in a dashboard, a DS model, or an executive report, it means the same thing.
Building domain data products that serve both operational reporting and ML feature needs, ensuring downstream teams can self-serve reliably.
Designing, building, and shipping production-grade dbt models across multiple business domains — Payments, Debt Collection, Risk, and Finance — writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented SQL.
Owning the governance layer: data contracts, column-level lineage, tests, and semantic definitions — not just shipping models, but making them trustworthy.
Structuring the semantic layer to be machine-readable and AI-ready, supporting both self-serve BI and AI-powered use cases.
Setting and upholding standards for testing, documentation, and data quality across the analytics engineering team.
Collaborating closely with Data Scientists, circle leads, and the Platform team to understand domain logic deeply and translate it into precise, unambiguous data models.
Making cross-domain architectural decisions with a systems mindset — thinking beyond individual models to how the full data layer fits together.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring a Principal Engineer to help define the technical direction for core product experiences at 1Password.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who can translate ambitious product strategy into systems that scale technically and operationally. You will drive architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction across the product ecosystem, working across client applications, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure to build experiences that are secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable. This is not a role scoped to a single team or subsystem. The expectation is organization-level technical leadership: shaping how Product Engineering approaches complex cross-cutting problems, guiding long-term architectural investments, and establishing the technical patterns and operational standards other teams build against.
You will operate across the full lifecycle of product engineering work, from architecture and system design through production operations and long-term evolution. Success in this role requires balancing product velocity with engineering durability, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints.
You will help evolve the next generation of 1Password’s product architecture, including the responsible integration of AI capabilities into core product experiences. Security and privacy by default, cross-platform consistency, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale reliability are foundational requirements that must be reflected in every architectural decision.
If you want to build systems used daily by millions of individuals and hundreds of thousands of businesses, and solve engineering problems where distributed systems, reliability, usability, security, and intelligent automation all matter simultaneously, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have designed and operated large-scale distributed systems where reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence matter.
- You have deep experience driving architecture and technical direction across multiple teams, organizations, or product domains.
- You have strong systems-thinking instincts and can reason effectively about platform boundaries, distributed systems constraints, developer ergonomics, and long-term technical sustainability.
- You have experience building customer-facing product systems across clients, APIs, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- You have experience building or scaling event-driven systems, microservices architectures, or shared platform infrastructure in production environments.
- You have practical experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into production applications and understand the engineering tradeoffs involved in introducing AI into trust-sensitive product experiences.
- You have strong instincts for privacy-preserving and security-conscious system design, including thoughtful handling of telemetry, user data, permissions, and auditability.
- You are effective at driving alignment across teams with different incentives, priorities, and technical perspectives.
- You communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners, and can explain complex technical tradeoffs in practical terms.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations make durable technical decisions before every variable is known.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, secrets management, enterprise security, or trust-oriented product domains.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven or multi-region distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Experience building cross-platform applications or shared platform architectures at scale.
- Experience with developer platforms, internal engineering frameworks, CI/CD systems, or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-assisted workflows into customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Experience with endpoint trust, browser or extension security, enterprise administration workflows, or device posture systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across organizations through technical leadership and operational excellence.
What you can expect:
- Define architecture and technical direction for core product capabilities spanning clients, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable, and resilient product systems across Product Engineering.
- Drive long-term technical strategy across critical product areas, balancing immediate delivery needs with scalability, operational excellence, and platform sustainability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure technical decisions support both customer outcomes and long-term operational durability.
- Guide how AI-powered capabilities are integrated into customer-facing product experiences, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, operationally safe, and aligned with customer trust expectations.
- Define engineering expectations for AI-enabled product systems, including evaluation frameworks, rollout safety, telemetry, fallback behavior, auditability, and operational controls.
- Establish shared platform capabilities and infrastructure patterns that allow teams to build product features consistently across clients, services, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Influence and drive key architectural decisions around distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, synchronization models, scalability, performance, reliability, extensibility, and platform interoperability.
- Help teams navigate difficult technical tradeoffs, unblock large cross-functional initiatives, and reduce systemic engineering complexity across the organization.
- Raise the operational bar for production systems through stronger reliability practices, observability standards, incident readiness, performance analysis, and engineering discipline.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization through technical leadership, architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
What success looks like:
Success in this role means Product Engineering can scale product development without sacrificing reliability, maintainability, security, or customer trust. That includes:
- Durable architectural patterns that enable teams to move faster with less duplication and lower operational overhead.
- Product systems that scale reliably across platforms, enterprise environments, and growing customer complexity.
- Engineering teams making more consistent technical decisions with clearer standards and stronger shared foundations.
- AI-powered product experiences that are useful, measurable, trustworthy, and operationally safe.
- Reduced systemic friction across development, delivery, observability, and cross-team coordination.
- Stronger operational resilience, including improved reliability, debuggability, rollout safety, and incident response readiness.
- Technical investments that improve long-term engineering velocity instead of creating organizational drag or platform fragmentation.

- Build and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that execute end-to-end GTM workflows — lead qualification, deal room assembly, onboarding automation, support triage, and more
- Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that make AI behavior predictable and auditable
- Integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore) and maintain version-pinned, cost-tracked model configurations
- Deliver AI-powered internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that non-technical GTM stakeholders use without friction
GTM PLATFORM ENGINEERING
- Own full-stack feature delivery across TypeScript/Node.js backends and React/TypeScript frontends for internal tooling
- Write Python automation scripts, ETL pipelines, and data transformation layers that feed GTM analytics and AI context
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on cross-cutting API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and actively mentor junior engineers toward higher leverage
AI-NATIVE DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary engineering accelerators — not supplements — to ship at a pace that punches above a single engineer's weight
- Document AI usage patterns, prompt templates, and agentic workflows so the team's collective throughput compounds
- Stay current on MCP protocol evolution, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom), and emerging LLM capabilities; bring back what matters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js — idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
- Strong Python — automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripting for AI/ML tooling
- Meaningful AWS deployment experience: Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
- Demonstrated experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent) and shipping AI-powered features to real users
- Solid foundation in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credential management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or SAM), and cloud cost awareness
- Clear written communication: design docs, ADRs, and runbooks that others actually read
- Track record of using AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) as a genuine productivity multiplier — not a gimmick
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — building servers, defining tool schemas, or operating multi-server agent environments
- GCP experience (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) to complement AWS work
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM API integration work — understanding GTM data models is a significant advantage
- React or Next.js front-end capability to ship internal dashboards and tooling without hand-offs
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration patterns
- Experience in a GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Engineering context
- Okta / identity provider integration work (PKCE flows, SCIM, token management)
HOW WE OPERATE
The Foundry runs on three principles that every team member is expected to embody:
- Ownership — You own the full lifecycle of what you build: design, delivery, observability, and iteration. We don't have a separate ops hand-off.
- Velocity — We ship to production in days, not quarters. AI tools are how we maintain that pace without sacrificing quality.
- Atomicity — Every deliverable is a discrete, composable unit — an MCP server, an agent, an API. Nothing we build requires everything else to work.
WHO THRIVES HERE
This role is a strong fit if you are genuinely excited to work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and internal product — not just as a user of AI, but as someone building the layer that makes AI useful for an entire go-to-market organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you default to shipping, and you see every piece of internal tooling as a product that deserves operational discipline.
This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.

This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the UK, Sweden, Spain or Germany.
Customer reliability engineering (CRE) or customer-facing escalation experience.
