Hi there, I'm Josh Lipner, Manager, Account Management at TestGorilla. We're excited to share more about the Customer Success Advisor, Renewals role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Success Advisor, Renewals, you'll run the commercial conversations that keep our customers with us. You'll take renewals from first quote to signed order, handle pricing and billing conversations within our pricing and discount framework, and guide customers through plan changes, upgrades and downgrades across our assessment and sourcing products. You'll also take customers through the commercial side of our migration to usage-based pricing: explaining what changes, what it means for their spend, and landing the right plan for them using our migration playbook. When a customer wants to cancel or disputes a charge, you'll work the conversation through our retention and refund guidelines, and bring in your manager when a case sits outside them.
You'll work with AI agents as part of your day. They handle the routine end of renewals and billing: sending notices, preparing standard quotes, gathering account and invoice history, and answering simple plan questions. That frees you to spend your time on the conversations that need a person: negotiating within the framework, handling objections, and resolving the cases that don't fit a standard answer. You'll check their work before it reaches customers, step in when a case needs you, and share what you learn so they get better at the routine work over time.
This is a high-volume role with a commercial edge. You'll run a steady pipeline of renewals and commercial cases across our self-serve and mid-market customers. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute, organised, a great communicator and calm under pressure, and who is excited and able to contribute to our AI journey: automating the repeatable and humanising the exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviours and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Own renewals from first quote to signed order across our self-serve and mid-market customers, for both our assessment and sourcing products.
- Handle pricing and billing negotiations, upgrades, downgrades and our usage-based pricing migration within our pricing framework and playbooks: quoting, explaining what changes and what it means for the customer's spend, and landing the plan that fits how they use the product.
- Work cancellation and dispute conversations through our retention and refund guidelines, resolving unexpected charges and refund requests with Finance and retaining the customer where we can.
- Work alongside our AI agents, letting them handle the routine end of renewals and billing while you take the negotiations, objections and cases that need a person.
- Train the agents: check what they send before it reaches customers, correct what's wrong, and feed back what you learn so they handle more of the routine work over time.
- Maintain a single source of truth in our agentic customer success platform, with non-negotiable CRM hygiene: every renewal, plan change and dispute logged accurately so the team and the agents work from the same picture.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Is commercially astute, with experience managing renewals and negotiations at scale in a Customer Success, Renewals, Account Management or Sales role. You can quote, explain a price change, and apply a pricing and discount framework to get to the best outcome. This is a must-have.
- Is AI fluent and has personally built automations or agentic workflows (in n8n, Zapier or similar), with experience working alongside AI agents or automation in a customer-facing role. You can show us what you automated and what it delivered. Using an LLM alone is not enough. This is a minimum requirement.
- Communicates clearly, in writing and on calls, in English and Spanish. Fluency in both is a requirement.
- Is good with customers: you build relationships, stay calm in challenging conversations, de-escalate and retain, and manage a high volume of cases without letting any slip. You treat CRM hygiene as part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high expectations and some ambiguity, and is honest with yourself that this is the kind of place you want to work.
- Learns fast and stays curious: you pick up new tools quickly, ask good questions, check answers rather than accept them, and give and take feedback in the moment.
- Is available for customer calls during US business hours. This is a requirement.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Prior familiarity with Chargebee, Zendesk, HubSpot, n8n, Jira or Confluence.
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based SaaS pricing models.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay ( €31,360 - €38,000 per year) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life. *Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://testgorilla-1680540968.teamtailor.com/pages/hiring-at

- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities
- Stimulating work environment: Tackle new challenges and work with innovative technology in a dynamic setting
- Connect with your team: Join optional fun virtual socials, AMAs with team members and leadership, and regular fun chats. Build a strong sense of community!
- TestGorilla community groups: Join peers to build community and boost opportunities for connection, advocacy, and professional development.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being
INTERESTED?
We believe in using our own product to ensure fair and objective hiring. If this role aligns with your skills and aspirations, we invite you to complete one of our very own assessments. This will give you a firsthand experience of our platform and help us get to know you better. We look forward to hearing from you!
TestGorilla is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diverse teams are stronger teams, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We understand that some candidates may experience test anxiety, and we want to assure you that accommodations are available and can be requested prior to sitting our assessments. Your request will not negatively impact your application, as we do not factor this into our review process.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Fivetran
Fivetran is the global leader in automated data movement, helping organizations centralize data from hundreds of sources into the destinations that power their analytics and AI. Our Databases product area is core to that mission: we build the connectors and underlying engine that reliably, securely, and efficiently move data out of the systems enterprises run their business on, and into the modern destinations they analyze it in.
About the Role
Fivetran's Databases portfolio spans source connectors for the OLTP and legacy systems enterprises depend on — Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, SAP, and more — as well as the destination connectors (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others) that land that data for analytics and AI use cases. Underneath both sides sits a shared core data processing engine that captures, transforms, and loads data reliably at scale across Fivetran’s 700+ connectors.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help define what's next for the portfolio. This is a technically-oriented, high-leverage role for someone who wants to own roadmap decisions that sit close to the metal — replication mechanics, schema handling, CDC — while still being fluent in the business case (ARR, customer focus, competitive dynamics) that justifies the investment.
You'll partner closely with the engineering teams building and improving connectors, work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features and drive adoption, and with company leadership to influence product strategy.
What You'll Do
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new Fivetran database source connectors and destination connectors, grounded in customer demand, competitive gaps, and revenue potential.
Partner with engineering leadership on platform features to shape the roadmap for how data is captured, transformed, and loaded reliably at scale across every connector that depends on it.
Write and evangelize clear PRDs that translate customer and market signals into specs engineering can build against with minimal back-and-forth.
Own roadmaps end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, build partnership, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Deeply analyze market and customer behavioral data to drive evidence-based product investments.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support) to validate problems and de-risk investments before committing engineering resources.
Represent the Databases product area in cross-functional planning.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to data infrastructure, databases, ETL/ELT systems

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. At DoorDash, there are three audiences that are at the core of every decision we make - our Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. The Research team has a direct link to uncover the unmet needs and pain points of each of these audiences. We bring their voices into the business in order to help set the strategic vision for all of DoorDash’s current and future products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Principal Researcher
to be a strategic research leader for EMEA, shaping what DoorDash builds next. You’ll combine deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to find the unmet needs, behavioral shifts, and market openings that point to new products and new growth. You’ll work as a peer to senior product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders, and your work will directly inform roadmaps, investment decisions, and company-level strategy.
This role is built for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable in a living room interview, a survey dataset, and a leadership review, and who uses AI as a daily tool to move faster and see further, without giving up the judgment that makes research trustworthy. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider research practice by mentoring researchers, sharing methods, and helping the team define what great looks like in an AI-enabled era.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape Product Strategy:
Translate deep understanding of Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers into a clear point of view on where DoorDash should play and win. You’ll frame the highest-stakes questions, bring evidence to roadmap and investment debates, and influence decisions at the director and executive level.
Detect New Opportunities:
Proactively identify emerging needs, behavior changes, and white space that point to new products, new verticals, and new growth levers. You’ll size and validate opportunities with a mix of foundational discovery, market and competitive context, and behavioral data, and turn them into concepts teams can act on.
Lead Mixed-Methods Research:
Design and run rigorous research end to end, choosing the right method for the question: ethnography, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing alongside surveys, conjoint and MaxDiff, segmentation, experiment design, and behavioral and log analysis. You’ll triangulate across sources so the “what,” the “how much,” and the “why” tell one coherent story.
Partner with Data Science and Experimentation:
Work closely with data science and analytics to connect qualitative insight to A/B test design, metrics, and product outcomes, and to explain the “why” behind results. You’ll help teams learn from what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
Apply AI to the Research Craft:
Use AI tools and LLMs in your daily workflow for synthesis, analysis, survey and discussion guide design, and scaling qualitative depth, and design human-in-the-loop checks that catch confident but wrong outputs. You’ll help the team identify where AI accelerates research and where it should not be trusted, and contribute to shared prompts, workflows, and standards. You’ll also study how people experience AI-powered features across DoorDash’s products.
Influence and Communicate:
Tell compelling, decision-ready stories that move partners from insight to action. You’ll adapt depth and format to the moment, from a fast directional read that unblocks a team this week to a foundational body of work that anchors a multi-year strategy, and you’ll follow through to see that findings change what gets built.
Lead Through Others:
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to researchers across levels, review and elevate research quality, and help partners run good research on their own where that makes sense. You’ll help set the team’s research agenda, methods, and standards, and contribute to hiring and growing the team.
Operate Across Brands and Regions:
Bring a global lens to your work, partnering across brands, markets, and cultures and adapting approaches to local context so that insights scale beyond a single market.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in user, market, or product research at a technology company (or equivalent depth), with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-visibility work at staff level or above
Demonstrated impact on product strategy: examples where your research changed a roadmap, unlocked a new product or line of business, or redirected significant investment
Proven ability to detect and shape new product or growth opportunities, from early signal through validated concept
Expert command of both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, and usability testing as well as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimentation. Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI and LLMs in research (for example, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, or scaling qualitative work), with sound instincts about where they help and where they mislead. Experience researching AI-powered products is a plus
Experience in consumer, two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, logistics, commerce, or local services contexts is a plus
Exceptional storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and build trust across product, design, engineering, data science, and business teams
A bias for speed and pragmatism: comfortable delivering directional insight quickly while knowing when a decision calls for deeper rigor
Experience mentoring or coaching researchers and raising the quality of a research practice
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics, Survey Methodology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an AEO/SEO Content Writer at OnePay, you’ll own the words behind our blog and landing pages, turning banking, credit building, investing, and rewards into content that’s clear, accurate, and impossible to bounce from, and that ranks.
This isn’t “write and publish.” You’ll work from keyword and search-intent research, move through a regulated-industry editorial process, and keep iterating based on what performs. You’ll work alongside our in-house SEO Lead and external SEO agency, turning their research and strategy into copy that’s ready to publish and built to win.
If you’ve written for a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial brand and know how to balance compliance, clarity, and conversion, this is your role. You will:
- Write blog posts and landing page copy for OnePay’s core products: banking, credit building, credit cards, investing, crypto, and rewards
- Turn keyword research and search-intent briefs into sharp outlines, then into polished, published copy
- Build landing pages that convert, with clear value props, scannable structure, and calls to action people click
- Partner with SEO and growth to spot content gaps and prioritize topics by traffic and business impact
- Work with Legal and Compliance so every piece is accurate and properly reviewed before it goes live
- Shape and evolve the OnePay voice: approachable, plain-spoken, never jargon-heavy, even when the topic is technical
- Refresh existing content as search performance, products, and regulations change
- Dig into analytics and SEO tools, then use what you learn to make the next brief better
YOU BRING
- 5+ years as an SEO or content writer, with a published portfolio that performs in search
- Experience writing for a fintech, bank, credit union, or other regulated financial company, including compliance review cycles and working directly with Legal and Compliance on approvals
- Strong on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent, internal linking, metadata, and content structure, plus fluency with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and a modern CMS
- Writes conversion-focused landing page copy, not just blog posts that rank, and works from SEO briefs without losing voice or clarity
- Sharp editor with obsessive accuracy on numbers, terms, and disclosures, who can explain credit building, investing basics, BNPL, and rewards simply without dumbing them down
- Curious about where search is headed (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and willing to partner with PR on on-brand, review-ready LinkedIn copy
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!

It’s a good fit for someone who ramps on technical products quickly and wants to be the person who figures out the story.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Positioning & Technical Narrative
- Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the core platform, written for ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, tradeoffs, and roadmap, and make sure every technical claim is accurate and backed by how the product actually behaves.
- Keep product-level messaging consistent with Baseten’s platform narrative so each product story supports the others.
- Write messaging that is technically credible without getting lost in implementation detail.
Launches & Go-to-Market
- Build and run launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement through external announcement.
- Decide what deserves a full launch and what should ship through docs, sales enablement, or targeted customer outreach.
- Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blog posts, demo storylines, sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Marketing to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
Competitive & Market Insight
- Track the competitive landscape across inference providers, model API companies, hyperscalers, and internal DIY platforms, including pricing, packaging, launches, and messaging.
- Turn that analysis into a clear point of view on where Baseten wins and loses, and use it to sharpen positioning.
- Talk to customers and sellers to understand buying criteria, objections, and deal blockers, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing as concrete recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, competitive talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and product training that sellers actually use.
- Work with Sales and Solutions to find enablement gaps and close them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing, with at least 2 of those years marketing to developers or technical buyers at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.
- Strong writing. You can take a dense technical topic and make it clear without oversimplifying it, and you have samples to show.
- Technical fluency. You’re comfortable reading docs, asking engineers specific questions, and getting up to speed on concepts like inference, autoscaling, fine-tuning, and open- vs. closed-weight models.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience: you’ve compared products in depth, formed a view, and used it to change positioning, messaging, or how a deal was sold.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar products and markets quickly and moving between them.
- Experience launching technical products or capabilities, including deciding what to launch and how.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup, working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, or model training and post-training.
- Experience marketing to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.
- Time in an adjacent role such as solutions engineering, product management, developer relations, technical writing, or industry or equity research covering AI or infrastructure.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Location: United States of America
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Compensation Range: $145,000 to $155,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:

In this role, you work side by side with sales and marketing partners to create bold experiences for prospects, customers, and partners through regional events (regional trade shows, roadshows, direct mail, ABM event programs). You Give More Than We Take by building trust and bringing real value to every interaction, and you Give a $h*t by spotting what needs to improve and owning the fix. You will travel approximately 40% of the time to bring those programs to life across North America.
Responsibilities:
Own regional field marketing plans and targets across North America, aligning investment to the annual operating plan, mid-market priorities, and revenue goals.
Build integrated field and account-based marketing programs with sales and marketing partners to engage priority accounts and create qualified opportunities.
Plan and deliver regional roadshows, roundtables, virtual events, and other customer-facing programs from strategy through execution, including approximately 40% travel.
Coordinate lead capture, follow-up workflows, and sales handoffs with demand generation, campaign, email, and marketing operations partners to support pipeline conversion.
Equip sales teams with field kits, campaign resources, and relevant marketing assets that strengthen account engagement and help advance opportunities.
Use campaign and pipeline performance data to assess lead quality, conversion, and return on investment, then improve program targeting and execution.
Use AI tools with sound judgment to support day-to-day research, event planning, or campaign analysis, and verify outputs before acting on them.
What You Bring To The Team:
You bring 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
You have planned and executed regional marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, with clear goals and follow-through.
You have experience partnering with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to build account-based or integrated campaigns for business audiences.
You can use campaign and pipeline metrics to assess performance, communicate what is working, and make practical improvements.
You use AI tools to work faster and smarter in your day-to-day responsibilities, applying sound judgment to the outputs.

We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis to execution.
- Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global Majors segment, some of our largest customers, with significant opportunity to grow with Grafana.
This person will work alongside the Majors team and cross-functional partners to understand what each customer needs, where the growth opportunities are, and where marketing can make a difference. That could mean expanding relationships, increasing adoption, reaching new teams, creating executive engagement, or building something specific for an account.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Role highlights:
- Director, Group Accounting & Reporting
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation.
