About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring a Power Supply & PPA Lead to own front-of-meter energy supply for Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: the power purchase agreements and the wholesale and retail supply contracts that serve our grid-connected sites. As those sites energize, their load needs contracted supply, and these contracts will be among the largest long-term commitments the energy team makes. You will set the supply plan for each market, take it to generators and suppliers, structure and negotiate the agreements, and carry them through internal approval to signature. This supply is also central to Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, so what a deal does for other customers on the system counts alongside price and term. You will work beside the teammates who originate sites and behind-the-meter generation, who buy and transport gas, and who schedule the portfolio once it operates. You are this function's first dedicated owner.
Responsibilities:
Own the front-of-meter supply plan for the United States: for each grid-connected site and market, how much load to contract, from whom, for how long, at what price structure, and by when, set against the site's ramp and the portfolio view of energy need.
Take that plan to market. Build and keep relationships with generation owners, developers, independent power producers, and retail and wholesale suppliers; run competitive solicitations and bilateral negotiations; and compare offers on a like-for-like basis.
Structure and negotiate PPAs, tolls, capacity agreements, and other long-term supply agreements from term sheet to signature, with legal and outside counsel: price and shape, delivery point and basis, congestion and curtailment, commercial operation dates and delay remedies for new-build projects, credit support, change in law, assignment, and termination.
Make supply work under each market's rules: through retail providers and load-serving entities in competitive markets, and through utility tariffs, sleeved arrangements, and customer-sourced generation programs in regulated, cooperative, and public power territories. Work with the teammates who hold the utility relationship so the utility service agreement and the supply contract fit together.
Design the supply portfolio to deliver Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, and be able to show that it does: work with policy and outside analysts on how the effect on other customers is measured, and bring that test into deal selection and contract terms.
Collaborate with Energy Finance on deal valuation and the risk view behind it: forward curves, shape and basis risk, capacity and ancillary costs, counterparty credit, and development risk.
Carry commitments through internal approval: write the deal memo, state the price, the exposure, and the alternatives plainly, and answer questions from executives who do not work in energy.
After signature, track new-build counterparties to commercial operation, manage amendments and disputes, and hand each contract to energy scheduling and portfolio in a form that can be operated.
Support negotiation of utility service agreements and large-load tariff terms for grid-connected sites, manage the interconnection and load-study process, and represent Anthropic in tariff proceedings and ISO/RTO rule changes alongside policy and industry coalitions.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years in power origination, structuring, or energy procurement, including PPAs or long-term supply contracts that you led from term sheet to signature.
Have bought power for a large load (a data center operator, industrial, utility, cooperative, or retail supplier), or have sold to those buyers and know what they should have asked for.
Know at least two US ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, or others) well enough to price delivery point, basis, congestion, capacity, and ancillary costs into a deal, and understand how a large customer gets supply in a vertically integrated utility territory.
Can build and interrogate a deal valuation yourself, and can say what a fixed-price, shaped, index, or block structure does to the buyer's exposure.
Read and mark up a PPA yourself. You use counsel well, and you do not hand them the commercial judgment.
Understand credit support and project finance well enough to know what a developer's lenders need from an offtaker, and what that is worth in the negotiation.
Write and speak plainly about large commitments to people outside energy, and coordinate well across teams that do not report to you: finance, legal, policy, site origination, and scheduling.
Have built a book, a program, or a function from zero, and are comfortable moving quickly on incomplete information.
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience contracting supply for data centers or other large, fast-ramping load.
Experience with firm and shaped products: storage-backed and hybrid structures, tolling agreements, and offtake from new-build dispatchable or clean firm generation.
Experience in regulated and public power territories: sleeved PPAs, utility green or clean-transition tariffs, and large-load tariffs and the provisions in them that protect other ratepayers.
[Time on or alongside a trading or structuring desk. See note 8.]
Experience with virtual PPAs, energy attribute certificates, and hourly matching or emissions accounting.
Experience with Canadian energy markets.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What is the need and role
Anthropic's mission depends on compute, and compute depends on power. Today, energy is increasingly the binding constraint on how fast frontier AI infrastructure comes online. The energy team sources, structures, and contracts that power, and its work touches nearly every part of the company and a growing set of people outside it.
We're looking for someone to join the energy team in a special projects role: to take on the problems that don't sit inside any one deal or region, and to carry them wherever they lead. That means working in three circles. Inside Compute, with the teams that site, design, build, finance, and operate our data centers. Across Anthropic, with policy, legal, communications, finance, and the other teams that need energy depth or whose work shapes ours. And outside the company, with FERC, state commissions and agencies, RTOs and ISOs, utilities, industry working groups, and other large energy customers.
It's a "figure it out / get it done" role for someone who can chase down issues while bringing real depth in energy: the kind of person who can untangle a power delivery problem with design and delivery in the morning, brief the policy team on what a FERC proceeding means for our sites in the afternoon, speak for us on a working group call the next day, and then pick up an unrelated problem the energy team needs solved that week. Much of the job is building coalitions among complex, multi-functional groups of stakeholders, and then running the project all the way to completion.
What you'll do
1/ Inside Compute
Working with the head of energy, pick up cross-functional problems as they arise that have no natural owner, work them with the teams involved to a decision, process, or tool, then hand them off and move on to the next one.
Connect the energy commercial leads with site selection, data center design, delivery, operations, and finance, so that everyone plans on the same assumptions about power: when it arrives, how much, how reliable, and at what cost.
Write the strategy documents, decision memos, and leadership updates that explain the energy team's choices to executives who do not work in energy.
Build the processes and tools, with Claude, that keep the team's commitments, open decisions, and stakeholder record current, so none of it depends on one person's memory.
Run the team's planning rhythm: priorities, headcount plan, consultant roster, and follow-up on open decisions.
2/ Across Anthropic
Be the energy team's first point of contact for policy, legal, communications, community relations, finance, and other teams, and make sure their questions get a fast, accurate answer from the right person.
Serve as an energy subject matter expert for the policy team and work with them on the company's positions on energy issues.
Give communications and community relations plain answers on what a site's power supply means for local rates, reliability, and emissions.
Keep what we sign and what we say in public consistent with each other and with Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment.
Prepare energy team leaders and executives for outside meetings, panels, and testimony, and follow through on what comes out of them.
3/ Outside the company
Represent the energy team in the industry working groups, trade associations, large-customer coalitions, and research collaborations we belong to: sit in the room, shape the work, and bring back what matters.
Working with policy and legal, engage with FERC, state commissions, agencies and legislatures, and RTO and ISO stakeholder processes on the issues that affect our portfolio.
Tell the commercial leads what a proposed tariff or rule does to a deal early enough to change the negotiation.
Build and keep relationships with utilities, grid operators, regulators' staff, and counterparts at other large-load customers.
Manage the outside counsel, consultants, and analysts who support this work: scope, budget, and quality.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years in energy policy, energy markets, or energy strategy.
Have built coalitions among complex, multi-functional stakeholder groups, inside and outside your own organization.
Have run projects to completion, from an unclear question to a finished result, across teams that do not report to you.
Can read a tariff, an energy services agreement, or a FERC order yourself and explain what it means commercially for a large customer.
Know how state commissions and RTO or ISO stakeholder processes work in practice.
Write quickly and plainly, for executives outside energy and for outside audiences.
Have good judgment about what to say in public, who should say it, and when to say nothing.
Are comfortable with unscoped work and with switching between very different problems in the same week.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with data centers or other large loads, on the customer, developer, or utility side.
Commercial experience: time spent negotiating utility service agreements, energy services agreements, or PPAs, or advising the people who do.
Time in a chief of staff, strategy, or consulting role.
Direct experience in a FERC or state commission proceeding, or in an RTO or ISO working group.
Familiarity with gas as well as power.

Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab.
An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Data Integrations, you'll help GitLab's analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) agents see beyond the data held in GitLab. You'll decide which external systems connect to the Data Insights Platform and Orbit, which integrations come first, and how their data fits into shared models.
Engineering teams plan work, track incidents, monitor production, and manage security findings across different tools. Your challenge is to bring that context together with GitLab's code, merge requests, pipelines, deployments, and vulnerabilities. You'll shape a consistent approach that gives customers a trustworthy picture they can query, report on, and use with agents, rather than another set of disconnected data sources.
This role is based in Bangalore, India. You'll work from home and come to the Bangalore office when needed for business or team activities. You should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate there.
What you'll do
Set integration priorities using evidence from customers, field teams, and other product managers to identify the biggest gaps in context.
Shape how external data maps into GitLab's shared data models, including the extract, transform, and load (ETL) approach and the transformations needed to make sources work together.
Define the customer problems and user groups each integration serves. Partner with engineering to agree on the intended experience, trade-offs, and delivery sequence.
Translate product decisions into a clear backlog of epics and issues for engineering.
Define telemetry and adoption signals to understand whether connected data helps customers answer new questions, and use those findings to guide priorities.
Help shape integration pricing and packaging as the product area matures.
Use AI coding agents and GitLab to explore data, prototype integrations, and document the intended experience.
What you'll bring
Product management experience, with the ability to connect customer needs to priorities and make trade-offs with incomplete information.
Strong knowledge of the software development and operations (DevOps) ecosystem, including how planning, security, observability, and IT service management tools fit into engineering workflows.
A working understanding of data integration, ETL, and data transformation, including how data from different systems maps to a common model. You don't need a background as a data engineer.
Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and documentation as part of your product work.
Clear communication about customer problems, close collaboration with engineering, and a habit of using data to evaluate adoption.
Experience with integration products, data models, or value stream analytics is helpful, but isn't required.
About the team
We're part of GitLab's Core Data Products organization, which focuses on insights, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll report to the Vice President of Product Management and join as our third product manager, focused on Data Integrations. You'll work alongside a Principal Product Manager responsible for the Data Insights Platform and dashboards, and a Product Manager focused on Orbit.
GitLab is all-remote, with asynchronous collaboration across regions. Transparency, written communication, and clear decisions are central to how we work. This role has the Bangalore location and in-person requirements described above.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Marketing team shapes how the world sees and experiences Attio. We think strategically, move fast, and obsess over quality — from acquisition to brand to product marketing. We experiment constantly, craft clear narratives, and focus relentlessly on what drives growth.
CRM is entering a new era. AI is changing how companies go to market, and Attio is building the platform at the centre of that shift.
We’re looking for a Communications Lead to shape how Attio tells that story — defining the narratives, ideas, and perspectives that build our position as the category evolves.
Your primary focus will be shaping Attio’s narrative and building the communications strategy that brings it to life — across our own channels and through the people and platforms that influence how Attio is understood.
You’ll work across the company to uncover what’s interesting, turn complex ideas into compelling stories, and build a communications engine that grows Attio’s influence alongside the business.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with strong editorial instincts, a deep understanding of technology and culture, and the ambition to help define how a new generation thinks about CRM.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Narrative & positioning: Own Attio’s company narrative and the stories, ideas, and perspectives we want to be known for.
Content: Turn our narrative into distinctive content and programs across Attio’s owned channels.
Founder & executive communications: Shape the voices and external presence of our founders and leadership team across social, content, media, and events.
PR & earned media: Build relationships with journalists and media, creating opportunities for others to tell Attio’s story.
Employee & internal comms: Help our team understand and tell Attio’s story through internal communications, employer brand, and employee advocacy.
Company announcements: Lead communications for major moments including fundraising, company news, launches, and other key milestones.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Communications experience: 7+ years across communications, content, editorial, PR, or brand, ideally within high-growth startups.
Exceptional storytelling: You can turn complex ideas into simple, distinctive, and compelling narratives.
Editorial judgement: You have strong instincts for what makes a great story, what audiences will care about, and where it should be told.
Executive partnership: You’re comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders to shape their voice and external presence.
Media understanding: You understand the modern communications landscape across press, social, creators, podcasts, events, and emerging channels.
Strategic judgement: You can move between long-term narrative building and high-stakes, fast-moving communications with confidence.
Builder mindset: You’re comfortable creating the strategy and doing the work — from developing the narrative to writing the final copy.
Eye for quality: You hold a high bar for everything Attio puts into the world and know what great communications looks like.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Regional Vice President to own and lead our APAC business. You'll inherit a team of four quota-carrying enterprise AEs across Australia, Singapore and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model, and partner ecosystem that takes APAC from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.
This is a Director-level hire with second-line ambition. You'll report directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships, and executive engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Team leadership and performance
- Lead, develop and expand the Enterprise Sales teams across the APAC region
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecast calls with precision and consistency
- Identify and close performance gaps early: coach the team to close larger deals faster and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Build a culture of accountability and development; create clear career paths for senior individual contributors, including first-line management opportunities as the team scales
Revenue
- Own the APAC number: quarterly and annual quota attainment across all three sub-regions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent delivery and predictable forecasting to Global VP of Sales and leadership
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor, bringing credibility and commercial weight to enterprise negotiations
- Establish the region's strongest lighthouse accounts across key industry verticals, building referenceable wins that anchor LangChain's market position in APAC
Hiring
- Manage multiple open roles across APAC simultaneously: owning the full hiring lifecycle across pipeline, assessment, and closing
- Partner with the retained search firm and internal talent team to move at pace without compromising on quality
- Define the headcount profile for APAC beyond Q4 and feed into H1 planning, ensuring the team is built ahead of the revenue curve
Partner ecosystem
- Owns hyperscaler and GSI/RSI relationships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and key SIs) across APAC
- Develop a structured partner motion that generates qualified pipeline and supports deal acceleration, reduces risk and drives expansion
- Represent LangChain at partner QBRs and executive engagements in region
Market presence
- Represent LangChain as a keynote-ready leader at partner events, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the region
- Build LangChain's brand with technical buyers, CIOs, and innovation leaders across APAC's most important enterprise accounts
- Bring intelligence on the APAC markets back to the Global VP of Sales and product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or sub-regional leadership role managing quota-carrying AEs
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones, with the cultural intelligence to operate across the APAC region
- Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams): you understand how developer tools get evaluated and adopted
- Experience in the AI, data, or developer tooling space strongly preferred; familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is a meaningful plus
Leadership
- You've run teams of 6+ AEs before and know the difference between managing and coaching
- You can hold a forecast conversation with a VP and a deal coaching session with an AE in the same afternoon, and add value in both
- You hire well and fast. You know what good looks like for enterprise AE profiles and you can run structured hiring processes across four open roles simultaneously
- You've built or contributed to a partner motion before: you understand what "partner pipeline" means in practice, not just in theory
Operating style
- You bias toward action. You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you: you build it
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scale. This is not a role with a fully defined motion; you'll shape a significant part of it
- You communicate clearly and directly, to your team and to leadership
- You're present in the market. You attend the right events, know the right people, and build relationships that translate into pipeline and retention
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director, EMEA Professional Services to build and lead our services and customer engineering motion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is a player-coach leadership role at the center of the EMEA go-to-market. You will shape how we engage EMEA customers after the sale and alongside it. You will help Sales position and sell both the subscription and, when it fits, services. You will own staffing and delivery for EMEA engagements. You will also coordinate the wider Customer Engineering team in region, including Enablement Engineers, Activation Specialists, and Account Managers.
You will work closely with EMEA GTM leadership and stay aligned with global Professional Services leadership. EMEA should feel like one team with the rest of PS, with the local context it needs to win.
Location: London preferred. Open to other EMEA locations with strong overlap with UK and European business hours. Some travel to customers and to our San Francisco and New York offices is expected.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define EMEA Customer Engineering programs: Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to design and run programs for the region. This includes onboarding, activation, enablement, and services offerings. Adapt global programs to regional needs such as data residency, regulated industries, language, and partner ecosystems.
- Support positioning and selling: Support the creation and evolution of standard pre sales assets to support the AEs with positioning Professional Services. Work with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on deal strategy. Help position the subscription and the right post-sale path for each customer. Join executive conversations when needed. Scope and sell Professional Services when it is the right fit. Review SOWs, estimates, and pricing for EMEA deals.
- Own resource management and delivery: Own staffing, capacity planning, and utilization for the EMEA PS team. Match engagements to the right people and practices. Make sure delivery follows PS methodology, including scoping, technical review, documentation, and customer handoff. Review key deliverables, surface risk early, and handle escalations.
- Lead and grow the EMEA team: Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Architects, AI Engineers, and Engagement Managers in region. Set clear expectations and give direct feedback. Build a team culture with a high bar for quality and craft.
- Coordinate across global Customer Engineering in a matrix model: Provide day-to-day coordination and supervision for EMEA Enablement Engineers, Activation Specialists, and Account Managers. Set shared priorities and make sure customers get a connected journey from activation to enablement to services to expansion. Work with their functional leaders on performance, growth, and standards.
- Align with global PS leadership: Keep delivery standards, tooling, pricing, and reporting consistent across regions. Share what works in EMEA. Bring back playbooks, reusable assets, and process improvements from the global team. Contribute to the PS operating rhythm and roadmap.
- Run the business: Own EMEA PS bookings, utilization, delivery margin, and customer outcomes. Report on pipeline, capacity, and risk to Customer Engineering and GTM leadership.
- Stay close to customers: Remain active in key accounts. Act as the senior escalation point for strategic EMEA customers. Be a credible voice with technical and executive stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have 10+ years of experience in professional services, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or consulting. At least 4 of those years were in leadership roles.
- You have led a services or post-sales team in EMEA. You know the regional market and its regulatory landscape.
- You have helped sell technical services alongside a software subscription. You can scope work, price it, and defend it with customers.
- You have owned resource management and delivery. You understand utilization, capacity planning, and delivery quality.
- You have led through influence in a matrix organization. You can set direction for people who do not report to you.
- You are credible with engineers and executives. You can discuss agent architectures, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption.
- You have built programs from scratch in a fast-moving environment. You do not wait to be told what to do.
- You communicate clearly and directly. You work well across time zones with a global team.
You exemplify our operating principles
- You are motivated to build something great. You hold a high bar for quality, craft, and impact.
- You embrace hot takes. You share informed opinions, challenge the status quo, and engage in constructive debate.
- You operate with maximum agency. You take ownership, move work forward independently, and help others unblock.
- You run to the roar. You lean into hard problems, ambiguity, and fast-moving challenges.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLM applications, or agent frameworks
- Experience with SaaS subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and services attach
- Experience working with SIs and cloud marketplaces in EMEA
- Experience in a high-growth startup or open-source company
- Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
- EMEA customers have clear programs and a connected post-sale journey.
- Services attach rate and bookings grow in the region, with healthy margins.
- EMEA PS meets its utilization target over time, with exceptions understood and managed.
- Delivery consistently follows PS standards, and material risks surface early.
- Matrix partners in Enablement, Activation, and Account Management are aligned on EMEA priorities.
- EMEA practices stay consistent with global PS and feed improvements back to it.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous.
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Fluency in English and French.
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
