ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Manager to find, build, and scale new ways for Avoca to reach the market. Avoca plays in a relationship-driven industry, and ecosystem partnerships are a major revenue driver. This is a growth-hacker role with a revenue goal and a generalist mindset: part relationship builder, part operator, part builder who uses AI to do the work of a much larger team.
You'll go after high-leverage channels, starting with the industry networks and peer groups where thousands of operators make buying decisions together, and expanding into whatever motions move the number. You'll design experiments, build the systems and automations to run them, and turn what works into a repeatable engine. The scope is wide and the whitespace is real. We're looking for a genuinely smart, high-agency person who builds their own leverage.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority growth bets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with major industry networks and peer groups
- Build and maintain the relationships that unlock these channels, and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Use AI and automation aggressively to run more experiments, reach more people, and operate at a scale a traditional hire couldn't
- Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems
- Own your numbers and report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and where to double down
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role
- Exceptional relationship skills, people trust you and want to work with you quickly
- Genuine horsepower: you learn fast, think from first principles, and figure out hard problems without a template
- Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating anything repetitive, you'd rather build a system than do the same thing twice
- High agency and a builder's mentality: you create your own leverage and move without waiting to be told
- Strong communication, written and verbal, with both operators and executives
- Bonus points: A track record of building something from zero, a company, a product, a channel, or a scaled process
WHO YOU ARE
- You're a builder who gets energized from building relationships, owning a number, and finding leverage others miss
- You don't need a playbook or an industry pedigree, you create clarity where none exists
- You work hard because you have a high standard for yourself: you want to own outcomes, carry a number, and prove out models the company can scale
- You're equally comfortable charming a room and wiring up an automation behind the scenes
- You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Our Recruiting team will share full details as you progress through the process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

Exceptional learning ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills. Strong ability to abstract and translate real-world business scenarios into elegant data structures and business logic.

Experience investing or trading in equities, FX, crypto spot/derivatives, or quantitative trading is preferred.

Experience in options product design or trading, or hands-on trading/research/industry experience with similar event contracts platforms is a plus.

Freedom24 is an international fintech and investment platform, part of Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), providing brokerage and financial services to clients across Europe.
We are actively expanding our presence in France, and as part of our broader strategy to grow our product offering, we are exploring the launch of new regulated financial services in the French market, including a digital banking offering. To support this, we are strengthening our compliance team and looking for an experienced MLCO to build and lead the AML/CFT function for this new area of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly shape the compliance infrastructure from the ground up.
Design and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures in line with ACPR, TRACFIN and EU regulatory requirements (AMLD5/6);
Build and oversee the KYC/KYB framework, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD);
Monitor transactions, identify suspicious activity, and prepare TRACFIN filings;
Conduct risk assessments across products, customers, geographies and channels;
Act as the primary point of contact with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN, AMF);
Train staff on AML/CFT, sanctions compliance and fraud prevention;
Report to senior management on compliance risks and controls.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance within a bank, payment institution (PSP/EMI), or fintech company;
Strong knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks (Code monétaire et financier, LCB-FT, AMLD);
Proven hands-on experience directly engaging with regulators (ACPR, TRACFIN) — correspondence, inspections, reporting;
Experience independently building a compliance function or processes from scratch, not just operating within an already established system;
Comfortable working in a startup environment: high ambiguity, few pre-built processes, and the ability to make decisions independently;
Understanding of digital financial and/or payment services and related risks;
Fluent in French and English;
ACAMS certification is a plus.
Benefits
A rare opportunity to build a compliance function for a new business line from the ground up — with direct influence on strategy and product;
A competitive salary that reflects the seniority and responsibility of the role;
A role within an international, publicly listed company (NASDAQ: FRHC) with ambitious growth plans in Europe;
Real autonomy and high level of trust — a rare chance to build something new, not just maintain an existing function.

is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a
Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies
Data Handling
Databases: MariaDB / MySQL, state validation via SQL / JDBC
Test data setup and cleanup
CI/CD and Processes
Build management with Gradle, custom tasks for different test suites
CI/CD: GitLab CI / Jenkins, integrating automated tests into pipelines
Git hooks / husky / pre-commit as a quality gate
Reporting: Allure
Test management: Jira
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech / trading / payment products
Experience using AI tools in testing (Copilot, AI assistants for test generation/analysis)
Experience with Testcontainers
Familiarity with App Store / Google Play guidelines

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).

WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Manager to own the WorkOS Dashboard and help developers get more value from our products. You'll work on the experience of getting started, building an integration, adopting additional capabilities, and expanding usage as a customer's needs grow.
This is a product role with a clear growth mandate. You'll build features and improve workflows that help developers succeed, using customer research and product data to understand where people find value and where they get stuck. You'll own the connection between a better developer experience and outcomes such as activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.
You'll partner closely with engineering and design to shape the Dashboard roadmap and ship improvements. You'll also work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to connect what developers experience in the product with how WorkOS grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Dashboard product roadmap, with accountability for the developer experience and the growth outcomes it supports.
- Talk to developers and observe how they use the Dashboard alongside APIs, documentation, and the rest of their workflow.
- Build features that help developers get started, complete integrations, discover relevant capabilities, and expand their use of WorkOS.
- Improve onboarding and reduce the time it takes a new developer to get value from the product.
- Identify friction across the customer journey and prioritize opportunities using customer research, product analytics, and business impact.
- Define and track measures of activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention. Use experiments to evaluate changes and decide what to build next.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship clear, useful experiences for technical users.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on product discovery, product-qualified leads, and the path from self-serve adoption to enterprise use.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and results clearly across the company.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience building developer tools, API products, infrastructure products, or technical B2B SaaS. You understand developers and how they use dashboards to work with a technical product.
- A track record of shipping features that improve onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, or retention.
- Experience with product-led growth and a clear understanding of how product improvements lead to customer and business outcomes.
- Strong product instincts backed by customer research and data, including experience designing and evaluating experiments.
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models and how they shape the customer experience.
- The ability to make decisions with incomplete information and move quickly with engineering and design.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.
