About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every dollar Anthropic earns and every dollar it spends on compute has to reach the books correctly, and the volume grows with Claude usage. That data comes from across the company and from partners: usage and billing, compute, infrastructure assets, leases. Products and pricing models keep launching, and each one adds another path into the books. Our goal is a continuous close with zero material issues, with audit-grade controls.
You’ll build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. This is a distributed systems problem with an unusually high correctness bar. The system has to be right to the cent, replay cleanly and explain any number as of any date, at that volume. You will shape its architecture. Its users include Claude agents, which read and write through the same APIs and controls as people.
You’ll work closely with SWEs in Billing, Compute and Infra on shared contracts and APIs, and with product owners, finance operations and internal audit to turn accounting and controls requirements into designs. You don’t need a finance background. If you have built backend systems where correctness matters, we will teach you the domain.
Responsibilities
Design and build the front door into finance and its governed contracts: APIs for apps and agents, an event bus for systems that publish, adapters for vendor apps and reports, data-quality gates, and processing that posts every event exactly once, with replay and backfill
Drive the build of the accounting ledger and engine: an append-only ledger with idempotent posting, a rules framework that turns business events into journal entries, translation into the ERP, and period locks
Design and build the SDKs and frameworks that finance apps and agents build on
Build controls into the platform as code: immutable audit trail, maker-checker, scoped access and segregation of duties
Build and run the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow, and own their reliability: uptime, latency, throughput and correctness targets agreed with those teams
Shape the platform’s technical direction: architecture, engineering standards and design reviews
Minimum qualifications
Strong backend engineering in a statically typed language such as Go, Java or Rust, or Python at scale
Experience designing and running high-volume, event-driven systems (publish/subscribe, streaming) with idempotent processing, replay and backfill
Experience designing relational data models and writing SQL for complex, versioned data
Experience designing APIs, SDKs and service-to-service integrations used by other teams
Experience building systems with auditability, access control or compliance requirements
Experience turning requirements from non-engineering partners into technical designs
Strong written and verbal communication, including design docs
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of experience
Experience building developer platforms or paved paths
Experience with streaming systems such as Pub/Sub or Kafka
Experience building with LLMs and agents, including MCP
Built a ledger, sub-ledger, billing or payments system
Familiarity with accounting concepts: double-entry, journal entries
Familiarity with internal controls and audit concepts: audit trails, segregation of duties, change management
Exposure to ERP or financial systems, such as Workday Financials

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineers who build the platform that gets us there: one front door for every finance event, an append-only ledger, and an accounting engine that posts each event exactly once. You’ll hire and grow the team, and hold the bar for how the platform is built and run in production. Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of engineers: hire, coach and hold a high bar for engineering quality
Own delivery of the front door for finance events and its governed contracts, and the accounting ledger and engine, so every event is posted exactly once and can be traced back to its source
Be accountable for the production services that other engineering teams call in real time, such as the tax and collections services in the billing flow

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Build and lead a practical, high-trust health and safety program for Mistral AI’s rapidly expanding data center operations. You will protect employees, contractors and visitors while enabling safe deployment and operation of increasingly dense AI compute infrastructure across colocation sites. You will turn complex operational risks into clear standards, effective controls and measurable improvements.
Operating context & accountability
You will be the safety partner to Data Center Operations, IT Operations, infrastructure delivery, Security, Legal and People teams, and work directly with colocation operators, installation contractors and OEM service partners. Your remit spans live sites, deployment projects, commissioning and transitions into operations. You will ensure that safety responsibilities are clearly defined and that Mistral-controlled activities meet applicable requirements while challenging partner performance where shared interfaces create risk.
Key responsibilities - safety management and compliance
- Own the operational health and safety management framework for the data center portfolio: policy, critical-risk standards, annual objectives, assurance calendar, risk registers, incident classifications, documentation and management reporting.
- Interpret applicable occupational health and safety requirements with local specialists; translate them into site-level expectations, control plans and auditable evidence across different countries.
- Lead regular risk assessments, inspections and assurance reviews; prioritize findings by severity and exposure, assign owners and verify corrective actions have actually reduced risk.
- Create consistent arrangements for site access, inductions, competency checks, contractor onboarding, safety briefings and refresher training, including evidence of completion.
- Develop meaningful leading and lagging indicators, including high-potential near misses, overdue critical actions, training coverage, contractor observations and incident trends; present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Support supplier selection and contract reviews by defining appropriate safety requirements, escalation expectations and minimum standards for colocation and technical service partners.
Key responsibilities - operational and technical risk
- Provide safety oversight for electrical work interfaces, energized equipment, isolation and lockout/tagout, switching coordination, arc-flash exposure and simultaneous activities in live data halls.
- Assess safe systems of work for heavy rack deliveries, lifting and rigging, material handling, battery systems, working at height, temporary works, confined spaces where relevant and high-density IT installation.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and job safety analyses for high-risk activities, ensuring that scope, boundaries, competence, emergency arrangements and hold points are understood.
- Partner with engineering teams on the risks introduced by direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, coolant handling, pressurized circuits, leak detection, hot surfaces and changing rack densities.
- Participate in readiness reviews before energization, commissioning, major deployments and changes in operating configuration; confirm critical safety issues are resolved or escalated before work proceeds.
- Coordinate emergency planning and drills with colocation operators and emergency responders for fire, evacuation, electrical incidents, coolant leaks, medical emergencies and loss of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities - investigations and culture
- Lead or coordinate investigations of incidents, unsafe conditions and high-potential near misses involving Mistral activities; use structured causal analysis and share actionable learning across the portfolio.
- Challenge the completeness and quality of provider or contractor investigations when Mistral personnel or equipment may be exposed; track preventive measures through verification.
- Coach engineers, managers and vendors to identify hazards early, stop unsafe Mistral-controlled work and raise concerns without hesitation.
- Build strong partnerships with operations, construction, logistics, physical security, compliance and HR; communicate safety expectations clearly in written guidance, training and site discussions.
- Provide practical support to other regions during major incidents, rapid expansion or unusual operational risk.
What success looks like
- Critical activities are governed by clear, adopted controls and a consistent standard across sites.
- High-severity findings are visible, owned and resolved; incident learning results in verified preventive action.
- Site and contractor training, emergency readiness and compliance evidence are maintained and readily accessible.
- The safety program scales with infrastructure growth without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical health and safety experience in operational, industrial, construction or mission-critical environments.
- Experience implementing safety programs, contractor controls, inspections, risk assessments, investigations and training.
- Working knowledge of occupational safety regulations and high-risk work controls; ability to coordinate country-specific requirements.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders; fluent professional English.
- Ability to work regularly on site and travel between data center locations; valid driving licence where required for site access.
Preferred qualifications
- Data center, manufacturing, power infrastructure or complex construction experience involving employees and multiple contractors.
- Experience with electrical safety, critical mechanical systems, commissioning and work in live operational facilities.
- Recognized HSE qualification and familiarity with ISO 45001-based management systems.
- Experience with international portfolios, colocation operators and high-density IT or liquid-cooled systems.

As a Product Manager, Technical, you will own and be responsible for building a world class support experience for Anthropic's customers and the Product Support team. You will partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and Product Engineering teams to build the systems that decide how Anthropic's users get unblocked when something goes wrong, and how what they report turns into product fixes, in partnership with the product teams that own the experience. Claude will be the primary operator of that support experience.
Partner with Product Support Operations, AI Support, and product engineering teams to own the systems behind the support experience end to end: the path from a recurring support driver to a shipped product fix, the Claude-based AI support layer that handles most inbound volume, and the tooling that helps human agents resolve what’s left quickly and accurately. .
Your north star is fewer support cases per user, and whole categories of cases eliminated, even as the product grows. The best outcome is a case that never gets opened because the product problem behind it was found and fixed. Everything in the support experience is in scope. You decide where to start.
You'll define the end-to-end experience Claude delivers: diagnosing a billing failure, resolving it or escalating it, recognizing when the same failure is showing up across many customers, filing the bug with repro steps and a proposed fix, getting that to the engineering team that owns the driver, following up with the customer to confirm the issue was actually resolved, and confirming the category actually goes away once the fix ships.
You will define and own the strategy and roadmap for the support-to-product feedback loop, including the escalation paths for billing, fraud, and high-visibility cases, and the metrics that show whether contact rate is falling.
Responsibilities
Deeply understand the needs of Product Support Operations, AI Support, Billing, Fraud, and the product engineering teams that own support drivers, from specialists handling enterprise escalations to engineers who need a support case turned into a reproducible bug they can fix.
Define and iterate on the support-to-product loop: how a case is classified, how recurring drivers are surfaced in near real time with case examples and recommended fixes, how each driver gets a named owner, and how we confirm the fix decreased case volume. Own the metrics behind it: inbound case volume by driver, drivers fixed at the root, and time from first case to shipped fix, alongside the response-time and CSAT targets Product Support Operations already runs on.
Own the customer's experience of getting unblocked: how quickly a user reaches a resolution and how little friction they hit on the way, whether Claude resolves the case or hands it to a specialist.
Minimize the blast radius of novel issues. New models and product changes will keep creating new drivers no one can predict; catch each one at its first reports, assess impact, and get the fix prioritized while the affected group is still small.
Partner with engineering and data science to build the systems that scale with Anthropic’s growth: Claude as the first responder, the data pipeline behind driver detection, and the tooling that lets Claude hand a diagnosed case to the right team.
Drive product strategy and roadmap for the in-house Claude support layer, including what Claude resolves on its own, what it escalates and to whom, and how far it goes toward filing and fixing the underlying product issue itself.
Own the trade-off framework between intake reduction, response time, cost, and quality, making transparent prioritization decisions about which drivers get fixed first and communicating them clearly to Product Support and senior leadership.
Build conviction about what support looks like when Claude is the primary operator, and translate that into a roadmap that gets Anthropic there ahead of the volume curve.
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of product management experience, with deep exposure to support systems, customer operations tooling, billing or payments, or internal platforms that serve operations teams
Experience taking technical platform products from infancy to scale: you've built something from the ground up and grown it to serve demanding internal or external engineering customers
Track record of building products that balance the needs of multiple personas, and of making prioritization trade-offs between them and communicating them clearly
Ability to internalize complex technical systems (case routing, billing and payments flows, LLM-based agents, data pipelines) and translate that understanding into a comprehensive product vision
Fluent across functions: you're equally credible reading a failed-payment trace with engineers, walking a specialist through why a driver got deprioritized, and explaining intake trends to leadership
A strong thesis on how AI changes support: you've thought deeply about what happens when the agent that answers the case can also diagnose, file, and fix what caused it, and you want to build that
Experience scaling an LLM-based product or experience from prototype to real volume, and a clear view of what breaks on the way: quality drift, cost, latency, and user trust
Scrappy and resourceful: you do what it takes to get things done in a fast-moving environment
Strong candidates may have:
Built or scaled the systems behind a high-volume support operation for consumer or developer products: case data pipelines, driver analytics, or LLM-based support agents.
Shipped an LLM-based support or operations agent in production and understand the trust, escalation, and quality-measurement problems that come with it.
Defined and operationalized contact-rate or case-deflection metrics, and a point of view on how those metrics change when the fix ships in the product instead of the help center.
Scaled through hypergrowth in support-heavy environments (consumer subscriptions, developer platforms, or fintech).
Experience getting product and engineering teams to own support drivers, with proven evidence of driving ownership through clear evidence and product quality.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle, from early-stage research and pre-training through post-training, UX buildout, GTM strategy, and pricing. It gives the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end, in a way that’s unique for a company of our scale.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the AI tools our customers will rely on. You have a real engineering or quantitative foundation and a track record of shipping products. You can take the state-of-the-art systems our research team builds and turn them into products that creators love.
You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s technically possible, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be the bridge between our users and our internal teams, so we ship our models and products with the most value for Runway’s creators.
This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team at a market-defining company in its early stages.
What you’ll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, from early model development through launch, pricing, and go-to-market
- Partner with research to shape what gets built, translating customer needs and model capabilities into clear product requirements and priorities
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship new products and continuously improve existing ones, making sound technical tradeoffs along the way
- Define and analyze product metrics, run A/B tests, and use data (including your own SQL and Python analysis) to validate pain points and prioritize features
- Talk with users weekly to uncover use cases and turn feedback into product decisions
- Drive pricing and GTM strategy in partnership with business teams
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of product management experience, including taking products from zero to one
- A strong technical foundation, typically demonstrated by things like the following:
- A degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, HCI, math, statistics, or physics
- Professional experience writing code before the LLM codegen era (e.g., as a software engineer, data scientist, data analyst, or technical founder who built and bootstrapped a product)
- Hands-on fluency with SQL, Python, AI code generation tools, and version control best practices
- Working knowledge of current ML capabilities and products, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs with researchers and engineers
- Experience in fast-moving teams, with comfort operating amid ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or media products
- Experience owning pricing or GTM for a product
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 50,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Field marketing at Linear is just getting started. Its job is to put us in front of the right people in the right room: executive dinners, conferences, partner events, and programs built with our Customer team around named accounts.
We're hiring our first Field Marketing Manager to take that motion from strategy to execution. You'll own the executive dinner calendar across cities, decide which third-party events and partner programs are worth our time, and build the invitations and follow-up that help our sellers turn a good evening into a real conversation. This is a hands-on role. You'll tap your venue and vendor network, build the run of show for each program, and be on site to run it.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the United States, with San Francisco or New York preferred. You can work from anywhere within the US. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. This role involves frequent travel for events, including evenings.
What you’ll do
- Own the executive dinner calendar across cities: pick the city, the venue, the date, and the theme for each dinner
- Build each guest list with our Customer team, equip sellers with invitation sequences, and track RSVPs so every seat goes to someone worth having there
- Manage venues and vendors, negotiate menus and minimums, and keep per-dinner spend, contracts, and travel logistics within budget
- Brief our hosts and executives on who's attending and what we want to learn, be on site to run the night, and hand follow-ups to Sales afterward
- Evaluate conferences and sponsorship offers by audience quality, account coverage, and expected return, then plan how we show up: booth or no booth, side dinners, customer meetings, and speaking slots
- Co-host dinners, workshops, and meetups with partners, and agree up front on guest lists, costs, and who follows up
- Sit with Sales each quarter to pick target accounts, build lightweight formats an AE can request for a key account, and report on attendance, meetings held, pipeline influenced, and feedback from attendees and account owners
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally at a software company. Experience in developer tools, SaaS, or another technical product is a plus
- A track record of running dinners, roundtables, or other small-format events end to end, plus experience planning around conferences: sponsorships, side events, and customer meetings
- Experience working next to Sales. You know how to build a target account list, get an AE to care about an event, and tell them afterward what happened
- Strong project management. You can run several cities and events at once without dropping details
- Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, and a spreadsheet. Hands-on time with HubSpot and event attribution is a plus
- Clear writing and an easy way with senior guests, hosts, and partners. Experience marketing to engineering and product leaders is a bonus
- Experience building an event series from the ground up, including a playbook someone else could run
- Willingness to travel often, including evenings
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
Compensation
For US-based candidates, the expected cash compensation range for this role is $144,000—$179,500. For sales roles, this range represents on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and variable compensation; for all other roles, it represents base salary. Final compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, actual earnings vary based on sales performance. Equity is a meaningful part of all offers at Linear.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to scale how Vercel gives every employee the context to make good decisions without waiting to be told. You’ll shape how the company hears from its leaders and from one another, so everyone at Vercel knows what we’re building, why it matters, and how their work moves our mission forward. You’ll oversee the channels, moments, and cadence that carry company news, and make sure what employees hear matches what the world hears.
This role is for someone who can build, run, and grow programs with rigor while continually bringing creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our communications leadership and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Design, and executives to ensure shared understanding among employees, so a company of builders can move as one.
You will report to our Head of Communications and will be located in our SF office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Build the operating system
Design and run the internal communications processes and calendar: All Hands, leadership updates, and team-level cadences, with a clear owner and format for each
Decide what belongs in Slack, email, Notion, and video, document it, and get the company to follow it
Stand up an internal comms metrics baseline (reach, read rates, All Hands attendance, pulse-survey sentiment) and report on it quarterly
Land major company moments
Co-lead major announcements and organizational changes, owning defined workstreams and flagging sensitive issues, dependencies, and decisions that need leadership input
Build the internal plan for company milestones: what employees hear, when, and from whom
Write and edit content across internal channels, including leadership and org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials
Partner with Legal, People, and Finance on confidentiality guidelines for anyone who talks to the outside world
Incubate new programs
Design and launch creative programs that educate and engage employees beyond the standard cadence
Create structured opportunities for cross-department collaboration
Train employees to be Vercel ambassadors: how to talk about the company, share our work, and represent us at events and online
Use agents to surface the opportunities and news employees would otherwise miss: open roles, speaking slots, product launches, customer wins, and community moments
Measure what lands, double down on it, and retire what doesn’t
Keep internal and external comms aligned
Sit on the communications team’s approval processes so internal messages are reviewed to the same standard as external ones
Make sure what employees are told matches what customers, press, and partners are told, in substance and in timing
Partner with the People team on employer brand, onboarding content, and culture programs where comms is the lever
Use employee questions and feedback to identify gaps in understanding and improve communication
About You:
Have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams
Bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and making information useful to the audience
Have independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing competing deadlines
Are curious about AI, research, and product development, and comfortable asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it
Build strong working relationships and can gather input, offer editorial guidance, and keep projects moving with busy partners
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, and know when to make a decision independently or seek guidance
Enjoy creating practical, repeatable processes that improve the quality and consistency of communications
Respond well to feedback and adapt as priorities change
Bonus If You:
Interest in and proficiency with using agents in your workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
