Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process
We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.
How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.

As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you'll sit at the intersection of leadership coaching, performance, and day-to-day people guidance.
You'll support Engineering and Product leaders across our international teams, getting to know their rhythms, challenges, and talent needs. Much of the role is coaching: helping leads handle feedback, performance, growth, and change well, and surfacing people issues early. You'll work as part of the wider People team, with Employee Relations and People Ops alongside you on more complex cases.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys coaching, can context-switch quickly, builds trust easily, and brings clarity and calm to fast-moving environments.
YOU WILL
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders across our international teams to support team health, performance, and talent density.
- Coach leads and managers through people challenges, including feedback, performance, conflict, growth conversations, and team change.
- Run proactive 1:1 sessions mainly with leads, and with peeps where needed, surfacing issues early.
- Contribute to organisational design work, advising on team structures, spans and layers, and capability gaps.
- Support leaders and teams through change, such as team moves and new ways of working.
- Support key People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead enablement) for Engineering and Product.
- Work with Employee Relations and, where required, Legal Counsel on early-stage ER issues, escalating complex cases.
- Spot patterns across teams and share them with the wider People team to shape new People initiatives.
- Work with People Ops & Compliance teams to support terminations, mobility, and local requirements in each country where needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supporting leaders and teams through people topics such as performance, coaching, growth, and team change.
- Strong coaching skills, with the confidence to guide managers through difficult conversations.
- Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Comfortable with both partnership and hands-on execution when needed.
- Comfortable working with leaders across different timezones and cultures; experience supporting globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams is a strong plus.
- Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams.

This role combines data modeling, documentation, data quality design, and close collaboration with analysts, engineers, and product teams to ensure consistent, trustworthy reporting.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dbt models (staging, core, marts) based on business needs
- Develop scalable SQL transformations and ensure efficient, cost-effective query performance
- Implement data quality tests (dbt tests, custom checks, anomaly detection) and maintain high data reliability.
- Create and maintain documentation for datasets, data lineage, business logic, and transformation rules
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on improving raw data structures, ingestion patterns, and source readiness
- Partner with Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into clean, reusable data models
- Monitor data pipelines and marts, resolve issues, and prevent inconsistencies in reporting
- Support governance initiatives: naming conventions, taxonomy, schemas, metric definitions, and standardization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our data modeling frameworks, performance tuning, and technical decision-making
Requirements
- Strong SQL experience with a deep understanding of analytical modeling concepts
- Hands-on experience with dbt (models, tests, docs, macros)
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or ClickHouse
- Understanding of data modeling patterns
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ELT/ETL, orchestration, version control, CI/CD)
- Experience with data quality frameworks or implementing validation logic
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clean analytical datasets.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting analysts with reliable data
- Knowledge of Python is a plus (but not required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster)
- Experience working with marketing, product, or billing datasets
- Exposure to metric layers, semantic layer design, or BI governance
- Basic understanding of observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, ... )
- Experience optimizing BigQuery costs or ClickHouse performance

**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Team Summary:
The AI Engineering team builds and operates AI Platform — the common foundation every engineering team uses to ship AI capabilities. The team delivers the shared infrastructure, reference patterns, and guardrails that let software engineers across the company build AI agents, MCP servers, and GenAI solutions without reinventing the foundations: model access, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI controls. Working in close partnership with product and engineering teams, it turns proven patterns into platform capabilities that compound across the product portfolio.
Job Summary:
The Senior AI Architect is the senior technical leader for PointClickCare’s AI Platform, owning the architecture that enables software engineers across the company to build AI agents, MCP servers, and AI solutions on a common foundation. This role is an enabler, not a product owner: its output is a platform other teams build on, and the patterns, standards, and guardrails that make those teams faster. The Senior AI Architect works closely with product counterparts to review product roadmaps and translate them into architectural designs and decision documents and guides the AI Engineering team in building a robust, scalable agentic platform for the future of PointClickCare.
Key responsibilities:
Design and evolve the architecture of PointClickCare’s AI Platform — the agentic runtime, MCP integration layer, model gateway, and evaluation and observability services that engineering teams build on ensuring it scales with adoption across the product portfolio.
Guide the AI Engineering team through architectural decisions, design reviews, and hands-on technical mentorship, raising the bar for how the platform is designed, built, and operated.
Partner with product counterparts to review product roadmaps, translate upcoming AI capabilities into architectural requirements, and author architecture documents and decision records that de-risk delivery
Enable software engineers across PointClickCare to build AI agents, MCP servers, and solutions on the platform by codifying reference architectures, reusable patterns, and paved-road templates — and by providing direct architectural guidance to consuming teams.
Establish platform standards for security, responsible AI, evaluation, and observability, and run architectural review processes that keep solutions built on the platform consistent, compliant, and production-ready.
Minimum qualifications and Skills:
12+ years of software engineering and platform architecture experience with deep cloud expertise (Azure preferred), including 5+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions at scale
Hands-on expertise with agentic systems — agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool use, RAG, vector databases, and production LLMOps
Proven track record designing internal platforms that other engineering teams build on, including developer experience, APIs and SDKs, and self-serve patterns
Strong architectural breadth across cloud-native systems, distributed systems, data platforms, and security architecture
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality architecture documents and decision records, and to communicate design trade-offs clearly to engineering and product audiences
Preferred qualifications and skills:
Experience with the Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AKS, APIM) and the Databricks lakehouse (Unity Catalog, model serving)
Background in healthcare technology platforms or clinical workflows
Experience guiding engineering teams as a senior architect or technical lead within a platform organization
Expertise in advanced agentic patterns including multi-agent orchestration, tool and MCP server design, agent evaluation, and model fine-tuning pipelines
Deep knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk management in regulated environments

About Chainalysis
Blockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation. Businesses and governments around the world are using blockchains to make banking more efficient, connect with their customers, and investigate criminal cases. As adoption of blockchain technology grows, more and more organizations seek access to all this ecosystem has to offer. That’s where Chainalysis comes in. We provide complete knowledge of what’s happening on blockchains through our data, services, and solutions. With Chainalysis, organizations can navigate blockchains safely and with confidence.
About the team
Product Security at Chainalysis keeps our SaaS platform — used by governments, banks, and crypto exchanges to investigate financial crime — secure by design. We partner directly with product and platform engineering on threat modeling, design reviews, penetration testing, and remediation of findings across our AWS and Kubernetes estate.
As a Senior Security Engineer, Infrastructure, you’ll help secure and operate the cloud and Kubernetes environments that support Chainalysis products and our Hosted AI Platform (HAIP). You’ll combine production operations with practical security engineering: responding to platform alerts, troubleshooting infrastructure, and shipping guardrails and improvements through Terraform and Kubernetes. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering, AI Core, and other engineering partners to address risks at their source and make secure, reliable infrastructure easier to operate.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who is comfortable in a terminal, has supported production systems, and can take an infrastructure issue from investigation through resolution.
In this role, you’ll:
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and cloud services, investigating pod health, logs, errors, latency, and upstream provider issues to find root causes.
- Ship reviewed Terraform and Kubernetes changes that strengthen HAIP and broader cloud infrastructure security and reliability.
- Improve AWS and edge/network controls—including IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, logging, and Cloudflare—and reduce recurring misconfigurations through reusable patterns and runbooks.
- Use Python or similar scripting, monitoring improvements, and cross-team partnership to automate operational work and drive fixes through to completion.
- Participate in the AI Product on-call rotation, triage production alerts, communicate clearly, and escalate when needed.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Production cloud infrastructure experience, preferably in AWS, plus working knowledge of security controls such as IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, or logging.
- Hands-on production Kubernetes experience: inspect workloads, read logs, and troubleshoot failures using command-line tools.
- Experience authoring Terraform changes that have been reviewed and deployed to production; comfort shipping changes through Git and pull requests.
- Production on-call or incident-response experience, including alert investigation, clear communication, and sound escalation judgment.
- Python or similar scripting ability, familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
- Experience working with stakeholders across the R&D organization to collaborate and resolve security issues with urgency and a team-first approach.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience operating AI/ML infrastructure, LLM platforms, or services integrating with model providers; familiarity with AI gateway concepts such as model routing or quotas.
- Experience with Cloudflare or other edge/network security controls.
- Exposure to cloud security posture management tools such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Orca.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, fintech, or regtech infrastructure.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Cloud and containers: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform
- Security tooling: Wiz, SonarCloud, Burp, Cloudflare
- CI/CD and source control: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory and related build/deploy tooling
- Languages and scripting: Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
- AI Coding Agents, Tooling, Systems
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
