Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is hiring a Security Engineer to help design and secure a modern, cloud-first environment built around identity, automation, and Zero Trust. In this role, you will own security across endpoints, SaaS platforms, and access controls, using scripting and AI to build scalable, efficient security operations for a distributed workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the Modern Perimeter: Lead security strategy for a 100% remote/hybrid workforce where Identity is the new perimeter.
- Automation & Scripting: Take full ownership of our Conditional Access policies and security workflows. You will be expected to write and maintain scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and real-time posture enforcement.
- AI as a Force Multiplier: Proactively use AI and LLMs to enhance your technical output, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex security puzzles faster than traditional methods.
- Logical Problem Solving: Approach security from a first-principles perspective. Since we don't have a traditional stack, you must be able to think logically to build guardrails that don't exist yet.
- Endpoint & SaaS Security: Oversee device management (macOS/Windows) and the security configuration of our SaaS ecosystem (Rippling, Office 365, Salesforce).
- Zero Trust & Identity: Implement and refine Zero Trust access, DLP policies, and SSO enforcement across all vendor platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure our cloud-native operations remain aligned with SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
Who You Are
- A Modern Security Engineer: You understand that security today is about protecting data and identity, not firewalls and servers.
- Logic-Driven: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and building elegant, logical solutions.
- Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.
- Independent: With no internal apps or physical infra to manage, you are comfortable owning the entire IT security lifecycle end-to-end.
Key Technologies You’ll Work With
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Conditional Access Policies
- Modern Identity
- SaaS Operations
- AI Tools
- MDM
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Public Sector to build and lead ElevenLabs' government business in the US. Government agencies are moving voice and conversational AI from pilots into production for citizen services, contact centers, accessibility, training, and mission operations. You'll own how ElevenLabs shows up in that market, from strategy and pipeline through to the team that delivers the revenue.
We don't use traditional job titles at ElevenLabs. This role is equivalent in scope and seniority to a Vice President of Public Sector, with ownership of the vertical, authority to hire and structure the team, and direct access to the executive team.
You'll work closely with the executive team, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security. You'll set the vision for how ElevenLabs serves the government, decide how the team is structured and staffed, and stay close to the largest pursuits. This is a player-coach role. You'll lead from the frontline alongside your team while hiring the leaders who will take over portfolios as the business grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across US Federal (Civilian, Defense, Intelligence), State, Local, and Education.
- Own the public sector revenue plan, forecast, and pipeline, and report on them to the executive team.
- Recruit and lead the team, including additional Account Executives, segment or regional leaders, capture and proposal support, and sales operations. You'll have the authority to shape the org.
- Lead from the frontline with your team on the largest and most complex pursuits, from first agency conversation through procurement, security review, and award.
- Shape our approach to contract vehicles and channels, including GSA Schedule, cooperative contracts, procurement vehicles, and partnerships with systems integrators and resellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders, procurement officials, technical stakeholders, and the integrator and partner ecosystem.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Security to define and prioritize what government customers require, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, IL5, ITAR, data residency, FOCI Mitigation and sovereign or on-premise deployment. You'll bring customer and pipeline evidence to roadmap decisions.
- Work with Legal and Finance on government contracting terms, pricing, and the processes public sector sales depends on.
- Create repeatable sales processes, performance metrics, and operating rhythms so revenue becomes more predictable as the team grows.
- Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager orgs so early deployments become references and expand across agencies.
- Work with Marketing on public sector messaging and content, and with government affairs and policy contacts to track regulation, funding, and procurement changes.
- Serve as the public face of ElevenLabs in the government market, at agency briefings, and industry events.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology sales or business leadership, with at least 10 years in public sector markets.
- Experience leading government sales teams, with a record of hiring and developing both individual contributors and managers.
- Proven track record of securing, large ARR strategic contracts with government agencies.
- Prior experience building a public sector business unit or equivalent leadership role at a technology company, ideally at an early or growth stage.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and education procurement, including funding mechanisms, acquisition vehicles such as GSA Schedule, GWACs, and IDIQs, and how buying decisions are made.
- Working knowledge of compliance and security requirements such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, IL5, ITAR and FOCI mitigation strategies.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, or other advanced technology to the government; familiarity with navigating AI trust and safety questions.
- Executive credibility with senior government officials, program leaders, and technical and security reviewers.
- An established network across agencies, systems integrators, and public sector partners.
- Comfort staying hands-on in deals while building the team and the playbook.
WHY THIS ROLE
The opportunity is to define the strategy, hire the team, and shape what we build for government, with direct support from leadership and a company growing as fast as ElevenLabs.
LOCATION
While we operate as a remote-first company, there is a strong preference for this role to be based in Washington DC.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. Workplace: Hybrid
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function for the DACH region. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

Location: Germany; London; Munich; Zurich; Berlin
The role
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s presales function in DACH. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across DACH.
Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.
Demo excellence
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity) and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You can also speak Spanish and/or Italian.
- You’re based in Munich, Berlin, Zurich or London, so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2+ days a week in the office.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
