About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As our Cloud Hyperscaler Readiness Lead, you’ll build scalable programs to set our cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure) up for success. You will support the global sales teams across our cloud partners with content, training, and programming, working closely with Anthropic’s Product Marketing,Partner Enablement, and Cloud Partnership teams. Your job is to develop and curate the right material on a rapid cadence, and to tailor content for each audience, ensuring that the messages, formats, and channels each cloud uses to upskill their sellers and solutions architects can position and deploy Claude with confidence. You’ll stay close to our GTM teams, using what our co-sellers are hearing in the field to sharpen what you build and how it lands. This role is the connective tissue that helps diverse audiences across all our cloud partners understand not just what Claude does but also why it matters to the customers they serve.
Responsibilities
Land our mission and differentiation.
You'll make sure Anthropic's mission and our approach to safe, responsible frontier AI show up accurately and consistently wherever cloud sellers encounter us, so the case for Anthropic as the enterprise's trusted AI partner is clear. When positioning changes, you'll get the update into the right channels quickly and retire what's out of date.
Ensure internal and external readiness.
You'll shape our certifications and scaled training for the way each cloud learns and upskills its people. You won’t simply rinse-and-repeat known patterns; instead, you’ll shape programs that fit each provider's world and map to how its marketplace and co-sell mechanics actually work. Internally, you'll enable Anthropic’s field team to be aware of products and programs and effectively engage CSP partners.
Connect the field to the content.
You'll pair internal assets with what our GTM team are hearing in customer conversations, and turn that traction into co-sell plays and assets the next hundred sellers can use without anyone from our team in the room.
Measuring Impact.
You'll define the signals that connect this work to partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and seller engagement, watch what's actually changing seller behavior, and adjust based on what you see.
You may be a good fit if you have
A working understanding of how Cloud Service Providers go to market
Deep understanding of what motivates sellers, and how to land a message so it gets retained
A track record of taking a narrative or asset to scale through channels you don't own, and showing what changed because of it
Excellent program management skills, a systems mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity against a fast launch cadence
Experience pairing marketing and enablement content with field feedback to build plays, assets, and/or repeatable programs for internal and external teams
A background in product marketing, partner or channel marketing, sales enablement, or co-sell program management. (We’re also very happy to hear from you if you come from a non-traditional background!)
The ability to make safety and responsibility a credible, compelling part of a commercial story, and genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
Strong presence in front of an audience, from a live seller call to a room of technical and commercial people at once
The ability to influence people you don't manage, across Anthropic and inside large partner organizations
Willingness to dive in and figure out what needs to be done, often without concrete guidance or a large supporting team
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with marketplace and/or reseller motions
Experience shaping positioning and differentiation for enterprise buyers
Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or a demonstrated ability to get technical quickly in a new domain
Experience using AI in your own day-to-day workflows to extend your scale and reach
Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build Nebius Serverless AI — our GPU-native platform for deploying inference endpoints, batch jobs, and AI workloads without managing infrastructure. Customers run production AI on it today; the mission now is to make it the fastest, cheapest, most reliable place to ship GPU workloads on the planet.
This is a senior, high-ownership position on a fast-evolving service. You'll set the technical bar: own the architecture of the parts you ship, drive the hard design decisions, and raise the standard of everything around you through code reviews, design reviews, and the way you operate. The work is end-to-end — from cold-start latency in the runtime to the API contract customers integrate against.
You'll work from our office in Amsterdam or London, hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and build core components of the Serverless platform — the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, and the APIs customers integrate against.
Own the hardest engineering problems on the service: cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenant isolation, fair-share quotas, request routing at the edge.
Set the technical direction for the areas you own — drive architecture decisions, write the design docs, and align the team behind the chosen approach.
Raise the engineering bar across the team through code reviews, design reviews, and example — the kind of senior presence that compounds.
Run the service like an SRE: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, and make sure every postmortem changes the platform, not just the runbook.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Partner closely with Product, GTM, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production distributed systems at scale.
Excellent knowledge of Golang, or you are ready to quickly switch to it.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration — you've operated it in anger, not just deployed it.
Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency vs. availability trade-offs, queueing, backpressure, retries, idempotency, multi-tenancy.
Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services — you know where the milliseconds go and how to get them back.
A history of being the engineer others look to on hard problems — driving design discussions, unblocking teammates, and shipping the thing nobody else wanted to touch.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
Experience building serverless or function-as-a-service platforms (Knative, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers, Modal, Replicate, Together, Fireworks, Anyscale, or similar).
GPU scheduling experience — Kubernetes device plugins, MIG, MPS, time-slicing, NVIDIA GPU Operator.
ML inference experience — vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, SGLang, model loading and warm-pool strategies.
Cold-start optimization at the runtime, image, or snapshot level (FireCracker, gVisor, checkpoint/restore, image streaming).
Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects in the serverless, scheduling, or inference ecosystems.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.

The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Determine whether a site can actually support the AI infrastructure we're planning to build.
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement workstreams to determine whether a project is technically feasible before Nebius commits capital.
Build a repeatable technical due diligence program.
Help establish the standards, consultant network, playbooks, and review processes that ensure every infrastructure opportunity is evaluated consistently across the Americas.
Identify technical risk before it becomes commercial risk.
Work with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, and external consultants to identify development constraints early enough to influence negotiations, investment decisions, and project schedules.
About the Role
As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you'll evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas before Nebius commits capital. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence across powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development to identify technical risk, assess development feasibility, and support investment decisions.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, consultant relationships, and technical review processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex technical due diligence programs while helping build the systems that make every future evaluation faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations supporting acquisition decisions.
Prepare technical due diligence summaries and present risks, constraints, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Technical Risk Assessment
Evaluate geotechnical conditions, environmental constraints, utility capacity, network connectivity and fiber access, entitlement requirements, constructability, and development schedules.
Identify technical risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or feasibility.
Recommend mitigation strategies and additional investigations where appropriate.
Quantify technical risks and communicate commercial impacts to Site Selection and Project Development.
Studies & Consultant Management
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into clear development recommendations.
Maintain technical documentation and due diligence records that support investment decisions.
Program Standards & Process
Apply Nebius' technical due diligence standards consistently across all projects.
Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, checklists, and review processes.
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future technical evaluations.
Build and maintain a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Site Selection to evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support acquisition recommendations.
Work with Project Development to transition technically viable projects into development.
Coordinate with Engineering, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and Delivery throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with engineering firms, land-use attorneys, environmental consultants, and technical partners.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver timely technical recommendations that support investment decisions.
Identify development risks early enough to influence commercial negotiations and project strategy.
Establish consistent technical due diligence standards across the Americas.
Build a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex technical due diligence efforts while helping define how future evaluations should be performed.
5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, land development, infrastructure design, or large-scale industrial projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, permitting, and infrastructure development.
Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical developments.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs.
Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius evaluates the next generation of AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the standards, consultant network, technical processes, and playbooks that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. You'll work on some of the industry's largest and most complex AI infrastructure opportunities while helping shape the physical foundation of the global AI economy.

Perplexity is an AI-powered answer engine founded in December 2022 and growing rapidly as one of the world's leading AI platforms. Perplexity has raised over $1B in venture investment from some of the world's most visionary and successful leaders, including Elad Gil, Daniel Gross, Jeff Bezos, Accel, IVP, NEA, NVIDIA, Samsung, and many more. Our objective is to build accurate, trustworthy AI that powers decision-making for people and assistive AI wherever decisions are being made.
Throughout human history, change and innovation have always been driven by curious people. Today, curious people use Perplexity to answer more than 780 million queries every month—a number that's growing rapidly for one simple reason: everyone can be curious.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Perplexity is building the AI platform for professional finance: Perplexity Computer, our agentic platform that navigates tools, completes multi-step workflows, and connects to the market data, filings, transcripts, and research that investment professionals already rely on, and our API Platform, which powers search, retrieval, and automation across structured and unstructured financial data.
At the center of this is our Applied AI / Forward Deployed motion: we work closely with buyside firms—hedge funds, private equity, and asset managers—to distill their core investment processes and embed them into bespoke solutions built on our platform. That means sitting with analysts and PMs to understand how they screen, diligence, monitor, and decide, then translating those workflows into custom skills, agents, and connector configurations that run inside their daily process—and feeding what we learn back into the product so it compounds across customers.
As an AI Strategist on our Applied AI team focused on financial services, you are the subject matter expert who makes this real for investment professionals. This is a commercial and sales engineering role: you will own strategic customer engagements end to end—leading discovery, defining what to build, demonstrating frontier capabilities against real investment workflows, and driving deployments from first conversation through production and expansion. You are part customer owner, part product strategist, part sales engineer—fluent in both the language of the deal team and the language of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OWN STRATEGIC FINANCIAL-SERVICES ENGAGEMENTS
- Lead discovery with banks, PE firms, hedge funds, and asset managers: what matters to the investment team, what problems they are solving, and which workflows are worth automating
- Define scope—what is the right thing to build—and own success metrics, pilot design, and commercial structure
- Drive deployment and rollout across front-office teams, with real revenue responsibility alongside Sales
BE THE DEMO AND TECHNICAL PROOF ENGINE
- Build and deliver compelling, workflow-specific demonstrations: screening, comps, diligence, earnings analysis, research synthesis, portfolio monitoring
- Prototype workflows, skills, and connector configurations hands-on in Perplexity Computer and the API Platform to prove value in the customer's own use cases
- Run pilots and evaluations that hold up to scrutiny from skeptical analysts and PMs
BRING DOMAIN JUDGMENT TO THE PRODUCT
- Translate how deal teams, research desks, and portfolio managers actually work into product, connector, and data-partnership priorities
- Assess whether we have the right market data, filings, transcripts, and research integrations to serve each finance sub-vertical—and drive the roadmap where we do not
- Codify repeatable engagement patterns: discovery templates, finance-specific reference workflows, demo libraries, and deployment playbooks
OPERATE AS THE COMMERCIAL LEAD
- Own senior relationships with investment professionals and technology leaders; move engagements through qualification, scoping, proposal, pricing, legal, and close
- Create urgency, write crisp follow-ups, and know when to push and when to wait
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of direct experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, equity research, or institutional asset management—you have built models, written memos, and lived the workflows you will now automate
- 6+ years of total experience spanning finance and some combination of technical GTM, sales engineering, solutions architecture, AI product strategy, or applied AI with customer exposure
- Deep fluency in front-office workflows: screening, comps, diligence, earnings, research synthesis, portfolio construction and monitoring
- Strong intuition for AI products, agents, and workflows, with the ability to understand technical systems without needing every detail pre-digested
- Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with Forward Deployed Engineers and technical teams: scoping builds together, pairing on prototypes, and translating customer requirements into engineering-ready specs
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped, executable deployment plans with clear success metrics
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating with MDs, partners, PMs, CIOs, and CTOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write proposals, customer memos, technical scopes, and launch narratives
- High agency and low ego, with the ability to run multiple complex customer workstreams in parallel and make progress before the playbook exists
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience building with agentic systems, tool-use workflows, MCP, or LLM APIs
- Working knowledge of institutional data platforms: FactSet, Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Morningstar, or similar
- Experience selling or deploying technology into regulated financial institutions, including security and compliance review
- Founder or early-startup operating experience
- Strong network across buy-side and sell-side institutions
If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed above.

GTM Systems builds and runs the platform that Sales and contracting operate on. These are production systems that process real transactions and produce the data the rest of the company depends on, and the team has grown into a scope where the engineering practices need to grow with it. The platform-developer model got us here. The next stage is a team that operates as software engineers on top of it.
We are hiring a technical lead to build that next stage. You will design and stand up the engineering motions the team runs on, from pull requests and CI/CD through automated UAT, and you will set the technical bar by working alongside the team rather than legislating from the side. Anthropic is also an unusual place to do this work: our own frontier models are part of your toolkit, the team already uses them daily, and a real part of this role is turning that individual usage into a coordinated engineering practice.
Key responsibilities
Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems that process lead-to-cash transactions and generate the data points the organization runs on, including changes originating in other teams that land on our platform
Architect and mature the engineering pipeline the team develops against: pull request workflow, CI/CD, automated UAT, and the deploy path from source control to production
Establish shared AI-assisted development standards for the team, converting existing individual usage into consistent practice that holds up under review
Work with engineering teams outside GTM on shared architectural problems and common tooling, where the right answer is a platform decision rather than a local one
Build and shape the agentic tooling running on top of our platform, and set the pattern other engineers follow when they build the next one
Trace the dependency chain from upstream data and downstream quoting and provisioning systems, and make sure design decisions account for what they break
Partner with the platform developers on the team as engineering practice deepens, expanding what the team can safely ship
Minimum qualifications
Have strong software engineering fundamentals: version control discipline, testing, code review, deployment automation, and a bias toward simple designs
Have built the delivery pipeline for a team, not just worked within one, and can describe the sequencing choices you made
Have led a team through a step change in engineering practice as its scope grew, including what you did when adoption slowed
Work fluently with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows, and have views on how a team should standardize around them
Can run a technical discussion across teams that do not report to you and leave it with a decision rather than a follow-up meeting
Reason about systems you do not own well enough to predict how your changes affect them
Prefer influence through demonstrated work over positional authority
Preferred qualifications
Have worked on business-critical enterprise platforms where financial correctness and auditability mattered
Have experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms, including their metadata and deployment models
Have built tooling or agents on top of an enterprise system of record
Have operated in a company under audit or compliance constraints
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
