WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.

An overview of this role
GitLab is building the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platform, and this role will help shape how teams move from planning to code in an AI-native software development lifecycle.
As Senior Product Manager, Source Code, you'll shape how planning and managing source code will evolve in an AI-native software development lifecycle. This role is focused on bringing planning and code closer together, so teams can move from requirements and specifications to commits, merge requests, and customer value with speed and quality.
This area is evolving quickly. We're exploring how AI agents can use specifications, context, and human feedback to build the right thing, not just build the thing right. You'll define new product experiences for spec-driven, human-in-the loop development: how the link between planning intent and the code that implements it gets created, stays accurate as both change, and gets used at review time. The hard part is that this link decays. Code moves, specs might not follow, you will define how to make that connection self-maintaining.
This is an ambiguous, high-impact opportunity for a product manager who has strong software development lifecycle knowledge, is comfortable working with technical teams, and wants to help create something new in DevSecOps.
What You’ll Do
Define and drive product strategy for experiences that connect planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
Shape workflows where teams and agents move between intent and code in both directions, so a specification can be traced to the merges that implement it and a diff can be read and reviewed against the intent behind it.
Work with engineering, design, and other product teams to build product experiences that support human-in-the-loop and autonomous development workflows.
Partner with teams working on demos and prototypes, including near-term work around spec-driven planning and autonomous development modes, including which decisions stay with a human and why.
Use customer insights, product usage data, and market context to identify opportunities that can deliver customer value quickly.
Help teams ship fast with quality, balancing near-term execution with longer-term product direction.
Explore how planning can better account for reviewing code, reviewing test cases, and validating that work produced by agents matches the intended outcome.
Collaborate across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI product areas to reduce friction across the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a product manager working on developer tools, DevOps tools, source code management, planning tools, AI-native products, or related software development lifecycle products.
Direct, hands-on experience with the source code lifecycle, including branches, merge requests, code review, CI/CD, and releases, whether as a product manager or as an engineer, along with a strong understanding of how software moves from ideas and requirements through planning, coding, review, testing, and delivery.
Experience working with technical product areas and engineering teams, with enough technical depth to understand developer workflows and tradeoffs.
A data-forward approach to product management, including experience using data to identify customer impact and guide prioritization.
Comfort operating in ambiguous spaces where there may not yet be a clear market pattern or established product category.
Experience building or shipping with AI tools and agents, not just using them, and a point of view of your own on where AI helps and where it does not across the software development lifecycle.
Ability to think creatively about how AI changes the software development lifecycle and how product experiences should adapt.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
A bias toward action and the ability to help teams ship meaningful customer value quickly.
About the team
This role sits within the Product organization and will work closely with teams across Plan, Source Code Management, Code Review, and AI. We are focused on helping GitLab customers plan, build, and deliver software in a faster, more connected way.
You'll join a group that is rethinking how planning and coding should work as AI changes the speed and shape of software development. Rather than treating planning, coding, and review as separate stages, we're exploring how to bring these workflows closer together so humans and agents can collaborate more effectively.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is focused on Commercial and Mid-Market customers, supporting high-growth companies with standardized financial workflows, core ERP integrations, and repeatable implementation patterns that drive fast time-to-value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows. SAP S/4HANA or Sage Intacct expertise highly preferred.
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

As a staff software engineer in Reverse ETL, you’ll be on the front lines of integrating data activation capabilities into the Fivetran product along every dimension – authentication, billing, data model, UI and more. You’ll be a senior member of a distributed, collaborative, agile team of engineers of varying experience levels and diverse backgrounds.

Proven experience in system integration, including API consumption and development (experience with infrastructure management is a bonus)
Familiarity with leading cloud providers, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience being on-call
What You’ll Do
Make contributions to all parts of our tech stack, which comprises Ruby on Rails, Typescript, Vue, and AWS.
Be comfortable “filling in the gaps” in product / design specs. The prospect of being able to prototype to test ideas out before committing to building is exciting to you.
Work closely with our product team, leaders, and customers to help design and develop features that make Fivetran the one-stop shop for data activation.
Mentor early-career engineers, perform thoughtful and constructive code reviews, advise on best practices, provide project-level leadership, operate across teams, departments, and time zones.
Lead major projects, from driving research spikes, to writing and socializing design documents, to planning the implementation and rollout

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role:
The Developer Platform team builds KMS, the key-management and signing service behind ZeroDev's embedded, non-custodial wallets. These are smart-account / account-abstraction wallets that developers integrate directly into their applications. End users retain control of their keys, while KMS security orchestrates wallet creation, authentication and signing on top of a third-party signing provider.
You'll own production Go services and the cryptographic recovery and trust-model systems around them, working in a small, high-ownership team. This is security-critical infrastructure with a high review bar and external security audits. You should already be comfortable with applied-cryptography fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management. You don’t need to be a cryptographer or have prior experience with areas like MPC or TEEs, but you should be able to reason about cryptographic systems and their security implications.
As the platform evolves, you'll also help expand it beyond interactive consumer wallets toward programmatic and automated signing, and programmable transaction policies.
What you'll work on:
Backend services: build and operate Go services that power wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale
Key recovery and the committee trust model: distributed key generation and secret sharing that keep the service non-custodial, with recovery authority split across independent committees so no single party holds a user's key
Trusted Execution Environments: reconstructing and operating on key material under hardware isolation and remote attestation
Authentication and signing-provider integration: the user-facing auth methods that gate signing (passkeys / WebAuthn, OAuth, OTP, sessions, 2FA), and integrating with a third-party signing provider (authorization and policy flows, scoped credentials, quorum / consensus approvals)
Security review and hardening: writing design docs and decision records, working directly with external security auditors, and turning a high review bar into shipped code
Production operations on Kubernetes: observability and alerting, secrets and certificate management, on-call, and the compliance controls the domain requires (sanctions screening, PII-safe handling)
Who you are:
Strong backend engineer who has shipped and operated production services in Go (or an adjacent systems language and is eager to go deep in Go)
Security-first by default: You naturally think about threat models, blast radius and key custody, and write code that holds up to security-critical review
Comfortable with applied-cryptography: You understand fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management, and can reason about how they apply to production systems.
You don't need to be a cryptographer!
Solid on distributed systems and API design: You’re comfortable reasoning about idempotency, failure modes and clean service boundaries
Operationally experienced: You’ve worked with production infrastructure and are comfortable with Kubernetes, observability and incident response
Clear written communicator: You can explain technical decisions through design docs and decision records, and work effectively in a collaborative, review-heavy environment.
Nice-to-have
You don't need to have worked with all of these. Experience in one or more would be valuable.
Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) such as AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX / TDX or similar
Threshold cryptography / MPC, including DKG, FROST or other threshold signatures, verifiable secret sharing or resharing
Account abstraction, including ERC-4337, EIP-7702, smart accounts or embedded / non-custodial wallets
Custody or signing infrastructure such as Turnkey or Fireblocks, either as an integrator or builder
HSMs, YubiKey / PIV or secure-element integrations
Third-party security audits and driving remediation through to completion
Authentication technologies such as WebAuthn / passkeys and OAuth / OIDC, or experience with the Go crypto ecosystem
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

ROLE:
This person will bring Enteprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You will own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a strategic fintech pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery to qualify valuable lending use cases.
- Map decision-makers across business, product and compliance to build a clear path to agreement.
- Lead technical discovery with crypto and product leaders to shape viable onchain lending integrations.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
You're fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones, and your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft.
IN 1 YEAR
Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. The accounts you cover already know Morpho.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years experience of personally originating and closing complex fintech partnerships or integration deals.
- Technical fluency in crypto and onchain lending to lead most customer conversations independently.
- Understanding of how fintech business, product and compliance teams make decisions.
- Experience sustaining complex sales cycles and coordinating teams through launch.
- Executive presence, patient listening and the judgment to know when to push or pause.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear, crisp async communication across teams and time zones.
