Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Team
Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's infrastructure to market. The Money Movement line covers onramps, offramps, and payments, the connective tissue between onchain and the world's banking rails. As the world moves onchain, this team's job is to make clear how Rain bridges stablecoins with the rails enterprises already trust, from ACH and SEPA to SWIFT, Fedwire, and local real-time payment schemes. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category matures.
What you’ll do
- Own go-to-market for new onramp, offramp, and payments product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout
- Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate money movement mechanics like liquidity, settlement, FX, and cross-border regulatory nuance into materials teams can act on
- Track banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems, and explain how Rain connects to each
- Track competitors in the stablecoin on/offramp space and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins
- Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a payments company, bank, or money transmitter working directly with cross-border rails and settlement
- Deep knowledge of banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems
- A track record selling or marketing payments infrastructure to enterprise-level companies
- Genuine interest in how stablecoins and onchain rails are reshaping global money movement
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear
Bonus attributes:
- Experience with FX and treasury operations across multiple currencies
- Existing relationships across banks, payment processors, or correspondent banking networks
- Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain settlement, or onchain payment rails

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who keeps customers and internal partners informed at every stage of the project.
Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end ERP migration projects for existing Tipalti customers, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and scoping through sandbox testing, cutover, and hypercare
Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers' Finance and Accounting stakeholders — including VP-level leaders — with clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the project

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications
Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, SAP, or Xero (required)
Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills, including experience communicating professionally with senior/executive-level stakeholders

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build one of Avoca's most important revenue engines: partnerships with the HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. Avoca has established itself as the leading brand and AI partner in the home services industry through partnerships across several channels, and this role owns distribution through the OEM and supplier layer. These partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, with the credibility of brands they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of these relationships, from OEMs like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier to their distribution networks. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue
- Build partnerships across HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and their territory managers, including the co-op programs that fund and shape how these partnerships work
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors like Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson
- Existing relationships you can activate quickly, with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of how co-op works
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 6 to 10 years the ideal range
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency and pace: you build the playbook and move at the speed of a high-growth startup, not a legacy player
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

About the role
As a Stock Manager, you lead the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing operations, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support production. You will own inventory management, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics across multiple sites, working closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to keep materials moving efficiently through a fast-paced, rapidly scaling supply chain.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you will develop the warehouse and logistics team, manage relationships with freight providers and logistics partners, and drive continuous improvement to build the systems and processes that support ICEYE's growth.
This is a talent pool posting.
We are building our Lisbon manufacturing organisation ahead of site ramp-up. We expect this role to open formally in Q4 2026. Applying now registers your interest early and puts you at the front of the process when the req goes live.

What you will do
- Manage the end to end flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing sites, ensuring timely and accurate movement of inventory to support production schedules.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and coordination with carriers and third party logistics providers.
- Work to execute the compliance with international trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and dual use export controls
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to secure reliable service, and capacity during periods of high demand.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels across sites to balance availability against cost, reducing excess stock and avoiding shortages that could delay manufacturing.
- Define and track key logistics performance indicators such as on time delivery, lead times, freight cost, and inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement against these measures.
- Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and quality teams to align logistics activity with broader supply chain and manufacturing priorities.
- Manage the handling, packaging, and transport of sensitive and high value aerospace components in line with quality standards such as AS9100 and relevant ECSS requirements.
- Lead, develop, and support the logistics team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
