About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they sell into. As a Majors AE covering some of the key EMEA markets, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-new revenue and platform expansion. You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Partner Manager, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to bring Vercel's platform into some of the most digitally ambitious and transformational companies in the region.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and execute multi-year account plans across a curated set of named Major Accounts, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Drive net-new revenue through outbound ownership, rigorous discovery, executive alignment, and multi-threaded deal execution spanning engineering, product, procurement, legal, and the C-suite
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations and establish Vercel as a long-term strategic infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of closing six and seven-figure deals in major or strategic accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI/ISV relationship to open doors and accelerate deals, not just name-drop them
Fluent in English and local language requirements based on the territory you’re focused on
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, builds executive relationships from scratch, and sequences complex accounts to maximise long-term revenue
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership — without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with business outcomes and customer pain, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, Azure, or major SI/ISV players active in the UK and Northern Europe markets
Have experience navigating ELAs, global framework agreements, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the UK market
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London based pay range for this role is 200,000 - 270,000 GBP OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the Role
As adjoe enters its next critical phase of global expansion, with a strategic priority of building a scalable and predictable revenue engine. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to advance our GTM strategy and drive global execution with our teams in Europe, North America, and APAC. This is not a maintenance role; it is a creation role at the heart of our commercial strategy.
Your mission is to shape and refine our global GTM strategy and take strategic priorities through execution to achieve results. You will define and implement the operations that will ensure we can continue to scale efficiently across all markets.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director (GTM) and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as a strategic partner and operational bridge across teams. You’ll help translate strategic goals into execution, ensuring alignment from planning to delivery. This role blends analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration—supporting high-impact initiatives, guiding teams through complex deals, and driving seamless execution from partner engagement to integration.
What You Will Do:
- GTM Strategy: Partner with our Managing Director (GTM) and regional VPs of Revenue (Europe, North America, APAC) to design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy, defining the end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence.
- Business Development: Actively support our Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts across all stages (deal, onboarding, and scaling). Support our Growth teams in strategic account development (e.g. new product upsell strategy).
- Sales Enablement & Productivity: Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and the global Sales organization, developing a continuous enablement program to equip teams with the knowledge and assets to win.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Architect and build our global sales reporting framework to establish a single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
- Sales Incentive Design & Execution: Design, model, and manage a motivating global sales commission plan, from initial hands-on creation to eventual strategic oversight as the team scales.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across markets.
- Future Growth - Team Development: Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function, establishing processes and a structure that can grow with the company’s expansion.
Who You Are:
- Strategic & Analytical: 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE, with a strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented.
- Business Acumen: Experienced in formulation (and ideally execution) of commercial strategy and GTM motions. Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech, including the key performance metrics and sales cycles common in the space.
- Builder’s Mindset: You combine structure and pragmatism—equally comfortable architecting multi-year GTM plans and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Executive Presence & Partnership: Strong business acumen and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and external partners. You influence through insight, build trust across teams, and act as a reliable partner who turns strategy into execution.
- Problem-Solving & Ownership: You bring a structured, yet adaptive approach to challenges—leading high-impact initiatives from idea to outcome with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Global Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Academic Foundation: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
Our Commitment to Your Success:
- Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company's trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs, you’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
- Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Hamburg, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation bonus, and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
- Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, access to an 24/7 in-house gym with classes, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Thrive Where You Work: Our Hamburg HQ offers more than a view of the Alster lake. You’ll find a vibrant office with top-notch equipment, open collaboration spaces, and plenty of snacks and drinks to keep ideas (and energy) flowing.

We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly commercial, product-minded Senior Account Executive to help scale our product-led growth and enterprise expansion motion during a period of hypergrowth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth, helping convert product adoption into long-term commercial expansion across strategic accounts. You will work directly with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, increase product consumption, grow contract value, and identify new revenue opportunities.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern PLG and usage-based software companies grow — especially within AI, GenAI, API, infrastructure, creator tooling, or credit-based product environments where expansion is driven by product usage, adoption, and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG-first company, a usage-based SaaS business, or a credit-based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT-LED REVENUE GROWTH
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long-term account value.
- Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.
- Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SOLUTIONS
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.
- Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
GTM STRATEGY & SCALE
- Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.
- Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.
- Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.
- Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role in NY or LA with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. If you are based in San Francisco, it is a hybrid role. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's inference fleet serves Claude to millions of users across our own products and the world's largest cloud platforms. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, model servers, distributed routing, autoscaling, capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation.
The Inference System Dynamics team is responsible for understanding that whole system and holding it to a high bar across four dimensions:
throughput, latency, reliability, and correctness
. We measure how the fleet performs against its theoretical performance frontier, run cross-layer investigations to explain the gaps, and own the correctness checks that make sure Claude's outputs are right, not just fast, across hardware platforms and serving configurations. We don't own the individual components. We instrument and model them, find the highest-leverage opportunities across them, and partner with the owning teams to land the wins.
You'll work across all four areas. One week that might mean tracing a tail-latency regression from request timing down through routing and batching into a kernel overhead; the next it might mean tightening a correctness eval so it catches an output regression introduced by a quantization change. We're looking for performance engineers who treat correctness as part of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Run cross-layer performance investigations across throughput, latency, and reliability, sizing the gap between actual fleet performance and theoretical rooflines, identifying root causes, and quantifying the value of closing them
Own and improve the correctness evaluation pipeline that validates model output quality across hardware platforms, numerics, and serving configurations, and lead the investigation when it catches a regression
Build the observability, dashboards, and modeling tools that make throughput, latency, cost, reliability, correctness, and their interactions legible across the stack
Partner with kernel, serving, routing, autoscaling, and capacity teams to prioritize and land the highest-impact optimizations your analysis surfaces
Ruthlessly stack-rank a large surface area of opportunities by impact and effort, and say no to the ones that don't make the cut
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on performance engineering experience: profiling, roofline analysis, latency/throughput optimization, and root-cause investigation in complex production systems
Proficiency in Python, with the ability to read, instrument, and contribute to large production codebases you didn’t write
Solid data analysis skills (e.g. SQL, pandas, or similar) sufficient to turn raw telemetry into clear findings
Ability to communicate quantitative results clearly in writing to influence priorities on teams you don't manage
Genuine interest in correctness as an engineering discipline: numerics, evaluation design, regression detection
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ML systems, especially training or inference infrastructure or general LLM serving stacks. Direct large-scale inference experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with GPU/TPU/accelerator performance concepts (memory bandwidth, kernel overheads, quantization, collective communication). Reasoning about these matters more than having written kernels yourself
Experience with reliability engineering for high-throughput services: autoscaling, load balancing, request routing, tail latency
Experience with model evaluation or numerical regression-detection pipelines
Experience building observability or telemetry for distributed systems
Comfortable having impact through influence and evidence rather than direct ownership
Representative Projects
Trace a 350ms latency gap on a new accelerator platform from end-to-end request timing down to a server scheduling overhead, quantify the win, and land the fix directly or with the owning team
Redesign the correctness eval gate: determine which signals reliably catch real model-output regressions versus noise, and make it the trusted release criterion across hardware backends
Build a FLOPs funnel that breaks down where compute actually goes across the fleet, exposing the gap between achieved throughput and kernel rooflines
Root-cause a numerical divergence between two hardware platforms to a specific kernel change, and define the acceptance threshold going forward
Model the latency–cost impact of changing batch-sizing and utilization targets, and turn the result into the signal the autoscaler uses in production
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re scaling from prototypes to manufacturing, and the process maturity needs to match. This role owns the secure manufacturing pipeline — the procedures, tooling, and controls that take a bare board in an untrusted CM facility and turn it into a cryptographically enrolled, OTA-ready device that our cloud fleet trusts. You’ll be the bridge between our secure boot/firmware teams and the cloud control plane, connecting them at the point of manufacture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design the secure manufacturing station — Architect the hardware, software, and network stack (HSM, key injection, AWS Private CA) for factory floor provisioning stations. Integrate the secure boot fuse/flashing flow from our secure boot/firmware team.
- Build the provisioning toolchain — Own the automation pipeline that takes a bare device through identity provisioning, enrollment, firmware flashing, calibration, and functional test.
- Bridge device and cloud identity Enroll every device into a registry with correct credentials for OTA, session heartbeating, and deployment tracking.
- Own the End-Of-Line (EOL) test framework — Work with globally distributed teams to define pass/fail criteria for devices leaving the line: sensor calibration, actuator checks, and initial OTA health check.
- Work with contract manufacturers —Translate security requirements into CM-executable procedures; threat-model the factory for key leakage, firmware tampering, and supply chain substitution.
- Maintain chain of custody — Link each physical serial number to its provisioned identity, calibration records, test results, and firmware version at manufacture.
- Collaborate across teams — Work daily with a globally distributed team of firmware, cloud, manufacturing, systems and operational team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience which includes manufacturing engineering, with a comparable depth of experience developing test tools and frameworks. Plus experience working with networking in a manufacturing environment, and time focused on secure device provisioning and/or secure manufacturing processes. Ideally 3 years at a Staff level or equivalent.
- PKI and device identity — Experience with X.509 certificate lifecycles, mTLS, device authentication and attestation, and managed CA services like AWS Private CA.
- AWS infrastructure — S3, IAM, ECS, KMS, CloudHSM and Secrets Manager for secure provisioning workflows.
- EOL test and calibration — Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test frameworks, experience with hardware test fixtures.
- Scripting and automation — Advanced skills in Python or Bash for developing production-grade provisioning toolchains.
- Advanced skills and understanding of Rust, Bazel, Systemd
- Embedded Linux systems — Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor platforms.
- Secure manufacturing design — Ability to design secure processes for untrusted or semi-trusted offshore CMs and air-gapped station design.
- Experience managing quality gates with contract manufacturers
- Hardware root of trust understanding — General understanding of secure boot chains, TPM/TrustZone, cryptographic key injection, certificate provisioning, and eFuse programming.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $260,000–$320,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

Today, Blockstream is the leading Bitcoin company, providing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions for enterprises, institutions, and individual Bitcoin users. We develop industry-leading Bitcoin self-custody solutions, Bitcoin-based financial products, second-layer scaling technologies, and enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure.
As part of our continued growth strategy, we are expanding our presence within the traditional financial services industry and are seeking a visionary VP, Enterprise Products & Solutions EMEA to lead strategic client engagement, enterprise growth, enterprise sales, and solution adoption across the region.
We are seeking a highly commercial, client-oriented, and consultative enterprise leader with a proven track record of delivering significant sales growth, building strategic institutional relationships, and successfully managing complex consultative enterprise sales engagements across the financial services ecosystem.
This is not a transactional product sales role. It is a strategic enterprise leadership position focused on helping financial institutions navigate complex transformation journeys involving digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure, and next-generation financial technologies.
You will operate at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic advisory, solution architecture, and long-term client partnership management, engaging with senior stakeholders across investment banks, private banks, hedge funds, family offices, financial market infrastructure providers, and institutional investors.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Strategic Client Leadership & Market Development
- Define and execute the EMEA enterprise growth and enterprise sales strategy together with the Chief Product Officer and global enterprise leadership team.
- Drive enterprise revenue growth and strategic account expansion across institutional financial services markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions exploring digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure, and blockchain-enabled financial services.
- Build and expand long-term strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, business owners, innovation teams, and technology leadership.
- Lead highly consultative enterprise sales engagements focused on understanding client operating models, business challenges, regulatory considerations, commercial objectives, and infrastructure needs.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from strategic discovery through solution design, stakeholder alignment, commercial structuring, negotiation, and delivery oversight.
- Proven ability to originate, develop, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise opportunities with measurable commercial impact and recurring long-term client value.
- Position Blockstream as a credible long-term infrastructure partner within institutional financial markets.
Enterprise Solution Engagement & Delivery Oversight
- Partner closely with clients to shape customized enterprise solutions leveraging Bitcoin infrastructure, Layer-2 technologies, digital asset platforms, and interoperability capabilities.
- Lead strategic solution discussions across business, operational, compliance, and technical domains.
- Oversee enterprise implementation programs and ensure alignment between client expectations, commercial objectives, and delivery realities.
- Support the growth and adoption of Liquid and Lightning ecosystems by helping institutions understand practical use cases, operational value, and integration opportunities.
- Navigate highly regulated enterprise environments with professionalism, structure, and strong stakeholder management.
- Balance client expectations, commercial constraints, and delivery execution while maintaining high-quality enterprise engagement throughout all phases of the client lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business development and client engagement organization across EMEA.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, delivery, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful enterprise outcomes.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring client feedback informs product evolution, market positioning, and delivery priorities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer obsession, commercial excellence, and execution focus.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating strong ownership and leadership in fast-moving environments.
Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
- Represent Blockstream at industry conferences, executive forums, and client events across the financial services ecosystem.
- Contribute to strategic market positioning and thought leadership around institutional Bitcoin adoption and digital asset infrastructure.
- Stay closely aligned with market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and enterprise transformation priorities across EMEA financial markets.
What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, strategic consulting, client engagement, financial technology, or complex solution delivery within financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets and delivering measurable commercial growth within complex B2B and institutional environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, long decision-making processes, executive engagement, commercial negotiations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience selling complex technology, infrastructure, SaaS, platform, or transformation solutions into enterprise and institutional clients.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic enterprise client relationships and converting strategic advisory engagements into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders across investment banks, private banks, hedge funds, asset managers, financial infrastructure providers, or enterprise technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, financial infrastructure, APIs, integration ecosystems, and operational transformation challenges.
- Deep interest in digital assets, Bitcoin infrastructure, blockchain technologies, and institutional adoption trends.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client expectations, technical complexity, commercial realities, and delivery execution.
