GeoWay
is the core routing and ETA engine powering every inDrive trip globally—supporting city rides, intercity, freight, and deliveries across 1,200+ cities, 400M+ downloads, and over 9 billion transactions. We build our entire stack in-house, from road graph creation and real-time traffic estimation using proprietary GPS traces to custom cost functions and travel-time prediction. Based alongside our engineering team in Cairo, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of this mission-critical platform.
In this role, you will tackle routing challenges that off-the-shelf global vendors cannot solve. You will lead products built for the world’s most demanding road environments—navigating unmapped streets, dynamic local driving norms, severe GPS multipath, and low-connectivity edge devices across markets like Cairo, Lagos, Karachi, and Jakarta. If you are driven by solving complex algorithmic and geospatial problems at massive scale, this team is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own & Defend the Routing Roadmap:
Set the strategic sequencing for the routing platform, balancing conflicting priorities across six distinct business verticals and defending technical trade-offs with clear rationale.
Ship Rigorous Experiments & Measure Impact:
Launch routing and algorithm changes behind controlled A/B tests, personally evaluating outcomes against core metrics: travel-time error distribution, pre-pickup cancellation rates, and driver earnings per online hour.
Partner Deeply with Backend & ML Engineering:
Collaborate daily on technical feasibility within strict latency and compute budgets, authoring precise, production-ready product specs that routing engineers can directly execute against.
Size Every Problem Before Building:
Quantify the exact opportunity cost of defects and enhancements beforehand, determining trip exposure, bottom-line financial value, and the theoretical ceiling of any proposed fix.
Ground Data in On-the-Ground Reality:
Conduct direct field research by riding with local drivers and couriers across global markets, observing route failures firsthand and translating real-world edge cases into structured data queries.
Protect Platform Integrity with Data:
Serve as the gatekeeper of route quality, leveraging hard evidence to push back against requests—even from senior stakeholders—that risk degrading core platform performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Product Track Record:
4+ years of product management experience, with a proven history of shipping measurable features where you can define the baseline, final outcome, and underlying denominator.
Technical & Systems Literacy:
Strong technical fluency with data pipelines and distributed backend systems; comfortable identifying system edge cases and contributing actively to engineering design reviews.
Autonomous Data Analysis:
Proficiency in writing your own SQL queries to analyze large datasets, evaluate data pipelines, and diagnose root causes independently.
Statistical & Error Metric Mastery:
Deep understanding of error distributions, with the ability to look past simple averages to analyze distribution tails, variance, and segment-specific drivers.
Rigorous Experimentation:
Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests from scratch, including establishing pre-launch hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, and post-experiment analysis.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director, SMB and Platforms Risk, you will own the first-line risk strategy and operating model for our SMB and platform sellers globally. You'll be based in London and report to the VP, Risk Operations. You will lead onboarding and monitoring teams in Mauritius and Mexico through local team leaders, and a BPO partner.
You will partner with Product, Risk Analytics, Engineering and Commercial to make onboarding and monitoring scalable, measurable and proportionate to risk. We're looking for a programmatic, systems-minded risk leader who can design the operating model and run it day to day, protecting the business while enabling responsible growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the risk strategy and operating model across the seller lifecycle: onboarding, risk-based tiering, review criteria, monitoring triggers and actions such as reserves, funds controls and termination.
- Partner with Product, Risk Analytics and Engineering to turn risk needs into clear requirements, decision logic and a prioritised automation roadmap.
- Define and track the KPIs that balance control, customer experience and cost, including straight-through processing, onboarding time, loss rates and alert precision.
- Lead operational performance across teams in Mauritius and Mexico through local leaders, setting priorities, procedures, SLAs, quality standards and capacity plans.
- Scale the operation as headcount grows: stand up additional teams as needed, govern BPO partners, and prioritise automation improvements.
- Close the loop between cases, losses and fraud patterns so that rules, thresholds, policy and product priorities keep improving.
- Own first-line control quality and audit readiness, with clear handoffs of risks, issues and remediation to second-line oversight.
- Represent SMB and Platforms Risk in governance, product and commercial forums, including risk-based pricing and bespoke platform deals. Hold a clear risk position while finding structured paths to yes.
- Apply AI and LLM-enabled tools to triage, case summarisation, QA and risk insight, with appropriate human review, data protection and audit trails.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep risk expertise in SMB acquiring, with a strong grasp of credit exposure, reserves, fraud and transaction monitoring across the seller lifecycle.
- Understanding of platform and PayFac models, including ISVs, marketplaces and merchant-of-record structures.
- Working knowledge of KYC/KYB and CDD, and of how onboarding controls connect to downstream risk.
- A programmatic mindset: you turn complex risk needs into operating models, requirements and roadmaps, make pragmatic trade-offs, and drive delivery.
- Proven operational leadership of distributed teams through local leaders, with rigour in capacity planning, SLAs, QA, procedures and control evidence.
- A track record of building or scaling automated onboarding and monitoring in a high-volume, low-touch environment.
- Data fluency: you set meaningful KPIs, interpret rule and model performance, and work with analytics teams to improve outcomes.
- Senior influence with Product, Commercial, Legal, Finance and executive audiences, with the confidence to challenge and find responsible ways to say yes.
- Ability to travel to our Mauritius and Mexico offices at least twice a year.
DESIRABLE
- Hands-on depth in KYC/KYB, CDD and card-scheme requirements and controls.
- Experience managing BPO or third-party operations partners, including performance governance and service-quality improvement.
- Experience building a monitoring capability or operating model from the ground up in regulated payments or fintech.
- Experience deploying AI-assisted operations or agentic workflows responsibly in risk, compliance or customer operations.

About Finom
Finom is a European financial platform for small businesses and freelancers. Our e-money institution, Finom Payments B.V., is supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). We onboard more than 10,000 new businesses every month and serve over 100,000 active business customers across Europe.
Role Summary
You sit in every board and committee meeting, make sure each one ends in clear decisions, and build the system that turns those decisions into a single source of truth that does its own follow-up.
You run company secretarial work as a service across the group: the management boards, supervisory boards and board committees of Finom Group, Finom Payments B.V. and other group entities. That comes to about 90 meetings a year (roughly 2 a week, peaking at quarter ends), plus ad hoc meetings and written resolutions. More boards will be added as the group grows.
This is a
list of your stakeholders
and your expectations for each of them:
CEO Finom Group - Group board cycle, decision and action register, follow-up across the group
CEO Finom Payments B.V. - Management Board cycle, regulator-ready minutes, follow-up across Finom Payments
Chairs of the Supervisory Boards - Agenda, packs, minutes and actions for each board, on one standard
Chairs of the board committees (e.g. risk, audit, remuneration) Committee calendar, packs, minutes, action tracking, input for the annual evaluation
Each chair is a client. One system, one standard, one register for all of them.
Responsibilities
1. Secretary: be the secretary in the room
Attend all management board, supervisory board and committee meetings across the group, tracking agenda, quorum, conflicts of interest and decision rights.
Draft minutes and resolutions to regulator and auditor standard, based on Legal’s mandatory draft.
Run the annual cycle (calendars, charters, evaluations, entity registers) and prepare DNB, KvK and UBO filings with Legal/Compliance sign-off.
Own records management and access rights, and build controls with Risk and Internal Audit (audit trail, human sign-off, AI accuracy checks).
Distribute minutes and decisions to the relevant teams.
2. Organiser: meetings run on time and end in decisions
Own the annual agenda for each board and committee, and run a prep cadence with presenters.
Send packs 5 working days ahead, with a pre-meeting brief and a standard board paper template (send back papers that miss the bar).
Keep one register of decisions and actions (source, owner, due date, status, closure evidence), with automatic follow-up and escalation of overdue items to the chair.
Benchmark against best practice in regulated banks and listed companies.
3. Builder: build it yourself
Build the governance part of Finom’s company-wide AI brain with the AI team: meeting capture, minute drafting, action extraction, the register, board packs, reminders and exports.
Design it so any meeting can run without you, with the chair appointing a stand-in secretary.
Work hands-on in Notion, Gemini, Granola, Google Workspace, n8n, Langdock, Claude, Slack and email.
Who you are
Discreet (a must):
You handle sensitive board, regulator, people and deal topics, and keep information and access rights tightly controlled.
Delivers:
You get every action closed on time by finding out why things stall, helping the owner, and escalating to the chair when needed.
Direct and honest:
You flag conflicts with earlier minuted positions in the moment, and record decisions exactly as they were made.
Curious builder:
You learn new tools and AI on your own, and keep asking until a decision is clear.
Presence and service mindset:
Board members and the regulator trust you from day one, and your success is a board that works well.
Requirements
Audit trail and process discipline.
You have run or improved a governance, control or compliance process that was tested by an auditor or regulator, and you can show how the decision trail was kept complete.
Proven discretion
with board-level, regulatory or people-sensitive information, confirmed through references.
at least 3 to 8 years in a board office,
company secretariat, governance operations team or corporate law practice, at a bank, insurer, licensed fintech, law firm or listed company.
Working knowledge of
Dutch BV/NV and European bank-grade governance
: what an audit trail is, why a regulator reads board minutes, how a two-tier board works, and the difference between executive and non-executive roles (MB and SB)
Nice to have
A law degree or company secretarial qualification (CGI), or studying for one.
Experience with a board portal (e.g. Diligent).
Experience working under DNB, the ECB or another EU supervisor, or in a listed company.
Have used AI and automation to improve processes efficiency

As a Principal Engineer on the Twilio Segment Data platform/pipelines team, you won’t just design systems—you will be the design anchor for data platforms that processes hundreds of thousands of data points per second. We are looking for a visionary, deeply inquisitive engineer who has built 0-1 architectures, scaled them to global proportions, and collected the battle scars that come from pushing cloud-native systems to their absolute limits. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Own the technical north star and deliver robust, highly composable routing experiences for the core Data platform and pipelines at Twilio Segment.
Design and pioneer always-available, fault-tolerant distributed systems in cloud environments, using past system failures to design out-of-the-box resilience.
Lead through technical influence, masterfully guiding high-stakes design decisions and articulating the precise trade-offs between cost, performance, and reliability to both engineers and executives.
Translate complex technical strategies into clear, elegant, and actionable blueprints that align diverse stakeholders, including Product Managers, Architects, and engineering teams.
Actively prototype and experiment, bringing an inquisitive mindset to the platform by identifying where emerging AI technologies and LLMs can solve systemic data processing challenges.

Mastery of high-level service design, with a proven ability to model complex interfaces and internals in a properly modular, composable, and extensible way.
Expert programming experience in Go or similar concurrent, object-oriented languages, with a sharp eye for performance bottlenecks.
An active "AI story"—demonstrated, hands-on experience identifying, prototyping, and deploying GenAI/LLM solutions to solve real-world engineering or data processing challenges.
Profound technical depth in distributed systems, high-scale ingestion, and cutting-edge cloud-native architecture.
Superb communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural inclination to mentor others and a relentless drive for operational excellence
Desired:
Advanced proficiency with high-throughput datastores, distributed caching layers, and container orchestrators (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and robust observability frameworks (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus) to predict and diagnose failures.
Deep familiarity with broader AI/ML infrastructure and data workflows.
Hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and operating large-scale AWS cloud infrastructure.
A proven track record of driving technical alignment and collaboration across a geographically distributed engineering team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in London and looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the NEMEA region. This isn’t about maximising email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY YOU WILL THRIVE AT N8N?
Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO;
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR;
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) + an additional language is beneficial
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our London office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead the delivery of custom agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes
Each engagement runs from SOW through production deployment. Forward Deployed Engineers build the technical solution; you drive the delivery plan, product scoping, stakeholder relationships, and the organizational complexity of deploying agents into complex enterprise environments.
You need to be credible in architecture conversations with engineering leads and equally comfortable running executive briefings with C-suite sponsors. You won't write production code, but you'll pressure-test technical decisions and make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority when things go sideways on an engagement.
This is also a builder's role. We're in the early innings of an emerging motion - the playbooks, the delivery patterns, the repeatable IP that makes the next engagement faster and better don't exist yet. The TDLs who thrive here are the ones who get that codifying what works is as important as the engagement in front of them right now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement. Work from the signed SOW to a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses that FDEs execute against.
Lead delivery discovery. Map customer workflows and constraints in depth, pressure-test the scoped MVP against what you find, and shape the solution architecture with the FDEs.
Run day-to-day engineering execution. Drive delivery across Anthropic and customer teams. Keep progress unblocked and sequenced. Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path.
Own product scoping during delivery. Author requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope against success criteria, and hold the bar for what good looks like for the people and enterprises who will use the product.
Own the customer relationship throughout delivery. Lead executive briefings, manage stakeholder communications across technical leads and procurement, and represent Anthropic's technical credibility with senior business and engineering leaders.
Own value measurement and ROI. Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, run pre- and post-deployment measurement, and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
Contribute reusable delivery patterns. Capture what works on your engagements and feed field signal to the Programs Leads, Product, and Research.
Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity. Security reviews, legal approvals, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and organizational dynamics.
Manage scope and change. Handle evolving requirements, set expectations, negotiate contract modifications, identify risks early, and escalate with clear context when needed.
Run engagement-level delivery operations: sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting that feed the team's post-sales cadence and dashboards.
Travel to customer sites. Build relationships, unblock delivery, and accelerate adoption. (up to 25–50% travel expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have led AI/ML engagements/deployments, whether as a founder, data scientist, engineer, researcher, or in a professional services or consulting role.
Operate like the CEO of your engagement. You take initiative without a mandate, make decisions with incomplete information, and lead rather than wait for instructions.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Have experience in a specialized vertical (life sciences, pharmaceutical, retail, mining, agriculture, etc.).
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and pressure-test technical decisions. You won't write production code, but you will own the technical direction of engagements alongside FDEs.
Have a track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients where outcomes depended on tight coordination and fast decision-making - ideally across multiple workstreams in regulated industries.
Have executive presence - polished, credible, and comfortable representing Anthropic to senior leaders in high-stakes environments.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
Have a builder's mindset - you're here to create a function, not just join one.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.

About HIVE
HIVE is a new business center on the full 14th floor of i-Rise Tower in Barsha Heights. 119 private offices,
four meeting rooms, a podcast studio, a café and a 30-seat lounge, all run by one team at one address. Our
promise to members is simple: everything you need to work, nothing you need to worry about. We open in
December 2026, and we are hiring the people who will make the first impression.
About the role:
We are looking for a senior and junior front desk & member experience to join our team. As a
front desk & member experience, you are the first person every member and guest meets, and the person who keeps the floor running everyday. You run the front desk, look after members from their first visit to the day they move out, support sales
with tours, take payments, and make sure every room, service and request is handled the way a good hotel
would handle it. This is a hospitality job in a business setting. The senior role also covers for the manager,
prepares proposals and focuses on client work. The junior role focuses on phones and general admin. You
work in HIVE own app and CRM, so everything you do is recorded and paperless.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and visitors
Welcome every member and guest by name where you can; offer water and tell them what happens next.
Register visitors in the app, issue visitor passes and let the member know their guest has arrived.
Keep the reception desk, lobby and lounge presentable all day: tidy, quiet and ready for a tour at any moment.
Handle after-hours guest access requests and the building’s visitor and parking registration.
Phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and call answering
Answer the main line within three rings; reply to WhatsApp, e-mail and website enquiries the same working day.
Answer calls for members who use the call-answering service, in their company name and with their greeting; take the message and log it in the app so the member gets it by app and e-mail.
Log every new enquiry in the CRM with source, needs and next step; never leave a lead without a follow-up date.
Bookings: meeting rooms, podcast studio and zoom cabinets
Take and confirm bookings in the app; explain prices and the 8 included hours a month to members.
Prepare each room before the booking (screen, cables, water, clean table) and reset it after.
Send quotes for guest bookings and studio sessions; follow up until confirmed or released.
Check no-shows and late cancellations and record them for billing.
Sales support and tours
Show offices to walk-ins and booked visitors when the manager is busy; know every office type, view and price.
Send the offer from the CRM after the tour and hand the lead to the manager to close.
Keep the availability list current so nothing is offered that is already reserved.
Support brokers and agents who bring visitors: register the referral in the app before the tour.
New members: move-in
Guide new members through the online steps in the app: company details and identity check (KYC), signing, payment.
Check identity documents against the originals at handover and confirm it in the app.
Hand over the office with the move-in checklist and photos; issue access cards to each team member.
Explain the house rules on day one: no food or drinks inside offices (pantry, café and lounge only), noise, visitors, parking.
Members day to day
Receive and log mail and courier deliveries; notify the member the same day and keep a signed hand-over record in the app.
Handle team changes: add and remove people, issue and deactivate cards, replace lost cards (and charge the card fee).
Take requests for extras (parking, phone line, printing, team time, IT tasks, café on account) and record them so they reach the monthly statement.
Write down what members ask for or complain about and tell the manager, so problems are fixed before they grow.
Politely remind members of the house rules when needed and record repeated breaches for the
manager.
Payments and billing
Take payments at the desk by card machine and cash (within the cash limit) and record each one against the invoice in the app; the member gets the receipt at once.
Run the daily cash-up at closing: cash counted and card-machine total checked against what was recorded; report any difference the same day.
Help prepare the monthly statements: check room hours, printing, café and studio lines before the manager approves them.
Follow up unpaid invoices with friendly reminders, as set by the manager.
Facilities and housekeeping
Raise facilities tickets (air conditioning, lights, internet, doors, furniture) in the app and follow them until closed.
Coordinate the cleaning team (3 times a week per office) and the quarterly pest control and deep cleaning with members, giving notice in the app where possible.
Walk the floor several times a day: meeting rooms, pantry, zoom cabinets, printers, toilets and lounge; fix or report what is not right.
Keep printers stocked, check paper and toner, and help members with printing PINs.
Move-out
Confirm the last day after the member gives notice in the app; book the handback.
Do the handback checklist with photos, collect every card and key, and note damage for the deposit statement.
Opening, closing and safety
Open and close the front desk with the daily checklist: lights, screens, rooms, lounge, doors and alarms.
Know the emergency plan: fire exits, first aid, evacuation, and who to call for building issues.
Never give access, keys or information to anyone not authorised in the app.
Team time and community
Deliver & ‘‘team time’’; requests for members (bookings, travel, sourcing, small admin tasks) and log the hours.
Help run the monthly members; evening and small events.
Cover the café counter for short breaks when the barista needs help.
Experience in admin, customer service and client care. Where you learned it does not matter.
Warm, calm and well presented. Problems get solved with a smile.
Fluent spoken and written English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Confident with software: bookings, invoices, a CRM. Quick to learn new tools.
Happy to show a space and talk about prices; you like people and you like a tidy floor.
Based in the UAE and able to start within four weeks.
United Kingdom, London
